We went to this lovely restaurant for a late breakfast. The breakfast was very tasty, the food was beautifully and stylishly presented. The selection was large and everything looked very attractive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also pleasant. A great place for a relaxed breakfast!

Super great place for brunch, the waitress Angel is so enchantingly nice and I'm happy every time she serves me, I'm now there for brunch/dinner almost every week. I'm also thrilled that brunch and dinner taste so good, although the neighbor's taste isn't even close to that. I've also noticed that many people in the neighborhood now offer brunch, but no one is like Zadem 😍

Service was top, everyone was very nice and the food was incredibly tasty. Gladly again!

Das Frühstück war eine perfekte Mischung aus türkischen und europäischen Spezialitäten, die alle unglaublich frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend waren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vielfalt der Speisen vom klassischen türkischen Frühstück bis hin zu modernen europäischen Akzenten war alles dabei☺️😊 Die Kellner waren super freundlich😇 und aufmerksam, was das gesamte Erlebnis noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Es war auch eine schöne Überraschung, dass mein Freund den Brunch als Überraschung für mich organisiert hatte.🙈 Das Ambiente im Zadem ist schlichtweg wunderschön: modern, stilvoll und gemütlich – genau der richtige Ort, um ein entspanntes und genussvolles Frühstück zu genießen.🙏🏼 Ich kann das Zadem jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich war letzte Woche mit meinen Freunden bei Zadem essen. Die Kellner waren super süß und freundlich und haben das Essen echt schnell gebracht. Wir waren super zufrieden. Vorallem nach dem unfassbar leckeren Nachtisch. Ich kann die San Sebastian Kuchen nur empfehlen 😍!!! 10/10 gerne wieder .

The advertising drum for this store is insane. Videos, pictures and a lot are posted everywhere on social media. We wanted to get our own opinion and went for breakfast. Well, breakfast came, it was nicely garnished and attractive, tasted ok but unfortunately we had bad luck with the kisir or couscous salad, it was sour, was replaced without comment but it wasn't good either. From my experience, however, I notice that things are unpacked several hours in advance, such as the sausage, which you can tell because it is already discolored and dried out at the edges, but it doesn't have to be that way. Well, in my opinion, anything can happen, it's also manual work, but if I'm charged over €47 for a breakfast for two people then that shouldn't happen and as a customer you should also get flawless and fresh food I recommend Zadem to focus on quality and not quantity. Guests also wait a little longer for their order if everything is 100%. That was the first and also the last visit for us

The food was delicious, the service was good and quick. Price is not cheap for just one breakfast!

We had a table reserved for two people and were directed to an uncleaned table. When we asked if we could please have a larger, clean table, we received a direct no. There are only two of us and the other tables are fully booked. The shop was empty except for three/four other tables and in no way gave us the impression that there were any more reservations. The waitress, a young annoyed man, was absolutely rude and had no idea how to address guests! He should be trained not to speak to customers on first-name terms, not to serve customers while half asleep or to walk around with their shoes on the floor. Of course there was no farewell because we preferred to give the tip to someone who was homeless. We do not recommend this seemingly authentic location and advise the owners to put friendlier (well-rested/less annoyed) waitresses at the front.

Wow! I'm super excited. Super delicious Turkish cuisine. Mega fine starters and delicious pide. The waitresses are super couple friendly ;) Thank you for the lovely evening.

Went spontaneously to Cologne today and came across Zadem via Tik Tok. We thought it was outstanding!!! Food: 1a had brunch menu for 2 (three people can also eat it) Service: everything was great All around you get a very good price-performance ratio, everything your heart desires!

Solid Turkish restaurant, food was good, ambience was average but appropriate, service was friendly. Recommended!

We go home with a very bad feeling. After a few forks of the iskender I had stomach problems so I couldn't continue eating. I've never felt so bad after visiting a restaurant. My stomach burned and I also felt nauseous. I also passed this on to the waitress. I paid for it anyway. We will definitely not recommend them. It was a failure!!!

Unfortunately the food is not authentically Turkish. Unfortunately, we go home feeling uneasy. But the service is very nice and of course can't do anything about the kitchen.

We found everything to be “perfect”. Were served by dear Angel, she did her work with all her heart. Waiters like you always make you want to go there.

We had just been there for brunch with my daughter and drove there from Remscheid because we had only heard positive things and I also work in the catering industry, so I am a skeptical person when it comes to service. Breakfast was very, very good. Service was great 👍 The girls are very friendly and took care of all the guests. The two bosses are very attentive and very friendly. So I would definitely recommend Zadem if you are in the Cologne area. Definitely drinking coffee in Zadem. It is definitely worth it.

