Loving restaurant with very nice employees and fresh, delicious food, which is brought to the table with sophistication. The buffet is replenished at all times and there are no queues.

The food there is very tasty. For a really small thaler you can enjoy the “all you can eat buffet”. The service and ambience are also very good. It's a small cozy restaurant. An absolute recommendation.

An excellent Korean/Asian restaurant. I really liked the old concept with the tablets, but I also liked the new concept. In any case, the food is still excellent and you can still get all the “classics”. To be honest, I personally don't need the BBQ. The clothes just smell afterwards and I don't want to cook in the restaurant myself. I also think the prices are quite high, but they always have been. Nevertheless, I like to eat here every now and then and can recommend it.

Unique. There is no other way to describe it. Only high-quality ingredients were served and presented with real care. The staff was super nice and really tried to make all of your wishes come true. The decoration is wonderful and the overall package is very harmonious.

A really big recommendation! We were there in the evening during the week and decided on the BBQ/sushi offer. Everything was explained to us in detail and then we started. The sushi came to the table and there were enough vegetarian alternatives. Everything was taken into account including allergies and wishes. There were also vegetarian options for the BBQ and it was a nice experience. The buffet, which you can also use, was varied and fresh. What I liked best, however, was the service. I have rarely experienced such warm and attentive people! Thank you for the lovely evening with you. We'll definitely come back again.

In my opinion the best sushi all you can eat in Hamburg at the moment! We went to the all you can eat buffet this evening and were very impressed. The service is super friendly and attentive. The food is very tasty. Whether vegetarian or with meat, there are great options for everyone. The sushi is diverse. In addition to the sushi buffet, you can also order baked sushi (included in the price). The buffet sushi is sometimes a bit cold, but that's probably due to the buffet concept. The Korean dishes are also very tasty. The Korean Fried Chicken is recommended. There are also many side dishes such as wakame, kimchi and edamame We'd love to come back!

A super good and tasty restaurant. All you can eat for 38.90 is as good as nothing for the selection, the service and the more than lovely prepared food that you get for it. It's not a mass-produced product and the sushi you get at the beginning is a true work of art. The service is more than just courteous and friendly, it's almost embarrassing to pay so little. All in all, I have found a new regular shop and am looking forward to many more visits. Ps: no! I'm doing this review voluntarily and don't get anything in return ;)

Simply great! We spontaneously decided (with 2 children) for the all you can eat buffet and there was something for everyone. The ingredients were super fresh and salads, desserts and warm dishes were lovingly prepared and tasted great. The young woman in service did a great job and made a very nice evening with her friendliness and attentiveness. Thank you very much, keep it up! You can feel the passion and love for food so much.

We visited the Korean restaurant in the evening and were impressed by the friendly and authentic hospitality combined with a delicious meal. At €38 per person not a cheap meal but considering it starts with high quality sushi. Then several types of meat, scampi and a variety of side dishes from the gas grill at the table. Rice, noodles or duck from the buffet. A fresh waffle with ice cream can be ordered for dessert. Then the price is put into perspective. In the end I would say the price/performance ratio is absolutely justified. There is also the experience of being able to prepare the components yourself at the table using a gas grill. We'll definitely be back!

GONG Restaurant Hamburg – Simply fantastic! I'm completely speechless - I just loved this restaurant! The ambience is beautiful and immediately invites you to feel good. A great combination of modern style and cozy atmosphere. I would particularly like to highlight the extremely friendly and attentive staff, who made the evening a completely successful experience. The food? Absolutely fantastic! The selection is large and there is something to suit every taste. Every dish was delicious, freshly prepared and served with attention to detail. I can 100% recommend the GONG Restaurant in Hamburg! A visit here will definitely be a highlight.

Super delicious Asian food, prepared on site. Mixture of sushi, barbecue and side dishes. Everything was delicious and completely exceeded my expectations. Very nice service, committed, friendly, helpful. Advice on the individual dishes was given in detail and unobtrusively. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere, enough space at the table, this is often different. Then a table is placed in the last corner... Definitely go there again. The only small disadvantage is that the clothes smell like it... (table grill)

