Really cool place, it just has that vibe; everything's vegan and super delicious. I recommend the nuggets and the gyro plate; the tzatziki is to die for! I love going there. :)

We had a veggie currywurst with fries to share, delicious. I recommend it if you want to try some dirty veggie cuisine.

The food is good but it’s cash only. I only recommend this if you already have cash or you’re a local. If you’re a cash free tourist, you’ll be charged at all the ATMs. At that point, it isn’t worth the hassle.

This shop is simply an icon in Berlin! Vegan for ethical reasons, not because it's trendy, for the animals and for everyone, because the prices are low. I've never had to wait long (and I've been going to Yoyo for 8 years), and everything has always been great. Super delicious vegan fast food. The place is like a classic snack bar, but everything is vegan 🥰. The portion size is very good value for money. Even my non-vegan family found it delicious.

The place is really cute and 100% vegan. It's located near Boxhagener Platz. The staff is very friendly. They speak both English and German. The menu is extensive, so you're spoiled for choice. Some colleagues recommended this place to me for the famous vegan currywurst, and I was very pleased. The value for money is excellent; for a seitan currywurst and a Fritz-Limo ​​(a very popular drink in Germany), I paid €8. If you want to try typical German dishes, vegan, and without spending a fortune, this place is perfect.

There was some kind of misunderstanding. I thought the burger with spinach and cheese was spinach and cheese, and it was, but it was in the patty, which I thought was stupid. Overall, the burger was okay. Not good, not bad, but also not what I expected. They could have explained that again, since I'd asked several times, but maybe it was just a misunderstanding. Otherwise, it unfortunately smells strongly of French fry grease inside. You can also pay in cash. It's annoying to have wasted my vegan Berlin experience here.

My son has invited me to dinner here twice. I felt very comfortable the first time. 🌞 The food was sooooo good 😋 😋 😋. 🙏 🌹 We'll definitely be back a few more times. A big plus—the musical atmosphere. 🌞 💝 🙋‍♀️

I ordered a vegan gyro plate from Yoyo Foodworld and instead received a simple salad – with no explanation, no apology. Absolutely disappointing for the price. If something isn't available, they should let the customer know upfront instead of simply sending something completely different. This kind of service is unacceptable. I definitely won't order from here again.

Really cool staff and interesting vegan burger creations. Everything is top-notch!

An aged retro-style eatery for typical Berliner western-influenced comfort food i.e. burgers, wraps, european chips (pommes), curry wurst, salads. ALL 100% VEGAN. Reasonably priced at €5-7.50/burger or around €10 for a burger and beer or drink. After enquiring I discovered this casual eatery with indoor and outdoor seating has been operating as a 100% plant-based venue for 17 years!! I was also told it is closing down in a few months due to sliding custom. The place looks worn out, the kitchen appears old, and there is an obvious lack of TLC overall that undoubedtly effects peoples perceptions and return visits now. If you want to try out this Vegan place then get there soon. At the end of this year it will no longer exist, apparently. Kinda sad, the slow death of what must be one of Berlins oldest Vegan food eateries.

If you are hungry and vegan I think it is the best place there is! Huge gyros, huge salad, great burgers, everything good and huge portions. Typical Berlin atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find.

Where should you start? It's best to start at the top of the menu and work your way down to the bottom :) I've been eating there for more than seven years. Back then, you couldn't find vegan burgers that tasted good anywhere else. It tastes great every time. The open kitchen can be seen behind the counter: you can see how everyone rotates to feed the guests and you can also see that the work is carried out flawlessly and hygienically.

Fantastic all vegan menu with a million options for burgers, wraps and plates. Massive portions for really good prices (€5-8), quick service and English speaking. Mostly young people eating here, so my parents felt a little out of place, but other than that loved it.

Suitable for satisfying fast food hunger as a vegan. It's really inexpensive, but the taste is rather bland and average. Interior not really my thing, service at the counter was nice and slightly stoned. But everything worked out - so don't worry!

I went with friends to try for first time and it was amazing. The food very delicious, even when I'm not vegan the food taste very good and you can enjoy and feel the flavor as the "original Version " I definitely will return to continue try it the other options that they have, also the desert that I missed.

Cheap delicious vegan food, whats not to like?

We ordered two burgers and fries. The food arrived after 1 1/2h and was cold. The fries looked and tasted old, the burger looked disgusting and didn’t taste good at all. Worst burger and fries I ever had.

My favorite fast food restaurant for many years. Unfortunately, the delicious pizzas are no longer available, but there are many burgers, wraps and other things. And delicious cakes. Better than the big chains that are out there now.

At Yoyo you get super delicious vegan food at fair prices. The furnishings are getting old - Berlin Kietz style. Food is ordered at the counter and picked up there by calling. Our order took less than 5 minutes to be ready. I can only say good things about the staff.

A great fast food restaurant, well located in the Boxhagener district. A very good quantity-price ratio, and very good burgers. We also came across a very smiling, very friendly waitress.

