Zum Brünnchen in Saarlouis

Today I was in Saarlouis and we wanted to have lunch at the Yemeni Palm Restaurant. After we entered, we saw the menu and honestly I was surprised that it wasn’t as usual. I asked the guy who was there and he said the restaurant has become Halabi food, meaning grilled meals. I said we arrived and arrived to try the food. I wish I hadn’t tried the cleanliness and food. The table was very bad and the bathrooms were also something I’m afraid of. I don’t recommend it at all.

I just had a fantastic, fresh, homemade wonton soup – it tasted amazing! The shrimp were freshly fried, and it came with seaweed salad that was also fresh and delicious. There was even a complimentary side of fresh coleslaw! I'll be back!

A very nice, quaint pub. You see something like this increasingly rare. The pub has a nostalgic feel, and you feel like you've traveled back in time. I really like it there, and the landlord is very friendly and attentive! We were there for the first time this evening with four people and will definitely come back. I hope the pub stays open for a long time. You can also play darts, foosball, and billiards there.