My first experience with All You Can Eat BBQ here. The service was really excellent, all the staff did their job very well and were incredibly friendly. The food was tasty and of good quality. (Fresh waffles and ice cream can be requested from the staff to be served. If a dish runs out, you can inform the staff so that they notify the kitchen to prepare more). However, I would like to give the owner some feedback about the food. I decided to come here because I saw on the website that there was a wide variety of dishes. But when I was here, I noticed that many of my favorite dishes had been taken off the menu. When asked, the staff explained that these dishes were removed because they were not popular with guests. That really disappointed me. However, I gave the restaurant 5 stars because the staff was really excellent. I hope the owner reconsiders making advertising more honest or making the All You Can Eat menu more complete and varied. Thank you anyway for the experience and top service 🥰

The iPad all-you-can-eat concept no longer exists; instead there is a fridge with sushi and a very limited selection of hot food. Today, for example, we had fried noodles, spring rolls, Korean fried chicken, duck, tteokbokki and kimchi pancake. Tasty, but you can hardly call it selection. When we asked, we were offered that some of the dishes from the iPad menu at the time could be prepared at our request. However, I find this very tedious, especially since there is no menu or overview of special dishes that can be ordered. The food was good and the service was good, but the limited selection doesn't justify the price for me. While the Korean BBQ is a nice addition, overall I miss the previous concept. I would actually only give one star, but since I have such fond memories of the restaurant in the past, I don't think that's fair. This will probably be our last visit to the Gong. Too bad.

No longer has the feel of a sushi restaurant. By grilling at the table, even if you don't do it yourself, you can throw your clothes in the laundry straight away. The counter where you can serve yourself (there are no tablets anymore) is poor. Neither sushi nor warm dishes, the selection is not worth the price. Super courteous staff, delicious food and great value for money

Since I read from current reviews that ordering with a tablet doesn't seem to be offered anymore, I'm only rating the food, the service and the ambience. You should definitely reserve in advance. This can also be done online. You then have a time window of two hours and 15 minutes. These are completely sufficient. The sushi tasted outstanding, and the sushi creations offered by GONG also tasted great. A special highlight were the grilled and marinated Korean-style pieces of meat, which I classify as a little insider tip. Unfortunately we couldn't have dessert after the AYCE, we were so full :) The service was convincing with its friendly and attentive manner. I was positively impressed by the fact that the service person patiently explained the ordering principle to each guest and remained patient and professional even after repeated inquiries. The ambience seemed very pleasant to me and neither too overloaded nor too kitschy. Here too, everything seemed very elegant, without wanting to appear overly elegant. Small point of criticism: the path to and the area in front of the toilets was too dark. As a night-blind person, I had slight difficulties orienting myself. In my opinion there is a small need for improvement here. But that in no way detracts from my five-star rating. I definitely recommend the GONG, because although the price is slightly higher, you still leave feeling full and happy :)

We were here for the second time and were once again impressed by the delicious food and the great service. This time we were able to try out the new concept and received a €5 voucher that we could redeem immediately - a nice gesture! However, we liked the previous concept better because ordering via tablet was more convenient and easier. Unfortunately, roasting yourself at the table was also very stressful; the strong smell and the foggy haze disturbed the ambience. We also often had to wait at the buffet for the food to be refilled, which was also a bit annoying. If we travel 60-70 km, we probably won't come back. Nevertheless, thank you for the friendly service!

Great restaurant. Visited for the first time yesterday. The buffet is interesting if you are very hungry, but there are also a la carte dishes at reasonable prices. Particularly noteworthy is the competent and friendly staff! You should definitely try it out once.

Today was the second visit, this time there was the 'all you can eat and sushi' buffet. Everything is really there, and it's really fun to grill the meat yourself at the table... The dessert options were also convincing, it was a successful dinner and definitely not the last visit.

We went to the Gong as a family and we all really enjoyed it. Ordering with the tablet is fun, especially for the children. The fact that a Korean BBQ is included in addition to the delicious different sushi offerings made the meal even more fun. There is something for every eater. We'll be back.

I go there regularly for the lunch buffet, which is very good in terms of quality. The Korean Fried Chicken and the sushi particularly stand out here. For €12.50 you can fill a bowl as full as physics allows. So you can also eat outside. On site is a little more expensive. There is an offer for "buffet + 1 drink". The choice of drinks is limited. However, this is not stated in the restaurant. Only at the entrance. When it came to the bill, things got really uncomfortable and I felt a bit cheated. The buffet itself is quite small and empties quickly. Refilling takes less time, which exacerbates the situation. The staff is always friendly.

