The excellent and extremely reasonably priced food more than makes up for the somewhat uncomfortable ambience!

I am a regular myself and have always been very satisfied with the service and food. Last time, however, I was personally verbally attacked by the boss! I just asked the waitress what kind of meat it was. The boss then shouted at me across the restaurant and said that I asked this every time! Since the restaurant was full, 100 people looked at me. For me it was an incredibly unpleasant situation and very disturbing...

We were very satisfied, finally a Thai that delivers what the menu promises with spicy soup. Food top, service okay, location suitable only the toilet could use some love 😉

the restaurant is quite small that you may not find a spot to sit lol. the service is so slow that the customers came 10 mins after us get their food before us?? the soup was a mess, the food was SO greasy that we couldnt even finish it.the worker was so mean that she didnt even look at us before we pay ALSO THERE IS NO CARD SYSTEM she told this after we finished eating lol. the kitchen was so dirty that you can actually feel the disgust in your veins.and its kinda overpriced for the service they gave 😀

Their service is so bad that a book could be written about it to be used as teaching material for culinary and food service students! The waiter was extremely rude. When I asked for a beer glass he almost threw it on the table. He didn't wait for us to place our order. He even took our plate away while we were still eating. Before we finished our main course, he took the sauce from our table and brought it to another table. We were charged a higher amount. When we returned to the restaurant to address the issue, he yelled at us instead of apologizing and correcting it. Luckily, another employee eventually sorted out the situation. If you can’t keep the customers happy even in a small restaurant with a few tables, you’d better quit this job.”

Maybe it's delicious, but because of the service, even one star is too much for this place. Complete scum. The toilet was very dirty, the waitress didn't even wait for me to finish the roll in the rice paper and took the plate with the sauce even though the roll was half uneaten in my hand. The worst service, when I asked for a glass for a drink, they just threw the glass at me with a displeased face. When leaving the restaurant, I noticed that I was charged extra dishes and the amount on the receipt did not match the actual amount. When I came back and started asking, the female waitress started shouting loudly at me that I was wrong, she didn't even want to listen and admit her fault, she just snatched the check from my hand and crumpled it. In the rest, the male cook returned the money for incorrectly calculated food. They didn't even apologize, my mood was spoiled. Never again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone

The food is excellent and the prices are low, but what's the point when I lose my appetite as soon as I start a conversation with the waitress and every time I have to take food home for later. Instead of being grateful because I come here often and because they make money from me, the waitress behaves arrogantly, throws things on the table and yell at me. She also doesn't speak German well so she gets angry when she doesn't understand something. I understand that someone has a bad day and that's totally okay, but is it possible to be like that every day?

I’m confused whether this waitress is having a bad day every day or if it’s just because her life is bad. This woman has an attitude as bad as her face.

Its an aight place of aight food, its a fast process. You order and you get your food and then you eat and go. Its not a place to have a fancy dinner, but a good and fast one. I like coming here to enjoy Vietnamese food, because it is good.

As an Asian, the food for me is average. But of course the price is reasonable.

Good for take-out for VNM food. Food was quite nice with reasonsble price as well. However they only accept cash despite of price over 20 EUR / 30 EUR. Overall recommendable but either take out or eat outside when weather allows Service was the worst part in here. The woman who receives orders / checks bills was so disrespecful and I will most likely will not visit here again

We went there yesterday looking at all the good reviews and were left terribly disappointed with the food and the service. I eat a lot of oriental food and this is not terrible but all the stir fried dishes we ordered just lacked any flavor and be considered below average. The fried dishes were dripping in oil. One tasted good and other was not. Finally the service was just unfriendly and indifferent. They also brought dishes that we never ordered and claimed we did (and charged for it) I can't say if this was fraud or a unintentional mistake from them. I will not go back at all and I do not recommend this place.

You can only pay in cash. If you want the receipt, you have to be prepared to be yelled at. Do they pay tax???

Asian restaurant with very tasty food at fair prices. One of my favorite restaurants in Munich.

