Wir waren das erste Mal im Yin seafood, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Wartezeit auf das Essen war kurz. Wir hatten die Wan-Tan.Suppe und das Sashimi vom Tina und Lachs - hervorragend! Als Hauptgericht den gemischten Fisch und die Garnelen (Wildfang) mit Pilzen. Beides kam sehr heiß auf der Eisenplatte eingewickelt und wurde vor unseren Augen geöffnet. Wir beide waren sehr erfreuter das leckere Essen! Dazu hatten wir offenen Wein (Chardonnay und Grauburgunder), der gut dazu passte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut!

3 of us shared the Classic platter, salted yolk crabs and stir fried green vegetable ( kang kong). The food was fresh, well seasoned and plenty for us. Dishes were authentic tasting and very much like what you will get eating seafood in Asia. Outdoor seating was closed because of the weather but the food and friendly service were excellent! We also ordered the classic fried banana with honey for dessert without a photo, a nice simple sweet finish to the wonderful meal!

Great Sea Food. I would recommend it to anyone who has a taste for crustaceans and shellfish.

Since it was quite full, the ventilation system couldn't keep up, so it was a bit stuffy, unfortunately.

Best seafood We had something to celebrate as a couple and spontaneously went to the Yin Seafood House because it had already been recommended to us several times. We weren't disappointed. Despite the restaurant being full, very professional and friendly service. Excellent selection and best quality. Yin Seafood is an Asian restaurant, so seafood is also prepared Asian: seasoned with garlic, chili, coriander, soy, oyster and bean sauce. The products are homemade (e.g. fish balls, dumplings, spring rolls). Asian preparation also means that fish and seafood are more likely to be fried or braised. Here you could possibly use a little less heat or cooking time. As always, when you order dessert from an Asian restaurant, you think afterwards: you could have left it out. Overall, we went home full and happy. This was our first time at Yin but definitely not the last time. There is still a lot to try...

Best seafood restaurant in all of Germany for such a good price. The quality of the sashimi is A1. ' There is a lot of choice of mussels and if you want to try everything you can order a mix platter. The menu is also very well displayed online so that you can decide in advance whether the restaurant is suitable for you.

Great location at the fish market with authentic and fresh seafood dishes. Service is friendly and the food is particularly good in terms of quality and taste! We've been coming regularly since it opened and have never been disappointed. The homemade soups and pickled radishes are particularly addictive as starters.

One woman's service attitude was so bad that she got the wrong package bill and said: "You've already eaten, you can just pay." How could you say such shameless words? I went there on the recommendation of a friend. As soon as I entered the store, I could smell the seafood, which I thought was to be expected. Don't order the platter. I was cheated by the waitress of 50 euros. She actually recommended a large platter to me. It turned out to be sweet and sour salmon, which was terrible. I didn’t know how to cook lobster for three meals. When I asked again, there was no lobster, no crab, and no octopus. It cost 100 euros for two people to eat. The dishes I ordered tasted good, but the dishes recommended by the waiter were very unpalatable. I received a bad review for the service and the food.

Heaven! All dishes were tasty. But i will not order the Vongole the mussels were too small. And it wasn’t the Vongle mussel. It was a down grade version. But the auster was so tasty and octupus was perfect!!! I want to try next time the big mussel pot.

Very briefly summarized: an absolute recommendation. If you like seafood and generally enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the place for you. I was definitely reminded of the last time I was in China (except that the chopsticks, rice bowl and spoon didn't come to the table sealed in foil :-) When it comes to dishes, it makes sense to share and try out a lot. The menus with all kinds of seafood are of course particularly suitable here (and look great too). On our next visit, however, I would order “specifically”, which I particularly enjoyed. My highlights were definitely the oysters, scallops, the mixed fish on a hot plate and the sea bass filleted whole. The homemade spring rolls are also highly recommended. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is also good. All in all: a very nice evening! We'll come back and try out more dishes.

Very fresh taste and the fish soup is delightful. I've visited the place twice now and am pleased with the food. Portion size is small, service could check more for guests that have requests. All dishes came nicely presented and although the serving size for things such as the Octopus Arms is on the smaller size of the spectrum we didn't leave the restaurant hungry. I'd recommend the place - albeit it is my first seafood-specialized experience in Hamburg so bear mind to other reviews.

We had a dinner here with an unexpected surprise. It’s an authentic Asian seafood cuisine located in the fish market. We ordered a la carte and all very freshly prepared - the clam was a bit too heavy flavoured though. Do make a reservation to avoid a long waiting line. Order all the dishes at the same time so you don’t have to wait pretty long for another round.

We tried this restaurant yesterday based on the positive reviews. The service was very good, very friendly and gave good advice. The wine was also very good. The food was very tasty. Since we like spicy food, the spicy version of the dish we ordered was pleasant, but by no means too spicy. The ambience was completely fine, I didn't find it as tacky as others in the reviews. But that's very subjective anyway. Prices are reasonable for the size of the dish and the quality. If I had anything to criticize at all, it would only be that I would have liked a little more vegetables in the mixed fish dish. But otherwise, as I said, it was very tasty. In fact, some of the dishes on the digital menu were not translated into German, which is perhaps a shame if you would like to try something completely new. But I guess if you asked, you would have gotten an explanation and translation. All in all, a lovely and delicious visit!

Es ist ein sehr gutes chinesisches Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr gut. An manchen Tagen ist es da sehr voll also soll man sicherheitshalber schon am vorherigen Tag reservieren. Es gibt meistens vorne immer freie Plätze zum Parken. Das Essen, insbesondere die Meeresfrüchte, sind immer sehr frisch. Die Ambiente ist sehr gut und der Inhaber spricht auch gerne mit den Gästen und sie hören sehr auf einen zu wenn es ein Problem gibt. Mann kann da auch einfach Meeresfrüchte kaufen, wie im Markt. Ist definitiv ein Besuch wert, wenn man Zeit hat.

Meine Frau hat hier heute eine der großen Meeresfrüchte Platten gegessen - etwas viel Knoblauch aber sehr lecker. Auch ich als Verweigerer von Meeresfrüchten war mit dem Hähnchen nach kaiserlicher Art sehr zufrieden.

Da es sehr voll war, konnte man vom Service nicht viel Erwarten. Das Essen war OK - was mich stört, ist die Cola aus der Zapfanlage. Schmeckt nie so gut wie aus der Flasche. Dazu kommt, daß auch das Mineralwasser aus der Zapfanlage kommt. Es handelt sich um in Flaschen umgefülltes Leitungswasser. Ich hab nur daran gerochen. Roch deutlich nach Chlor.

Das Essen war lecker. Der Service war freundlich aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist Top. Parken vor Restaurant ist möglich wenn was frei ist.