DANGER! If you are allergic to gluten, please avoid places like this one: they just put the gluten free symbol on the menu, but they don't mention the high risk of contamination.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time. The fries were probably really old, had a strange color and were also incredibly greasy, which made them taste really terrible. My burger patty was either not what I ordered or simply old and way too greasy.

This place has housemate vegan patties that I always wanted to check out. Needless to say I have now but am sad to report that the burger is very mid. I got the bacon cheese one but the texture sort of blended into another which isn't really what your looking for in a burger. The bun was also pretty mid. Just by comparison with other burger spots. But! The you can make it a menu with another 5 bucks that'll give you fries and a salad. The salad was extremely lame and basic. The fries however were really really good. Probably one of the best I ever had. Sadly no dips or anything to moisturise it. The joint itself was kinda run down. The floor inside was sticky with oil and the tables outside weren't clean. There was stuff to clean it with but the detergent dispenser didn't work. Both of them so we could only drywipe it. I think that there are way better vegan burger spots. Friends that frequent this place said the burgers are all kind of meh but the tzaziki is really good so maybe try that.

A bit of a shame. Everything in itself is very tasty and rustically prepared, but not recommended for strictly gluten-free people, apart from the gyro plate without fries. Here, all proteins except the gyros are prepared in the same deep fryer as the seitan (pure wheat gluten). Therefore, it is highly cross-contaminated. I therefore don't understand why those products are described on the menu as gluten-free when they actually aren't (gluten-free means <20ppm) The recommendation would therefore be for the restaurant to either purchase a second deep fryer in which only gf products are fried or to modify the menu cards accordingly.

The first vegan burger I ever ate was at Yoyo and to this day I love going there and kept my non-vegan friends full and happy too ♡

Actually quite tasty, but quite unfriendly. The people didn't even tell me that my food was ready, I found out for myself. When I asked for mayonnaise, I was initially told there wasn't any because one of my colleagues was just too lazy. Then he said there were some, but wanted to take 40 cents from me, even though I ordered a lot and even gave the team a donut at the beginning. The other guy at least gave me some at the end. Overall, I found it really a bit cheeky and impudent. Maybe you can put a little more effort into the service in the future, otherwise you shouldn't be surprised about mediocre reviews.

Went there for a Sumatra burger and fries, burger was dry, feeling like eating paper, and had no peanut sauce in it as written on the menu... Fries were too salty, couldn't eat them all... I don't recommend this place

Sorry, but the burgers are a joke: the bone-dry patty was only half the size of the (also dry) bun. It's better to spend a little more and go to Veg'd on Boxhagener Str: the few extra euros are well spent.

An excellent range of vegan fast food, I had the Calimari wrap. There was space inside but as a sunny evening I went outside and sat in the street with others and enjoyed the food, a beer, and the company of friendly strangers.

Super good currywurst and a large portion of fries! It was really great. Only recommended. Cash only. Edit: I was there again recently and dude... that's very cool. The currywurst is bomb again and the burger is completely insane!!! Get both and share them with a friend.

The prices are really good and the food is nice! Unfortunately the staff is super unfriendly... One of those stores where when you order you feel like you're ruining the entire staff's day if you ask a question. Kind of ruins the whole experience :/

We had the vegan seitan curry sausage with fries and were super satisfied. The portion was really enough and for 7€. The shop has a great atmosphere, the furnishings make the whole thing cozy in a special way and just go well with a snack bar. The only minor point of criticism were the fries: hardly seasoned and very greasy. Half of it was good to eat, the other half was just small pieces of fat. Otherwise it's a great load (:

Fair prices, good food, nice people. Even their drinks aren’t so overpriced like some other restaurants. The only thing is that if you sit inside, you’ll most definitely walk out with everything from your hair to what you’re wearing smelling like oil! But I’ll be back regardless 😌

We went to Yoyo today. The food tasted incredibly good and everything was prepared quickly. However, there was one thing that made our experience worse. The cafe had cake on offer today and the cake was labeled as “Russian” plucked cake. The reason I mention all of this in the comment is that for most refugee Ukrainians, such signs can be perceived as triggering. From my side, I wanted to point out that it would not harm the product (i.e. the plucked cake in this case) if the Russian part were removed. But it would ensure that all visitors to your café will feel pleasant. Thank you.

The place is nice and the food was really delicious, nevertheless after ordering food last time by the counter and discovering “russian cake” and seeing a portrait of a russian writer as a Ukrainian i wasn’t feeling comfortable staying there and neither did I feel like eating the food, so were my friends. I don’t understand why in 2024, after 2 years of full scale invasion in Ukrainian the place still promote consciously or subconsciously russian culture, the culture that destroys mine. It really hurts, I hope so much that the place I used to really enjoy will read the review and change their point of view (and there will be no portrait and no more russian cakes) and will realise that something that’s “just a cake” for them can hurt and trigger a lot of people.

To eat on the go and without spending so much is fine. Vegan
