I've been here several times now and highly recommend the Pad Thai. The portion sizes are really good. The restaurant itself is quite small, but it's still a good place to sit. Takeout is also very easy; just call and pick up in a maximum of 20 minutes. Overall, good value for money.

We had the fried egg noodles and can highly recommend it. A very large selection, the food was ready very quickly, a good price (€7-8), and a very large portion (it was almost too big :)). You can sit inside or outside, and it looks really nice. The kitchen is open and right next to the tables, which feels very authentic and interesting. We'll definitely try it again.

The boss had a bad attitude and it was difficult to order food. Fortunately, I met an old customer who could speak Chinese. He strongly recommended the crispy duck fried noodles. It was really delicious, the portion was large and the price was cheap, with a high CP value.

It's the worst. I asked to take out the coriander when I ordered, but it was. She Put me on the counter because of a card machine problem and hit my hand when I was about to tap the card just because I tapped it before being ready. I enjoyed a plate of egg fried rice with crispy duck. The rice grains were distinct, the wok aroma was strong, and the portion was generous. The fried rice was based on soy sauce, and the aroma was fragrant and rich in flavor. It was paired with vegetables and smooth eggs, and the visual, taste and taste were perfectly balanced. The crispy duck was moderately fat and lean, and the duck skin was fried golden and crispy. It was not greasy when eaten, and it was delicious!

Later, when another customer arrived (westerners), the staff acted very friendly, which made me feel treated differently. And also, actually, I didn’t want to talk about this either, but I feel I have to. Last winter (2024), while I was chewing my food, the waitress asked me to move to another table to give it for another customer. I was totally okay. But the way she did it.. very rude. I was like a trash. Meanwhile, the other customer she was serving kept saying sorry and thank you to me. Maybe they all noticed that I was treated disrespectfully. I keep wondering why I was treated differently. I paid the same price as everyone else. And please, we come from the same region, Southeast Asia. But above all, we should treat everyone with kindness and respect. No matter where they come from or who they are. I hope this will be taken into consideration. I've been a customer at Zitronengras Asia Imbiss since before they moved, and I always enjoy coming back. The chef is incredibly friendly and welcoming; he often knows what I want as soon as I enter the shop. This personal touch makes every visit special. The food is simply delicious; otherwise, I wouldn't have been a loyal customer for over 16 years. Everything is fresh, well-seasoned, and prepared with love. Unfortunately, I'm not in Munich as often these days, otherwise I would definitely be there much more often.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered Pad Thai and fried noodles to go. Just looking into the kitchen made us feel a little nauseous. Both dishes were unfortunately thrown in the trash after two bites. Absolutely inedible, tasted of old grease, and after just two bites, our stomachs felt a bit queasy. Apart from that, it had absolutely nothing to do with Pad Thai.

The lady serving the place was very unfriendly. It always seems to be busy and popular. However, I've been feeling ill for days since eating there.

After 15 years of going here I still love it. When I was 15 and now I'm 31. This place is a little gem. Don't listen to the comments. These are simple people who cook authentic Vietnamese food at an unbeatable price. The drinks are well mixed, lychee spritzer or mango spritzer. There are two people cooking and serving. I don't understand the comments at all and can't relate to them at all. If you want top-class service then please go to a posh place. The food here is fresh and cooked with love. We girls will be back and are thrilled. The portions are big and delicious. We even left a good tip.

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Große Portionen für fairen Preis. Eine vielfältige Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten, auch vegetarisch und vegan. Schneller Service und leckes Essen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr freundlich und ordentlich gestaltet. Ein kleiner Nachteil kann der enge Raum bei zu starkem Besuch werden, etwas laut und eng. Aber nichtsdestotrotz ein sehr schöner Ort zum Mittag- oder Abendessen.

I am a regular myself and have always been very satisfied with the service and food. Last time, however, I was personally verbally attacked by the boss! I just asked the waitress what kind of meat it was. The boss then shouted at me across the restaurant and said that I asked this every time! Since the restaurant was full, 100 people looked at me. For me it was an incredibly unpleasant situation and very disturbing...

