If you like authentic Italian food, this is the place for you. We spontaneously got a table for five people. The owner is very accommodating and super nice. The dishes are great and give a touch of summer vacation in Italy. We'd love to come back. Tutti i miei auguri e a presto!

Inhaber eher Hobbykoch anstatt professioneller Gastronom. Sehr dilettantisch alles. Lebensmittel werden ungekühlt und offen an Gäste Tischen aufbewahrt, im Sommer sicher ein Fest für Fliegen etc. Ein Fall für die LEBENSMITTELKONTROLLEURE in Potsdam! Ein Bier und 1 Wein wollten wir. Inhaber sagte er führe kein Bier, er gucke mal hinten ob er ein vielleicht findet. Hat er auch- 1 Bier im ganzen Restaurant! Frage nach Weinkarte wurde beantwortet damit das der Inhaber den Gästen den Wein aussucht gemäß ihren Speisen. Hingestellt wurde eine Flasche Wein ein drittel schon leer. Nachschenken kann man sich selbst, abgerechnet wird später. Abgerechnet wird nicht nach Glas sondern nach der eigenen Gusto-Methode des Inhabers. Ergebnis: Mir wurde unterstellt ich habe fast die ganze Flasche leer getrunken. Kosten über 30 Euro für 3 Minigläser a 0,1. Frechheit und Abzocke! Vorspeise Calameretti mit Salat bestellt. Bekommen Tiefkühlfertigprodukt Calamari-Ringe wie vom Discounter in groß aus Fritteuse, Fett triefend, mit einem Salatblatt. Nix mit italienische Feinkost. Hauptspeise überbackene Gnocchi war so eine Miniportion, dass geht sogar in Sterne Restaurants als Vorspeise durch. Insgesamt zog sich so der gesamte Abend mit einer Katastrophe nach der anderen. Laden ist aus vielen Aspekten nicht empfehlenswert. Der Inhaber lebt in seiner eigenen Traumwelt. 80 Euro bezahlt und einfach nur unzufrieden gewesen. Geld verbrennen hätte mehr Sinn gemacht.

If you're looking for a very special evening with good food, you'll get your money's worth here. The food is phenomenally good (the pasta is amazing!), the owner is very hard working and maintains the entire shop. The ambience is rustic and cozy, it invites you to linger. Unfortunately, I have to criticize three points, which is why I have to deduct two stars: 1. The owner's tone towards his employees, which you can immediately hear at the table directly in front of the counter. 2. There is no drinks menu and so we didn't know how much the owner's recommendation or even the wrong water cost. 3. We couldn't decide between the starters, so we were offered a variation of them. In the end, 5 full starters were charged (could also have been an unfortunate communication). Unfortunately, these points spoiled the evening so much that we no longer felt well at the end of the visit and therefore probably won't go to the restaurant again, even if the food is definitely worth it! Maybe we just had a bad day because the rest of the reviews speak for themselves.

Thank you very much for the excellent dinner. We were there as a group and were able to enjoy very tasty starters and main courses. Surprisingly small card, but you can talk about all your wishes with dear Mr. Zanotto. From what I've seen, the map is larger during warmer seasons. Very high quality with homemade pasta and bread. This is exactly how you imagine a cozy Italian restaurant to be. Somehow you feel at home. Outstanding and definitely a recommendation in Potsdam!

The best thing I've experienced in a long time! Walked through Potsdam from Berlin, booked two places there to try out the restaurant. The opening times just made me curious. Then the little card - fantastic. A few starters, pasta, wine and water. Absolutely top quality and it reminded me of my second adopted home, Italy. That's exactly how it works in the really good shops there.

Great service. The man was very nice, humane and had a very welcoming but professional charisma. The food was very tasty and authentic. The white wine recommendation was also very well chosen.

First of all, sometimes less is clearly more!!! We came across this gem of Italian cuisine by chance. We didn't regret our visit. A small but nice menu shows that only fresh products are used here. And indeed, the linguini with coriander/lemon and prawns was a poem. The maitre's service was attentive and not intrusive. The atmosphere is cozy, but a bit crowded. The visit was worth every cent. Chris is a friend. That's why my demands are no less. This man gets up every morning and prepares the pasta and bread dough with all the love and care. He travels around Italy sourcing the most amazing wine pairings and freshest ingredients. Chris is a force of nature and is always everywhere in the room. If you are open and friendly, you will experience the perfect often direct but loving Italian hospitality that will make your evening unforgettable. The Zanotto is a must when you are in Potsdam.

