Basically a great location and a nice view, unfortunately somewhat unfriendly and quite outdated. The selection for lunch is ok but the main courses all taste very similar. Extra sauce selection also very limited. A wide selection of desserts.

We recently visited this restaurant. We had a voucher and didn't want to let it expire. The restaurant has a large (huge!!!) dining room where you could get lost. The view from the panoramic window invites you to take a walk along the Wartberg (we were lucky to sit in the corner and enjoy the view). The service was very stressed but still friendly ☺️. We chose buffet because I wanted to eat more fish and shrimp. Price approx. €23. We got starters from the open buffet. I was disappointed because it was lukewarm. You put together the main course yourself. And I think that's good. You can get whatever you want. It tasted good too!!! And hot... Finally, the waitress pointed out to us that there was also dessert ☺️. I would like to contribute something to the audience. People load loads of dishes onto their plates and then simply have them cleared away. This bothers me a lot... Overall, at peak times (12 p.m. 🕛) there are a lot of people and dishes like in the large canteen.

The food was really tasty and there was also a large selection of different dishes. There is also a Mongolian grill where you can have a barbecue. The service was friendly and always served courteously. The beautiful view down from the tower was great.

The buffet tasted good, but unfortunately a bit lukewarm. The ambience seemed a bit confusing due to the size of the restaurant. What was particularly positive was the very friendly service, which enhanced the visit.

Great Asian restaurant for the whole family. We were there spontaneously for dinner - a buffet. The selection of food at the buffet is outstanding, everything is beautifully prepared and always sufficiently stocked. Nice ambience. Overall, a very large and busy restaurant, but service is quick and friendly. The lonely highlight for the children was the chocolate fountain 👌.

Not recommended. Lunch buffet disaster: Food looks unappetizing, is cold, plates are dirty. Men's toilet all urinals blocked and overflowing. Apparently no one was interested.

The Mongolian grill is outstanding, many types of meat, fresh vegetables and delicious sauces.

DUCK EATED WAS very good and very nice service

The younger man who served my friend and I was super cool. He gave us a few recommendations and chatted with us for a bit when things got quieter. Very nice and I would love to come back!!! Unfortunately, years ago I had the problem that my things smelled like food for days despite being washed, but this time it was almost nothing at all, even though we were sitting next to the kitchen.

If you go shortly after the opening at 5:30 p.m. and are served by the perfect waiter (not a waitress)...before the rush comes...everything is great

Great service, lots of choice of food, reasonably priced, it's best to make a reservation. It's actually always busy. The only drawback is the noise in the restaurant, which is of course due to the many guests. Otherwise, the restaurant is highly recommended.

We've been there three times and we think it's a great restaurant with even better food. You can eat there for lunch and dinner and everyone was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.

Today (November 21st, 2024) for the lunch buffet. Food at 12 o'clock was cold and dry, I told the waitress that she wasn't really interested. Not good in taste either. It seemed to me that the food from the previous evening had been briefly warmed up. Plates not clean. Unfortunately, the store has slowed down considerably. Just have to go somewhere else.

Positive: - the service was very quick and attentive - plenty of free parking spaces in front of the restaurant Negative: It was our first time in the restaurant and we chose the lunch buffet. The sauces looked the same for most dishes. Otherwise the selection was ok. Nothing impressed us in terms of taste. The salmon in the sushi looked fresher elsewhere. The ambience doesn't have much charm. The air was a bit stale and it was relatively loud there.

Absolutely recommend the live menu buffet with fresh raw ingredients.

We were there spontaneously yesterday (Wednesday) evening, i.e. without a reservation. The service was really super friendly and spoke German very, very well. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment for us (2 adults, 1 child). Unfortunately I had to return the Peking soup because it was cold and tasteless. The vegetables that you could have prepared were mostly dried out, just like the sushi, which was really not tasty! However, the meat and fish that could be fried was fresh! The finished dishes didn't appeal to us very much and were only lukewarm. The sesame balls were dripping with fat. The wakame salad was delicious! And it's annoying that in the evening (even during the week) you have to pay double the price (€22 per person) - when you had the feeling, after the dry vegetables, that they had been there since lunchtime anyway. The restaurant is a bit old... We won't be going there again anytime soon. Too bad. But again, the service was very warm! Thank you for that!

