Gutes Essen, hervorragende Atmosphäre.

Per Zufall diese Lokalität gefunden auf der Suche nach Hausmannskost in Fürth - hier gibts viele italienische Optionen aber uns war nach Schnitzel. Bei den 7 Schwaben wurden wir sehr lieb empfangen und mit großer Aufmerksamkeit bedient. Draußen gegenüber des Stadtparks auf urigen Biergartenmöbeln und bei einem kühlen Bier ließ es sich am späten Nachmittag gut aushalten. Das Essen - klassische Schnitzel/pommes - kam in Windeseile. Die Karte bot einiges an regionalen Leckereien, die beim nächsten Besuch gerne probiert werden. Hier lässt es sich aushalten. Zahlen mit Karte war kein Problem.

Leider war das Essen nicht gut. Es hat sich echt gut gelesen. Der Sauerbraten war zäh und das Cordon Bleu aus der Friteuse. Schade, da es ja so günstig nicht ist.

tolles traditionelles Franken-Lokal mit sehr guten Gerichten. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Zu empfehlen.

Wir waren jetzt schon zwei mal in den sieben Schwaben und wir sind vom Essen sehr begeistert. Meistens sind wir mehrere Leute 8-10 und alle kommen wieder gerne da hin. Essen ist super Lecker, wie bei Mama. Das einzige, was nervt, ist wenn es voll ist, der Lautstärkenpegel. Deswegen für das Ambiente leider nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten kann ich das Lokal absolut empfehlen und wir gehen wieder hin.

Ein hervorragendes, traditionelles Restaurant. Es war voll mit Einheimischen, aber sie fanden trotzdem noch einen Platz für einen Gast. Der Service war schnell und professionell. Das Essen war hochwertig, lecker und preiswert. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, aber die Küche arbeitete erstaunlich schnell. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schweinebraten und Schäufele waren sehr sehr lecker. Rindergulasch war auch sehr gut (paar zu viele Pfefferkörner)

Tischreservierung unter aller Würde!! Hatte für 8 Personen reserviert und wir sollten uns an einen Tisch für 4 Personen, reinquetschen. Zudem war unser Tisch 1,5 Std. später noch mal reserviert. Es war alles total voll, kein Platz mehr frei. Am Nachbartisch das gleiche (mit 10 Personen) obwohl bei Reservierung, per E-Mail, genau bestätigt wurde, kein Problem alles frei ....... Personal kam nicht mal mit Getränke-Bestellung hinterher. Es war sehr laut, man konnte sich nicht unterhalten (ohne zu schreien). Meine Freunde Ware nicht begeistert. Sind gegangen. Freunde wurden, gegen ihren Willen festgehalten und wir sollten bleiben. Absolutes NO GO !!!!!

Traditionelle Küche, hervorragend zubereitet. Ein faszinierender historischer Speisesaal mit freundlichem Personal und köstlichen Speisen. Ich hatte ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Vielen Dank.

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, klassisch fränkische Küche. Kleine Karte, aber für jeden was dabei. Gute Hausmannskost, keine gehobene Küche. Waren mit Freunden dort und alle waren zufrieden.

We were there for a small birthday/Christmas celebration. A really lovely, traditional Franconian inn. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I had a dumpling with gravy. If you know that feeling of "I can't get that person out of my head," then yes, that's exactly what I got with that dumpling and gravy. I miss it. Even our dog, who doesn't usually like (sauerbraten), ate some under the table. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, there was so much that I had to shovel down the last few bites of my cordon bleu because I was so full. But I can definitely recommend it! Go there!

The food is absolutely delicious! I've tried almost everything on the menu by now, and I've loved it all. There's always a tasty vegetarian option, and the service is always incredibly friendly and efficient. The gravies are gluten-free and made with potato flour! Highly recommended!

We were completely satisfied! The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The portions were very generous and the food tasted fantastic. It's an older restaurant, but very clean and cozy. The service is quick and attentive. The food is delicious and plentiful... a big plus is that they serve hot meals all day.

We were at Sieben Schwaben yesterday. The food was very good, and despite the restaurant being full, the wait was pleasant. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The service was friendly. The decor is a bit dated, but it suits the overall look of the place.

We ate there for the first time on Sunday with friends from Hamburg. Great service, very nice and friendly. The food was very good, with a good selection of vegetarian dishes. Good selection of drinks. We'll definitely come back. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of the noise.

A simply fantastic regional beer selection, and the food is absolutely delicious 😋 (carp, shoulder of pork, and schnitzel). It was our first visit, but it won't be our last. A truly authentic Franconian inn, the kind you rarely find. The service is super friendly and a real pleasure, even though it's a bit hectic.

I have no idea how you manage such a full restaurant with such a "small" team. Short wait times, top quality, and incredibly delicious. Respect! We'll be back.

The roast pork blew me away; it was incredibly delicious. Despite over 30 people, the first dishes arrived after just 15 minutes, and the rest followed quickly. The waiter was generally very attentive and always friendly. I rarely write reviews, but this was outstanding, and it's rare these days. Highly recommended.

