Food was ok, the soup was rather thick like a cream and it was a shame that the salad was bigger than the carp fillet, it works much better in other restaurants! The waitresses were nice but not very attentive!

If you love originals, then you will find the right place in the 7 Swabians. Maybe a little dark at first, but the friendly service makes it brighter. The carp fillet could perhaps have used a little more salt, but otherwise it was very good. After eating, it's worth taking a walk through Fürth's city park or vice versa to satisfy your hunger.

Great experience in this restaurant. Immersed in the local people. Typical genuine food. Smart and friendly staff. Highly recommended

As hamburgers we were in the mood for something Bavarian. Expectations were fully met. Food was simply awesome! Ambiance was cozy, staff super friendly! One day we'll come back!

It's always pleasant and very tasty on site. The waitresses are on point and friendly. The food in my case the Cordon Bleu was again great.

We had a very good dinner. The portions were very large and the food was very tasty. The children's portions are hardly manageable for a small child. There are traditional Franconian specialties that are brought quickly by the friendly service. We sat outside nicely, but we wouldn't have liked it so much inside in the cult, rustic ambience, which seemed a bit outdated.

Visited spontaneously and wasn't disappointed. Prices are very reasonable for the large portions, even the children's portions are not to be sniffed at and it was super quick. Crusty roast and schnitzel are great, dumplings could be a bit tastier. Drinks are very tasty in this heat. If you like the rustic atmosphere, you can go there with peace of mind, you can also sit outside on the street, parking spaces were also easy to find. Very happy again! :)

Excellent Franconian dishes and really good vegetarian alternatives. The combination is rare, therefore recommended for everyone. There is also a varied selection of regional beers. Service and ambience also great.

Unfortunately, I took too much time coming here for the first time. A really great atmosphere. At least for a few hours you feel like you've been transported back 30 years, no cell phones or social media. We play cards and chat extensively at the regulars' table. The food is very tasty and the waitresses are super nice. I can recommend it to everybody.

We had reserved and got a table outside, which was great considering the weather. You sit right on the sidewalk, but there isn't much traffic. The service was very friendly and quick, the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed the food and had good desserts too. We'd love to come back again.

Very good sauerbraten, reasonable prices and portion sizes as well as good beer and extremely friendly waiters. Card payment possible without any problems and a very nice interior. Can absolutely be recommended!

Update: Still excellent Excellent. Cordon Bleu, schnitzel, Schäufele and potato gratin, all very tasty, quick and at the same time. There are also several dishes for vegetarians, which is not yet a given for a Franconian economy. I would definitely recommend it

The atmosphere is rustic. We had roast pork and something must have gone wrong with the sauce. I had a carp that tasted good, but the carp was completely flat on the plate.

Very solid weekly menu with varied options (veg./non-veg.), I can't remember ever eating anything that I didn't like at all; changing Franconian beers (there is definitely a lot for connoisseurs to discover); Absolute feel-good atmosphere thanks to the charming tavern ambience (I love the wooden ceiling decorated with ornaments) and motivated, very courteous staff

Rustic Fürth restaurant with good home cooking at reasonable prices. It's a bit of a shame that you smell quite like the kitchen afterwards. But I'll always come back, especially for the liver 😋

Sehr netter Service, leckeres Essen

Essen konnten wir leider nicht bewerten, da wir nicht zum Essen kamen. Wir haben angerufen und laut Bandansage soll man per Mail reservieren was wir auch gemacht haben (13:30Uhr). Wir waren dann unterwegs. 15 min. vor der Reservierungstermin kamen wir an und der Tisch war weg. Der Grund: man hat mir per Email geschrieben, ich soll meinen Reservierung bestätigen. Was ich nicht gemacht habe, da wir unterwegs waren und ich da keine Mails lesen kann. Ich gebe zu, man hat zwei mal mir geschrieben. Vorort sagte man ohne diese Bestätigung wird der Tisch neu vergeben, weil ja viele reservieren und dann nicht kommen. Finde ich lustig, erstens, die Mail kam um 15:41 Uhr, hätte ich diese gelesen und bestätigt, hätte man trotzdem nicht gewusst ob wir um 17:45 Uhr gekommen wären und zweitens, selbst wenn jemand nicht zur Reservierungstermin kommt, wäre der Tisch problemlos wieder besetzt worden. Ich kenne es so, man reserviert und der Tisch wird spätestens 15min. nach der Reservierungstermin neu vergeben und nicht schon 30 min. vor der eigentlich Zeit. Ansonsten war die Frau sehr freundlich und musste uns wegschicken. Bitte auf der Bandansage gleich dazu sagen, dass man seine Reservierung per Mail nochmal bestätigen muss. Sehr schade....