When you enter the store, you immediately feel like you've been invited to the home of a good friend you've known forever. It's just different! Differently cozy, different warm, different first class. Just a slightly different Italian, not as commercial as we know it! Chris Zanotto takes care of every single guest personally and is super friendly and trustworthy! The man knows something about his work and, above all, about his homeland and its culture and specialties. Homemade pasta, homemade bread, first-class Italian wine, real Italian olive oil. As if you were on vacation in the middle of real Italy. He chooses the wine he orders to match the food. Mega! And quote: you “only pay for what you drink from the bottle”. For dessert there was a surprise that was really a taste explosion and completely new to us. Conclusion: we were totally thrilled and are sad that we can't let ourselves be pampered there more often. The most beautiful and cozy restaurant I have ever been to!! A place with a lot of charm and a very tasty experience. Chris creates such an incredibly personal and cozy atmosphere. The food is always delicious and there is simply nothing bad to say. The menu is small but very nice and there are great new pasta ideas every time. I can recommend everyone to eat here once.

The Zanotto is on Dortustr. 53, located in 14467 Potsdam. Every time I visit I find a fantastic Italian restaurant. Fresh Italian cuisine is always offered here, with fresh ingredients from the top-class region. I drank fine beers there and ate salmon. Both were very delicious. A wonderful host, you can't get more Italian in this environment. We had a recommendation to eat there and despite an unplanned obstacle we managed to do it today. We were very surprised by the reviews. Either 5* or 1* - there is nothing in between. Definitely 5 stars from us, anyone who gives this one star should better eat pizza with analogue cheese at Vapiano. Wonderfully delicious homemade bread with a touch of lemon and high-quality olive oil as a welcome, great starters and pasta that is really homemade. When choosing the wine, you get the feeling that Chris chooses it based on human knowledge. The only drawback today: all the guests arrived at the same time at 6 p.m., which caused the host a little, but not unpleasant, stress. We'll go an hour later next time. We had a very nice evening in a great restaurant. And we live in Berlin in the Scheunenviertel, we often go out to eat and have comparisons. Gladly again!!!

We've been there twice now. A real experience! Great food, exquisite wine selection, a super nice host. A little special perhaps, but we really enjoyed the evenings. It's a shame, the atmosphere here is appealing and the concept is definitely a good idea. Unfortunately, neither the menu is inspired nor does the quality of the food justify these high prices. The owner's style, which initially seems funny and particularly Italian, quickly becomes, in my opinion, over-the-top and not authentic. We certainly won't be coming back.

I have NEVER been to an Italian restaurant as individual as Zanotto! Selected based on reviews, small shop, the boss welcomes you personally. Rustic, homely atmosphere, lemon white bread with delicate olive oil as a side dish. The menu only had one page, but there is something for everyone. Here it's definitely class instead of quantity ❤️And we'll definitely be back!!! LG

Likeable, full of character, incredibly tasty and still a rip-off. Christiano Zanotto holds all the reins in his hand - at every table, because he basically works alone. You wait a long time, then you order two starters, are quickly convinced by a third and wine comes without a menu or prices - white or red in a very interesting selection. As convincing as the food is, as charmingly as the eternal waiting times are bridged with funny and sarcastic sayings, in the end the bill is far too high. If you order a wine for €10 and pay over €50 for it, that's a rip-off! I'm happy to give almost 5 stars for the food (not only was the Vitello tonnato worth all the hassle!), but a very limited menu didn't allow for much choice. Unfortunately, a single table even outside with constant smoking can seriously reduce the enjoyment. It's better to stay at home and cook for yourself. It could be so good!!!!!

Die absolut unterschiedlichen Bewertungen hier haben unser Interesse geweckt. Dazu kam, dass eine alte italienische Freundin ihre Empfehlung ausgesprochen hat, und so reservierten wir einen Tisch. Authentische italienische Küche stimmt. Leckeres Essen stimmt. Gute Qualität stimmt. Und es ist alles selbst und frisch gekocht und kein Fertigfraß. Sie sollten den Mozzarella mit der Tomatensoße und das Vitello Tonato probieren, das schmeckt! Unsere Pasta "Sie hat ja gesagt" hätte für zwei gereicht und war ganz gut. Insgesamt gesehen fanden wir es recht hochpreisig, und ziehen deshalb einen Punkt ab- dafür dass wir auf unbequemen Gartenstühlen und dicht gedrängt gesessen haben. Der Wein war ok, aber ganz schön hochpreisig für dessen Qualität. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder nach Potsdam zu Zanotto.

