Ordered vegan currywurst but got a non-vegan one. Staff very unfriendly. Two ants were crawling through the food.

Overpriced currywurst that doesn't taste good! Sausage not cooked through, fries not crispy (sweet potato fries instead of normal ones cost €2.50 extra!!) Drinks warm and really not drinkable! Bottle deposits are charged and yet they simply collect the bottles again and there is no indication that one has been charged! There are 4 employees, only one is working and the other 3 are sitting comfortably in the back and chatting while the line gets longer and longer. We waited 20 minutes for some fries 🤪

I think the hamburger and fries are really great. Tastes great. Would recommend to anyone. The prices are okay too.

We ate here today, a BBQ and a hut burger, with sweet potato fries. And we agreed that they were by far the best burgers we've had in a long time, if not the best ever. MEGA DELICIOUS, especially the meat. The price of just under €9 per burger is absolutely fine. The selection of sauces is great, there is something for every taste. The service was also very friendly and attentive. We would love to come back and can only recommend French fries to friends in Passau.

The employee at the checkout on March 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. deliberately threw my change into the tip container. That was 2 euros. Without asking and without giving me any change.

I was there recently with my children. The atmosphere is nice, it smells good and the music is pleasant. We had problems at the kiosk at first, but the nice employee helped us at the checkout. Everything was perfect, we paid, a short time later our number was called and we were able to take our food. We had three burger menus and a kids box, which even included adhesive tattoos and gummy bears for the little ones. It was a bit expensive, but it tasted very good and was prepared quickly. Service is becoming less and less, you feel like you are being ignored. The choice of sauces is becoming less and less. I got a chilli cheeseburger menu - but ordered the normal cheeseburger menu 🤨 - very annoying.

Fries are good, the rest is okay

Burger was quite tasteless and the fries only consisted of small pieces. I actually expect particularly good fries from the fries friends... For the prices, that's an absolute disgrace. The only positive thing is that the sauces are good and you can have as much as you want. It was freezing cold in the restaurant and there are no sanitary facilities. Some chairs that look extremely cheap and uncomfortable. The staff changes constantly and doesn't speak German particularly well. Crockery and cutlery were probably abolished. The burger was served in a cardboard bowl that is actually for currywurst. Upon request there was only a table knife. The employee couldn't answer what happened to the normal forks that you used to have. But she probably didn't even understand the question - the look was pretty perplexing. After the quality and service have become so bad, I won't be coming anymore. It's a shame!

The store is getting worse and worse! The real forks were now also abolished and the knives were disgustingly dirty and greasy. It was freezing cold in the restaurant and the table was dirty. Burgers are now also served in a cardboard bowl for the fries. There used to be plates. None of the staff really speaks German anymore. They also seem completely disinterested. Every time you go there, there's new staff there. Food was a disgrace for the price! It's best to give it a wide berth, there are much better things in Passau!!! Listen to the many 1 star reviews. The ones with 5 stars really have nothing to do with the reality in the store! There are hardly any people in the restaurant anymore, the yawning emptiness every time you walk past was different in the past.

Yesterday I visited fries friends to try it out and ordered a portion of thick fries. After I left the store I got severe stomach pains and as soon as I got home I had to spend the whole day on the toilet in excruciating pain to the point that I thought I was going to die that day. Turns out I had food poisoning. It was one of the worst days of my life.

So I would say the food was okay, hence 2 stars. I find the quality of the meat in the burger questionable, you can see and taste it. I think price/performance is acceptable in terms of taste. But why is it colder in this store than outside? There is no heating, you freeze while eating. Absolute joke. I do not come anymore.

Unfortunately, 3 people who work in the service are not very fluent in German. Music was way too loud, so people kept asking when ordering. You couldn't even have a conversation. Der Cheeseeee ist der Hammer und die Pommes sind schön knusprig!

Kein Wiederholungsbedarf. Im Laden riecht es massiv nach Essen und man selbst nach dem Besuch dementsprechend auch. Alles SB und man bekommt einen Minivibrator, der einem anzeigt, dass die Bestellung bereit zur Abholung ist. Das beste war tatsächlich die Coke. Der Burger war matschig und mit den Händen nicht zu essen, ohne das man danach komplett eingesaut war. Das schlimmste waren aber die Fritten… da fragt man sich, woher der Name kommt…

Beim ersten Besuch recht zufrieden, zweiter unterirdisch. Beim ersten mal hatten wir nur Pommes. Besonders gut hat uns hier der kostenlose Soßen Refiel gefallen. Burger sind hier katastrophal. Für 10€ Burger mit Pommes. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns dann gefragt welches Getränk. Das wurde extra in Rechnung gestellt. Bei den POMMESfreunden erwartet man zumindest hausgemachte belgische Pommes. Die Pommes waren weder hausgemacht noch belgisch. Die Burger waren auch nur aufgewärmt und das Fleisch schon halb verbrannt und sehr klein. War unser letzter Besuch.

Ich empfehle Pommesfreunde definitiv weiter. Klar sind die Preise etwas teuer, aber dafür ist die Atmosphäre absolut schön. Obwohl viel los war, sah man, dass die Mitarbeiter sich Mühe gaben, alles sauber zu halten. Ich war das erste Mal da, daher habe ich mich erst nicht zurechtgefunden, dann hat das freundliche Personal mir alles erklärt. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war auch schnell fertig. Super!

Der Fußboden ist schmierig vom alten Fett. Der Cheeseburger war innen Roh.... Die Süss Pommes im Fett abgesoffen. Der Kassierer unfreundlich, verlangt erst Pfand für die Getränke 10 Minuten später gibt er 30 Cent in einzelnen Cent zurück?!. Preise viel zu hoch. Sagt mal geht's bei euch eigentlich noch? Geschmacklich in ordnung, aber die preise sind überhaupt nicht angebracht, vor allem bei den veganen gerichten

Wir haben bei Lieferando vorbestellt und trotzdem mussten wir nochmals 15 min warten, insgesamt 45 min. Leider war die Bestellung nicht mal vollständig als wir zuhause ankamen fehlte 1 Portion Pommes…

Eine riesige Auswahl und alles ist sehr lecker. Die Wartezeit ist nicht so lang und die Preise normal.

Schnelle Zubereitung des Menü und alles frisch und lecker 😋😋 Service war auch sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Burgery byli skvělé, na první pohled úžasná restaurace. Byli jsme zde několikrát. Jednou byl zážitek z jídla znepříjen tím, že obsluha byla dost zmatená, jídlo jsme dostali s odstupem 4 minut (u rande dost nepříjemné). Další návštěvy byly skvělé. Rychlá obsluha, jídlo donesli jak měli. Co se týče konceptu omáček, které si může člověk sám namíchat, to hodnotím velmi skvěle. Celkově se sem rádi vracíme a máme to tu velmi rádi.

Leider für die Portionsgröße viel zu teuer. Der Mitarbeiter hatte leider nicht so viel Ahnung, von dem was er tat. Unser "Ding" was vibrieren sollte, wenn unser Essen fertiggestellt war, hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Musik war viel zu laut. Schade. Liebe Pommesfreunde, das geht besser.