Das Essen war okay, der Service freundlich und das Ambiente sehr rustikal und das Interieur teilweise schon arg in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir waren vor 3-4Jahren regelmäßig da. Damals 8-9Euro fürs Tagesgericht, gutes Bier, launige Bedienung. Am letzten Sonntag war es nur überlaufen, hektisch und laut. Auch irgendwie ein Laden der vom Erfolg eingerissen wird. Das Essen war einfach schlecht und das für ca. 15Euro/Gericht im Schnitt. Für ein Bier kommen wir im Sommer wieder, aber essen werden wir dort nichts mehr.

Das Restaurant "zu den Sieben Schwaben" liegt etwas abseits des Stadtkerns ca 800m vom Bahnhof Fürth. Es ist ein sehr traditionelles Lokal, bei dem ein großer Teil der Einrichtung die Geschichte der letzten 100 Jahre erzählt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Schade war, dass bereits an einem Freitag um 20:00 Uhr einige Standardgerichte nicht mehr verfügbar waren. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht. Eine Reservierung ist dringend empfohlen, insbesondere als Gruppe.

Mein erster Eindruck zu dieser original Fränkischen Küche ist unbeschreiblich schön ! Das Essen ist sorgfältig ausgesucht worden und je nach Jahreszeiten perfekt abgestimmt. Den Karpfen, der in jedem Monat der ein R am Anfang besitzt, bestellen kannst, hat ein unglaublich zarten Geschmack und die Beilagen sprechen für sich! Der Service ist freundlich und geduldig. Die Pflanzen sind wunderschön und werden nach Augenmaß perfekt gegoßen. Auch zu empfehlen ist der Beilagensalat. Die Soße ist perfekt mit den verschiedenen Komponentenabgestimmt also ein Perfekter Salat

Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Klos waren sauber und die Preis waren dafür ok.

Seit 10 Jahren unser Stammtisch Lokal....das sagt alles aus! Beste Küche, beste Bierauswahl, beste Atmosphäre und tolles Publikum. Auf weitere 10 Jahre!

Eine typisch fränkische Wirtschaft, ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit leckerem Essen und gutem Bier. Hier ist die Zeit konserviert, vor 50 Jahren war es schon genauso. Faires Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Bierauswahl sehr gut und ein sehr gutes Schäuferle.

Einer meiner neuen Favoriten in Fürth. Optisch ein uriges und ansprechendes Ambiente. Die Einrichtung ist nicht 0815 sondern gibt eine gemütliche Stimmung. Eine Hintergrundmusik gibt es nicht, was mir positiv auffiel. Dies führt allerdings nicht zu einer unangenehmen Stimmung, sondern regte überall zu gemütlichen Gesprächen an. Die Bedienung ist fix , freundlich und lässt einem den ausreichenden Freiraum, sodass nicht andauernd irgendwelche Nachfragen kommen. Die Essensauswahl ist nicht riesig, lässt aber auch nichts vermissen. Die Tageskarte biete alles, was man saisonal erwartet. Das Essen war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da. Es war super lecker und von der Menge und Anrichtung perfekt. Auch preislich ist es ein absoluter Hammer und rundet den positiven Eindruck ab. Insgesamt ein herrlicher Abend. Allerdings empfehle ich eine Reservierung, da alle Tische belegt waren, was allerdings umso mehr die gemütliche Stimmung gefördert hat.
