Zum Brünnchen in Saarlouis

I was in Sarlawis today and we wanted to have lunch at the Yemeni restaurant, Al-Nakhlah. After we went in, we saw the menu and honestly, I was surprised it wasn't the same as usual. I asked the guy who was there and he said the restaurant now serves Aleppo-style food, meaning grilled meals. I said, "We've arrived, and we've arrived to try the food." I wish we hadn't. The cleanliness, the food, and the table were very bad, and the bathrooms were also frightening. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The club pub is finally open again during training times, Thursdays from 5 pm.

A very nice, quaint pub. You see something like this increasingly rare. The pub has a nostalgic feel, and you feel like you've traveled back in time. I really like it there, and the landlord is very friendly and attentive! We were there for the first time this evening with four people and will definitely come back. I hope the pub stays open for a long time. You can also play darts, foosball, and billiards there.
