Location itself is good. Service very unfriendly and not accommodating. There was hair in the food that hadn't been there before, but the complaint was not accepted because eating was still eating. There was no apology either. Probably the last visit there.

Meat, side dishes and sauce are all freshly prepared for you. Can recommend the restaurant - it was tasty, the service was friendly and quick.

This establishment opens at 11:30-14:30 from Monday to Friday, the entrance price per person is 11.90 €, but if you come from 17:30-22:00 you will pay 19.90 € per person. Now, regarding food in this restaurant, you pay separately only for drinks, and the prices there are not cheap, for example, Coca-Cola 0.33l costs 3.30 €. Afterwards you take whatever you want in any quantity, the same sushi or fish or other seafood. There are also all kinds of dishes in batter, pasta, potatoes, meat, chicken and all this with sauce, you can also take different vegetables. You can also choose, for example, raw seafood and ask them to fry it. There is also a sweet table, on it there are all kinds of cakes, donuts, jelly, there is even ice cream. Fruits: such as watermelons, apples, bananas. The restaurant is quite large and spacious, it can accommodate a lot of people, but if you took a lot and could not eat it, you will have to pay extra money. The food tasted quite good, the sushi in my opinion was not bad, but it was a little bland without any interesting toppings. There are no questions about the meat and seafood, they were good. The waiter was totally unfriendly

For the price of the all you can eat buffet, you shouldn't skimp on the quality of the meat or the spices. If you're not sure whether you have fish or chicken in your mouth and the consistency doesn't suit either but it has to be one of the two, that's a shame. The waitress also takes more than 10 minutes to come, let alone come back, but she has time to stand there, have a drink and slowly clear other tables.

I'm really amazed at this restaurant! We used to go there quite often for buffet meals. We were shocked when the restaurant had to close for hygiene reasons. Nevertheless, we gave him another chance because they are now being checked regularly. We definitely thought so... Yesterday we wanted to go back, but we had read the latest reviews first. Service and cleanliness is a disaster.

Catastrophic, The restaurant is an absolute no-go. The tables were dirty and sticky, the floor was full of leftover food, the plates at the buffet were dirty, the chocolate fountain was filthy, melted ice cream was already running out of the soft ice cream machine, dirty dishes and glasses everywhere. The food was inedible, the peanut sauce was rancid, the "fresh" meat was everything else but no longer fresh. The drinks we ordered came quickly, but without carbonation. The dishes offered at the buffet, such as the fried noodles or all fried dishes, were cold. The "crispy" chicken was strangely chewy and the breading was slippery. The sushi was catastrophic, sushi filled with avocado tasted indefinable, the raw salmon was old and no longer edible. Napkins were very limited in this restaurant and you had to look for them for a long time. The toilets were unusable because they hadn't been cleaned, there were used towels everywhere and it smelled terrible. All in all, the restaurant is disgusting and not recommended. I advise against a visit if you value your health.

Celebrated my birthday, I really enjoyed it

I often go there with my family. It's a pretty big place. There are tables for groups of 4, 7 or 10 people. The interior design is very nice. The drinks are freely selectable and the food is excellent. You can choose whatever you want: cakes, sweets, meat, salads, everything is there for vegetarians. It immediately fills with guests. If you're lucky enough to find a free table, you don't have to make a reservation. It is truly an exquisite place.

The second time and also the last time. We have for 5 people, 2 adults, 3 children. Paid 95.30 euros. For food that was cold and not refilled. The meat was tough. Most of it just fried stuff. It looked like a battlefield because the personnel were clearly overwhelmed. The ice cream wasn't chilled properly, neither the first nor the second time. It was pure soup. It was just disgusting. The staff, despite tips that no one deserved but we gave out of decency, were unfriendly. No thanks, no please. It was collected without comment and walked away. The plates and cutlery were simply filthy and dirty or broken. We would prefer not to give any stars at all. We just feel sick and weird in our stomachs. Never again....

At the time we were passing through, we stopped in Heilbronn and I really wanted to go to an All-U-Can-Eat. It is beautifully and invitingly made and also nice and bright in the rooms. They offered meals and different variations not available elsewhere. I even treated myself to a nice cocktail for dessert and was sure that I would go there again at some point!!!

I have rarely experienced such poor quality fish and seafood at the Mongolian Grill. I've had cuttlefish, shrimp and mussels in other restaurants, but I've never had them as bad as in this restaurant and unfortunately the salmon was no longer fresh with the sushi.

Actually zero stars. Yesterday we were there again for a long time (after it had to close). We were served (if you can even call it serving) by a waiter who was as rude as we have ever experienced anywhere. When I read the comments here, several guests had already had bad experiences with him. We had to ask several times if we could order drinks and when they came they were rudely placed on the table and not even distributed. It was the same with food...plates were just thrown there. People were literally afraid to even ask anything. We will never eat there again and I can't recommend it to anyone.

An absolute disgrace! Never again ! We were there today (2 women, 3 children) when we arrived we had to wait an eternity for the waiter. When we were stacking our plates with the leftover food, the waiter came over at some point and stood in front of us, annoyed, with wide eyes, and started to complain to us very badly about why the children hadn't finished eating the entire plate. The people at the neighboring table were already shaking their heads because of the unfriendly waiter. We wanted to pay him for that. We did this (without a tip, of course) and he, annoyed, gave us the change. There was no goodbye/thank you or anything like that. I then told him that we would no longer visit the restaurant and that this is not the way to treat guests. Then he got pretty loud and very angry and shouted at us that we weren't raising our children properly because they didn't even finish their plates and much more..::: that was the last visit to this restaurant. There is also a huge lack of hygiene! We will never enter this store again, it is an absolute disgrace to treat guests like this. And you don't have to put up with something like that as a guest! I advise everyone to go there. There are plenty of other great Chinese restaurants with top service! In any case, this one completely failed!

