Great venue, great food, very lovely staff. I've been here a few times now and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Try the tempeh burger 🍔 🤌 it's delicious. Why not try a few of their dishes ✨️

This shop is far more than just another hip burger joint in Berlin. It's a place for gatherings, a meeting place for neighbors, the scene, and anyone looking for good food in a welcoming atmosphere. The atmosphere is warm and inviting – you immediately notice that community is more important here than mere consumption. For cyclists, the place offers a kind of safe haven, which is a true blessing in Berlin's often hectic everyday life. Also particularly noteworthy is how naturally queer-friendly and anti-fascist the shop's identity is lived out. Veganism isn't a superficial "virtue signal" gesture here, but rather an expression of a deeply rooted political and ethical stance. The staff is attentive, friendly, and radiates a genuine joy in their work. Fair working conditions are clearly valued – and this attitude is reflected in the overall atmosphere. In short: This burger joint demonstrates that gastronomy can be more than just a business. Here, food is understood as part of a culture of solidarity and respect. A place where you feel comfortable, where you are full – and at the same time have the good feeling of being part of something bigger.

End of September 2025: At least we enjoyed the poutine, and our food was perfectly hot (referring to the negative reviews here). The staff was also perfectly fine, so perfectly normal. They were genuinely happy about the usual tip, and when I combine that with the negative reviews, it seems like most guests have completely unrealistic expectations and therefore don't even give the usual tip. In any case, we'll go there again when we're in the area. We think it's a worthwhile restaurant in this area.

The food tasted just okay, was a bit cold, and not cheap for what it was. The service staff was nice, but quite slow.

2 stars because the idea itself is good, but how stupid can you possibly be? The service is CONSTANTLY overwhelmed with barely any orders and absolutely no sophisticated dishes. The tattooed French chef then becomes rude and rude, even when the fault clearly lies with the kitchen. Please, please finally hire people who have even the slightest connection to the restaurant industry. (Reference: Catering) But I've already been to their shop - my poutine was swapped there too, and everything took forever. Edit: 1 star deducted for the blatant lie. Nice try, Diddy.

The food tastes good. But the service... maybe something between friendly and distracted and "always trying"? After sitting outside for half an hour, we were noticed and were able to order drinks. It was announced that the food would take 30 minutes, but it actually took 60 minutes. We ended up with burgers, which were unfortunately almost cold; we skipped the fries. It's a shame, because the seating is nice.

Atmospheric location, food tastes great, and the service was really nice. One thing to look out for: a burger AND Kimchi fries really was a lot and I could barely finish it, probably better to share that

Unfortunately, the service was very poor: we had been sitting in the store for twenty minutes when we were informed that they were no longer accepting food orders because the service was overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. We received the wrong drinks and were told we couldn't order food for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, our order still hadn't been taken, but other guests were served. We definitely won't be back.

One of the best places for vegan burgers, hot dogs, salads, etc. Plus, the great atmosphere and super friendly staff. The restaurant caters to open-minded and tolerant people. I'd be happy to come back anytime!

The burgers were delicious, but the service was terrible. First, we were forgotten, then 10 minutes after ordering, we were told what wasn't available. When the food finally arrived, half of it was forgotten and the sauces for the fries were mixed up. So, this place is only for very patient people.

Amazing vegan food, with extremely generous fries portions! Tasty homemade lemonades. I really enjoyed the vegan poutine and burger! Will definitely come back to try other dishes. There is free street parking on Sundays.

I had this on my Berlin eats list for the longest time and finally made it here today. Great spot, even better if, like today, the sun's shining and you can sit outside. I had the currywurst and fries with the garlic sauce and the gravy. Top choice. I enjoyed it. Also tried the sesame skewers, which were crispy, but overall more okay than super good. Deffo would come here again, though. Tasty food, extremely fair prices.

Great, cozy shop with friendly staff. The homemade lemonades are particularly tasty, I had nice crispy fries and there are many sauces to choose from. The fries were gluten-free, otherwise unfortunately there was nothing without gluten. I'm hoping to maybe get a burger with a gf bun there at some point.

