At the end of the visit to Bamberg we stopped at “Einhorns Keller”. A little outside in a quiet location, a beer garden in the back yard, not visible from the outside, to relax and regain your strength and round off your visit to Bamberg with a good shot of beer and a decent meal before heading back to your accommodation...

We came here spontaneously and were completely satisfied! Bad weather was forecast, which is why the beer garden wasn't actually open. However, the weather changed and the team had to reschedule. The guys were unprepared for this and understaffed - but thanks to open and honest communication with the guests, it went smoothly (for us)! We were treated very friendly and warmly, the drinks and food came quickly and it tasted incredibly delicious! Absolute recommendation and we would be happy to come back next time we visit Bamberg!

Beautifully located above the cathedral, nice service staff, great owners. Food was really very tasty. Small but nice beer garden outside also invites you to sit and relax. There is a small playhouse in the garden for children.

Was in the einhornskeller again after many years, the seating was simple but ok, the food was too expensive & small portions, for potatoes with vegetables and aioli just under 16 euros. For me it was a no go because the taste of the food wasn't anything special. Therefore no recommendation from me.

If you are looking for a real piece of Franconia, you should definitely stop by the Einhornskeller - a restaurant where the food and the people are real! The Einhornskeller not only impresses with its authentic Franconian cuisine, but also with an atmosphere that is far away from any tourist hustle and bustle - comfortable, cozy and above all REAL. The meal was simply a culinary taste experience. The service is also exceptional - friendly, attentive, funny and all without being intrusive. Everyone was in a good mood here - visitors and staff. We were treated as guests like friends and were right in the middle of it all instead of just there. A wonderful evening that we will not forget and which ended unexpectedly and much later than planned with five people from all over the country in front of the "pub door"! Big thanks to Alex & Amadeus and warm greetings to Reinhard, Carlos & Kathrin.

Despite the fact that it was Saturday evening and we didn't have a reservation, we got a spot. The beef broth was delicious, the wild boar ragout was just good. And kudos to the owner, despite it being full, for keeping an overview and remaining friendly, respect!

So sollte ein Biergarten sein. Gutes Bier, leckeres Essen. Preis Leistung passt. In uriger Bamberger Atmosphäre, mit Publikum aller Altersgruppen

Wir kommen oft ins Einhorn. Super freundliche Bedienungen, gemütliche Inneneinrichtung und Atmosphäre, hier fühlt sich jeder einfach wohl und willkommen. Qualitativ hochwertige Gerichte und regionales Bier sowie der gemütliche Biergarten sind ein Highlight in Bamberg, hier geht es auch meistens weniger touristisch zu. Daumen hoch, macht weiter so!

Der Biergarten ist klein und sehr fein

202309 Salat und Brot nur 3 Sterne, Anderes war wohl ok.. Speisekarte geringe Auswahl. Kellerbier ist prima bei Wein wurden wir nicht fündig. Schlichtes sitzen im Freien.

Suuuper leckeres Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind mit vollem Bauch den Heimweg angetreten. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren zum Essen da und hatten uns darauf gefreut, das vegane pulled pork zu probieren, da wir sowas auf den Bamberger Kellern bislang noch nirgends auf der Karte gesehen hatten. Die Vorstellung war z.B. etwas hausgemachtes aus Jackfruit, aber wir ließen uns eben mal überraschen. Dann kam leider für fast 17 € eine sehr kleine Portion, mit wenig "pulled pork", welches geschmacklich den Eindruck machte, als käme es aus der Packung kurz in die Pfanne. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Service hat auch relativ lange für alles gebraucht, scheinbar hat hier eine Kraft gefehlt, kann ja auch mal passieren. Solange sich an der veganen Auswahl und v.a. am Preis nichts ändert, werde ich leider nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Beim Betriebsausflug sind wir hier mit 20 Leuten eingekehrt (andere Gaststätten konnten uns nach 14 Uhr nicht mehr bedienen). Wir fanden hier: superleckeres Essen, süffiges Kellerbier, einen tollen und supernetten Service. Rundum glücklich ging es danach wieder nach Hause.