Went there again spontaneously today for the lunch buffet. Well...has worn off badly. Everything, no matter what, just lukewarm. That doesn't work at all. And that at 12 p.m. It wasn't like that with filling up. Some dishes were literally plundered. In terms of taste...well. Fresh bean sprouts appear to be discontinued at the Chinese restaurant. Baked vegetables are completely tasteless, baked cauliflower is probably no longer available either. Baked banana worked like that, but it was already cold, the sesame balls were a rubbery, chewy something. All in all a failure. It was worlds better a few years ago

An all you can eat buffet like you can find everywhere. Everything was fine, selection was good. What is special is the selection of meat and fish, which can be freshly prepared. Dessert is also good. What didn't work for me was: Chinese without duck. Instead we had sweet and sour chicken. But I want duck at the Chinese restaurant (am I being too demanding??) Therefore only three stars instead of the usual four.

I've been there several times and it's always been good and tasty. This time the waiter really blew me away. So damn sweet and helpful. He was so attentive the whole time and also suggested food combinations that he himself likes to eat. Lovely again!

You don't have the feeling of being in a restaurant - but in a large canteen. Lots of tables, no tablecloths. The food is served almost cold (the staff is very nice and hard-working, but obviously cannot serve this amount of customers at the same time). We were there as a family, but felt uncomfortable and stressed because it was so loud, cold and uncomfortable. A pity....

Food from the buffet was only lukewarm

yeah... It's just a typical buffet restaurant. The selection is ok, the taste is average. A second course at the buffet is hardly worth it, as the dishes actually all taste similar. The home-made dishes, which are prepared directly to your request, are a little better, but the sauces are so salty that we couldn't finish them. Be careful with the sushi, there were large bones in the salmon. The staff is very nice and attentive, but when asked about the points mentioned above there was simply no response at all. Conclusion: we haven't been to Yan Sushi&Wok for many years and now I know why.

A great chinese restaurant! Nice ambient lighting, extremely friendly staff and a great variety of very different and tasty asian dishes (like soup, duck, seafood & sushi) make this place a nice, family friendly choice to go out. Especially the all-you-can-eat-buffet is a personal recommendation of mine. In addition this place offers a very interesting choice of drinks such as sake and lychee wine (alcoholic) or non alcoholic options, such as lychee- or guava juice (of course you can always order a basic coke here too, if that's more your thing). One important thing to note is: The cocktails here are completely hand made. We're talking freshly cut limes for Mojitos and Mai Tai's served with a burning lime peel for the fancy feel... ;)

Reservations were only possible from 8 p.m. Unfortunately, we ate the buffet and it was permanently empty. After filling it would no longer be available for €22.80 due to the time, I expect a buffet to be permanently filled and we were only offered this time for this price. I expect more .

I'm sorry to say, but I threw away half the food. Bitter tasting shrimp, perhaps cooked over and over again? Ultra fried chicken wings in batter, clearly recycled, 2-3 days? Really rotten cuttlefish, alas I threw away a whole plate once I smelled it. Even the fruit served softened on the tray, surely cut hours before. Normal place, good service, but the food causes food poisoning.

Es ist ein sehr lautes Restaurant die Tische stehen sehr nah beieinander bei dem Showcocking muss man mit einem kugelschreiber den alle anfassen eine Nummer auf ein zettel schreiben welchen Tisch man hat und diesen auf den teller wo das essen darauf ist legen. Nicht sehr appetitlich. Besser wäre es wenn man klammern aus Stahl hätte mit der tischnummer drauf da müsste man nicht alle Bakterien von den Gästen bekommen. Komme nicht mehr.

