It was simply perfect, great job to all the staff!

The wrong food was brought. No refund was offered. The service was terrible. They did the bill at the register. Also unacceptable. Never again.

The food was very tasty, and basically everything was perfect. The dishes stayed warm throughout thanks to the hot serving stone. The Çağ kebab was also delicious, even better than in Mannheim. Unfortunately, there's no parking nearby, but otherwise it's excellent.

We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a seat, but it was absolutely worth it. The service was very friendly and attentive. Before the meal, we were served meze (acılı, yogurt, çiğ köfte), which we really appreciated. The food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended!

We ordered the shish tavuk shish kebab, a chicken dish cooked with tomatoes, and lamb chops. Every dish was served with rice and salad, and there was also the option to choose your own sides. Complimentary starters with fresh bread were a nice touch. The serving sizes were generous and very satisfying. The food was absolutely extraordinary—full of flavor and cooked to perfection, making it completely worth the price. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, a great dining experience and highly recommended.

A place everyone visiting Cologne should see!

The cag kebab was much better than the ones I've had in Turkey; the meat was juicy and fantastic. The lahmacun was also delicious, the beyti was standard. We waited in line, but the line ended after we waited; I guess there can be a short wait at certain times. Also, the service was very fast. The prices seemed reasonable. I will definitely return for the cag kebab.

Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. What made the experience even better: we ordered two extra things and received more than expected, completely free of charge. This shows they are truly hospitable and value their customers. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommended if you enjoy good Turkish food.

I ate the mixed Kebab and it was the best in allover cologne city.

After being kept waiting at the door for a long time, and then having the arrogant staff act as if there were amazing food waiting inside and we absolutely had to eat there, as if there were no other restaurants to go to, we couldn't tolerate their nonsense anymore and had to eat elsewhere 😀

The lentil soup was delicious, and the staff were attentive and polite. We found 7 Euros a bit too much for soup, but maybe that's normal in Germany. I'm not taking any points off because I don't know. The bowl was quite filling.

We came from Frankfurt with our family after reading the reviews and it was a huge disappointment. We ordered Cökerme Kebab but the menu says Kutz Meat but the Döner meat was cold! And the fried parathas were completely raw, the yogurt was watery on the plate! The Iskender was cold and the same. The salad was wrinkled and had been left unused and had no oil or salt. We are really sorry. The staff said they would make up for it when we came back but we will never come here again and I would never recommend it.

We had a super delicious cag kebab! The staff were very polite and helpful! We also got bread with dips and cig kofte as a starter.

Cağ kebabı in Cologne, such a rare and unique Turkish food (normally a speciality from Erzurum). This was absolutely fantastic and delicious, in both a friendly and elegant atmosphere. They also offered us çiğ köfte and, as a dessert, a sütlaç, which was delicious as well. Strongly recommend it and will surely come again soon.

I can highly recommend Süper to everyone

The food was truly outstanding, absolutely 10 out of 10! Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly and we were treated extremely rudely. For this reason, I will not eat there again. Good food can be found in many places, but friendliness and respectful service are rare these days, and that's precisely what was lacking here.

The portions were so large, we had a hard time finishing them. The mixed grill comes on a hot stone. It comes with a separate serving of salad and rice. Our vegan friend had the sautéed vegetables, which were wonderful. The raw meatballs and appetizer platter we ordered were also quite delicious. It would be great if the staff were a little more friendly.

They played songs that weren't distracting or distracting from conversation, but were enjoyable to listen to. Apparently it was supposed to be a good barbecue restaurant - we called to reserve, the restaurant told us that there were no reservations - I came with my pregnant wife, they made us wait 1 hour and put his friends and acquaintances in our seats - zero service!

Cagkebabi was delicious, but since it was crowded, your order might arrive with a delay. The reason they didn't want to serve cagkebabi between bread is because it would be against the business concept. It's understandable, but if you went from Holland specifically for cagkebabi and the wait time was long, I think they could deviate from the concept for customer satisfaction. Thanks to the well-intentioned and understanding chef, we were able to get 1 piece of bread. If you say it doesn't matter how you eat it, but what you eat matters, yes, we had delicious cagkebabi, but would I go again? No, I won't!

The waiters here were the rudest I've ever seen. They were disrespectful, uncaring, and didn't care about customers. I would never come back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's not worth a penny. It was good before, but now the food is cold and the meat is served without cooking. I don't recommend the chefs at all. It's a waste of your money.

This restaurant is highly recommended. We had grilled chicken skewers. They came on a hot plate, so they stayed hot. The chicken tasted absolutely delicious. It came with salad and fries/rice (depending on your choice). Everything was delicious. To start, there were three types of meze and çiğ köfte.

The cag kebab was truly amazing. The lahmacun was incredibly crispy. The chops were legendary. The meatballs and Adana kebab could have been a bit better. I've added them to my favorites. Thank you for your excellent service.

Mangal restaurant is a privilege, perfect in every way.