Ist wohl in Bamberg bald überall so - Massenabfertigung.

Wer's in diesem Umfeld noch in nem Ambiete um 14hundert schätzt, (up to date; renoviert) ist hier absolut richtig! Erlebenswertes Team in erlebenswertem Biergarten-, /Keller! Vier Sterne, ich brauch' ja Platz zum Bewerten nach oben.!! Wirt, Danke fürs Erlebnis!

Wirklich leckeres Essen! Es gab eine Sonntagskarte, die vollkommen ausreichend war! Das "einfache" Schnitzel war besser als das zuhause verkündete mein Sohn und der ist Schnitzelexperte und vergibt selten bis nie solch ein Lob. Punktabzug wegen der Sanitäranlage.

Gute location und Bier. -Bier sehr gut -Cordon Bleu sehr gut -Pommes weng trocken und unwürzig -zu wenig Ketchup bzw. Mayonnaise -Getränke Bestellung wurde vergessen -Preise noch okay, aber im Vergleich zu den Pommes relativ gesalzen -Ketchup, Mayonnaise darf NICHT einzeln abgepackt, sondern MUSS in wieder verwendbaren Schalen oder direkt auf dem Teller kommen. Einzelne Kunststoff Packung sind NICHT nachhaltig! Obwohl unsere Bestellung überdurchschnittlich schnell aufgenommen worden ist, war es anschließend nicht leicht einen Kellner an unseren Tisch zu bekommen. d. H. erst sehr schnell, dann warten, warten.

In der Altstadt von Bamberg liegt dieser schöne Biergarten. Die Karte ist umfangreich und bietet alles, was man von einem Biergarten erwartet. Ich hatte hier ein ausgezeichnetes Schäufele mit Klößen, das ganz ausgezeichnet war. Das Bier wurde in Steinkrügen serviert und war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ab 22 Uhr muss man ins Gebäude umziehen, da sonst die Nachbarn gestört fühlen. Mir hat das „Einhorn“ sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr tolle Location. Wohl in Bamberg ein Geheimtipp. Für uns ja. Essen und Service waren top!

Leckere Biere vom Fass, kleine Speisekarte mit leckerem Angebot.

Gutes Bier - das Essen fand ich außerordentlich gut (ich hatte das Einhornpfännle mit Filet) mit einer spitzen Sosse. Auch wenn die Karte nicht groß ist - das Essen ist Klasse und zu einem wirklich guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Atmosphäre war super! Wir waren spontan dort und haben uns in den Biergarten gesetzt. Der Service war nett und auf Zack. Das Essen war ein Traum, einfach sehr sehr lecker. Auch das Kellerbier war sehr lecker, mild und süffig im Geschmack. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren kurz nach 14 Uhr mit einer Gruppe im Biergarten und haben trotz Ruhezeit noch Essen bekommen. Alles frisch und superlecker, sehr freundlicher Gastwirt - alles in allem ein Top Lokal!

Eine Currywurst Pommes (Asischale) für 10,80! Das sind 21,60 DM in richtigem Geld! Ich trinke jetzt ein, auch überteuertes Bier, und schmiere mir Zuhause ein paar Brote! Oder koche was G’Scheits

Traditionsreiches Gasthaus mit ehrlicher und guter Küche - Bier auch in Ordnung. Innen sitzt man sehr gemütlich in der alten Gaststube. Der Garten war momentan nicht hergerichtet, lässt aber für den Sommer ein schönes Ambiente vermuten.

Wir waren als Familie da und haben entsprechend vorher reserviert, sonst hätten wir keinen Platz bekommen. Ist allerdings eher Biergarten als ein Keller. Das Bier ist gut auch das Essen, umgehauen haben uns aber doch die Preise. 15 Euro für ein Pfännla ist selbst für Bamberg schon viel, für eine Location die sich als Keller bezeichnet definitiv.
