Yummy Bowl in München

I was here for the first time today and was immediately impressed! The shop is modern and inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The falafel wrap and salmon bowl were both fresh and delicious.

A small shop with 2 tables for seating, a bench in front of the door. The two men (one of whom appeared to be the operator) behind the counter were friendly, courteous and motivated. We ordered 2 vegan bowls and were full and satisfied in the end. Great TO GO food, we'll be back when outdoor picnics are possible again.

I had the best bowl of my life in this shop. The content was not only very well selected, but also of very high quality.

To begin, they were out of vegan schnitzel, halloumi, and mango. I initially wanted the schnitzel and ended up with a falafel wrap - instead of the mango that usually comes with it, I opted for jalapeños. I suppose it was packed fairly full, but the falafel was cold and clearly not made in store. I wouldn't go back for this wrap. Honestly, when I found out they were out of so much stuff, I probably should have just moved on. So, I get to the register and go to pay with my card and despite all the stuff with the missing food, he tells me it's a 10€ minimum to use a card. Thankfully, I do have cash. I shrug and pull out. Something I think funny is going on with the reviews, though. There are a whole lot of 5* reviews from people who have reviewed 1-4 places total. Maybe he's offering some kind of free item with a positive review since based at least on my experience, it shouldn't be close to 4.8*. Maybe the vegan schnitzel would have been better? I'll never know.

I recently ate at Yummy Bowl and really loved it! The selection of healthy bowls is large and the ingredients are fresh and high quality. I particularly liked the balance between taste and nutritional value - you can tell that the emphasis here is on healthy but at the same time delicious dishes. The price-performance ratio is also great. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and portion size. The staff was friendly, attentive and created a pleasant atmosphere. Food was normal but the owner is the last thing. Yells at other customers in his restaurant and almost gets physical because he gives out fake vouchers. Really very unpleasant, I've never experienced anything like that. Don't come back.

I am genuinely surprised to see this place has a 4.8 rating. It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in Munich. The funniest part? The price—14 euros! Where do I even begin? I ordered the Mexican bowl, and it was a disaster. The guacamole tasted like it had started to spoil, the mangoes were frozen, and the chicken was bland and boiled (seriously, who decided this was Mexican-style?). The beans and corn seemed like they came straight from a can. So, what exactly did I pay for? I honestly have no idea. I advise you to pick any other random restaurant in Munich and you will be much more happy.

Ich habe zum Geburtstag einen Gutschein geschenkt bekommen. Am Essen war nichts zu kritisieren. Aber leider am Service. Eine Bedienung nahm die Bestellung auf, bis dahin war noch alles in Ordnung. Eine weitere Bedienung brachte die Getränke sowie das Essen. Ich sagte zu Ihr, dass die Vorspeise nicht die richtige ist. Sie schaute nur, sagte ab keinen Ton, und brachte natürlich nicht die von mir bestellte Vorspeise. Anschließend brachte sie das Hauptgericht. Mein Mann und ich baten sie um Salz und Pfeffer, das gleiche wieder nur geschaut aber nichts gebracht. Schade daher kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen

Ingredients partly not fresh, boring bowl

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews. I ordered there today for the first time and definitely the last time! The salmon, which was cut way too large, smelled incredibly like fish and tasted very strange, really unpleasant. The guacamole was bitter? And the sesame soy sauce was inedible. Unfortunately the dish ended up in the trash. It's a shame about the money.

Food portion size is good, quality is good as well! Recommended

I didn't like the bowl at all, even though all the dishes were fresh. The rice had an extremely unpleasant taste and therefore spoiled the taste of the whole dish

We happened to be here today and just followed the good reviews... and weren't disappointed. Since it was our first time there, we were given advice. I had a Mexicana Bowl with no jalapenos and no hot sauce and it was plentiful and very tasty. I didn't quite finish the bowl small. My friend had the Wrsp Italiana with probably the best pesto he has ever eaten. I can only recommend it.

We had lunch at yummy Bowl today and absolutely loved it. The Yummy Salmon Bowl is particularly recommended. The ingredients were all super fresh and the dressings went perfectly with them. The owner is super friendly, asks how the food tastes and you can tell how much passion he puts into the shop. We can highly recommend this store to everyone.

Didn't meet the expectations from the reviews. The guacamole had a nasty plasticy taste (so probably the avocados were spoiled), and there were flies buzzing around and landing on the food. Not really a fresh vibe. On the plus side portion size was very good and it was all healthy minimally processed ingredients.

Pretty mediocre place. When we were there there were only 2 young guys doing everything incredibly slowly and without any passion. The ventalation in the store sucks which means things might spoil. We took vegan bowl and rice was overcooked and sticked and soja nuggets were cold and hard. Think twice before eating from here, not recommended.

The best bowl in town! There are two portion sizes, although you can easily eat the large portion for two people and still be full. Very tasty sauces, fresh ingredients, I was very satisfied. However, the store does not invite you to sit for long periods of time as it is relatively narrow. Better take the food with you and sit on the meadow opposite :)

Ich finde das Konzept des Restaurants einfach sehr gut! Man kann für eine Pauschale viele verschiedene Speisen probieren. Diese werden frisch zubereitet und innerhalb kürzester Zeit an den Tisch gebracht. Selbst unseren Freund, der ungern asiatisch isst, konnten wir zufrieden wieder mit heim nehmen.

We stopped by here briefly on Sunday afternoon to redeem our BMy voucher. Contrary to the description of the voucher, we were immediately informed that only small bowls were meant. Well, it's a shame and, above all, not entirely true if this restriction is not noted anywhere. But whatever. We chose two bowls (Mexican Chicken) and it was a shame that we continued... we were emphatically told that the bowl was too spicy and that we should have chosen another one, but since I like it spicy I stuck with it. My partner reluctantly changed, now it was supposed to be the sashimi bowl, but expressly without salmon but with chicken. There were two more ingredient recommendations (top!) and then that was it. The Mexican Chicken Bowl was great and I can only recommend it, but my friend's bowl contained the salmon we specifically didn't want, meaning 50% of the order was inedible for us. Hence the point deduction for service and taste.

I ordered a Mexican chicken bowl with salad. The mangoes were frozen, there was ice in them. The chicken was ice cold and so were the other ingredients. There is very little seating in the store, almost none. It was nice to have a student discount.
