Very tasty and nicely decorated. The drinks were brought very quickly and the waiter was very friendly.

The service wasn't good but not bad either. The ambience was very good. The food, however, was the worst I have ever eaten. Everything looked nice, but in terms of taste, I've never experienced anything being messed up. After one plate we left straight away. That hurt my wallet.

I thought it was very nice and, above all, clean here, but the last time I was there it was just overcrowded, chaotic and a bit unpleasant. The food was okay, although often empty and the Mongolian food took a really long time. The dishes used were very rarely cleared away. The children's chairs are an absolute disgrace. We then got the stroller out of the car after our child almost fell out of the chair. You should bring food with you for small children, apart from some banana our child really couldn't eat anything there. Unfortunately, otherwise there is only canned fruit. For the price you should also offer fresh fruit. Oh well… We probably won't come back again...

We were there in a larger group. Unfortunately, as a vegan, I didn't have many opportunities to eat there. Of course there was the Mongolian buffet but here too there was only one type of tofu and tofu knots. The rest of the finished food was always meat and fish or eggs. Or even not signposted at the dumplings. I then tried to pick out the meat while eating, but unfortunately the taste wasn't quite right for me either. But the most blatant thing was that when we paid, the waiter indirectly told us that the tip wasn't enough. Since it wasn't our money and we had to manage with what we had, I found this statement more than just audacious. So for me it's a no go for the future, apart from the fact that it was too big/loud for me personally and not really tasty.

I walked in with my husband at 8pm trying to be seated. Man at the front desk said we were too young. Didn’t ask us our age or anything then proceeds to say we came too late. We are both 25 and the restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm. He didn’t care to explain why he was refusing service so I assume they are very racist. If you are of color don’t even bother going there! Sad world!!

There is an incredible amount of choice and you can eat everything.

We were just eating here and everything was actually good until we wanted to pay. The service is unacceptable. The plates were mixed up (from eating live). The waiter was VERY rude. We wanted to give him a tip in cash and the bill with the card. I had never experienced anything like that. We didn't even say how much we wanted to pay, he already asked "Would you like to pay more?" When I said 75€ (i.e. more than about 80 cents on the bill), he said “no, you don't need it” and said something in his own language. We ended up tipping him anyway. But actually we could go home in a good mood but thanks to him we were only in a bad mood. We complained to the man at reception but during the conversation he didn't seem to want to listen to us. Incredible!!!! The only plus point is that the people at Live Cooking are very nice. (That's why 2 stars) Tipping is not an obligation and asking for a tip is not a service. Never again. I can only recommend the restaurant because of the food. And if you don't care about service, you can go there.

All you can eat at a fair price. Everything tastes very tasty, especially the dumplins and sushi.

We have been loyal regular customers at Zhou’s Five for years and have always appreciated the food and service. We thought it was particularly great that our well-behaved Doberman was always allowed to accompany us - he lay quietly next to the table and never caused a disturbance. There were always very good tips for this. But now we were suddenly told on the phone that dogs were no longer welcome - and especially not Dobermans! Completely unacceptable discrimination against certain breeds of dogs. Our dog was always welcome, there were never any problems, and now we are just excluded like that? This is not how you treat long-time guests! Very disappointing - we will not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it under these circumstances.

The food is absolutely delicious. We felt very comfortable. It wasn't easy to get the waitress to reorder the drinks, but she was very nice and hard-working, thank you very much. Everything at the buffet was fresh and delicious. No long waiting times, everything was fine. The restaurant's acoustics take some getting used to, but that's a matter of taste. The two stars for the ambience go to the sanitary facilities. The toilets are in need of renovation and unfortunately not clean, the feces reach up to the walls. Wherever you have to say that some people are just pigs. We really liked it except for the toilets and we will come back. Thank you very much for the lovely evening.

