Good food, very friendly service. All-you-can-eat buffet for little money.

The food was very good and the service was friendly. The sushi was very tasty👍🏻 At this time of year it is a bit too cool in the restaurant for my liking. We as parents, but also our children enjoyed it. Gladly again.

The buffet is simply great. I was in Heilbronn on business... my evening got off to a great start with the buffet...👌

Well, the food wasn't great, but the worst thing was the service. It took forever for this to get to us and couldn't even wait for 2 people's orders before she turned around and wanted to leave. Terribly rude even though there was nothing going on. I will never visit this restaurant again.

We ate from the buffet. Our child was charged the full price, not the price for children, which unfortunately we only saw later. But even worse, we felt very bad the next morning. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. And that on our way through on vacation. There couldn't have been a worse start. No recommendation to eat in this restaurant!

The buffet was clear but quite ok for €13.90 per person. There was no "hello" upon arrival. The one question “how many”? The second question “what to drink”? The constant noise of clattering cutlery from the open kitchen behind the buffet was very annoying! Not a nice atmosphere. Rather dark and loud. Not recommended for a cozy evening.

I've been watching the operation for about an hour now. No smiles at the entrance, no smiles during service. Very unfriendly. We didn't feel welcome, but rather as if she didn't feel like having customers at all. It's a shame but the food was good

If you want to work in food and serving field, I want to tell you that treating customers with respect is more important than the food itself. The officer there is not good at handling it at all, even though the customers eat the food by paying and not as a gift from the restaurant owners. Ethics comes first.

A nice trip to Heilbronn with a visit to this great Chinese restaurant is always a good recommendation. The meal can be recommended with the “all-you-can-eat” flat rate of €13.90 per person and a really delicious lychee juice. We enjoyed it very much.

Very nice little Asian restaurant. There isn't much choice, but what is on offer is really good. A lot of effort goes into the food. Regardless of whether it's a buffet or a la cart, the food is very good. The staff is friendly and everything is clean. I can definitely recommend it

I used the buffet. The food was okay but nothing special. The lack of napkins was a problem. They were nowhere to be found in the hall.

I came here to eat sushi at the all you can eat buffet. When I waited for the next batch of sushi to be ready the woman said that if I want sushi that much I should just order, to which I replied that I payed for the buffet and I have the right to wait. The woman said that alot of people are also waiting for sushi and I cant eat the whole buffet. First of all, how am I supposed to eat the whole buffet and second it's an ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet, so I eat as much as I want. The owner is rude and unprofessional and the food is just okay. Won't be coming back and I strongly advise to not visit this "restaurant"

Good Chinese food gourmet and normal time. Delicious Chinese cuisine with the option of gourmet and portion orders.

We were there on a secret sushi mission, although the restaurant tends to promote its noodle dishes. It was all the more pleasing that the sushi creations were really good, the fish wasn't watery, the rice was well seasoned and the visual presentation was very good. Our platter for two was good enough and at around 40 euros the price was okay. Unfortunately, there are no table decorations or prepared place settings outside, which is why we initially thought the restaurant was closed. So it seems too plain to feel comfortable for any longer, but we'll come back anyway. My rating system: * = just don't go, ** = got out without an upset stomach *** = it's okay, but wouldn't go again, **** = not overwhelming, but so good that a second and third visit is worth it, * **** = far exceeded expectations in terms of quality and/or price-performance

Good value for money these days. All you can eat for 15 euros. Salad is also available in the buffet. The food also tastes very good and is fresh. The buffet is regularly replenished. here g I will definitely go there more often.

was in downtown Heilbronn for the first time. well... at least the food and the chefs and the service at Asia and Long were worth a trip to Heilbronn.

Pour être complètement honnête, j'ai mangé là mais rien n'est resté dans l'estomac. Non que ce soit vraiment mauvais, c'est mangeable, sain, il n'y a rien de vraiment condamnable, mais c'est évidemment très médiocre. Certainement il serait possible de fournir de bons produits, mais la pression du prix est telle que ce qui est proposé, pour être mangeable, n'est pas appréciable. Le business model oblige, et c'est dommage.

A very tasty classic Asian buffet in a small style with nice service! ☀️😋 The selection includes everything you could expect for 13.90, starters, main courses, sushi and also ice cream and fruit There is also the option of having something freshly fried. At the end there is a fortune cookie 🥠 ☺️ I can't understand the negative reviews regarding the service, we were here several times as a couple and were warmly welcomed no matter what time of day!

Top price performance...nice staff

The food often runs out and you have to wait a long time until it is refilled. The supervisor always comes and looks at you angrily and just takes the plates away. Man constantly feels watched and uncomfortable. Why do you work in the catering industry if you don't like people?

Very clean and quiet restaurant, at least during the day, in a pedestrian zone. The buffet is small, but good in terms of quality and freshness. The prices are cheap. The toilets could be better. They cannot be reached by disabled people as you have to walk down a narrow spiral staircase.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at ASIA & Long Restaurant. As soon as we entered we were treated very rudely and were not even allowed to look at the buffet. Because of this unfriendliness, we decided to order something to take away. Unfortunately when we left the restaurant it turned out our order was wrong. We were given a completely different menu than what we ordered. The staff were consistently unfriendly and I will definitely never eat there again. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It wasn't good, it was too salty and way too expensive.

An absolute surprise. At first I thought it was some kind of fast food restaurant. But it is much more than that. The buffet has a significantly smaller selection compared to a large all-you-can-eat, but the food here is much better, fresher and more palatable. Please please maintain this quality, then you will have returning new guests in us!