If you are in Cologne, GO THERE! Very, very tasty food, incredibly friendly service. Simply a great experience! We had to wait a bit as the restaurant was full when we arrived. We then got free tea while we waited. In addition, at the end we apologized again for “keeping us waiting” (which was absolutely not necessary since we waited voluntarily) and we also got pancakes on the house. All in all a beautiful restaurant, wonderful service, super delicious food. We will definitely have breakfast here whenever we are in Cologne! Many thanks to the entire Zadem team <3

Very very bad loading. Both the service and the food. The künafe didn't taste good at all. It was dry and when I asked the waitress about it she just said that was her opinion. I would have expected that a new künafe would be made for me. The store is pretty overpriced. We have for Paid 3 teas and a künafe €25

We were at Zadem last week and drove here from another federal state because the hype is so big. However, I have to say I was very disappointed. Apparently not every customer is given the same value, because the influencers get extra value as it is presented on the social network. I found the employees very unprofessional and they seemed annoyed when I asked questions. We had a small child with us and we weren't even offered a high chair. We had to wait a long time for our mezze when we asked and was told it was coming soon, which meant our food got cold. The food wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go there again as I felt very uncomfortable in the store. It seemed like we weren't welcome.

You have to book in advance, despite our messages no response and once there we were the only people but waited 10 minutes, service not the best, after asking for ketchup and mayo 3 times (once my fries were cold ) I received it. Otherwise the food was good. Hopefully the service wasn't exceptionally great this day. Damage

We had breakfast near Zadar this week. Unfortunately the service was terribly bad. The waiter was unfriendly and probably got up on the wrong foot. The store was very cold and I had to put my jacket over my lap because I was so cold. The breakfast was quite ok except for the gözleme, which unfortunately we didn't like at all because they were filled with Gouda instead of white cheese. The minced meat filling also had Gouda in it, which I don't know from Turkish cuisine and wasn't noted on the menu was. Unfortunately there is no value for money.

I had the menemen sucuk pan. Everything was fresh, tasty and quickly prepared. Great!👍🏽

I was there today with my husband... this place is a big disappointment!! Very cold inside I had to sit with a jacket on the whole time, it was just as cold as outside. FOOD was a disaster, no taste and very expensive. In the end, not even a goodbye Said... even though we gave a tip!!! This store will never see us again!

Very tasty breakfast and, despite being busy, extremely friendly and excellent service. Reservations here are a MUST because there's a reason the place is packed (at least during breakfast on the weekend). The breakfast for 2 is very generous and would easily feed 3 people. We had a lot of fun and felt and completely pampered. Thank you, ❤️

If you are unable to organize reservations via Instagram (no answer) then you should perhaps think about introducing an electronic reservation. Should be standard by now.

Went there today as a group of 10 for a birthday brunch, great atmosphere, always had plenty of Turkish tea thanks to our waiter Ahmet. Everyone was super attentive, the breakfast plates were very well filled and everything was very fresh, from cheese to sucuk the pieces of fruit! Thank you very much and see you soon!

Unfortunately, all that remained after the visit was the smell of grease in the clothes: - Service is great - Ambience, well. You should decide whether you are a bar or a restaurant - Food comes very quickly and is solid. But it's a bit arbitrary.

The perfect place for people who don't have a problem with cold, cramped conditions, noise and unfriendly staff. Then you are in good hands there. For me it's nothing.

We were there for the first time today. The ambience and the food were great! There were also many vegetarian options. Unfortunately we had a seat where the waiters could hardly see us. Unfortunately our dessert order was lost and we waited a total of an hour for it to arrive. But we apologized three times and in the end we were even given dessert. We thought that was really nice. Mistakes can happen but how you deal with them is important. At this point, thank you again for the hospitable service. If we are in Cologne again, we would be happy to come back.

Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service. The waitress seemed to be inexperienced and we had to wait a long time before we could order - our order was only taken when we asked. For the prices, which are higher due to the location, we would have expected better service and higher quality, as we are used to in Weidengasse. At least we got a free takeaway dessert as an apology.

Be careful with the bill!!! Even though the amount on the card was significantly lower and on the website, the cashier charged me more. I showed her the amount on the card. She commented on it with 'then the price is not updated'. The small amount is also available online. I feel a little ripped off.

We were guests at this restaurant at the weekend and we didn't regret "ending up" there. We had the brunch platter for 3. It was more than enough for 3 people, extremely varied and, above all, delicious. The service is very attentive and always there to refill Çay. We particularly noticed the blonde, young man (Achmet Abi) with his friendly, bright manner. Can only be recommended for brunch. There is a parking garage 3 minutes away, which is easily accessible.

I can really only recommend this restaurant! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very inviting. I would particularly like to highlight the blonde waiter who served us. His kindness and attentiveness made the evening even more enjoyable. He not only gave us excellent advice, but also made sure that we felt completely comfortable. A real highlight of the evening - we will definitely be back!

Zadem was a halal brunch spot I came across when searching for brunch in cologne. The place was very busy so I would definitely recommend reserving a table before visiting. The breakfast platter which contained a variation of cheese, salads, omelette with sucuk and bread was definitely a popular option in the restaurant and was very nice. The pistachio pancakes could’ve been better as I felt the middle layers were a bit too dry. Other than that it was a very good experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great here! Already here for the second time. The food phenomenal. We had to wait 15 minutes until we got a great table by the window. The organization at the door to wait was also handled very fairly and confidently.