I loved a great buffet. It was beautifully presented and had everything you could wish for. I was finally able to try something new and didn't have to order an entire dish for it. You can choose between raw things that are then prepared and brought to the table or ready-made fried ones. The restaurant is huge with lots of space and the service is friendly. I'll be back, I haven't tried everything yet. 😁

Typical Chinese buffet. Yummy. Good selection. Even at lunchtime. Atmosphere more like a train station hall. Staff very friendly. Price-performance OK. But a lot of it is fried instead of in a wok. But in the evening there will be significantly more. But also more buffet strikers. We'll definitely come back. Card payment is possible. Top located. Close to the Ostkreuz and almost directly to the tram 21 stop Marktstraße in the Viktoria Center.

So at lunchtime you don't need to whip it up, somehow everything tasted like old frying oil and the rice from the makis had no seasoning at all. The only thing that was good was the ice cream.

I went to this restaurant with my wife and we were terribly disappointed. Pictures through Google let this restaurant appear as something incredible with a great cuisine and a lot of choice in the buffet. We were pretty surprised that half of the buffet wasn't even filled of food, a lot of things were missing during the whole afternoon. The taste of the few things you can table is pretty close to null. Cocktails are just a mix of a few alcohol drop and water. Everything was awful, there's no doubt why the restaurant was empty during lunch time.

Unfortunately it is very crowded. At 5:30 p.m. many dishes not available. I had wished for more. I find it very annoying. We wanted to celebrate our grandpa's 89th birthday here. Too bad

Very busy restaurant, which resulted in staff not being able to attend to each guest properly. However when they did come to your table they were very friendly and helpful. The food was just ok. Some elements were quite tasty, but there were also a couple that I did not want to finish eating and I regretted putting them on my plate. I guess it’s just a thing of taste. For me it was a 50/50 hit or miss. Overall, I don’t think I’d go again, but for a one time experience it was fine

Were there yesterday on Valentine's Day. The reservation was easy, but we still had to wait in line at the beginning. We waited 40 minutes until we could finally order our drinks. Unfortunately, the table next to us felt the same way. The food had a large selection and was tasty, but many dishes were sold out and were not refilled quickly enough. It was very loud and turbulent. Many guests had put something together during the live cooking and ended up receiving the wrong plate. This led to commotion and arguments between guests and employees. Unfortunately I won't come a second time.

The seafood soup is delicious and rich in ingredients, but a bit salty for Taiwanese tastes. The dishes are not authentic East Asian cuisine, more like Asian cuisine that caters to Westerners' perceptions. However, in Europe where prices are so high, it is impeccable to have such an all-you-can-eat price. Reasonable price and awesome dishes.

Rich and large selection of dishes We went there for the first time with my family. Unfortunately you have to drink soft drinks and the cheapest one costs 4.00 euros. And if you can't eat the food on your plate, you have to pay an extra 20 euros for every piece of food thrown away. What particularly bothered me was the waiter's question: "You only pay the price for the order?" when paying. In other words, you are forced to pay tips indirectly. In short: expensive (160.00 euros for 5 people) some waiters are not friendly. Will we go again?: Of course not!.

We had dinner here with the family today. Taste wise it was a disaster. All sauces were very watery. And in general there was a lack of spices everywhere. We were there today for the first and last time. The staff was friendly but not particularly attentive. Hygiene is also a thing here - the toilets speak for themselves and in the restaurant there are wheelchairs with used dishes and attached trash cans where leftover food is disposed of. The buffet where the cutlery is served also speaks for itself. All in all a disappointment

We were invited for a birthday and there for the first time. The food is great, you can't complain, huge selection. Ambience is well, I think it's too big and too crowded. The service is ok but you have to wave every now and then for the staff to come. What I didn't like was that it says that Amex is used and if I want to pay with it it says, no, we don't just take EC or Visa. Sorry guys, but then take the sticker off. Amex is becoming increasingly popular.

All in all good. Buffet is varied. Staff is friendly. Sometimes it's a bit noisy when it's full but it's always clean. Parking is free. (The service always offers a parking ticket waiver when paying)

Went to the Uber Arena today and spontaneously decided to do “live cooking”, which was disappointing. The food was extremely salty and on the plate from live cooking I had to wait over 30 minutes. I think there is better.