I was really looking forward to eating in this small, supposedly special restaurant. It was actually special. The food was particularly bad, as my extremely al dente pasta was swimming in oil and mountains of olives, the mussels that actually belonged to this dish were replaced by a few very small pieces of fish when asked at the beginning whether I liked fish, the food of my companion was dry and cold ( not lukewarm.....cold!!!). The owner of the restaurant obviously wants to distance himself, which he succeeds in with his arrogant, condescending manner. As mentioned at the beginning, I was looking forward to a special visit to a restaurant, but it turned out to be particularly bad. It was a shame!!!! Potsdam, I would love to come back, certainly not Restaurant Zanotto!

Food was decent, quite basic but good pasta and the outdoor terrace on the street looks nice. The service was pretty odd, e.g. we were rushed to order water upon sitting down (later finding out it was €7.50) and also got asked if we wanted to stay which was a bit confusing

In my entire life, I have never been asked when entering a restaurant whether we knew that this was a “different” restaurant and whether we had already looked at the menu and were REALLY sure whether we wanted to eat here? 😂 After we sat down and took a look at the menu and realized that it was a very normal Italian menu with affordable fantasy prices, like everywhere else these days (to be honest, we regularly eat much more expensive food in Berlin), we decided to stay because It's a really nice restaurant with a great atmosphere, you have to admit that. And again we were asked if we still wanted to stay!? I was about to ask if this was about the prices or if he didn't trust us with his special menu of burrata and vitello tonnato? Almost in protest, we stayed and ordered. For the second glass of wine, to be on the safe side, we were informed that it cost €8 (it says so on the menu). All I could do was laugh. The food was excellent and the mood relaxed towards the end, but I wonder what traumas are present here or how people are judged when they enter the restaurant, which is undoubtedly great - but really nothing special.

Due to a small misunderstanding, we (two happy couples) were asked to leave the restaurant by the landlord. He couldn't serve us because of... (I still haven't understood it acoustically or in terms of content). Today, three days later, I am still perplexed by such behavior. We spent a long time afterwards wondering what was actually going on and unfortunately we can only see the boss's actions as arrogance or, to put it positively, he may have had a bad day. Nevertheless: We think it's not possible to treat guests like this who were looking forward to the meal and the evening there = big disappointment and not recommended. A pity!

More than just going out to eat! There were three of us there and we all immediately felt at home. The owner has so much passion, so much joy and passion for what he does. The food was fantastic - from starters to dessert. The selection of dishes is kept small, which for me speaks for the freshness and thoughtfulness. Wir wollten zu viert einen schönen Abend dort verbringen, der nach einer Dreiviertelstunde in einem Fiasko endete. Nach 20 Minuten hatten wir weder eine Karte noch ein Getränk angeboten bekommen. Meine Bitte ob wir einen Aperitiv bestellen könnten, wurde unwirsch vom Kellner/Koch und Inhaber in einer Person mit den Worten abgelehnt „er wäre noch nicht so weit. Die Bitte nach einem Aschenbecher mit belehrenden Worten ebenso. Dann kam die Karte ( teuer und sehr kleine Auswahl/ Hauptspeisen nur Pasta, kein Fisch , kein Fleisch ). Als wir dann Getränke bestellen wollten fiel er uns ins Wort . Als ich bat meinen Satz beenden zu können, hielt er inne und meinte dann „die Energie würde nicht stimmen bei uns/ an dem Tisch und bat uns dann zu gehen“. Er sei nicht in der Lage uns zu bewirten . Der Bitte kamen wir dann nach, denn die Lust war uns gründlich vergangen dort zu speisen . Behandlung und Ton war das Unverschämteste was wir jemals in einem Restaurant erlebt haben. Insofern stimmt wenigstens dieser Satz seiner Webseite ..“ Italien, wie sie es noch nie erlebt haben..“ Beschämendes, kränkendes Verhalten von einem Wirt, der den Job wechseln sollte . Absolute Nichtempfehlung!!