Asia long is the best for birthdays, just eat everything, everything tastes good for €11.90 per person you can't go wrong

If you want to eat somewhere that makes you feel really bad, go there. Worker very unfriendly makes you feel like you are a criminal. Food is okay but nothing earth-shattering. The food is probably there all day. Squid rock hard. Sushi also sits for a very long time so the avocado was no longer tasty. Fried sushi is also not refilled. Since I've been there more often and the worker has always noticed me negatively, I no longer feel like eating somewhere where I feel uncomfortable.

The two of us went to the restaurant an hour before closing time. When we wanted to order, we were told that we weren't allowed to eat certain dishes because they would take too long an hour before closing time - no problem, we ordered something else. But when we were very rudely refused our drinks because we were “too drunk” (we were 100% sober), we left the restaurant. Rarely have I experienced something so unfriendly

So for an evening buffet with a beer for €17.40 you can't complain at all. The food tasted excellent and I didn't miss anything that I expect from a Chinese buffet. Gladly again!

We come here often. Large selection of food at the buffet. You can also have something freshly fried. And it always happens quickly. Food is very tasty here. Service very attentive and quick. Prices very reasonable.

In my opinion one of the best Chinese... It's not a typical restaurant but more like a snack bar, but hey they always cook fresh and you can see that because the kitchen is right behind the buffet

Nüchterne Atmosphäre, schlecht gelauntes Personal, lauwarmes Essen, angebrannter Reis und vom Rindfleisch hat der Koch auch keine Ahnung. Aber satt kann man werden 😉

Toller all you an eat Chinese. Essen war lecker und günstig. Immer wieder wird das Buffet aufgefüllt.

Alles sehr sauber und gutes Essen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Preise sind okay und gerechtfertigt. Geht mal vorbei!

Great food and selection. Lots of different sushi. Chicken balls were undercooked, but everything else was excellent. Katsu Chicken and chicken wings were great. Couldn't believe how inexpensive it was.

Sehr gutes Buffet für nur 10.90€ pro Person Täglich von 11:30 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr und von 15:00 Uhr bis 21:30Uhr pro Person 12.90 Euro /Kinder von 3-4 Jahre 3.50€ und 5-8 Jahre 6.90€.

Essen ist ganz gut, aber das Personal sowas von unfreundlich.

Ich war Gestern bei Asia&Long und es hat mich überascht wie lecker das Essen dort war. Die Personal war sehr nett und man bekamm Buffet für 10,90€. Das Essen war frisch und warm es gab dort sogar Eis. Mann musste aber ein Getränk kaufen um auch bei Teppanyaki teilzunehmen. Sonst alles Super. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen. Am meisten die Gebratene Nudeln🫠🫠.

Servizio a buffet con prezzo fisso quindi all you can eat e questo l'ho apprezzato molto, il sushi non è un granché ma i piatti caldi o la carne e il pesce da cuocere sono speciali per non parlare del gelato che è una delizia, l'ambiente tutto sommato è carino.

Sehr guter Service und leckeres Essen, wir haben Einzelgerichte genommen (Peking-Suppe und Ente), aber es gibt auch Buffet, das auch sehr gut aussah und vor allem günstig.

Заведение в центральной части города, удобно добираться и есть близко места для парковки. Меню разнообразное, вкусно приготовлено. Wok, суши 🍣, лапша или просто обжаренная рыба, креветки и виды мяса. Мороженное тоже очень вкусное. Удобно с детьми, рядом расположена детская площадка.

Also das Essen ist richtig Fettig alles hat den selben geschmack Die Bedienung macht auch den Eindruck als Hätte sie keine Lust zum Arbeiten viele Teller waren trotz Fahrt in der Spüllmaschine dreckig. Das war mein letzter Besuch

Bin dort ein paar mal mit meinen Freunden hin gegangen wir haben gegessen bis zum geht nicht mehr wir wollten noch einmal hin gehen die komische frau an der Rezeption hat uns Hausverbot gegeben weil wir so viel gegessen hatten beim freien buffet und nix zum trinken bestellten

Ich kenne dieses Restaurant jetzt schon über 20 Jahre und es hat sehr stark nachgelassen. Das Essen wird lauwarm gehalten. In den Metallbehälter. Sehr viel Geschmacksverstärker und das Gemüse bzw . Brokkoli schon gelb bräunlich serviert. naja. was absolut nicht geht ist das Minderjährige hinter der Theke Alkohol(Bier ) in Gläser schenkt. Familien unternehmen hin oder her . Es war Sonntags . Auch die Bedienung ist nicht sehr freundlich . Kein Lächeln oder Dsnke oder bitte . Eher Kasernen Ton und genervt . Wenn man es nicht mag Leute zu bedienen sollte man eine Berufswechsel in Betracht ziehen. Auch die Tischnummer Klammern waren total versifft. Wird also nicht wirklich geputzt . Wer hier essen geht sollte es sich vorher überlegen. auch nicht ordentlich geputzt Teller werden wieder ausgelegt nach zeigen wird das nur stillschweigend zur Kenntnis genommen …..

Der Laden an sich is eig in Ordnung bis auf die Bedienung sowas Umvärschemtes hab ich noch nie mit erlebt und Geizig bis zum Abwinken allso ich komme hir nicht mehr her ... kan man leider nich weiter Empfehlen!!!!!!

Das Restaurant bietet alles was man braucht, egal ob Sushi- oder Salatbar, frisches Gemüse oder Fleisch für die live Zubereitung im Wok oder Grill oder natürlich das Buffet mit verschiedenen zubereiteten Gerichte. Wir finden alles sehr lecker, waren bis jetzt immer zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Preise sind unschlagbar!
