Sehr guter Italiener. Wir hatten das Glück, die Baustelle war erst vor kurzem abgebaut. Somit konnten wir mit neun Personen perfekt draußen essen. Die Karte hatte für jeden das Richtige. Änderungswünsche waren kein Problem. Das Essen kam zeitgleich für alle neun Personen, wurde ohne Fragen der richtigen Person serviert und war ohne Beanstandungen. Der einsetzende Regen und die damit verbundene Verlagerung des Essens in das Restaurant, war für alle kein Problem. Eine klare Empfehlung von allen neuen Personen.

Our visit on Saturday lunchtime was spontaneous and there were still enough places. The outdoor seating starts right on the main shopping street, so something to see and be seen. We were in Potsdam for the weekend and were looking for a good Italian restaurant. LODOVICO was just around the corner and less than a minute away from our accommodation. The service was excellent at the welcome alone. Pleasant conversations, a bit of small talk and not too intrusive. Since we sat outside we didn't notice much of the atmosphere inside, but it looked beautiful. The food was perfect. The starters were perhaps a bit too much, but simply delicious. For the main course we had the lasagna and the carbonara. We've never had such good lasagna! Thank you for this great evening!

We had a lovely date night here. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very friendly. It's the 2nd time I eat here and love it very much. Only recommended! The meat is perfect and the service is fast! Of course, with such a high-quality restaurant you have to dig a little deeper into your pockets. We paid €110. Now, as you know, I really enjoy eating tiramisu, but this one was a bit dry for me.. To start with there is bread with olive oil and fluffy butter with a lemon aroma. I liked it a lot. I then ordered the veal with tuna sauce - excellent.

Called in for a dinner the same day and got lucky with a spot for three. The service was really nice and attentive. Had 3 pasta dishes and all were really good I personally had the Vongole and was more than happy with both the taste but also the look and portion size. Last but not least, the location is just very chic and beautiful.

My dears. Your lunch menu is very reduced. OK. But the quality has become subpar compared to the food about a year ago. Hardly any seasoning. Pasta overcooked and served half warm.

I really love the good food and especially the Italian food in this restaurant but admittedly I don't find any of that. The ambience is nice. I would not recommend any of these dishes to my friends, disappointed because we saved this special evening for our wedding anniversary at Ludovico. It's a shame that none of our expectations were met.

We were really looking forward to this restaurant, but the price/performance ratio wasn't right. Poor service, customer wishes are sometimes questioned. Among other things, the red wine was far too cold, and the second attempt wasn't any better either. The crowning glory: the waitress made me understand that I was wrong! Despite so-called Ambiance, not a recommendation.

Beim Eintreten wird man sofort freundlich von einem Kellner begrüßt und zum geschmackvoll mit weisser Tischdecke und weissen Stoffservietten eingedeckten Tisch geführt. Die Speisekarte ist auf einen großen Papierbogen gedruckt und weisst neben 2 Fisch- und 2 Fleischgerichten auch eine Auswahl an Pizza und Pasta aus. Zu Beginn wird ein Körbchen mit frischem Brot und Kräuterbutter gereicht, dazu bekommt jeder von dem sehr zuvorkommenden Kellner aus einer Flasche auf ein Tellerchen einen *Schluck* Olivenöl gegossen. Mein Mann bestellte sich eine Vorspeise. Da mir das zuviel geworden wäre, verzichtete ich darauf, worauf der Kellner fragte, ob er für mich einen Extrateller und Besteck bringen solle, damit mein Mann und ich uns seine Vorspeise teilen können. Mein Kalbsrückensteak war medium gebraten und butterzart, der Seeteufel meines Mannes mit 3 Garnelen auf Graupen sehr schön angerichtet- und geschmeckt hat er auch sehr gut. Die Preise bewegen sich im oberen Segment, aber die Portionen sind auch recht ordentlich. Sehr gut finde ich, dass Tiere nicht gestattet sind, was auch auf der Homepage vermerkt ist. Ich möchte in gehobenen, teureren Restaurants in Ruhe mein Essen geniessen und nicht durch Tiere, speziell Hunde, gestört werden. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich aber: Die runden Zweiertische sind doch recht klein, etwas mehr Platz wäre nicht schlecht, aber das ist für mich kein Kriterium für einen Punktabzug. Fazit: Ausgesprochen freundlicher,zuvorkommender, professioneller Service und sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

It was my first time there and I was greeted very nicely by name. The atmosphere is super cozy and stylish, you have peace and quiet, the music is well chosen and fits the relaxed mood. The food was very tasty (had the truffle pasta), nicely presented and a pleasantly filling amount. Of course you can also eat very expensive food there, but I also find it very appropriate for the ambience and the dishes. The staff is very charming and attentive. All in all a very nice experience and I will definitely come back again!

