Hako Ramen Kreuzberg in Berlin

Food is very good, a little pricey, atomosphere is great, but no so much next to the kitchen, the big room with red lights is very cozy, great service.

The vegan food wasn't very good, unfortunately. The broth tasted like water and Maggi vegetable broth…

Service was fast and friendly! The Hako’s Special drink was very nice - it’s sweet but interesting. We ordered tonkotsu ramen and tan tan ramen. We think the tan tan was slightly better broth. Also had karaage chicken, edamame and kimchi. All good! 🙂 Update: I went again and had a beef rice bowl and a smoothie. Even better than last time!

By far my favourite ramen place in Berlin for years. I grew up eating ramen in San Francisco and the flavour, consistency, and ambience of Hako hits all the right spots for me. It's my favourite comfort restaurant in this whole big city and I can't recommend it enough.

I think these were literally the best ramen I’ve ever eaten. If I had to choose one last meal before I die, it might be this. Also their vegan pork is insane!!!!!🍜

Very mediocre bland ramen with cold (!!) eggs and meat. I won’t be coming back.

This restaurant started out okay a few years ago, but has gotten worse every year. We just had ramen there that came with the egg and pork directly from the refrigerator and still cold in the soup. The broth tasted only of salt. This was my last visit.

Tantan Beef Chashu Ramen was super delicious and filling.

Everything was perfect. The Beef Kanuki Don was really delicious. We'll be back when we're in Bergmannkiez!

They brought the ramen cold, asked them to warm it up at least. Came even colder. I think they just kept it in the kitchen and brought back

A really cool and good restaurant. The food ranges from karaage and appetizers to ramen, and even a small dessert of matcha ice cream. The staff was always friendly, and the food arrived quickly. We'll definitely be back.

Hako Ramen in Kreuzberg is really good! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and modern – lots of wood, beautiful lamps, and an open kitchen that makes you want to eat right away. I had miso ramen with kimchi: rich, aromatic broth, perfectly cooked eggs, fresh pak choi, and a generous portion. Very well-balanced in flavor and super warming – just what I needed for cold days. The service was quick and friendly, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely be back! 🍜🔥

We ordered ramen to take away and eat it at our accommodation. The restaurant is very nice with a good atmosphere, but the ramen broth wasn't very good; it was a bit too acidic. The vegetarian gyozas were nothing special. It wasn't bad food, but it wasn't anything special either.

Atmosphere and food are top notch. Will definitely be back next time I visit Berlin!

I ordered a curry that tasted like a ready-made meal. It was supposed to have chicken, but there were exactly two tiny pieces in the "mixture," I have to say. Even after asking and complaining, I was still charged the full price. Very annoying and completely incomprehensible.

The atmosphere is lovely, and everyone is friendly. We managed to find a table without a reservation on a quiet Sunday evening, but the tables filled up quickly. Unfortunately, the stock isn't deep, and the ingredients are standard. We had one yuzu beef ramen and one chicken tantan chashu. Both had insufficient stock. The shrimp gyoza was fantastic! I'll be choosing other places for ramen.

Black Tantan Ramen - The Best of Black Tantan Ramen Umeshu (L)

We were a group of five friends who ate here today. We had originally booked a table for 5:30 pm, but were able to easily reschedule for 6:00 pm. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was also very friendly; we'd gladly come again!

The service was incredibly friendly... the portions were generous... when choosing my appetizer, I was kindly advised that it would probably be too much... the server recommended a small selection... which was just right!!

Ramen is a Japanese cultural treasure. This bland broth, lacking depth and umami flavor, is not. A few cheap noodles, 3 tablespoons of kimchi, 2 bok choy leaves, and some chicken aren't worth €13.50 either. That's not ramen!

The ramen arrived very quickly and tasted delicious. I couldn't even finish my portion of tantan chashu, so they packed it up. Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere.

You can enjoy delicious food at Hako Rahmen. We had vegan gyoza—unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo because they were gone too quickly because they were so delicious! The kimchi is also good! For our main course, we had vegan miso with vegan pork belly, also good, although it could have used a bit more bok choy and pork belly. Drinks are a bit pricey, but they're OK, large, and not bad either 😊

I know Hako from Prenzlauer Berg. Unfortunately, the broth from my Kinoku here wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to. (I completely forgot the truffle oil.) The rice dish was very sweet and lukewarm to cold. Anything can happen; we'll try it another time. If necessary, we'll go to Prenzlauer Berg. Today, only 3 stars for the food.

I ordered ramen, but it arrived without any broth. I contacted the restaurant to get it fixed, but they weren't helpful at all and just told me to get food from somewhere else because they can not deliver the missing broth. Really disappointing experience.
