I used a delivery service. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. The "open" gyro pita was a disaster. I had completely normal expectations, the usual: a flatbread with tzatziki, then meat, cabbage, and onions. What I got: a flatbread with little tzatziki and meat, but instead arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onions, and bell peppers. Just wondering why? And why don't they put that on the menu? So I won't order again.

Wrong opening hours, at least here on Google. By 10:10 PM, everything was already dark... :( Galatidis came to the rescue.

The first Greek restaurant where you don't get ouzo (on the house)!? The food was delicious, the service friendly and attentive. The portions were generous for my appetite, and the prices for the dishes were reasonable. What surprised me was that I had to order ouzo (€2.90) as a digestive, as none was offered, either before or after the meal. I also found the drink prices very high.

If you're looking for a casual lunchtime snack in Dortmund's Kreuzviertel district, Sorbas is the place to be. The Sorbas grilled platter is solid, fairly priced, and filling – not Michelin-starred cuisine, but with genuine snack-bar charm. A particularly positive aspect: the fries with mayo, crispy and delicious, as they should be. Outside, you can sit comfortably on wooden benches under parasols – perfect if you want to take that Kreuzviertel flair with you for a quick meal. Those with sophisticated fine-dining expectations should look elsewhere. But if you're simply hungry for a good meal at a good price, this is the place to be.

Zorbas Dortmund – The Greek restaurant with delicious food and great service Mmm, delicious! We had a really good currywurst with fries and a delicious gyro to go – and all at a very reasonable price. Simply delicious! The process is super quick: You walk in, order, and ten minutes later you get your gyro to go. It's also convenient that you can easily pay by card. The decor is simple and functional, but overall really great. I really liked it – definitely worth a visit!

I had the souvlaki, and it was delicious and surprisingly healthy! Tender, well-seasoned meat with fresh sides—simple, satisfying, and full of flavor. Great portion size too. Friendly staff and fair prices. A solid spot for authentic Greek food in Dortmund. Guests regularly mention friendly, attentive service, with staff like Dimitri making a great impression. (We asked before coming)

We tried this Greek grill this time and were raving about the Wolt grill plate and the Cavabcici plate. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were impressive. The price was reasonable, and we were lucky enough to be part of Robert's special offer week. We will definitely order food from there again and have it delivered.

Truly authentic experience. The food was just like in Greece. The quantity was very generous for the price. They also have traditional Greek beer. The owner was super kind and helpful and spoke fluent English. The atmosphere is amazing, very quiet even during busy hours. I feel like this is a true hidden gem. A very good snack bar that we've visited several times while visiting Dortmund. It's about a 10-minute walk from the theater (alternatively, there's a subway station, Saarlandstraße, right in front of the restaurant). The subway also runs from here to the Westfalenhalle. The service is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, card payments aren't accepted.

In the afternoon we ate here before going to a concert in the Westfalenhallen. We were very excited! ☝🏼 We received the tip from our BVB fan circles to stop here. Direct hit 👌🏼 The taste of the food impressed us - the gyros were particularly excellent. The portions are generous and the quality is top notch. Overall, a fair price-performance ratio! In the afternoon we ordered some food via the website. The ordering process was quick and easy. A delivery time of 60 minutes is always stated. Our food was on the table after about 40 minutes. The supplier was friendly and contacted us by phone as previously agreed. The food was very tasty and the gyros is a good one. The portions are more than sufficient and the quality is very good. So the price is fair!

The ambience is not so comfortable now. Designed more for mass. In my opinion, it's pretty loud inside and outside. The dishes are very tasty. Price-performance is also ok. It is possible to get half a portion, but a generous portion, from the gyro plate.

The food is really good and plentiful, a bit low in salt for my taste. The price/performance ratio is really good. The good food ensures the overall score. Gladly again.

Food was okay except for my meat, which unfortunately wasn't cooked through in a few places. The only thing that shocked me was that I asked for tzatziki after a little hit. I was then given a small plate full of tzatziki. Of course, half of it was left on .... now the big thing happens: I paid €7 just for tzatziki ......... I think that's already 30% and it's a complete rip-off when you consider that after one small hit you get tzaziki asked on my plate. Well, unfortunately the boss wasn't particularly friendly either... Unfortunately that was the last time.

So the Gyros Pita definitely tastes good. Meat is seasoned really well. Really delicious. The problem is that all the ingredients are placed on a loaf of bread and then rolled up. So no open bread bag. Not suitable for later consumption. Half of it actually falls out. It's a shame, only three stars. No card payment

Zorbas offers good Greek cuisine for relatively little money. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Staff is friendly. The outdoor area with beer garnish is simple and hearty. Often well attended, especially at BVB games. Disadvantage: you can only pay in cash.

Best Greek in Dortmund (maybe also NRW) so if you like delicious Greek food you should visit Zorbas and enjoy it. My personal recommendation is spaghetti with gyros in metaxer sauce and gratinated with cheese is a treat🤩 I look forward to the good and delicious food every time I eat there alone or with friends😊