It was again a pleasure to spend the evening there with friends. From the greeting at the door to the farewell at the door, a very nice feeling of service. Food selection including the monthly recommendations is completely sufficient. The service to the guest and the associated wine service are very important here, which makes the visit here so almost uniquely high-class. Service and ambience top! At lunchtime there is only a small menu with dishes that take some getting used to. I would have liked to have pasta, but I'm not a fan of beef cheeks or nuts, so the only option was pizza. Although it was well-crafted, it was too dry for me - in my opinion, tomato sauce belongs on a Tonno pizza! I'm a little disappointed...

Yesterday the three of us spent a lovely evening here. We got what I thought was the best table, in the corner by the window, overlooking the well-stocked wine rack. My father uses a cane, so we were very relieved that he didn't have to climb the stairs to the toilet, but could use the toilet downstairs, which I hadn't seen before. We made a selection of food and drinks and were very satisfied, except for the small thing that two ingredients for a pasta dish were not on the menu, which would have been essential for the selection in retrospect. My daughter chose this location for her wedding. A beautiful restaurant with perfect ambience and service. The food is fantastic, the staff is super attentive. Thank you for this perfect evening. Today, February 17th, 2024, we had dinner with friends. Everything was great as always. It was just a shame that the Parmesan that was ordered was a bag product and was charged an extra €2. That doesn't do this beautiful restaurant justice and is also a bit petty. That can definitely be better.

Yesterday we were really lucky to spontaneously get 4 seats in this wonderful restaurant. The entire staff is super friendly. The boss is very eloquent and tries to pamper his guests without being intrusive. The ambience is very tasteful, partly decorated with beautiful paintings. The toilet facilities are super clean on the 1st floor, so not necessarily barrier-free. The food is absolutely upscale and truly Italian. We didn't want to leave anymore, we felt so comfortable. We will be back definitely.

More appearance than reality. Overpriced drinks prices, an A3 card front and back with overpriced drinks, but only 3 main courses that tasted average for the 4 of us. Starter platter for 2 for 30 euros on a cake stand, mini cheese pieces the size of a 2 euro... Nothing extraordinary. Pizza Salami prepared carelessly and boringly. If the concept is to make money through drinks in the range of e.g. To generate T. 250 euros per bottle, you can leave out the word “Italian”. Because there was no sign of it. No Italian flair. There are better Italians in Potsdam that do justice to their price-performance ratio.

Wir haben einen schönen Abend im LODOVICO verbracht. Das Restaurant liegt in der Innenstadt und hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Preise der Getränke sind etwas teurer als in anderen italienischen Restaurants in der Nähe, aber dafür erhalten wir eine große Auswahl an Weinen und Bieren. Die Qualität der Gerichte ist sehr hoch gewesen. Meine Pasta war selbst gemacht und die Mucheln frisch. Ich habe auch eine leckere Pizza bestellt, die knusprig gebacken war und viel Käse hatte. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir wurden schnell bedient und hatten alles gut erklärt bekommen.

Wir waren am 17.12. im LODOVICO. Service: perfekt, trotzdem ungezwungen, die Mäntel wurden uns abgenommen, man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Essen: Vorspeise ein wunderbares Carpaccio, noch nie so gut gegessen. Hauptgericht Risotto Zafferano bzw. Pappardelle, so cremig und köstlich. Weine: Rose und Primitivo von hoher Qualität. Kaffee, Espresso genau richtig. Einrichtung, klassisch schön, kein gewollt modisches Ambiente. Angenehme Atmosphäre, keine Hektik, freundliche Kellner. Für das LODOVICO ist kein Weg zu weit, extra anreisen lohnt sich. Beim nächsten Potsdambesuch gerne wieder. DANKE.

