An old town restaurant like you won't find many of in Fürth anymore. A lovely beer garden and typical Franconian cuisine. Reservations recommended. A friendly landlady runs the place confidently and, even when the place is full, has the patience to accommodate guests' special requests ("Can I have fried potatoes with my carp?") or research odd questions ("Why is this wine vegan and the other one not?"). Added to that is a phenomenal memory for each guest's diet! In the kitchen (we sat right next to it), people work with utmost concentration, without a single word being spoken. Lucky are those who still have such a staff these days.

Impeccable restaurant in a cozy atmosphere. Very tasty food if you want good, home-style dining. GERMAN HOME COOKING IS A TOP PRINCIPALITY HERE. The manager and staff are very accommodating and friendly. We love coming here. For me, it's a full star.

Rustic Franconian cuisine, super delicious, great landlady, highly recommended!

It was simply delicious. The schnitzel was truly delicious and tender, just as you'd expect. What we also liked was the lovely outdoor seating! The service was also super friendly and relaxed. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back. 5 stars, absolutely!

I can only confirm the positive reviews again and again. For years, the food has been very good, with friendly service and a wonderful and welcoming owner. How wonderful that such restaurants exist. For me, it's number one in Fürth. A cozy restaurant with friendly people and good food. I loved the roast with a delicious dumpling and excellent sauce (!)... The cordon bleu is also excellent!!!

This is one of the oldest restaurants in the cloverleaf city, and that means consistently good quality at fair prices. Easily accessible by public transport, subway, and bus. Parking is available in the parking garage diagonally across the street. The service is friendly, polite, and fast. The menu offers large and small delicious dishes, from Schäuferla (a kind of pork stew) to carp, or even chanterelle mushrooms with dumplings for vegetarians.

Unfortunately, we were just too late to switch our order to a Schaufele, because that looked really good at the table next to us. The schnitzel was also delicious and large. An added bonus: no mayonnaise in a small bag, but a well-filled bowl. More than enough.

A great Franconian restaurant, practically in the heart of Fürth. A very friendly landlady who always strives to please her guests. I've only been here twice. Both times it was good. My partner has been there several times and is always impressed. The food is very good. The first time, we had Schäufele (shoulder of pork), which was almost perfect. The second time, we had something simpler: bratwurst and city sausage with sauerkraut. The ambiance is very nice inside. There's a larger outdoor area during the warmer months. Zum Tannenbaum is definitely one of the top addresses when it comes to Franconian cuisine. Thumbs up.

This traditional Franconian restaurant, centrally located, offers three different areas for sitting, enjoying, and relaxing: in the rustic, dark-wood interior, in the small, quiet courtyard ("garden"), and in the square in front of the entrance. The menu is clearly structured and, thankfully, not too long, offering a good selection of typical Franconian and classic drinks and dishes. The service is fast and prompt.

It was my first time there. The asparagus with chives was delicious, the schnitzel was great, and especially the boiled potatoes, just as they should be! And served hot! The Schäuferle (pork shoulder) also looks very good. I'd go back anytime and definitely make a reservation. And not to forget: the staff is excellent; everyone was very accommodating and friendly, even though the place was packed.

We were looking for a restaurant that served typical regional dishes... And found it! We are still thrilled… Super great and friendly service. The boss puts her heart and soul into it and is a very busy little bee. Special requests? No problem at all! We really enjoyed it… (The cream cheese and fig ravioli are a dream!). The schnitzel was also wonderful, says the gentleman. But be sure to be hungry… The portion is quite large. There are also half portions for one or two dishes... And worth mentioning (for me): fresh herbs from the window sill... 👍🏻 All in all, a successful evening in a rustic atmosphere. And really inexpensive too. Absolute recommendation! 😇

We have been coming here at irregular intervals for almost 20 years, but are still satisfied with the food and service. Schnitzel, whether original or "Viennese style", is always consistently delicious, the roasts are flawless, decent roulades (without experimenting with the filling) and the desserts are also very tasty. So far, the boss is the only one who has ever managed to remember the entire order, including starters and special requests, instead of writing it down for more than 10 people - and I often go out to eat! Respect! There is also a nice, cozy side room for small celebrations. With a lot of luck, you can park a few meters away, otherwise you can also park in the parking garage 2 minutes away.