The owner is from Vicenza in northern Italy and he knows a few things about good ingredients and excellent wines. Besides being very friendly, he obviously takes his job very seriously. He has many thoughts about how to combine some very simple dishes adding the details that make them excellent, without trying to be pretentious, in a genuine way. He is true to the tradition, but not without his personal touch. I especially enjoyed the small intimate atmosphere and the cooking done at the table, together with the home made furniture (obtained by recycling wine cases).

An evening at Chris's is a culinary highlight - surprising combinations that pleasantly expand your taste horizon. The friendly and attentive nature of the service simply leaves you with a good feeling. I really enjoy eating here.

You immediately feel at home in this small restaurant. Chris is a great host who runs the restaurant with a lot of passion. In the middle of the guest room there are fresh ingredients, live cooking and decoration that creates a holiday feeling. The dishes consist of selected ingredients and you can taste it. Even a tomato becomes an experience. The menu is small but you can be sure that every single dish is excellent. We had a wonderful evening and felt very comfortable and ate well.

It's a shame that you can only give 5 *… Here Chris has fulfilled his dream, much to the delight of his numerous regular guests, as we saw that evening... a small, fine kitchen based on high quality basic products that is a real joy. As a guest, even if you are there for the first time, you feel like you are at home with good friends. Actually, you don't need a menu, you just eat what comes to the table based on the host's recommendation... A small selection of creative antipasti, followed by one of the pastas that is freshly prepared every day... that's enough. Fish or meat is completely avoided here, with the exception of the classic vitello and the tasty lasagna... and it doesn't detract from the taste experience (not even for meat-loving men) When choosing wine, you can easily follow the boss's recommendations, especially since the prices are based on consumption. For us it was a successful evening, not least because of the combination Atmosphere, authenticity, quality and humanity. Something has been realized here that many chefs only dream of... We'll be back at the next wine market.

Authentisches Restaurant mit einer kleinen, aber feinen Karte. Alles selbst gemacht. Ich hatte das beste Vitello Tonnato und die Bruscetta war einfach umwerfend. Tagliatelle mit Spargel - so einfach wie genial. Dies Restaurant ist eine tolle Entdeckung!

Es war ein fantastischer Abend im Zanotto. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, schnell und bleibt trotzdem aufmerksam. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Potsdam sind.

We were inspired by the many positive reviews and reserved a table. The evening was brilliant and left nothing to be desired. The food came quickly and was excellent. The recommended wine was a perfect match. We felt very well looked after and will definitely come back.

Wieder einmal mit zwei Freunden (und meinem Dackel) dort gewesen... Einmalige Atmosphäre in einem Raum mit bis ins Detail liebevoll gestalteten Interieur und einem Chef, der sich trotz Stresses intensiv und individuell um seine Gäste kümmert ...man fühlt sich wie zu Hause bei Freunden. Die Spiesekarte ist klein, da alles frisch, weitgehend vor den Augen der Gäste zubereitet wird, aber es fehlt an nichts: Die Vorspeisen (speziell das Vitello tonnato) sind großartig, die Pastagerichte reichlich und geschmacklich sensationell. Aber das Beste steht nicht auf der Karte: Das ist vorneweg das selbsgebackene Brot mit Olivenöl und hinterher das Dessert, z.B Tiramisu oder Erdbeeren mit Mascarpone. Getränkekarte ist nicht notwendig - auf die Weinempfehlung kann man sich "blind" verlassen. Schön, dass es dort seit Jahren gleichbleibend toll ist!

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung - Speisen haben überhaupt nicht geschmeckt Der Chef hat Toilette geputzt, gekocht, bedient - VIELLEICHT aus diesem Grund keine Zeit für freundliche Worte gehabt . Es gibt auf jeden Fall viele andere Italiener die wesentlich preiswerter sind , wo das Essen besser schmeckt und man freundlich bedient wird! So etwas habe noch nie erlebt!

02/04/24 Update: We came as a group of 6 and Chris Zanotto gave us a wonderful evening and offered everything our hearts desired! We are more than satisfied and couldn't have imagined a better restaurant to celebrate a family birthday. You feel like you're at home! The price-performance ratio is also right and we always enjoy coming here! October 15, 2022: Everything homemade and super delicious! The best pasta ever. We have been there many times and always come back. Guests are treated like family, totally great, very nice and the wine is always served appropriately by Mr. Zanotto selected.