Viele Jahre befand sich an dieser Ecke eine Bank. Nach langer Umbauzeit präsentiert sich nun Restaurante Lodovico. Das Ambiente ist sehr stilvoll, der Service herausragend. Die umfangreiche Weinauswahl hat uns gefallen, die Empfehlung des Kellners für einen Wein passte sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Portionen könnten ein wenig größer sein. Pizza haben wir (noch) nicht probiert, die sahen aber sehr gut aus, das holen wir nach. Nachtrag Nov 2023: Ambiente und Service weiter auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Speisen haben ein wenig enttäuscht. Vitello hätte mehr Würze verdient, das Risotto war über den gesamten Teller gelaufen und die Größe der Speckstücke auf den Spaghetti Carbonara hätten einen Holzfäller umgehauen. Für mich so nicht essbar. Espresso und Kuchen absolute Spitze.

Spontan nach einem Tisch gefragt und diesen bekommen. Der Service ist mehr als sehr gut und das Essen war richtig lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen im Lodovico war hervorragend. Die Vielfalt auf der Speisekarte geht über das Übliche hinaus, was die Auswahl umso interessanter macht. Der Service war ausgezeichnet - freundlich, aufmerksam und stets darauf aus, den Gästen einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist durch die geschmackvolle Innengestaltung äußerst ansprechend und verleiht dem Ganzen eine sehr gehobene und gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Hochwertiges italienisches Restaurant mit sehr netten Personal und turboleckeren Essen! In sehr hochwertig eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten fühlt man sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Karte ist wunderbar klein und hält, was sie verspricht! Das Vitello tonnato war mit Pistazien garniert und war eine echte Gaumenfreude! Noch gekrönt wurde das von Seeteufel mit Pilzen und Garnelen - ein absoluter Hochgenuss 👍😋! Wir haben somit einen neuen Lieblingsitaliener und Daumen hoch mit 5 Sternen 🌟.

Angenehmes italienisches Ambiente. Jacke oder Mantel wird oftmals an der Eingangstür von dem Personal genommen und aufgehängt. Gute Pizzas und Pastas, wohltuende Tees - schöne Auswahl. Hier wird auch auf die Kleinigkeiten geachtet. Kommt vorbei, ihr werdet es sehen. Immer wieder gute Erfahrung.

Das beste italienische Restourant! Top Service und top Essen!

Ich war enttäuscht. Ja, das Ambiente ist schön. Am Telefon und in der Bedienung äußerst freundlich, aber im Essen und im Kundenservice blieben Wünsche offen. Ich schildere kurz. Ich wollte für 6 Personen eine Antipastivariation, sodass sozusagen jeder so ein bisschen vom Teller probieren und naschen kann. Das ging aber leider nicht. Wir sollten doch einfach jeder ein anderes Antipasti bestellen und dann selber tauschen. Na supi. Pizza mit Parmaschinken war nicht verfügbar. Ich fragte nach einer Salamipizza für meine Tochter (steht nicht auf der Karte) Der Kellern meinte, ich solle eine MORTADELLA-Pizza bestellen, da sei Salami drauf. Also bestellt. Natürlich war da keine Salami drauf, sondern Mortadella. Verrückt. Für meine andere Tochter wollten wir Bruscetta bestellen, allerdings als Hauptgericht, sodass sie satt werden sollte. (Sie liebt Bruscetta.) Es kamen dann zwei Mini-Bruscetta, von denen man natürlich nicht satt wurde. Meine Frau bestellte Kalbsrücken mit Pfifferlingen und Rosmarinkartoffeln für 35€. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man für diesen Preis frische Kartoffeln erwarten kann. Sie waren es nicht, ihr wisst wie nicht frisch zubereitete gekochte Kartoffeln schmecken.. Als Gruß aus der Küche kam zu Beginn Weißbrot mit Trüffelcreme. Was es genau war, wurde aber gar nicht kommuniziert. Es war aber eher Trüffelsahne. Fettig ohne Ende und vor allem ohne Salz. Kennt ihr das, wenn man so einen fettigen Film am Gaumen hat...? Es wurde jedem Besucher Olivenöl auf dem Teller gefüllt. Wir durften es nicht allein machen und die Flasche wurde auch wieder mitgenommen. Unnötig, zumal Kinder nicht so viel Olivenöl verputzen. Trotz Flaschenmitnahme doch Verschwendung... Anlass war ein runder Geburtstag und ich bin enttäuscht herausgegangen. Schade. Anspruch und Wirklichkeit klafften bei mir gestern auseinander. Werde erstmal nicht wiederkommen. VG