The place is nice, unfortunately the food is not. The fries are so fatty and fluffy, overcooked, we could both not digest them for hours. The 'burgers' were tasteless, the buns were dry, the 'cheesy cream' was simply weird, and industrial nachos don't fit in the vegan burger. The drinks are overpriced. It's a pity because the atmosphere is nice, and the place looks very cute.

Be careful: a visit could turn you into a vegan activist!

Nice outside area! “Canadien labelled poutine” nothing but poutine apart from the fries, speaking as a a Canadian. It’s not bad but it’s not poutine; mostly fries with sauce and caramelized onions for 10euros, bit expensive in my opinion. Cake was not exactly fresh/bit dried but good. Service was great! Cute decorated restaurant!

Nice left-wing shop with a small, fine burger menu. Relaxed atmosphere. Plus there is free water in a glass water dispenser. Unfortunately, the tempeh burger I wanted wasn't available. But the one with black bean pattie was unexpectedly good.

Nice atmosphere with friendly and communicative staff. We were told right away what was not available and that the food would take a bit longer as their kitchen is very small which was good to know! The burgers were a bit cold but that might’ve also been the busy hour (2pm). Overall it‘s a good place to hang around!

I was here for the first time today for the karaoke evening with Gini and it was incredible. I didn't know the bar before, but the atmosphere and especially the rousing presentation were exactly my vibe ❤️ I'd love to come back for an evening like this again and again!

In my opinion, €3.50 for a mini glass of apple spritzer - for a small child - is far too much. Vegan curry is delicious, fries too. Addendum to the answer: It is correct that the prices are clearly marked. But we can sit down together and explain to a 4-year-old child that €3.50 for a small glass of (organic) apple spritzer is too much and that it has to stay thirsty. I just think it's too expensive, even though it's clearly stated on the menu and, which I'm honestly sorry about, your business is apparently just so viable that you can only pay yourself the minimum wage, which is far too low. I'm afraid I can't solve this problem unfortunately. I will have to buy the apple spritzer (organic) for my child somewhere else in the future - also for financial reasons ;-)

Very tasty food. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow. He probably forgot to enter our order at one point, because 20 minutes after we placed our order he asked us whether we had already ordered. It took about an hour in total for our food to arrive. That was really great.

We were there recently and it was super cold. The waitress was unfriendly and annoyed that we interrupted her chatting with colleagues, and her dog was also in the way the whole time. The burgers are mediocre in taste and quite soggy.

La pareja es vegana, la hija y yo somos vegetarianos y nos gustan las comidas ocasionales de comida rápida. Esto llega al punto cuando estamos en el barrio; no es central, pero es útil para Festaal Kreuzberg, donde teníamos entradas para un concierto.

I think the food is quite expensive for the quality. We ordered a few different burgers and loaded fries, and while it was yummy, it was hard to finish the meal because it was so greasy it made me feel unwell.

This is a very interesting restaurant with a special atmosphere. All the dishes we tried were very tasty. I particularly liked the kimchi fries. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Recently met there with a larger group of friends and had a lovely afternoon. The location is cool, the employees are friendly and extremely service-oriented. If I interpreted our table correctly, none of us had anything to complain about. Full 100% recommendation.

A very cool restaurant, every second Tuesday of the month there is Küfa, kitchen for everyone, for a donation you can get super delicious vegan food prepared with a lot of love! I'm not a vegan but this tastes really good!!! Very nice, mostly young and alternative crowd. The service is very chilled and you can't be rushed! You always remain friendly and nice! I really enjoy coming to this restaurant!

If everything fits, then the condition is “perfect”! We ate here today based on a recommendation and it was delicious! The team is also very friendly, as is the singing lady behind the counter 😉. When we are back in Berlin, we will come back!

The quality of the food is very good, and the ambience can also be described as successful. The service depends a little on the time of visit and the staff in charge at the time, but overall it's completely fine. The prices feel a little too high.

I didn't have the opportunity to eat there but I did have a couple of beers with my work colleagues. I really liked the concept of the bar, the vibe it has is very nice, the service was excellent and charismatic. I will definitely return.