We visited on a Saturday evening (a very popular time for this establishment), paid ~60 euros for two for a buffet, one beer and one cola, and ate some tasteless food. The sauces are exactly 60% diluted with water and have neither taste nor similarity to the name; raw meat and fish turned out to be quite good (grilled), vegetables were tasty, but all the prepared foods were absolutely cold, stale and tasteless, for example, chicken in batter was incredibly fatty in itself, with some kind of veins, dry and barely chewable, duck fatty with a lot of batter; sushi is absolutely not tasty, only one type with fish and you can eat it, the rest is butter fish, tofu, cucumbers and peppers, sometimes crab stick; Desserts are also absolutely no good, the chocolate is terrible, the fruit for the chocolate fountain is apples and a sliced ​​banana IN THE PEEK. And one of the main disadvantages is that almost everything is barely warm; if the dishes were hot, then maybe they would be tastier than they turned out to be. Everything looks 10 times tastier than it is; the atmosphere, excuse me, is like in a barn, there are a lot of tables that the staff doesn’t have time to clean, the toilets are dirty, children are screaming and all this combined with tasteless food - ugh. In general, I would never come here alone, or with a group, or with a corporate party. We regretted that we chose this place for a date and delicious food😐😬 and the staff speak very unclear German🥲 in general 1.5/10 - not worth the money at all, it would be better if the variety was less, but tastier and they would stop saving so much on the taste and comfort of the guests!!

The food and selection in the all-you-can-eat restaurant was really excellent – ​​fresh, varied and delicious. Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly and my tip was declined, which was irritating. Also, it's strange that a bottle of Sprite is more expensive than ordering three glasses. The food is great, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service and pricing.

We always enjoy being here. The food is good. The service at the table is not that good anymore. We were once in an all-you-can-eat in the Ruhr area and there were small tablets on the table. You simply ordered and it was brought to the table. No waiting forever to order drinks. Maybe an idea for here too 😉

They rely on mass, huge rooms, sometimes very loud, large selection of food, so you quickly lose track. But what I ate was delicious, sometimes exceptional.

The taste is really delicious. Unfortunately, one of our plates from the grill was brought to the wrong table and we waited in vain until we found out when we asked. It's quite cool there, a bit warmer and everything would be perfect :)

When you arrive at the entrance to the restaurant, you meet an unfriendly receptionist. Many meals are missing and two hours before the restaurant closes, half the food trays are empty and you won't find many of the meals. We tried to order them from the employee. He said we won't fill the trays again because we close in two hours. Definitely I don't recommend this restaurant to you

I was there with my friends for a birthday celebration. The workers were very unfriendly and one of workers wanted to hit my friend on her face just because we asked him to explain what was unclear on the receipt. Note: he spoke very bad german and also bad English so we couldn’t understand him. He was also Racist including the manager. I won’t recommend this restaurant, very bad service

Unfortunately I have to say that most of the food was very cold, even though I was there at peak times. The service was very rude and not accommodating at all. Due to language barriers, the orders were incorrectly booked and then discussed sufficiently. This store doesn't live by the motto: customer is king. Therefore the restaurant is no longer visited.

Can't say anything about food as we left before tastining any. Buying drinks were mandatory, but waiter gave us no peace to choose what to order. Although the restaurant was like 5% full there seemed to be such hurry. Maybe staff relations wasn't too healthy.

Large buffet but partly cold and containers regularly empty. The toilets were an imposition. The sh.. was already spread out on the floor. We sat almost right next to the entrance to the toilet. We didn't see any staff go into the toilets to clean in the whole 2 hours. Given the large number of guests, this needs to be checked more often. The sauces would have to be labeled individually as they could not be clearly identified. So my kid accidentally chose hot sauce. Really inconvenient. There is still room for improvement in terms of taste. For the price you should be able to expect more

I only ever knew Zhou’s Five on Birkenstrasse in Moa Bogen and I loved it. Lots of choice, sensory overload, everything fresh, as a buffet, as a salad, desserts and natural raw ingredients for live cooking. It was the same in the Victoria Center and I had heard several times that it was bigger and better. I was disappointed. The selection was great, the food was delicious, but a lot of things were mixed up. I was sad that there was no baked fruit. There were somehow desserts in several different places. Somehow it didn't make any sense. The service was a disaster and so were the toilets. Plates weren't cleared away, so at some point we all ate from a stack of plates in front of us. We were simply ignored, so it was good that no one wanted to drink anything else. Some of the food at the buffet was already cold, but I don't think that will last. The baked fruit tasted like takeaway food and old grease and I don't even want to talk about the toilets. It looked like feces had been smeared on the floor, kicked in and spread around.