Ausgesprochen originelles italienisches Restaurant im Zentrum Potsdams. Nur an einigen Tagen pro Woche geöffnet, old style Service mit 'Oberkellnern' (wenngleich ohne Frack), die aus der Jacke helfen, Weinempfehlungen geben und Zuvorkommenheit ausstrahlen. Speisekarte hybrid, kleine Karte mit ausgewählten Speisen der gehobenen italienischen Küche, aber man darf ohne schlechtes Gewissen auch aus der umfänglichen Pizzakarte auswählen. Kartenzahlung möglich. Preise nicht eben niedrig, aber kein Nepp.

Eine entspannte kulinarische Auszeit mit Freunden im Lodovico! Nicht das erste Mal im Lodovico mit Freunden oder Geschäftspartner gewesen! Immer top Qualität aus der Küche und dem exzellenten Service! Der Burrata auf Rindertartar ist der Klassiker im Lodovico schlechthin. Die Weinkarte gibt Einblick in die italienische Weinkultur mit den gängigen Anbaugebieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend in dem Restaurant verbracht. Sehr schönes Ambiente und zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal. Das Essen war excellent und wir kommen gerne wieder. Bezüglich der schlechten Bewertung wegen des Hundes: Normalerweise fragt man beim Reservieren, ob Hunde erlaubt sind. Obwohl wir selber einen Hund haben, würde ich immer davon ausgehen, dass andere Restaurantbesucher nicht erfreut über Tiere im Lokal wären.

Ich hatte für heute einen Tisch für 4 Personen bestellt. Nach Ankunft im Restaurant wurden wir abgewiesen, weil wir unseren Dackel dabei hatten. Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht ! Weder bei der Bestellung über OpenTable noch bei der telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme hatte man uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Wir mussten mit unseren Gästen das Restaurant verlassen . Ein wunderschöner Abend mit einer Freundin. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Garderobe wird abgenommen. Empfehlungen werden ausgesprochen. Speisen sind typisch Italienisch frisch und lecker. Ambiente ist gemütlich und sehr schön. Möbel auf Dauer etwas ungemütlich und hart. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten war alles sehr super. Preise sind hochwertig aber angemessen an die Qualität. Alles in allem spitze. Vielen Dank für ein gelungenen ersten Abend in Potsdam

Wir waren bereits dreimal dort zu Gast. Es war ein Vergnügen, der Service ist erstklassig und das Essen, welches wir genießen durften, war vorzüglich. Fragt unbedingt nach einer Weinempfehlung.

Erstklassige Bewirtung, stimmiges und hochwertiges Ambiente und eine sehr gute Küche mit einem extra Kick. Hervorragende Weinkarte und für alle Biertrinker, daß Starnberger Hell vom Faß (Top).

Mit Stil eingerichtetes Restaurant bei sehr aufmerksamen Service und köstlich zubereiteten Speisen. Eine gut durchdachte Weinkarte und ungewöhnliche Degestive. ... und dann noch die 1. Etage, der Weg dorthin macht Freude aufs Händewaschen. Alles große Klasse, viel Erfolg!

Wunderbar! Sehr schönes Ambiente mit Stil und toller Beleuchtung. Das Restaurant strahlt mediterranes Flair mit preußischen Spotlights aus. Der Aperitif überrascht durch Kreativität, das Essen durch leuchtende Farben & Geschmack und der krönende Abschluss: Espresso-Martini. :0)

Neues Restaurant in Potsdam, wunderschönes Ambiente, professioneller Service und sehr ansprechende Küche. Definitiv einen Besuch wert 💪
