Zur Schnecke in Passau

The advertisement states that all dishes are freshly prepared, but the staff refused to prepare them because they cannot work all the time.

Totally disappointed. The food here used to be really tasty and fresh. We were there again today, but the fries were so light and undercooked that they tasted like a jacket potato. Even when I asked, they wouldn't put them back in the fryer. Instead, the waitress shouted that it was just my imagination and I wouldn't get any more fries... I have no idea why the fries were only served half-cooked. Of course, they're edible, but they don't taste good. Besides the fries, the food was delicious!

I was at my boyfriend's for a drink, and we finished off by munching on some more French fries. He told me he might have thrown up from the French fries or the movie (he's delusional). We ordered pizza and a kebab. The kebab was delicious. The cheese on the pizza wasn't even cooked, as if it had just been thrown on and wasn't even cooked.

Ate there today using a voucher. Very satisfied with the food, service, and price.