Even though there wasn't actually any space, a table was somehow made available to us - so you should definitely reserve in advance. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food and drink were delicious, plentiful and still reasonably priced. We had a very nice evening!

People like to eat very good home-style cuisine in the middle of Fürth

We celebrated our Christmas party here with around 30 people. Food had to be ordered in advance. We arrived promptly at 6:30 p.m. It took 30 minutes for us to get drinks, with only the addition “it took a little longer” - not a word of apology. Then the food was eaten again (?), for which we ultimately had to wait another 1.5 hours. A colleague and I had the Wiener Schnitzel. The fries were in the fryer for way too long and were rock hard. However, no one came to the table to ask if everything was okay. The schnitzel itself was good and the portion was also generous. We later had to call the waitress over, where she realized with an “Oh!” that no one at the table had anything to drink. That describes the service as a whole. Ultimately, I find it more than sad that at an event that was reserved weeks in advance, you have to wait a total of 2 hours for your food after you arrive and basically have to beg for new drinks.

An economy like in a picture book! We celebrated our little wedding in the Christmas tree. We ate there a few times beforehand and felt incredibly comfortable every time we visited. It's like coming home. The dishes are really tasty, fresh and cooked in Franconian style, the portions are so generous that the price-performance ratio is great. Even the best eater will be full! Above all, allergies and intolerances are particularly addressed. We have never experienced such great service, attentive, fast and so loving with children and guests. We can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant for young and old. You can find everything here!

Quaint Franconian restaurant. We stayed here in the fireplace room with a larger group. As main courses you could choose between the Schäufele and the Wiener-style schnitzel, both of which were very good and the schnitzel was very large. The dishes were honest and unfussy without being fancy, just plain, plain and simple The service was friendly and really attentive even when things got busy.

Cercavamo un tipico locale tedesco in cui cenare la prima sera a Norimberga (Fuerth) e siamo capitati qui per caso. Ci siamo tornati tutte le sere. Piatti tipici tedeschi, succulenti, personale molto cordiale ed ospitale, e un menù che vi consente di degustare le principali specialità tedesche in un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Ovviamente ci sono i piatti per i bambini. Tutto ottimo e abbondante e decisamente economico.

We were there after visiting the Playmobil Park and it is a nice, cozy restaurant. The food was very, very tasty and the waitresses were so friendly towards children, which we really liked. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit Fürth.

Rustic guest room with a lot of charm from the past. Fresh and delicious down-to-earth cuisine. (you can hear the meat tenderizer in the background) Very generous portions to eat properly. And the service asks whether you've had enough. Overall, a very well-rounded thing, just stays that way. Will definitely come back when we are in Fürth.

Nice Franconian restaurant. Were visiting for the first time. We sat outside in front of the restaurant, the service was very nice, unfortunately it took a while for two requests to be fulfilled, even though there wasn't that much going on. (Ice cubes for the wine, cranberries for the schnitzel and a side salad were forgotten) The food was very tasty...(Vienna schnitzel, tarte flambée with goat cheese and honey and a Schäufele...Schäufele was a bit too dry, the tarte flambée a bit too sweet...)...but all of that is always a matter of taste. We would definitely come here again.

Very very good restaurant. The child, who was overwhelmed by the Franconian menu, was treated extremely well. The cook baked extra pancakes that weren't actually on the menu. These were very tasty and were quickly eaten completely. For people who want to try Franconian cuisine, there are hearty dishes that will make you eat more than you would like. All staff polite with a smile on their face. We got recommendations that were really tasty. Rustic atmosphere. We'd love to come back.

The food was very good, but the best thing was the two ladies behind and in front of the counter... friendly, always smiling, even though there were only two of them, they had the shop under control, very personable. You'll be happy to come back!

A very delicious local German dish. The signature dish is roasted pork shoulder and sausage. The mashed potatoes that accompany the sausage are also very delicious. The chicken salad was overflowing. 100 euros for 4 people, very nice. love for china.