We were there for dinner. Luckily we had a reservation, because later on the restaurant got really busy. Beautiful old restaurant with lots of flair. The service was very friendly. There are many beers on offer, including other regional beers. They also regularly serve other regional beers! The food was served promptly; it was a bit bland, but after adding more seasoning, it was very good. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we'd be happy to come back.

Surprisingly delicious food. I had a Sauerbraten (sauerbraten), and my wife had a shoulder of pork. Very well seasoned, the shoulder of pork was perfectly prepared. Thank you very much.

While the food was decent, the waitress was very nice, and everyone was respectful. I have to give it 1 star because I asked for an orange juice and specified that I did not wanted it sparkling, they brought it to me and I asked again if they were sure, and since they weren't sure I said "well I will try", so I poured a bit in my glass to check if it actually was sparkling and it turned out it was so I did not even try it. But the boss/supervisor/owner(?) said I still have to pay for it even if I did not drink it and even if asked beforehand. That for me, is terrible terrible service and I will not come back. Unacceptable. I live closeby and was planning to go more times, but the guy prefered to lose a long term customer than to lose a bottle of orange juice. Bad choice.

I ate at "Die sieben Schwaben" in Fürth last week for my birthday. My last visit was several years ago – and back then, it was quite positive. The drink selection is first-class and reasonably priced. The ambiance is rustic, yet cozy. Outdoor seating (beer garden) is available when the weather is nice. The food selection was okay, but not highly recommended for vegetarians, especially since the menu changes constantly. So you can't really be sure whether you'll actually get something tasty (your favorite dish). They don't offer snacks! The portions are quite manageable or small, so I'd say the price-performance ratio is rather poor. Although it was only 5 p.m., the service seemed overwhelmed in some places. People were mostly served only upon request, as they walked by. Drinks sometimes arrived with a significant delay ("Oh, my colleague almost forgot the beer") or were completely forgotten – but were later added to the bill. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied and would choose another restaurant in the future.

Today was our first time eating here, and it certainly won't be our last. The service was perfect. We ordered Schäuferla (roast pork) and suckling pig, each with dumplings, and were completely satisfied. The portions were generous and the flavor was excellent. The ambiance was very appealing and inviting. This restaurant is highly recommended... we'll definitely be back.

I'd give it 4 stars. Very friendly service, genuinely committed to fulfilling guests' wishes. Unfortunately, our dishes were too salty. The restaurant was packed and busy. Perhaps we were unlucky and the chef had a new crush. We'll come back and see if it was just an outlier.

I have eaten here many times but what I got today is not desirable. 3 mm schnitzel. I was here for the last time today because even when I complained, it wasn't accepted. When I got home I tried it again and found that it was dry and tough, pressed flat and the protein in the meat had probably escaped. Far from a juicy schnitzel. Pictures speak for themselves and I never paid 13.50 euros for beer again. It's a shame, I enjoyed being with the 7 Swabians until yesterday. Slowly you can only cook and bake at home. Zero stars but I had to give it one. The schnitzel was very firm and often described as shoe sole. I had to recreate this recession. Text refers to a time around the year 2022/2023. A restaurant with a long history, warm staff and good taste

My wife and I were in Fürth over the weekend and became aware of this quaint restaurant thanks to the good reviews. Everything in the restaurant is harmonious so far. Friendly welcome and hospitality, great food, great portion, great price. So make a reservation for Saturday. We were 1 hour early and they made every effort to give us a table as quickly as possible. So always make a reservation on the weekend because everything is full. If the road takes us back to Fürth then we will definitely come back here. Warm greetings to the TOP team there

The Seven Swabians are always worth a visit. It's a wonderful Franconian inn with excellent Franconian dishes and very friendly service.

Great economy with extremely friendly service and very good value for money. The food is typically Franconian. Changing regional beers on tap, also served in a stein if desired, round off the visit. Absolutely recommended.

Nice restaurant/economy. Staff friendly and on the ball. Unfortunately, the cheese spaetzle didn't taste good. Far too soft, no taste. Even seasoning didn't help. Tasteless cheese and not enough of it. Often there is also a small salad, but not here. It's a shame otherwise the restaurant gave a cozy impression.

I have been living in Franconia for 8 years and have ordered and eaten countless “Schäuferle”. But today was an experience. I will probably never order a Schäufele anywhere else again. ...if you are lucky enough to be served by Tim, hopefully it will give you back the hope of your youth, just like it did for me. He's great, attentive and so fast. But the other service staff are also extremely quick, the request for a little extra sauce for the dumplings was fulfilled in under 45 seconds. ... and all this with a completely full restaurant. Thank you for this experience, at a price in the lower price segment (for 2025). Absolutely recommended!!! 10out of 10

It is a quaint restaurant with a rustic location and a young, very friendly service. There is a bourgeois tradition menu with matching drinks. The food was well prepared with fresh ingredients. I'm looking forward to coming by again soon.

Rustic pub with fantastic Franconian food and numerous Franconian draft beers. The ambience takes some getting used to, very old and well used. The plants need water. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is homemade with great taste and everything is freshly prepared. A first league pleasure. The price-performance ratio is good.