The sushi was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The system is also very well thought out, you order (most things) via tablet and if you wish you can also get a small table grill (but unfortunately you pay an extra charge for shrimp and salmon). We go there regularly from work. Unfortunately, there are always misunderstandings at lunch (how much does it cost without a drink, how much does it cost if I order a drink separately). But super tasty, great ambience and always fresh food from the buffet. Addition: We were there last night and were allowed to bring a dog with us 👌🏻

A really good Asian sushi restaurant. We were there for Ayce and it was super tasty, in addition to a large selection that you can order on a tray, there is also a small buffet with sushi, you can also have a salad as well as wasabi and ginger. There are also sweet treats such as fresh waffles. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Back in the days when you still had to mark your food on the slip, I celebrated my birthday with you in September. Unfortunately, I have been a bit disappointed during my visits lately and would therefore like to write this review. Although the prices have always been a bit higher, I enjoyed dining at your place because so far there has always been an excellent selection and excellent service. I have always recommended you to my friends and family. Unfortunately, it has become more difficult to order at the table since you have to get a lot of things yourself. Even though I don't think that's particularly bad, it was precisely this aspect that defined you. I understand that prices have increased and therefore some dishes had to disappear from the menu, such as shrimp or different types of gyoza. However, I hope that the variety of the menu and the quality of the food will harmonize better with the price-performance ratio in the future. Until then, I'll start looking for new restaurants. I was just at the All-You-Can-Eat evening on February 13th, 2024, and I have to say I'm glad that I walked past the restaurant and decided to eat there. The food was very extensive and there was something for every taste. I also find the mix of tray ordering and self-service an exciting change. The service staff is very nice, polite and very homely. My personal favorites are the kimchi, the pickles, the Korean chicken, the chicken wings and the chocolate-peanut dessert. So if you are ever in Hamburg or come from here, definitely pay a visit to the GONG Restaurant!

Das Sushi und die anderen Speisen haben eine Top-Qualität. Das Ambiente ist sehr gut und keine laute Musik was ich sehr angenehm empfinde. Ich werde sehr gerne bald wiederkommen.

Asia - Sushi Restaurant mit „all can you eat“ Angebot und Bestellung per IPad Das Konzept ist nicht neu und es gibt für uns bessere Alternativen in der Stadt. Insgesamt ein nettes Ambiente - nicht zu groß, so dass die Lautstärke angenehm ist - das Essen schmeckt - die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommen und sehr bestrebt, aber: - die Auswahl der Speisen ist insgesamt sehr begrenzt - einige Soeisen werden nach Auswahl per IPad gebracht, andere müssen vom Buffet geholt werden - Teller, auch für Soßen, Ingwer etc mussten auch vom Buffet Tisch selbst geholt werden - Buffet war allerdings leer gefegt - insgesamt kamen viele Speisen gar nicht an, die Bedienung hat hinterher nachgeliefert und als Entschädigung ein kostenloses Getränk angeboten.

Wir waren zu viert hier zu Gast und ich muss sagen: es war wirklich von vorne bis hinten alles Perfekt. Als wir ankamen mussten wir einige Minuten auf unseren Tisch warten und bekamen für die Wartezeit einen kleinen Sekt serviert und für mich als Schwangere wurde sogar ein extra Getränk zubereitet welches super lecker war. Die unfassbar nette Dame an der Bar hat dann sogar direkt angeboten, mir ein Sushi zuzubereiten welches schwangeren gerecht sei und dies kam dann direkt einige Minuten nachdem wir am Tisch saßen. Einfach unfassbar toll, nett und lieb & unglaublich lecker! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt egal ob es der Service war oder das Essen! Das System über das Tablett zu bestellen ist absolut einfach und klappt ohne Probleme. Würden wir hier näher dran wohnen, wäre ich auf jeden Fall Stammgast ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit super essen und einem klasse Team! Danke für diesen tollen Abend.

Das war das beste, was ich seid langem in der Gastro erleben durfte man kommt herein und wird super freundlich empfangen zu zwar von allen Mitarbeitern ohne Ausnahme. Am Tisch wird einem Konzept erklärt und dann kann es auch schon losgehen. Speisen sind immer pünktlich und komplett am Tisch eingetroffen wir waren so begeistert, daß wir garnicht gemerkt haben wie schnell die Zeit vergangen ist weiter so dann sind die fünf Sterne bald erreicht.

Wir haben hier mit unserer Familie zu Abend gegessen. Unseren Jungs haben besonders die leckeren Sushis geschmeckt. Auf den kleinen und hübschen Tellern und Schüsseln sind die Speisen liebevoll angerichtet. Alles schmeckt sehr lecker. Das Essen wird zügig serviert und die Bedienungen sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen wieder!