We were treated badly by the waitress. You have saved on electricity and energy costs. It's cold and dark.

We enjoyed it. Man, that was an experience. Great, we'll be back.

I ate a lot of food and then I wanted to go to the toilet and there was kaka everywhere

One of the most famous restaurants in Berlin. An advantage is the buffet, where you can enjoy unique appetizers, main courses and, last but not least, delicious desserts.

The food is great, but the hygiene of the toilets is not good at all. Cleaning products and fresh scents could correct this. I really enjoy eating there but don't always want to have to hold back from peeing until I get home.

Unfortunately, this restaurant disappointed us. We didn't like the food at all. There is only an all you can eat buffet, no à la carte. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right. We were also disappointed by the service. We had to wait a long time until we could pay.

So I will give my upmost honest evaluation. I came there on a Tuesday night. Service: of all the Asian buffets I have tried in Berlin, the Staff at Zhous 5 were so respectful, kind , attentive and accommodating. At first I thought because of experiences elsewhere that they would harass us or make one uncomfortable to even wanna eat there this place knows what hospitality is and for the record at any authentic Asian restaurant they show this , hospitality is a huge part of Asian culture. I felt so much at peace and enjoyed the atmosphere and food 15/10 and a high 5 for Zhou 5. Food options: unfortunately I have to say I'm a bit disappointed at the food options. As an Asian food lover I have to give honest evaluation here. Out of everything the bbq station was my favourite, everything was cooked to perfection. In the future would be nice to see more seafood options like crabs. The dim sum I was sad about , I was expecting some hardcore dim some options ( chicken feet, black bean curd rolls, xiao long bao ( soup dumpling), rice cakes ect) this day they had literally just the sweet fluffy ones with custard creme that was more a dessert than dim sum. Also a better label other than dim sum would be nice. The sushi was for me a poor selection no California rolls or other varieties. The Mongolian beef was yummy yum with the stir fry noodle. I have to come back to try other stuffs. It would be cool to add like a ramen station 😍 and maybe some korean options to that would be cool. The sweets section the tiramisu cake and bubble gum ice cream was fun. Atmosphere: would be nice to hear some Asian style music. The place was clean and decorated nice, the candles and fresh flowers was very beautiful. Also the crystal chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous. Cozy booths, * RSVP before its better more so on weekends I would assume* Extra info: be prepared to enjoy yourself I would strongly advise to not come if you are in a rush and dont have at least 3 hours to enjoy the full experience. Be open minded and of course take your time it's better to get small plates and go up many times than to hoard the food then you will have failed the buffet experience. Also be patient for the bbq station staff, it's a process worth waiting for while you wait have a plate of something to snack on. And lastly bring only with you good company to share the wonderful experience of Zhous 5 with you. Perfect for travelers, solo,friend groups, work meetings, birthday parties, engagements this place is top tier.

I was there for the all-you-can-eat buffet. Food is decent, but not so fancy. I wouldn’t recommend desserts or fruits, but pasta dishes are good. You can pick different types of raw meat, and get them cooked there based on your taste. Overall I think it’s okay for a good price.

A place we go to again and again as a family if you want to cater to everyone's food preferences. There is a really wide variety of food, hot, cold, sweet, spicy, freshly prepared and buffet. The service usually only works well at the beginning, but by the third drink order you start to seem annoyed. The price is pretty reasonable at 25 euros per person, drinks cost extra. In terms of taste, everything is pretty average and the offering has been the same for years. If you want more peace and quiet, you should come in the late afternoon; in the evening it is really loud and the acoustics are bad.