We were very satisfied, finally a Thai that delivers what the menu promises with spicy soup. Food top, service okay, location suitable only the toilet could use some love 😉

Their service is so bad that a book could be written about it to be used as teaching material for culinary and food service students! The waiter was extremely rude. When I asked for a beer glass he almost threw it on the table. He didn't wait for us to place our order. He even took our plate away while we were still eating. Before we finished our main course, he took the sauce from our table and brought it to another table. We were charged a higher amount. When we returned to the restaurant to address the issue, he yelled at us instead of apologizing and correcting it. Luckily, another employee eventually sorted out the situation. If you can’t keep the customers happy even in a small restaurant with a few tables, you’d better quit this job.”

The toilet was very dirty, the waitress didn't even wait for me to finish the roll in the rice paper and took the plate with the sauce even though the roll was half uneaten in my hand. The food is excellent and the prices are low, but what's the point when I lose my appetite as soon as I start a conversation with the waitress and every time I have to take food home for later. Instead of being grateful because I come here often and because they make money from me, the waitress behaves arrogantly, throws things on the table and yell at me. She also doesn't speak German well so she gets angry when she doesn't understand something. I understand that someone has a bad day and that's totally okay, but is it possible to be like that every day?

Its an aight place of aight food, its a fast process. You order and you get your food and then you eat and go. Its not a place to have a fancy dinner, but a good and fast one. I like coming here to enjoy Vietnamese food, because it is good.

Good for take-out for VNM food. Food was quite nice with reasonsble price as well. However they only accept cash despite of price over 20 EUR / 30 EUR. Overall recommendable but either take out or eat outside when weather allows Service was the worst part in here. The woman who receives orders / checks bills was so disrespecful and I will most likely will not visit here again

We went there yesterday looking at all the good reviews and were left terribly disappointed with the food and the service. I eat a lot of oriental food and this is not terrible but all the stir fried dishes we ordered just lacked any flavor and be considered below average. The fried dishes were dripping in oil. One tasted good and other was not. Finally the service was just unfriendly and indifferent. They also brought dishes that we never ordered and claimed we did (and charged for it) I can't say if this was fraud or a unintentional mistake from them. I will not go back at all and I do not recommend this place.

You can only pay in cash. If you want the receipt, you have to be prepared to be yelled at. Do they pay tax???

We have already picked up lemongrass food a few times. Unfortunately, we have had very bad experiences the last two times. One time we ordered Pad Thai with chicken and tofu. After we had major problems communicating on the phone, we repeated our order on the spot and still got 2x beef. Difficult if someone is vegetarian. The other time we felt very uncomfortable after eating.

In the land of schnitzel and sausage, this was a welcome relief to get some vegetables and non-fat laden food. It is run by a husband and wife team who work very hard and give you a great wholesome meal. Nothing fancy, but all you need in the land of schnitzel .

It's really not a nice place, very dirty and disgusting, we waited a long time for the food. We didn't get a dish at all and both were wrong and not the right ones. After 30 minutes they noticed that they were the wrong ones and gave us the right ones. The woman where we had paid didn't want to give me the receipt at first and realized that that she had written down 2 completely different things that we should pay for, like the food that we didn't even get! Who cares 0 stars!! Food didn't taste like frozen food either, just warmed up or it would have stood for hours!

I've been here several times and initially was very happy with the food and the service. However, last time I had a very unpleasant experience. When I asked if the lemongrass had been forgotten in my lemongrass curry, I was insulted several times. The waitress finally angrily threw dry lemongrass onto my plate. However, the other waitress apologized for the incident.

The first authentic Pad Thai I had in Germany! It was soooo delicious!! When we were there it was very crowded and therefore a bit noisy, but the food completely made up for it. And you could still have a good time. The mango spritzer is also recommended - very fresh.

You know like ok food for the price for a lunch deal. A hefty portion at least and the crispy duck can be relied on. Always plenty of people due to the location. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here tho or have a sit down.