This "restaurant" was described in Gault Millau as one of the four best restaurants in Potsdam 2021. That's why we tried it. In one word: disappointing! It's not a restaurant, it's a bad trattoria. The owner is certainly very funny, but when people here talk about the "best restaurant in Potsdam" you just have to laugh. Have you ever been to Da Pazzi in the Berlin suburb or the Restaurant Charlotte in the Hollaenderviertel. I get much better food there for the same money and also in a very nice and accommodating atmosphere. As starters, sweet and sour sardines and vitello tonato. Nothing special, nothing inspiring. An Italian restaurant has carne and pesce, here you get pasta. We had spaghetti with tomato sauce (with 3 cherry tomatoes. I can't judge to what extent the sauce was cooked myself), as well as lasagne, which was very dry. (I just have to laugh when people write that it is the best lasagna they have ever eaten) Again, things I can prepare better at home. Yes, we were asked several times whether everything tasted good and whether we were satisfied, but given the over-jovial owner, we refrained from asking him about it, as it could be assumed that this would only lead to a long loud lament. Only the recommended wine was decent. We left 168 euros there, and for that price I can get a much better offer in various places in Potsdam and the surrounding area. One can only wonder what the Gault Millau tester must have been smoking when he rated this snack.

We were at Zanotto a few weeks ago and it was a fantastic evening. Great service and dishes and wines that could hardly be tastier. From now on we will be happy to visit this excellent restaurant in downtown Potsdam again and again.

It was a great evening at Zanotto. The food and wine recommendations were very good, as was the courteous and friendly service. Burrata and pasta were very tasty, as were the desserts that we were able to enjoy.

Nice little restaurant run by the Italian owner. There is no menu, it's just what the boss buys and cooks. There is only wine and water to drink on site, this should be noted. Eating like in Italy, that's why the boss calls the restaurant his living room.

Top Restaurant in Potsdam. Ein Italiener der Spitzenklasse. Bewirtung, erstklassige Speisen, sehr delikate Weine. Wir fanden es super und haben noch nie Pasta gegessen in der Qualität.

Toller italienischer Gastgeber mit leckeren Vorspeisen, Pasta und Desserts und gute Weinempfehlungen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, hatten einen fantastischen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

An Italian host, as he is in the book. Authentic, friendly, warm. We had burrata as a starter, pasta and lasagne as main courses and tiramisu and mascarpone cream with strawberries as dessert. The water is very digestible and both the aperitif and the bottle of white wine "Ronco dei Tassi" were very tasty. All in all, a fantastic evening that we would happily repeat.

amazingly delicious home restaurant with a very hospitable owner Christiano. we celebrated a birthday. It was like being at home with delicious food in a fantastic environment. потрясающе вкусный домашний ресторан с очень гостеприимным хозяином Кристиано. мы отмечали день рождения. Как будто были дома с вкусными блюдами в фантастической обстановке.

Es war sehr interessant. Eine kleine Speisekarte, aber ich würde sagen, jeder findet trotzdem etwas. Meiner Frau und mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Da in den Nudeln bereits käse drin war, war dies nicht der Geschmack unseres Sohnes. Aber kein Problem, es wurde schnell eine Portion ohne Käse zubereitet, fand ich super kulant. Leider gab es zu trinken nur Wasser oder Wein. Bier leider gar nicht, das sollte man vorher wissen. Beim nächsten Besuch kommen wir aber trotzdem gerne wieder.

Ein wirklich toller Abend in einer gemütlichen Wohnzimmeratmosphäre, bei super Wein und fantastischem Essen. Die Pasta mit Seeteufel war wirklich grandios und die karamelisierten Erdbeeren mit Mascarpone ein Gedicht. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diesen kleinen, feinen Italiener nur wärmstens empfehlen.

In diesem charmanten italienischen Restaurant wird Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben. Der herzliche Gastgeber schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre, die den Besuch zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis macht. Die deliziösen Gerichte überzeugen durch ihre authentischen Aromen und die sorgfältige Zubereitung. Ein Ort, an dem man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann, und dabei die warme Gastfreundschaft Italiens spürt.

Weirdo trifft’s ganz gut…Salz und Pfeffer zum Olivenöl mag der Wirt nicht, deshalb gabs das auch nicht. Noch besser wurde es als er neben uns anfing zu bügeln! Definitiv ein Erlebnis, was man jedoch teuer bezahlt…

Ich bin durch Zufall hier gelandet. Und es war ein unvergesslicher Abend von der 1. Minute an. Unglaublich schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, der Besitzer ein Unikat... Karte klein, aber fein. Hier fühlt man sich wohl, wohlig.