We have already picked up lemongrass food a few times. Unfortunately, we have had very bad experiences the last two times. One time we ordered Pad Thai with chicken and tofu. After we had major problems communicating on the phone, we repeated our order on the spot and still got 2x beef. Difficult if someone is vegetarian. The other time we felt very uncomfortable after eating.

In the land of schnitzel and sausage, this was a welcome relief to get some vegetables and non-fat laden food. It is run by a husband and wife team who work very hard and give you a great wholesome meal. Nothing fancy, but all you need in the land of schnitzel .

Sólo llegar a Munich, muy cerca de la zona de hoteles (Augusten Strasse), se encuentra este pequeño restaurant con comida asiatica- vietnamita. Precios muy convenientes (sólo efectivo), comida rica y servicio amable.Recomentadísimo al 100%! Para repetir, sin duda!

1. The food contained a lot of oil and salt and the salt was not evenly distributed at all, making the food completely inedible. 2. The plastic box containing the food was burned and returned to the guests. 3. Service attitude depends entirely on who you are. If you are a white puppy, you better think about it.

It's really not a nice place, very dirty and disgusting, we waited a long time for the food. We didn't get a dish at all and both were wrong and not the right ones. After 30 minutes they noticed that they were the wrong ones and gave us the right ones. The woman where we had paid didn't want to give me the receipt at first and realized that that she had written down 2 completely different things that we should pay for, like the food that we didn't even get! Who cares 0 stars!! Food didn't taste like frozen food either, just warmed up or it would have stood for hours!

I've been here several times and initially was very happy with the food and the service. However, last time I had a very unpleasant experience. When I asked if the lemongrass had been forgotten in my lemongrass curry, I was insulted several times. The waitress finally angrily threw dry lemongrass onto my plate. However, the other waitress apologized for the incident.

Wide range of menu to choose from. Dishes have huge quantities and they’re worth the price. Spring rolls were very tasty

We order Pho, stir fry Pho, and fried duck udon. All the meals are super delicious and even better than what they originally were in Asia. Strongly recommended.

The first authentic Pad Thai I had in Germany! It was soooo delicious!! When we were there it was very crowded and therefore a bit noisy, but the food completely made up for it. And you could still have a good time. The mango spritzer is also recommended - very fresh.

You know like ok food for the price for a lunch deal. A hefty portion at least and the crispy duck can be relied on. Always plenty of people due to the location. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here tho or have a sit down.

Food 5 stars. But the waitresses are the bottom drawer who talk to someone about whether they wanted to hit someone and card payment doesn't always work either or they force someone to Paypal with a family friends transfer.

Yes, the price-performance ratio is absolutely good for this location and the food is also quite edible if you order something that has to be freshly prepared, but the rest, oh well. The drink is brought without a glass, the two women talk loudly to each other, they don't know any thank you or please. The floor between the counter and the toilet is full of oil and the so-called customer toilet is simply a disaster.

Unfortunately, things have changed from the beginning to now. Food was tasteless, cooked without love. Cashier is rude to customers as if she didn't want to have it there. You don't get any cutlery or hot sauce to take away. It wasn't like that before

We also wanted a little break from traditional German food, so we stopped by on our way back to our hotel. The staff doesn't speak English, but that's fine since we knew enough German phrases to order. I got the noodles with chicken and my wife got the duck, and the portions are very big and filling. If we were spending more time in Munich, we'd definitely go back.

Our table didn’t get cleaned (we had to do this ourselves). We also had to write down our order ourselves. I got the lemon grass tofu. There was no flavor of lemongrass in that dish whatsoever. On the positive side, the vegetables had a good fresh bite and the prices are very affordable. Ok for a bite if nothing else is around.

I'm always sorry to give bad reviews, but it was just all around bad and that annoys me. I was very disappointed because of the good reviews. The ladies working there were quite rude and rude - the sticky and unappetizing menu was thrown on the table. I really should have gone there. Then I ordered the red curry with tofu - my go-to at Vietnamese. I have no idea what that was on my plate, but it really wasn't tasty. Just the color of the sauce irritated me. Brown instead of light red. I couldn't eat the tofu. My companion confirmed to me that the taste was absolutely not normal. Kind of greasy and old. The only plus point: large portions. But that's not much use if the food is inedible.

