Surprisingly delicious food. I had a Sauerbraten (sauerbraten), and my wife had a shoulder of pork. Very well seasoned, the shoulder of pork was perfectly prepared. Thank you very much.

While the food was decent, the waitress was very nice, and everyone was respectful. I have to give it 1 star because I asked for an orange juice and specified that I did not wanted it sparkling, they brought it to me and I asked again if they were sure, and since they weren't sure I said "well I will try", so I poured a bit in my glass to check if it actually was sparkling and it turned out it was so I did not even try it. But the boss/supervisor/owner(?) said I still have to pay for it even if I did not drink it and even if asked beforehand. That for me, is terrible terrible service and I will not come back. Unacceptable. I live closeby and was planning to go more times, but the guy prefered to lose a long term customer than to lose a bottle of orange juice. Bad choice.

I ate at "Die sieben Schwaben" in Fürth last week for my birthday. My last visit was several years ago – and back then, it was quite positive. The drink selection is first-class and reasonably priced. The ambiance is rustic, yet cozy. Outdoor seating (beer garden) is available when the weather is nice. The food selection was okay, but not highly recommended for vegetarians, especially since the menu changes constantly. So you can't really be sure whether you'll actually get something tasty (your favorite dish). They don't offer snacks! The portions are quite manageable or small, so I'd say the price-performance ratio is rather poor. Although it was only 5 p.m., the service seemed overwhelmed in some places. People were mostly served only upon request, as they walked by. Drinks sometimes arrived with a significant delay ("Oh, my colleague almost forgot the beer") or were completely forgotten – but were later added to the bill. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied and would choose another restaurant in the future.

Today was our first time eating here, and it certainly won't be our last. The service was perfect. We ordered Schäuferla (roast pork) and suckling pig, each with dumplings, and were completely satisfied. The portions were generous and the flavor was excellent. The ambiance was very appealing and inviting. This restaurant is highly recommended... we'll definitely be back.

We come to Sieben Schwaben often, and it's always been really good. The service is good and super friendly. No matter what you choose from the extensive menu, it always tastes really delicious. The prices are also very fair. Definitely recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

I'd give it 4 stars. Very friendly service, genuinely committed to fulfilling guests' wishes. Unfortunately, our dishes were too salty. The restaurant was packed and busy. Perhaps we were unlucky and the chef had a new crush. We'll come back and see if it was just an outlier.

Classic pub, quite noisy, good beer (4 euros) and Aperol spritz (7 euros), we had schnitzel with potatoes (17 euros) and it was still quite swimming in oil, but we liked it. We give 4 stars for the food

We went there for lunch with our children and grandchildren. Delicious food, large portions. The waiter, Paul, was friendly and very funny, even though they were very busy.

I ordered a carp fillet, When it came I was really very disappointed with the 3 small pieces that were on the plate, which was a disgrace for the price. I was still hungry afterwards so no recommendation.

I have eaten here many times but what I got today is not desirable. 3 mm schnitzel. I was here for the last time today because even when I complained, it wasn't accepted. When I got home I tried it again and found that it was dry and tough, pressed flat and the protein in the meat had probably escaped. Far from a juicy schnitzel. Pictures speak for themselves and I never paid 13.50 euros for beer again. It's a shame, I enjoyed being with the 7 Swabians until yesterday. Slowly you can only cook and bake at home. Zero stars but I had to give it one. The schnitzel was very firm and often described as shoe sole. I had to recreate this recession. Text refers to a time around the year 2022/2023. I was informed by an inn that could not be associated with my review. and corrected this immediately

Ate there twice, brilliant each time, book because they're busy. Great beer, delicious food, fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff who are kind and engaged. If you're anywhere near Furth you have to eat there. The schauferla mit klossen was a revelation!

A restaurant with a long history, warm staff and good taste

My wife and I were in Fürth over the weekend and became aware of this quaint restaurant thanks to the good reviews. Everything in the restaurant is harmonious so far. Friendly welcome and hospitality, great food, great portion, great price. So make a reservation for Saturday. We were 1 hour early and they made every effort to give us a table as quickly as possible. So always make a reservation on the weekend because everything is full. If the road takes us back to Fürth then we will definitely come back here. Warm greetings to the TOP team there

The Seven Swabians are always worth a visit. It's a wonderful Franconian inn with excellent Franconian dishes and very friendly service.

Delicious Franconian food in a rustic atmosphere.

Nice restaurant/economy. Staff friendly and on the ball. Unfortunately, the cheese spaetzle didn't taste good. Far too soft, no taste. Even seasoning didn't help. Tasteless cheese and not enough of it. Often there is also a small salad, but not here. It's a shame otherwise the restaurant gave a cozy impression.