Wir waren jetzt schon 2x da. Ich liebe das Ambiente, fast so als wäre man in Italien. Toller Inhaber, immer einen kessen Spruch auf den Lippen. Sehr sympathisch und seine Frau kocht fantastisch. Immer wieder gern!

Ein Super Restaurant. Haben spontan für acht Mann einen Tisch reservieren können. Die Auswahl an Essen ist überschaubar, aber mit der bestellten Pasta und Lasagne waren alle sehr positiv überrascht. Dazu ein guter Rotwein und Dessert alle waren glücklich. Fazit: Bedienung, Essen und Ambiente sind perfekt und ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Restaurant Zanotto ist einfach fantastisch! Ich war schon mehrmals dort und jedes Mal wurde ich aufs Neue begeistert. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und einladend, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Nun aber zum Wichtigsten - dem Essen. Die Speisekarte bietet eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und man schmeckt die Qualität der Zutaten. Die Preise sind angemessen und absolut gerechtfertigt für die Qualität, die man hier geboten bekommt. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich verwöhnen lassen kann und sich wie im Urlaub in Italien fühlt. Grandios Authentisch! Ein kleines sehr authentisches italienisches Restaurant! Wenige aber hervorragende Gerichte, die der Hausherr selbst zubereitet! Eigenes gebackenes Brot, tolle Pasta, sehr guter Wein! Rundherum perfekt!

Weltklasse !!! Ich liebe es wenn jemand seine Philosophie lebt. Das tut ihr der Inhaber mit vollem Herzen und verwöhnt seine Gäste mit seinem hervorragenden Konzept. Wir hatten, die für mich ist der beste Burrata als Vorspeise. Als Hauptgang gab es eine Lasagne und Rigatoni mit Tomatensoße und Ricotta. Beides exzellent nicht zu vergessen die hervorragende Weinempfehlung des Chefs.

Genialer Chef! Sehr leckere Pasta und tolles Ambiente! Köstlicher Wein und traumhafte Atmosphäre! Der Patrone stellt alles in den Schatten! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Am 25.08.2023 suchten wir nach einem coolinarischem Event. Das haben wir im Zanotto gefunden. Tolles eigenwilliges Ambiente und dazu ein Wirt, der seine Gerichte und Weine zu inszenieren versteht. Speisen aus besten Zutaten liebevoll zubereitet. Super angerichtet mit spitzen Weinen serviert. Ein Feuerwerk für unseren Gaumen. Das Abendessen war das gewünschte Event, danke dem familiären Restaurantteam, dass uns den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Event hat werden lassen.

Das Restaurant ist sehr individuell liebevoll eingericht. Es wird mit Herz gekocht und die Zutaten sind alle frisch und sehr gute Qualität. Die Preise sind nicht ganz günstig, es ist aber was Besonderes und das Geld wert. Wir hatten einen wundervollen interessenten Abend. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl, es ist heutzutage selten, mit soviel Liebe sein Essen serviert zu bekommen.

Das Zanotto wirbt auf der Website „Gerne präsentiere ich Ihnen ein Italien, das Sie so noch nicht erlebt haben.“ Das Versprechen hält es. Allerdings im negativen Sinne. Erweckt vorab den Eindruck der kleinen ursprünglichen Trattoria. Kleine Karte, (vermutlich) frische Zutaten, selbstgemachte Pasta und Brot. Schön eingerichtet. Offene Küche. So weit so gut. Dann jedoch der eher hektische, wenig entspannte Wirt. Aggressiv und kommandierend im Ton. Wenig willkommen heißend wie zB der Wirt im Lied „Lucianos Restaurant von R. Mey. Der Wein wird bereits serviert, fast aufgezwungen, als der Franciacorta Brut das Glas noch halb füllte. Zu früh, zu drängelnd. Die Pasta dann noch seeehr al dente. Geschmacklich letztlich auch keine Explosion. Handwerklich sicherlich ok. Die Rechnung zwar erwartet hoch (Preise stehen ja in der Karte), dennoch für das Verzehrte und Ambiente ein Schock, schon frech: 150€ für - 2 Vorspeisen - 2 Nudelgerichte - 2 Sekt - 1 Fl Wasser - keine ganze Fl Wein Ok, Kaffee aus dem Biaglietti Kännchen aufs Haus. P.S. Am nächsten Tag fast die gleiche Anzahl im Pane & Vino verzehrt für 70€