Scrambled eggs were way too salty, pide was brought with raw, unfinished dough, cappuccino had too much milk in it, hardly any foam...maybe it wasn't a good day in the shop today. Very DISAPPOINTING….Unfortunately more appears than is! Location is nice, service is so good, cleanliness is ok, women's toilet is disgusting. We recently tried the brunch platter for two people in the Zadem restaurant, which cost 40 euros. The platter came, but it was disappointingly small and the portions weren't very large, with lots of bread you'll definitely be full. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. Given the price, we honestly expected more and something fresh, cold fries Inedible, cheeses so soft, we had to scrape them out of the plate. Unfortunately, fruit is about to dry out. Salad was fresh, omelette with fetal cheese was delicious. Given the prices, it's better to have brunch somewhere else in Cologne.

On the recommendation of my colleague Serkan, I visited the establishment, large selection of food and drinks, very nice, courteous staff. I visited Zadem with my family, my mother is actually a very skeptical woman who doesn't like trying new things, she was thrilled and Zadem is our go-to restaurant when we are in Cologne from time to time. I ordered a pide, unfortunately I can't remember the name, but it was by far the best pide my mouth tasted, slight note of thyme that reminded me of my childhood. It definitely needs to be repeated, as many thanks to the whole team who turned a supposedly normal restaurant visit into a wonderful taste experience!😊

There are few locations with such an atmosphere and such a great team. I have rarely seen such a warm waitress. We really felt so comfortable. The breakfast was A1 and there was no stress. The hype is definitely worth it. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything!

Unfortunately we didn't like the food at all. After a few bites we left the food. When I looked at neighboring tables it was no different. Be it pide or köfte. Service staff can't do that but the chef definitely needs to be changed. The ambience wasn't bad, but everything was too cramped and the chairs were unfortunately dirty. For us it was a failure...

Unfortunately I can't comment on the food. However, the staff should pay more attention to your reservations. We were given a place after a very long wait, but we didn't get this place because a reservation was missed. An apology would have been appropriate after 40 minutes of waiting, but the waiter had a different opinion. We ended up leaving because they couldn't organize space.

Fries were cold and soggy, after reheating they were just greasy and inedible. Toast was covered with disgustingly greasy meat and greasy cheese. Yesterday we spontaneously went for breakfast in Zadem. We had to wait a bit at the door because it was pretty full inside, but we were offered tea so we could warm ourselves. When we were at our table, we were greeted by the lovely Ahmet and unfortunately I don't remember the names of the other two girls, very well served cay was there all the time without asking and was refilled. And a little tip when you go out to eat outside you should always be understanding and don't understand some of the comments here. I'd love to come back!

We were there on Sunday and wanted to order something. The waitress didn't come to our table until at least 15 minutes later. Our drinks and our food also came much later + my coffee only tasted like cheese and my tea glass was dirty and the coffee cup already had a huge crack in it, if you had pulled it apart it would have been broken. The prices are outrageous for what they offer and in the end we wanted to pay and asked the waiter to come and that took a long time until we got up and went to the front to pay. When we were at the front, the waiter went straight to our table and put the things away. Never zadem again

As the first guests of the day (arriving at 10 a.m.), we had to wait 50 minutes for our order (1 breakfast for 2 people). Meanwhile, other guests who arrived after us were served earlier. Additionally, their orders were larger with early service. When we asked what was wrong with our order, we were told "it went down". We definitely didn't have that impression because the service staff walked past our table several times. We were received very unfriendly and disrespected. Despite asking and telling us what happened with our order, we were told that staff would be coming "immediately", but no one came to our table. For whatever reason, we felt like we were intentionally not served. Therefore this store receives 0 out of 5 stars! We can highly recommend the beautiful restaurant opposite. At the "ROMEO ROMEO" we received an extremely warm welcome with friendly table assignments, perfect service, fresh food and great offerings. ZADEM still has a lot of catching up to do.

Super delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere! In between, the waiters even go around with small sample plates - great idea! However, if you go for breakfast on Sundays, you should get there early because there will quickly be a very long line.

We were hardly noticed the whole evening. Waiters don't take orders, food is brought forever later. We wanted to pay, but it took forever until we got to the front ourselves to pay. Service was quick, food was tasty, good portions. Service and bar nice and accommodating. Unfortunately it was a bit colder that evening. Unfortunately, the entrance door kept opening, which made it really cold on our feet at times. When it comes to toilets, I would probably be with the Lords of Creation. an additional joy. We liked the concept and the idea. Price/performance ratio definitely fits. Both card and cash payments possible.

The breakfast platter for two was very tasty, but we were rather dissatisfied with the service. The employees were understaffed, which we noticed especially when we wanted to pay. We asked three different employees if we could pay and ended up having to do this ourselves at the bar.