I have been living in Franconia for 8 years and have ordered and eaten countless “Schäuferle”. But today was an experience. I will probably never order a Schäufele anywhere else again. ...if you are lucky enough to be served by Tim, hopefully it will give you back the hope of your youth, just like it did for me. He's great, attentive and so fast. But the other service staff are also extremely quick, the request for a little extra sauce for the dumplings was fulfilled in under 45 seconds. ... and all this with a completely full restaurant. Thank you for this experience, at a price in the lower price segment (for 2025). Absolutely recommended!!! 10out of 10

Great economy with extremely friendly service and very good value for money. The food is typically Franconian. Changing regional beers on tap, also served in a stein if desired, round off the visit. Absolutely recommended.

It is a quaint restaurant with a rustic location and a young, very friendly service. There is a bourgeois tradition menu with matching drinks. The food was well prepared with fresh ingredients. I'm looking forward to coming by again soon.

Rustic pub with fantastic Franconian food and numerous Franconian draft beers. The ambience takes some getting used to, very old and well used. The plants need water. “To the Seven Swabians” is a typical, rustic Franconian inn. Nothing has been particularly modernized, everything is as relaxed as you would expect from Franconian restaurants. Selection of food and drinks is very good. There is nothing to complain about about the dishes, good quality, generous portions. Service top, friendly, courteous and quick.

I can only recommend it. It wasn't easy to get thrown away for two people on a Sunday lunchtime without a reservation. Service staff assigned us an interim seat and brought us something to drink until a table became available. Schnitzel, Cordon Bleu very good, beer selection too.

Were on December 26th. for dinner there. Everything went well with the reservation - the disappointment then came on site. We were rudely asked to come to our table (not by our waitress, but by a black-haired lady). Unfortunately, the family table was also unavailable, although it was not occupied during our stay. Had to squeeze into a table for 7 with the kids. The waitress (newbie) did a great job. The food: if you want cathodes MUST reserve in advance! If it doesn't say anything, I was surprised when I was told that I had to make a reservation and that there was nothing left. Then I decided on the piece of suckling pig with dumplings. You don't expect much meat from ribeye, but you don't expect it to be dried out! Disappointing! In terms of taste, what little I could find above the spine was tender and delicious. With a plate price of almost €17 you can pay attention to what you are serving to the customer! And when it's already dried out, you make the piece bigger. My husband and children had schnitzel. The children's meal was good and juicy, but my husband wasn't so lucky with his dry and overcooked piece. Since it was Boxing Day we had a time slot from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. However, it was impertinent to point out to us that the next ones had already arrived and that we should please clear the space, even though no one came towards us when we went out or seemed to be waiting for us. We were probably there for the first and last time!

The portions here are very large. The service is very good and the staff are super nice. Unfortunately, it's a bit dark inside and that detracts from the ambience. Still a good inn. The apple fritters were very tasty and so was the red wine pear. We were sitting right at the exit from the kitchen, where it was a bit noisy. I had a direct view of the dishwasher.

We have been regular guests at the restaurant for many years and are always very satisfied. The quality of the food and service has been consistently very good for years. The ambience is wonderful, sitting outside when the weather is nice is also really nice (right next to the city park)...just as you would hope. Not off the shelf!!!

We were guests here for the first time and certainly not the last time. It was completely booked and I recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy. A classic restaurant with home cooking. The selection of food and drinks is sufficient and the portions are large. We were all completely happy and satisfied. We were also amazed at the low prices. Things look different here in North Rhine-Westphalia. The food was so delicious. I had sauerbraten, other schnitzels, cheese spaetzle and something with fried dumplings. We also treated ourselves to dessert. All very delicious. The coffee there is also made from freshly ground beans and is very tasty. All in all, we can highly recommend it here and we would like to thank you again for the nice service.

If you like old inns, this is the right place for you. Everything is pretty old in an old building. Therefore, the ambience can be described as rustic. The service was quick and attentive, the food was very tasty and traditional for my taste. Prices are in the lower to medium range. The highlight is a huge painted ceiling - just great. Therefore, I can personally only recommend a visit if you want something authentic.

Great Franconian food. Quaint economy.

Food was ok, the soup was rather thick like a cream and it was a shame that the salad was bigger than the carp fillet, it works much better in other restaurants! The waitresses were nice but not very attentive!

If you love originals, then you will find the right place in the 7 Swabians. Maybe a little dark at first, but the friendly service makes it brighter. The carp fillet could perhaps have used a little more salt, but otherwise it was very good. After eating, it's worth taking a walk through Fürth's city park or vice versa to satisfy your hunger.

It's always pleasant and very tasty on site. The waitresses are on point and friendly. The food in my case the Cordon Bleu was again great.

Visited spontaneously and wasn't disappointed. Prices are very reasonable for the large portions, even the children's portions are not to be sniffed at and it was super quick. Crusty roast and schnitzel are great, dumplings could be a bit tastier. Drinks are very tasty in this heat. If you like the rustic atmosphere, you can go there with peace of mind, you can also sit outside on the street, parking spaces were also easy to find. Very happy again! :)

We had a very good dinner. The portions were very large and the food was very tasty. The children's portions are hardly manageable for a small child. There are traditional Franconian specialties that are brought quickly by the friendly service. We sat outside nicely, but we wouldn't have liked it so much inside in the cult, rustic ambience, which seemed a bit outdated.