Vonden de gerechten niet al te lekker. Kwaliteit was laag. Sfeer en de medewerkers waren wel zeer goed.

Ich war hier schon öfter zu Besuch. Die Auswahl des Essens beim All you can eat hat sich im Vergleich zu vor einem Jahr ein wenig verringert. Die Auswahl ist dennoch allemal mehr als ausreichend. Zu der auch anderswo typischen Bestellung via Tablet gibt es hier ein zusätzliches Buffet, woran man sich an Sushi und kalter Beilage bedienen kann. Das Ambiente ist sehr entspannt und familiär, es kommt keine Hektik auf. Und hat keinesfalls das Gefühl einer Massenabfertigung wie bei mancher Konkurrenz. Das mit Abstand lobenswerteste sind jedoch die Servicekräfte. Alle sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Alle haben stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht und sind freundlich. Was Suhsi All you can eat angeht, meine Nummer eins.

Das All you can eat Angebot ist nur zu empfehlen Unglaublich leckeres Sushi und andere Leckereien die man sich alle 10 Minuten bequem mit dem Tablet bestellt und dann zum Tisch gebracht werden.

Für mich das beste Sushi-Restaurant in ganz Hamburg. Das Essen kommt schnell und ist sehr lecker und das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Restaurant an sich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Über Den Preis vom All You Can Eat kann man nicht meckern betrachtet man das, was man bekommt.

Meine Frau und ich waren heute zum All you can eat essen dort und wir beide müssen sagen, das ist das leckerste Suhsi was wir bisher gegessen haben. Großes Lob an alle dort! Wenn man hochwertiges Suhsi essen möchte, was zeitgleich auch wunderschön serviert wird ist man hier genau richtig. Wir kommen defensiv wieder. :)

Ein schickes All You Can Eat Restaurant wo man über Tablet bestellt. Zusätzlich dazu gibt es noch besondere Sushivariationen und Desserts (inkl. frisch gemachte Waffeln mit Eis), die man sich selber holen kann. Geschmacklich finde ich das Sushi besser als die gekochten Sachen. Das kann dann aber jeder für sich entscheiden denn schlecht schmecken sie jetzt auch nicht.

Wie gut kann Essen sein?! Es war unglaublich gut. Preislich etwas gehoben, aber es war angemessen. Sehr sehr gutes Sushi, jede Zutat ist sorgsam rausgesucht. Einfach wow! Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sprachlos. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren zum Mittagstisch hier und würden sehr schnell und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Wetter war sonnig und warm und wir konnten draußen essen, was es sehr nett gestaltet hat. Das Essen war eine Freude sowohl für die Augen als auch für den Gaumen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Menge Reis für meinen Geschmack zu gering war. Die schnell dazu bestellte Portion mache das Essen dann perfekt. Toll gewürzt, eine leichte Schärfe und nun von der Menge wirklich gut. Hier gehen wir definitiv häufiger hin!

Ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass das das beste Sushi All you can eat ist was existiert. Hier zahlt man vielleicht 2-3 Euro mehr als bei der Konkurrenz, aber es schmeckt wesentlich besser. Es ist mit Liebe angerichtet und nicht einfach für die Masse produziert. Hier erhält der Kunde 1A Qualitätsessen zu mehr als überschaubaren Preisen, ich kann den Laden vollumfänglich empfehlen an jeden, der Wert auf Qualität und Service jetzt.

Ein positives Genuss-Beispiel für All-you-can-eat: Wir haben den Abend rundum genossen. Die Speisen waren unheimlich lecker zubereitet, sehr hübsch angerichtet und von einem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service-Team serviert. Entschieden hatten wir uns für die All-you-can-eat-Variante. Dadurch waren wir zum Ausprobieren inspiriert. Zusätzlich zur Bestellung per Tablet gab es ein kleines Buffet mit zusätzlichen, besonders kreativen Sushis und eines für einige Nachspeise-Variationen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr stylish, dabei schön dezent. Es gab keine Anzeichen dafür, daß a.y.c.e. hier zu übermäßigem Konsum verleiten soll. Im Gong gab es genügend Ruhe und Ambiente zum Genießen.

Das Gong ist ein tolles modernes Restaurant. Das Essen und die Getränke sind sehr lecker 😋 und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich🙂 Der Ablauf des All you can eat ist sehr innovative, man bestellt auf einem Tablete pro rund und person 5 Gerichte. Anders als bei herkömmlichen all you can eat bekommt man so immer genau das was man möchte. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Gong.
