Food quality and options were very good, everything was immediately refilled when empty. Only downside was that the price list was 20.9€ per person for the buffet and they charged us 21.9€ per person instead. What we really liked was that you can fill plate of raw food and a pick a sauce and they will cook it into a meal and deliver it to your table via a service robot.

Always very good, we come regularly and have never been disappointed.

Far too full, had to wait despite reservations. A lot went wrong when ordering drinks and we had to wait a long time. The plate from the grill came about 45 minutes later, I was already full and so I let it go back, too bad about the food. The staff rarely comes by. Update November 29, 2024: we ate there again, the staff is rude to the guests because of the alleged lack of space. Was just as rude to me because the children were sitting eating from the buffet and let them go back because it didn't taste good. Conclusion: it's better to eat somewhere else!

I went to this restaurant with my children today. We ate three meals there and wanted to take one home with us. In addition to the menu, I also wanted to have a dessert. I asked the boss for something for dessert, but he didn't want to give it to me because I wasn't allowed dessert even though I had paid for the entire menu. I told him I would pay but he still didn't want to. When I asked him why I couldn't buy, he very arrogantly replied that he was the boss. Very rude and rude. The waiter came and asked what we would like to drink, we ordered 2 x mineral water, when he then gave us 2 bottles of 0.75 each, without pointing out to us that they serve different sizes, we politely and friendly asked if he could take a bottle back with him. He then left our table with the words "it was already settled" and only after we called after him did he take a bottle back with him. As is usual with a buffet, you often go to enjoy the starter, main course, etc. and in the meantime the used plates are cleared away. Not in this restaurant and not at our table, the waiter drove past our table with his dish cart and deliberately "overlooked" our plates. And things got even more unprofessional: when I tried to take napkins from a stand, the waiter beat me to it and simply put them away. Accordingly, the tip was €10, which he cheekily threw on the table, with a "bye, goodbye, or have a nice day" was of course no longer to be expected given this unprofessional introduction.

Large selection of food. Price-performance ratio is great. I can't complain about the quality and taste of the food. The robot gets annoying after a while when it drives around and sings Happy Birthday. Otherwise everything is good.

There's still a lot of sushi, dessert and the awesome soft ice cream machine! You can also enjoy the abundant Mongolian buffet. Make your own dish. Meat, side dishes and sauce are all freshly prepared for you. Can recommend the restaurant - it was tasty, the service was friendly and quick.

This establishment opens at 11:30-14:30 from Monday to Friday, the entrance price per person is 11.90 €, but if you come from 17:30-22:00 you will pay 19.90 € per person. Now, regarding food in this restaurant, you pay separately only for drinks, and the prices there are not cheap, for example, Coca-Cola 0.33l costs 3.30 €. Afterwards you take whatever you want in any quantity, the same sushi or fish or other seafood. There are also all kinds of dishes in batter, pasta, potatoes, meat, chicken and all this with sauce, you can also take different vegetables. You can also choose, for example, raw seafood and ask them to fry it. There is also a sweet table, on it there are all kinds of cakes, donuts, jelly, there is even ice cream. Fruits: such as watermelons, apples, bananas. The restaurant is quite large and spacious, it can accommodate a lot of people, but if you took a lot and could not eat it, you will have to pay extra money. The food tasted quite good, the sushi in my opinion was not bad, but it was a little bland without any interesting toppings. There are no questions about the meat and seafood, they were good. For the price of the all you can eat buffet, you shouldn't skimp on the quality of the meat or the spices. If you're not sure whether you have fish or chicken in your mouth and the consistency doesn't suit either but it has to be one of the two, that's a shame. The waitress also takes more than 10 minutes to come, let alone come back, but she has time to stand there, have a drink and slowly clear other tables.

Service and cleanliness is a disaster.

Catastrophic, The restaurant is an absolute no-go. The tables were dirty and sticky, the floor was full of leftover food, the plates at the buffet were dirty, the chocolate fountain was filthy, melted ice cream was already running out of the soft ice cream machine, dirty dishes and glasses everywhere. The food was inedible, the peanut sauce was rancid, the "fresh" meat was everything else but no longer fresh. The drinks we ordered came quickly, but without carbonation. The dishes offered at the buffet, such as the fried noodles or all fried dishes, were cold. The "crispy" chicken was strangely chewy and the breading was slippery. The sushi was catastrophic, sushi filled with avocado tasted indefinable, the raw salmon was old and no longer edible. Napkins were very limited in this restaurant and you had to look for them for a long time. The toilets were unusable because they hadn't been cleaned, there were used towels everywhere and it smelled terrible. All in all, the restaurant is disgusting and not recommended. I advise against a visit if you value your health.

I often go there with my family. It's a pretty big place. There are tables for groups of 4, 7 or 10 people. The interior design is very nice. The drinks are freely selectable and the food is excellent. You can choose whatever you want: cakes, sweets, meat, salads, everything is there for vegetarians. It immediately fills with guests. If you're lucky enough to find a free table, you don't have to make a reservation. It is truly an exquisite place.

At the time we were passing through, we stopped in Heilbronn and I really wanted to go to an All-U-Can-Eat. It is beautifully and invitingly made and also nice and bright in the rooms. They offered meals and different variations not available elsewhere. I even treated myself to a nice cocktail for dessert and was sure that I would go there again at some point!!!

Eating is horror, the sauces and drinking are somehow strange. Mixed with water or something, it's really bad. Eating that and meat tastes like nothing. Horror shop. Juice comes out of every corner. Juice shop

I have rarely experienced such poor quality fish and seafood at the Mongolian Grill. I've had cuttlefish, shrimp and mussels in other restaurants, but I've never had them as bad as in this restaurant and unfortunately the salmon was no longer fresh with the sushi.

3 days ago I persuaded two friends to let us go to the lunch buffet, unfortunately the food was cold. That's why I won't be going there again in the near future.