I was with my Asian friend last night and we got a horrible service from the waiter. He came before we chose what to eat. So he became angry. The place was not full but we passed it as we thought maybe he was stressed and we tried to order. But he never stopped to bother us while he was bringing the food he was looking at others and yelling see the people finished already their plates… we were in shock. Until he went to my friend and he wanted to yell at her that in this place we don't wait. So I stopped him and told him enough so he left fast. They were always yelling in the background (female and male) so there was no manager to speak with..it was a very very negative atmosphere. Never had such a bad experience in my life….

The MOST TERRIBLE service I’ve ever experienced in MY LIFE. The waiter was insulting us the WHOLE time during the meal. He even teased us in front of other customers. My friend had to fast and only allowed to eat after the time of sunset so we decided to order drinks first and wait to order the food around 15 minutes later. The waiter was extremely impatient and rude when we told him we only ordered drinks at that moment. There was a queue but they were all lining up for takeaway only. The restaurant was NOT 100% full all the time. When the customers next to us finished their food, the waiter came and YELLED loudly that “See? They finished! They finished! They finished!” He did the same for the other table as well. EVERY TIME he came to us, he insulted us with German (but I can’t understand all). We were always being polite to him but he was taking advantage of our kindness. We quickly finished our food with this very scary stress. When we paid, he even wanted to give us a lesson saying that “In Germany, you…” and my friend couldn’t stand it anymore and stopped him “That’s enough for today!” This rude waiter finally stopped and ran away. We regretted that we didn’t fight back or leave this restaurant at the beginning to let this crazy thing happen to us. The food was good and the portion was big. I wasn't able to finish all so I made it take away. But with this terrifying experience, I won’t come back anymore:(

Best shop in Munich if you want Asia.

We all know that the Germans like to complain and are unfriendly themselves. I tried the place myself today because there are mostly good reviews. Unfortunately I can't agree with that. It's true that the prices are cheap, which is probably why the service and food are mediocre at best. I always feel sorry for leaving a bad review. Everyone tries their best. But the service from the lady who takes and collects the orders was really a disaster. I had baked chicken with soy sauce. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me either.

I'm a long-time customer. But that's enough now. Noodles are no longer noodles!! I ordered fried noodles and what came? Tiny shredded mushy noodles like you would give to a 1-2 year old child. In terms of taste it's also a 0. I won't be going there again.

Super leckeres essen. War zwei Tage in Folge hier, weil ich so zufrieden war. Habe jeweils zwei Hauptgerichte probiert. Beide haben mich 7,50€ gekostet. Das ist verhältnismäßig super günstig und die Portion war ordentlich. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Das essen kam an beiden Abenden innerhalb weniger Minuten obwohl der laden voll war. Die Küche befindet sich im Laden- man kann also bei der Zubereitung zusehen. Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen (vor allem auch wegen der tollen Auswahl an vegetarischen/ veganen Optionen)

Very unfriendly service, we were jostled while waiting for the food. Of the 2 dishes, one was inedible (burnt) and the other was wrong (tofu instead of duck).

No greeting, doesn't look well maintained, cutlery very bitten We had 1x udon soup with duck for €10.90 and 1x udon soup without meat or tofu, a total of €19.80 was charged. Funny....

The food was great, or rather, exactly what we wanted, but the service was really subpar. When my partner wanted her dish not to be served so spicy, she refused, which I can still understand to a certain extent, but it's strange when it only worked a few weeks ago. The service in general left a lot to be desired, as the waitress didn't have a friendly tone with any customers and completely forgot my partner's drink.

The only restaurant that always had fair prices. The prices are very fair even now, although you now have to pay at least €15 for one person almost everywhere. The food is always ready very quickly and I have been a satisfied regular customer for years.

I'm sorry, but really, that's poorly cooked. I ordered number 27 fried beef, bamboo, morels and peppers with hoisin sauce. Have you seen the morels? Have you seen the peppers? And even the rice is too hard! This was my first & last visited there!