Leider gar nicht zu empfehlen. Das Buffet ist ständig leer und man muss wirklich Glück haben etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Wenn man dann etwas zu essen hat ist dieses leider das Warten auch nicht wert. Das Personal ist unfreundlich wenn man nach dem Esse fragt. Es wurde sogar vom Personal selbst neuen Gäste empfohlen lieber wieder zu gehen, da sie nicht genug zu essen da hätten, bzw es mindesten 45 min dauern würde bis sie essen bekommen wenn sie von der Karte bestellen.

Schönes, grosses Restaurant mit toller Aussicht. Allerdings auch sehr laut, für gemütliche Unterhaltungen eher weniger geeignet. Das Buffett bietet eine sehr grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen. Vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top. Das Nigiri Sushi bzw das Sushi ist leider auseinander gefallen und ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu groß. Das Highlight sind die selbst zusammenstellbaren Gerichte. Hier hat man eine grosse Auswahl an Fleisch, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte und Gemüse. Kombinierbar mit verschiedenen Soßen in unterschiedlichen Schärfegrade. Zum Nachtisch ist der Schokobrunnen eine tolle Idee. Wir waren unter der Woche um 20:15h da und das Buffett war schon etwas geplündert und wurde nicht mehr wirklich aufgefüllt, deshalb konnte ich nicht alles probieren. Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vor Ort.

waren hier unzählbar oft. Immer top. Vor allem das Büffet ist zu empfehlen. Waren nun wieder zum Familienfest. Kann gewisse Mängel nicht teilen. Und wenn der China imbiss um die Ecke dann besser ist als ein Restaurant , empfehle ich geht dort hin.

Bin Heilbronnerin und muss sagen war echt zum ersten Mal hier, war echt von der Auswahl und Qualität des Essens begeistert. Auch für Vegetarier oder Muslime, bietet sich dieses Restaurant an, Fleisch ist zwar kein Jalal Fleisch, aber gibt ganz viel Fisch und Garnelen, Shrimps...der Nachtisch ist auch lecker. Pro Kopf All you Can eat mit Getränk haben wir 25€ gezahlt und waren super satt. Es ist recht voll und etwas laut, aber würde ich definitiv empfehlen.♨️

Das Essen ist frisch und die Auswahl reichlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten sind zeitgemäß und gut ausgestattet. Die Toiletten sind modern und sauber. Auf dem Media Markt Parkplatz gegenüber gibt es Ladestation für E Autos.

Das Essen ist gut und reichhaltig. Gelegentlich würde man sich aber auch schon freuen wenn die Gerichte nicht so extrem dem Europäischen Gaumen angepasst wären.... Service ist super und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Yan Sushi & Wok ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant, es ist ziemlich groß, es gibt viel Platz. Durch die hohe Lage des Restaurants hat man eine tolle Sicht über Heilbronn, und es gibt neben dem Treppenhaus auch einen Aufzug. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Preise sind in Ordnung und das Essen ist gut, so auch die Auswahl. Eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert.

Haben mal hier einen Besuch getan und waren mit dem Essen und dem freundlichen Personal sehr zufrieden. Buffet war von der Auswahl der Speisen sehr reichhaltig und auch ausgefallene Speisen gab es. Preis und Qualität waren sehr gut. Hat alles in einem den Abend schön abgerundet. Gerne wieder

Super leckeres Essen in einem zauberhaften Ambiente. Die Auswahl überfordert etwas, aber es lohnt sich Gedanken zu machen.

Sehr freundlich und sauber.. Qualität immer konstant Top, Auswahl ist mehr als man bei anderen Anbietern bekommt... sehr sehr zufrieden.... Hette mir gewünscht das man auch mal anderen Inventar sehen... Umbau oder Erneuerung...

Das Essen war richtig gut, wir hatten Buffet. Jedes Gericht hat gut geschmeckt und man kann sich auch Speisen frisch zubereiten lassen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Abend und wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Qualität ist nicht mehr die gleiche, Die Sauberkeit in dem Ambiente lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
