YAZZO in Frankfurt am Main

Das Yazzo ist im Best Western Hotel, man muss also keine weiten Wege für ein Abendessen zurücklegen. Und hat dennoch eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Essen und Erholen vor der Reise oder von der Arbeit. Alle Elemente des Abendessens waren sehr fein abgeschmeckt. Das Thaicurry war ein absolutes Highlight. Wir mussten nicht lange auf die Bestellung warten und hatten dennoch das Gefühl, dass unsere Wünsche sorgfältig bearbeitet wurden.

Wir waren kurz vor 20 Uhr da, Restaurant war nur mäßig voll. Niemand fühlte sich für uns zuständig, wir haben dann selber Tische zusammengestellt. Service war generell nicht schnell, aber als wir bestellt hatten, haben wir fast 1h nach Bestellung aufs Essen gewartet. (Davon 2x Nudeln mit Tomatensoße für zwei Kinder in der Gruppe). Das Essen kam dann, Portionen für den Preis allemal nicht üppig. Dann fanden wir diverse Stücke Hähnchen im veganen Pad Thai. Nach Reklamation kam (diesmal höchst schnell) eine weitere Portion Pad Thai....wieder mit Hähnchen (Anmerkung: es gibt keine nicht-vegane Version des Gerichts auf der Karte). Das Personal erscheint bemüht aber insgesamt überfordert. Insgesamt eine höchst ernüchternde Erfahrung.

Qualität der Speisen und Getränke ausgezeichnet. Große Auswahl. Alles sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und freundlich.

We had dinner at Yazzo with 13 people. Of the 13 people, 10 ordered the beef fillet. According to the menu, the beef fillets should be 250 grams, they were 100 to 150 grams, lukewarm. Two of us had to wait at least half an hour for their food to arrive. When the dishes came, one steak had to be returned because it was very bloody and cold inside. To fill us up, we ordered a few portions of fries - unfortunately some of them weren't finished. In principle, the food would have had to be returned straight away, but we still ate it. Unfortunately, when the disaster was reported to the hotel/restaurant afterwards, it was not taken seriously. I assume that we were just unlucky and that conditions like this don't usually occur there. The service tried hard. Breakfast was good.

Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet in einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Estancia gratis gracias a Lufthansa por un vuelo retrasado. Hotel Estaba situado muy cerca del aeropuerto. A una parada de metro. Recomendaría si es necesario

Quiet atmosphere just adjacent to the nature park and conveniently attached to the Best Western. Happy Hour from 1700-1800. Extensive drink menu with delicious drinks! Warning: they are a strong! My server recommended the Negroni. Not usually my favorite but this one was 👌. I hear they have a lunch and breakfast buffet, too! We’re coming back for dinner!

You are right with this review, even for me the restaurant is an absolute disaster, they brought my wife a salad that was sour for at least a day, two or three, you couldn't eat the chicken and I ordered a portion of it Chinese that had nothing to do with Chinese food at all and above all, terribly expensive Instead of rum sauce with rosemary, we were given flour mixed with water and to finally feel a little better, we went through a kind of minibar in the hotel to buy cookies to eat

Food is not particularly good. Got soggy dumplings with a really weird sauce that tasted like thinned out ketchup. The chicken skewers were not very nice, the meat felt very fatty and although it said it would come with a peanut sauce it came with the same thinned out ketchup sauce as the dumplings. Very disappointing. Negronis tasted weird and were very small, think this is a cocktail that is hard not to get right. + point for the possibility to sit outside although not very cozy outdoor area. Service was ok.

Unaufmerksame Bedienungen! Küche wirklich schlecht ! Zutat wurde für die bestellte Bowl vergessen. Trotzdem den vollen Preis verlangt ! Total überteuert für den Service und die Schlechte Küche ! Sorry Leute das kann jeder privat zu Hause besser ! Nie wieder !

Das Essen war gut aber die Bedienung war komplett überfordert. Wir mussten sehr lange auf das Essen und Trinken warten obwohl unser Essen schon lange fertig auf der Ausgabetheke stand. Die Getränke kamen erst 30 Minuten später nachdem wir die Bedienung nochmal dran erinnern mussten. Hier wäre mehr Personal wirklich sinnvoll.

Illias is outstanding as your server! He needs to be commended for having numerous tables of more than 6 people and keeping everyone happy and content! He deserves a raise in pay! I wish I had more employees like him!

Atmosphere is amazing, don't even feel like hotel restaurant near airport. I had vege miso ramen - excelent and good quality rosè wine. In addition staff is so nice and friendly!

RIPEYESTEAK WITH GREEN ASPARAGUS AND SALAD! Super delicious... especially the teryaki sauce. Asparagus is a bit salty. But that's a matter of taste. Service is quick, very friendly and funny. Dessert brownie and mango cakes... great!

Sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung durch den Service. Leider können die Service Mitarbeiter die mäßige Küche nicht ausgleichen. Es sollte Essen a‘ la Card geben, gefunden habe ich Buffet und das leider schon zum wiederholten Mal. Wäre das Buffet gut gewesen wäre mir der Gang zum italienischen Restaurant schwerer gefallen, aber so war es sehr einfach und es hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich glaube bei der Küche und dem Essen ist noch viel Luft nach oben, dann esse ich auch wieder im Hotel Restaurant.

Pretty bad shop. Expensive and food was almost impossible. Hands off!!!

Seltsamerweise war die Reservierung nicht im Restaurant registriert. Es gab Buffet, was okay war, aber wir nicht wußten. Die Terasse war gar nicht geöffnet (trotz Reservierung) wurde dann schnell noch gemacht. Die spontane Reaktion war gut, aber die Reservierung über Open Table scheint wohl nicht zu funktionieren.

Nice place, is inside a hotel. There is outside areas and inside. The staff is very friendly, quality of the food is good, taste is good, prices are fair. You can choose in the midday between a buffet or you can choose from the menu. The staff speaks different languages of course german and English.

Quite underrated restaurant for the quality of food they serve. This restaurant is in Best western hotel near Frankfurt airport. We were staying in the area in another hotel but wanted to explore seeing Japanese cuisine. I was quite impressed with the taste and quality of food here. Will definitely recommend this restaurant. The service can be a bit slow as they have limited staff but may just today. In the end the food was great what matters.

netter, aufmerksamer Service und gute Getränkeauswahl. Essen haben wir diesmal nicht probiert, holen wir aber beim nächsten mal nach. Hebt sich m.E. von den meisten Hotelbars in GG ab.

Ambiance cosy et agréable. Petit déjeuner au top. Très large choix et bien cuisiné. Personnel accueillant et souriant serviable. Même à 5h du marin. Les 2 étoiles sont perdus à cause du repas du soir. Les plats sont limités. Pas de dessert. Pas contre on peut boire au bar. Le tarifs me paraît très élevé pour les plats proposés.

Good food (the meat and fish were excellent), good and competent restaurant manager and head of bar. We felt welcomed an well respected. There were very good variations of Negroni with great explanations on how drinks and their ingredients work.