Actually, I thought it was always good there. However, this time they served "cağ kebab," which consisted almost entirely of gristle—and lots of bread with tomato sauce, so it was almost like an Iskender made of gristle. It had absolutely nothing to do with real cağ kebab—they're not even skewers. Don't order cağ kebab with yogurt and tomato sauce there—they don't serve skewers, just gristle! And you pay full price for it! Disappointing.

We haven't been here in ages, and last time we weren't quite as satisfied. This time it was even worse. Our Yoğurtlu Adana Kebap was grilled for too long, making it dry and salty. The toasted bread wasn't anything special either. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, the Adana was far too spicy, and the pide was quite dry. Furthermore, the service was disappointing—when we didn't tip, we didn't even get a "goodbye" or "see you again." Overall, it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience.

We've enjoyed eating here for years. However, on our last visit a few weeks ago, the service went so wrong that we went home really annoyed. Today we got a kebab (to go) and gave the place another chance. What can I say: The kebab had gone up in price, but it was only half full and apparently had new kebab meat. Unfortunately, we didn't like it and it's not worth the price. We won't be coming back a third time. Two annoyances are enough.

I was in Cologne for a short city break from Nuremberg and visited the Mangal Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable. We ordered Kelle Paça soup and Cağ Kebab – simply fantastic! The soup was hearty and aromatic, and the Cağ Kebab was incredibly tender and full of flavor. I would also like to particularly highlight the staff: very friendly, attentive, and professional; you feel truly welcome. For me, it was a real highlight of my trip to Cologne. If you're in Cologne and want authentic and delicious food, you should definitely visit this restaurant. I'd love to come back!

We tried the cağ kebab. It was truly delicious.

You get bread, tzatziki, and ezme at the start. We had the hand-made skewer and the 2-person platter. The food was delicious, and the service was very fast. The 2-person platter included veal, hand-made meat, lamb chops, and Turkish bread. The restrooms are very clean. For dessert, we had sütlaç (baked rice pudding), which was also delicious. However, we only vacationed in Cologne and are from Schleswig-Holstein. Perhaps you could open a Mangal restaurant in Lübeck or Hamburg.

First and last time at Mangal. The food was very bad. The meat was undercooked, the salad was sour, and I don't even want to talk about the side dishes. The staff seemed pretty annoyed and got upset at the slightest question.

I had a great experience at this Turkish grill restaurant The food was incredibly tasty and it was actually my first time trying a meal served on hot charcoal which gave it an amazing smoky flavor that really stood out I ordered a mixed grill platter for two with rice and fries and everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor The portions were generous and the presentation was really nice I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Turkish grilled food with a special touch

On my way to Öz Harran, I decided to try this place because of the quality of the Mangal Döner. I'm not exaggerating; you won't find kebabs like this in the Netherlands, nor the service or generosity like this. I even enjoyed the bread I ate, it's a very high-quality place. The prices are also very reasonable, even lower than in the Netherlands. I loved it. It will definitely be my go-to spot in Cologne.

We came from Adana for a week's vacation. A beautiful place that made us feel like we were in Turkey. The staff, in particular (Ahmet and another waiter whose name we don't know), were very attentive, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend it.

We were in the restaurant around midnight on July 7, 2025, with a group of six people, and we were the only guests. Accordingly, we were greeted and served immediately. We all ordered lamb skewers, as the selection was very limited at that time of day. The food was served on special platters. Up until then, everything seemed fine. The meat served was definitely not lamb. It tasted of liver and veal. Presumably, the grill hadn't been cleaned, and the customer before us had ordered liver. In any case, the meat was inedible. I had to stop eating to relieve myself in time. Unfortunately, this continued until the morning. Acute diarrhea. Everyone in the group was affected. We would have preferred to be sent away than to be served such a mess. Unfortunately, I can't give it zero points.

Great service. Nice place, good food. Only the kofte was not good because it was not minced beef. It was taken off the bill which was absolutely not necessary, and as an extra also tatli on the house. There are few places where the service is so good! Absolutely recommended.

Their products were not very tasty and the service was also very slow. As someone coming from Türkiye, you feel happy when you enter but there is not much warmth inside.

On a friend's recommendation, eight of us went there and ordered various meat dishes. No one was satisfied with the doneness or flavor of the meat. The service staff was inadequate. The drinks we ordered only arrived after several reminders.

We took a trip to Mangal to try something different – ​​Çağ Kebap. When the dish was served, I initially expected it to be presented with a bit more decoration. However, the simple presentation probably reflects the uniqueness of the dish, which isn't available everywhere. For our meal, we chose two versions: the classic Çağ Kebap and the Çağ Kebap with yogurt. We found it to be quite tasty – although I had imagined something different. But as they say, tastes differ. All in all, it was an interesting experience.

I got scammed there, I ordered mix grill for two and some other things and waitress asked me many times if I want Döner in the mix grill and I told him many times two while showing him on the menu that I want the mix grill for 46 euros and he said okey with Döner but got surprised at the end that he charged me 14€ more for the Döner and when I confronted him, he admitted his mistake but still made me pay for it.