I’m very surprised with all the good reviews because to be honest the food wasn’t good. The burger was full of industrial barbecue sauce, this is barley the only taste I had in mouth even a while after eating, and it definitely stayed on my stomach. The bread was super dry and putting crisps into a burger is weird. Otherwise the place has an heavy smell of cigaret smoke (it might be a bar in the evening), which is quite disgusting to smell while eating. For this price you can definitely find better burger places in the area!

Went here with a friend recently. We had the poutine and seitan sticks. The seitan sticks were very nice actually. The poutine however was kind of ruined by the use of barbecue sauce instead of gravy. I understand it's not easy to come up with a vegetarian replacement for gravy, but barbecue sauce definitely ain't it. I couldn't finish the food because I was so put off by the awkward flavour combination.

Been here 3 times and had totally different experiences with their food. The first time it was great, the second time I left a bit puzzled and the third time I was convinced that not all the food options on their menu are not that great. The vibe is cozy and you can sit out a on a good weather day.

Schöner Laden mit bunter Deko, alternativem Ambiente und ungewöhnlich großer Auswahl an leckerer herzhafter veganer Fusion Küche mit Burger und Kimchi Fritten.

Man wartet gefühlt Jaaahre bevor man eine Bestellung aufgeben kann und vor dem Zahlen auch, wenn überhaupt mal jemand kommt und man nicht für immer ignoriert wird. Ich arbeite selber im Service und hier wurde nicht verstanden, dass der Gast immer vorgeht und alle Kleinigkeiten nebenbei sind nachrangig. Essen schmeckt auch gar nicht mehr…vor 2 Jahren fand ich’s richtig gut.

Git zentral gelegenes Restaurant, bei welchem wir leider nur einen ungünstigen Zeitpunkt erwischt hatten & drinnen sitzen mussten - müssen wir wohl nochmal vorbeikommen, um die Plätze draußen auszuprobieren (und bessere Fotos machen können :-) ). Alles, was wir bestellt haben, hat gut geschmeckt und war vegan!! Klare Empfehlung!

Ich gehe immer mal wieder in die Neue Republik, esse gern den veganen Leberkäs-Burger. Auch neulich der Caesar:Innen-Salat war lecker und reichlich. Auf Nachfrage habe ich 2 Sorten Dressing extra bekommen, ohne zusätzliche Berechnung. Alles in allem wirklich zu empfehlen. Achtung: im Moment eingeschränkt w. bröckelnder Fassade (15. August)

Leckeres veganes Essen, einfach spitze!

The bier was good and the service too. The food was horrible. I didn't get burgers, so no idea about that but the rest is really cheap quality and really fat... stil feel nauseous after 2 hours (and I left there the half of it)

Die veganen Burger hier spielen in der Topliga mit. Ich habe die Jungs kennengelernt, als sie mit einem Foodtruck angefangen haben und jetzt haben sie schon seit Jahren das Restaurant. Es gibt auch glutenfreie Optionen auf der Speisekarte. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit Berliner Kiez-Ambiente und man kann auch draußen sitzen. Diese Burger muss man probiert haben!

Da ich neulich den Vergleich erlebte zu einem anderen hoch gelobten vegan Burger, kann ich jetzt sagen, wie gut der hier bei NRR schmeckt! Ich hatte die BBQ oder Smoked Variante. Auch die Potaoes/Pommes waren leckerer. Und das Bier scheint auch sehr gut zu sein, sagte der Begleiter. Also gern weiter so!

Burger Sauce was replaced upon request but it was still a bit dry. Before I ordered any drinks I was given a glass of water for free, which it seems you can request anytime. That is quite nice. It's very homey and sort of hippie vibe if you were to put it into one style. The fries I ordered weren cheesy but rather like a Currysauce. Still tasted good but not what was expected. Would still recommend as it's not really expensive.

The BBQ burger was too sour and intense that you couldn't taste the vegan patty nor the other ingredients. Or the tomato didn't taste at all like a tomato. The fries were way too dry. The dips were quite good, especially the siracha garlic sauce was delicous and the only highlight. For lunch I had one BBQ burger, a big portion of fries (too much for one person) and a lemonade. At 17,50€ way too expensive. Never again.
