Wir sind mit einem Bus unterwegs, und wir wurden sehr unfreundlich bedient! Fünf Leute stehen hinter Tressen! Einer macht Kasse ,einer macht eine Kassenabrechnung ,eine versucht zu delegieren(was nicht klappt ),versucht auch was auszugeben und eine steht nur dahinter und macht nix! Man wird angemault wenn man was bestellen möchte ! Danke für Nix

Sehr oft lehr, kurz geöffnet ( Autobahn!!)

Bewerben Sachen die offensichtlich nie im Angebot sind. Starke Leistung bei der "riesen" Auswahl.

- Rasthof wirkt ungepflegt, Toiletten riechen unangenehm, Nordsee am Donnerstag um 12:00 NICHT geöffnet, ein totaler Reinfall.

Alle Gerichte werden frisch zubereitet lautet die Werbung, Mitarbeiter verweigerte jedoch die Zubereitung da man nicht ständig arbeiten könne.

Very slow employees at the checkout, doing their own business first before finally serving the customers. Next time I'll leave hungry.

The food was ok. But the cashier needs to get english lesson quickly! I said i want to get sauce for 3-4 times and he didn't even understand, he only said "sauce is with money" i said i will pay for 3 times. In the end i couldn't get my sauce.

Better than most fastfood services

I had a little trouble understanding which one to order from, and that all three stations actually belonged together 😅 but it worked out. Ordered the shrimp box and some were cold but otherwise good. The staff were nice, the owner offered drinks for the kids. Nice that they also spoke English. There is also a toilet/WC for 1 euro which you get a voucher for.

*Delicious break with the shrimp box!* Ate at Nordsee on the east side of the Danube Valley – and absolutely loved it! I had the regular shrimp box: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The portion was just right for a break on the highway. Plus, the staff was friendly and the environment was clean. If you want to satisfy your seafood cravings on the go – this is the place for you!

So unfriendly and above all very, very dirty. There was a lot of rubbish scattered all over the lawn. Glass doors so greasy! Strange... during the Covid period everything had to be disinfected 100 times... now it's as bad as it never was before.

Unfortunately, in the peak phase, very few food offerings. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately the staff can't do anything about it. Is friendly but not trained and doesn't speak German. The remaining offer is too expensive for that. Too bad.

Extremely expensive, North Sea is fake! Dry fries just under €6 once.... Better drive on...

Stopped here briefly during the summer holidays - everything was dirty, the rubbish bins were more than full, the restaurant closed on Sunday at 7pm without notice. Toilet facilities are also absolutely unhygienic - you pay €1 for missing toilet paper, missing soap and dirt on the floor! Thanks, but next time we'll stop somewhere else!

Closed despite the North Sea Shield.

Snicla dry as powder, potatoes as if they were from yesterday and everything with juice 21 euros, disaster.🤮

North Sea closed, no notice, just a shame😔.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can say about the rest stop, except that as a motorway rest stop it officially closes at 8 p.m. in June and in reality it closes at 7:45 p.m.!!! I actually assume that the rest area on a busy federal highway is open at least until 10 p.m., if not all night long. It doesn't help that the opposite lane is open on the opposite side of the road. After a long journey, I definitely won't do a lap of honor to the other side! Very very bad service.

Autobahn, Raststätte, Nordsee - juhu. Gibt es ja nicht mehr so oft. Ich glaube, ich weiß auch warum. 15:00 Uhr an einem Samstag in den Sommerferien und es war ungefähr alles aus. Kein brötchen mehr, weder mit backfisch, bremer, Matjes... nichts. Eine Box konnte man bestellen - musste man aber abwarten, bis eine der 2 friteusen wieder frei ist - aber, dafür frisch. Der Anfestellte macht dann immer nur soviel, wie gerade bestellt wurde. In meinem Fall die Garnelenbox. Beim umladen in meine Box sind ihm 2 Garnelen auf den Boden gefallen - die ich dann weniger bekam. Die Box kostet 9,50€ - das darf nicht passieren. Ohne Kommentar wurde mir die Box gegeben und Tschüss. Sehr schade!

Mit Abstand die schlimmste Raststättenerfahrung und absolut NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Wir haben gegen 14:00 Uhr auf der Durchreise Halt gemacht und es gab nur noch wenige Reste zur Auswahl, kaum warmes Essen und ein paar Muffins, alle anderen Regale waren so gut wie leer und die Schankanlage defekt. Das Personal war zwar einigermaßen freundlich, jedoch so unglaublich langsam dass wir von der Fischtheke zur Kassa sage und schreibe 45 Minuten benötigt haben. Und als ob der Preis von 12,99€ für ein kaum essbares Stück Kaugummifisch mit einem Schöpfer Diskont Kartoffelsalat nicht schon völlig übertrieben wäre, wurde uns auch noch 4€ mehr verrechnet weil angeblich Scholle im Menü nicht inkludiert sei obwohl es an der Menütafel angeführt war. Viel enttäuschender hätte eine Pause nicht sein können.

Auf der Durchreise leider hier halt gemacht. Ein ungekühltes Fischbrötchen später, hatte ich eine der schlimmsten Nächte meines Lebens. Nur Barzahlung an einer Raststätte unfreundliches Personal und als wäre das nicht genug - noch "verseuchtes" essen. Info an das Gesundheitsamt ist raus.

ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN sind zwar vor 5 Wochen vom Unternehmer auf bis 19.00 Ihr aktualisiert worden. Jedoch steht auf der Theke ein Schild, dass nur bis 17.00 Uhr geöffnet wäre. Die Krönung war, dass 16.40 Uhr auch geschlossen war. Saftladen!

Unfreundliches Personal, Diskussionen über mangelnde Hygiene vor den Gästen und sehr wenig Auswahl. Unkompetentes Personal nicht zu empfehlen.