We have been here often over the past few years and have always been satisfied. Even though there are currently far too few employees in the catering industry everywhere - we can still understand that. But you should never skimp on cleanliness and hygiene. It's about the health of guests including children. During our last visit it was clear that the price-performance ratio was no longer right and the food buffet was unfortunately no longer presented fresh. We are horrified by the conditions behind the scenes - the media reported extensively on it and the restaurant was even closed.

Went there on Saturday and it was pretty busy. Food was raw everywhere. We ordered a water and it was forgotten. Not bad, we got another one. When we arrived at desserts, the waiter didn't seriously ask when we were leaving and whether we wanted to stay long. I was so perplexed that I (pregnant) said 'yes, we'll eat our desserts and then leave'. Of course there were no tips. I think that's a real shame after all, I'm also a paying guest and there were guests around us who sat there for much longer. We will look for another restaurant in the future because we don't seem to be welcome here.

All dishes were super delicious! The staff is always friendly and quickly replenishes supplies if something runs out. There is also a children's play area, so you can also spend time there with small children. In my opinion, it is one of the best restaurants in Heilbronn and is definitely worth a visit!

Separate area with sweets and ice cream. Drinks are paid separately. I chose white tea - very tasty and beautifully served.

Die Tische sind dicht gedrängt, das Essen abwechslungsreich, aber oft war viel leer, weil es an Personal, Köchen und Kellnern mangelte. Auf frisch zubereitetes Essen musste man lange warten, da nur ein Koch in der Küche mit frischen Zutaten beschäftigt war. Bei der Reinigung gebrauchter Tassen und Teller kam es zu längeren Wartezeiten. Lange Schlangen vor dem Buffet. Der Preis ist gut, aber ich würde nicht zurückgehen.

Pro : Eine überdurchschnittliche Auswahl an Essen und an sich ein tolles Ambiente. Kontra: Womit ich gar nicht zurecht komme, ist wenn man einen Orangensaft bestellt für unsere kleine Tochter, welcher sichtbar und geschmacklich abgelaufen ist, man hier nicht mal die Bereitschaft hat, das Getränk mindestens mal auszutauschen oder einsichtig zu sein. Sehr unfreundlich & auch beim Thema Tischauswahl eine sehr komische Politik dort. Es gibt bessere Möglichkeiten asiatisch zu essen, diese ist ab heute mit sofortiger Wirkung für uns einer der letzten.

Mir hat es dort gefallen. Werde definitiv noch Mal hingehen.

Kann man einmal machen, aber das wars dann auch schon. Wenn die Kinder zu viel auf dem Teller lassen weil es nicht schmeckt, wird man angeschrien das man mehr bezahlen muss wenn die Teller nicht leer gemacht werden.

Ist okay! Nichts besonderes! Wenig Auswahl und es war auch vieles leer oder trocken. Die Bedienung war wirklich super nett! Hatte ich bisher bei keinem all you can eat erlebt.

Gegrilltes Essen war leider angebrannt, Kaffee ungenießbar und muss leider extra bezahlt werden! Service und Ambiente war gut!

Nachtrag 7.1.24 Nach einem Jahr immer noch keine Besserung, mussten auf das frischegrillte ganze 45 min warten, eine 2. Portion wurde zurück gehen lassen. Da wir auf der Rückfahrt vom Urlaub waren bemängelten wir das es vor 1 Jahr genauso war.hies wir sollten am besten montags kommen. Aber die Beschwerde war dem Kellner egal.ich empfehle nur normales Buffet zu essen ohne Grill. Und nur zur happy hour sonst zu teuer für den schlechten Service 2023 Große Auswahl an verschiedenen Zutaten für den Mongolischen Grill.Zebra,Hai,Krebse,Hirsch und Froschschenkel.Leider aber das meiste zu gefroren worunter, der Geschmack und die konsistent dann leidet.Auch kam der zweitr Teller nicht mehr,auch wenn es voller wurde.Nach 1/2std dann abbestellt, da man auch irgendwann satt ist und keine Lust mehr hat zu warten.Naja Masse ist nicht immer gut Und für den Preis pro Person zu teuer. Besser klein und fein.

ich möchte meine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung in dem Restaurant mitteilen. Beim letzten Besuch wurden wir von einem Kellner total unfreundlich behandelt. Er schrie uns bei der Bezahlung an wir sollten doch schneller machen und verweigerte uns die Möglichkeit, weitere servierten zu nehmen , selbst auf höfliche Nachfrage.Auch mit anderen Gästen ging er so um! Ein derart respektloses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und hat unseren Besuch erheblich beeinträchtigt. Ich werde zukünftig dieses Restaurant vermeiden 😡

Bedienung war in Ordnung, das Essen nicht.

Nach all den Bewertungen, habe ich das Restaurant auch besucht. Essen war war gut. 4* die Angestellten waren wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam, daher 5* ich würde wieder zum essen kommen. Die 1* Bewertungen kann ich wirklich nicht nachvollziehen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein Besuch wert.

Wir fanden das Essen gut. Um 20:30 Uhr war auch noch alles Verfügbar und wenn was fehlte, hat das Personal dafür gesorgt, dass es aufgefüllt wird. Freundliches Personal.

Große Auswahl an Essen, alles schmeckt nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht super gut. Preis Leistung ist ganz gut, aber tatsächlich würde ich lieber etwas mehr zahlen und dafür muss es richtig lecker sein. Zb gibt es einen Schokobrunnen, das ist an sich erstmal toll. Allerdings schmeckt es nicht nach Schokolade sondern nach einer Fettglasur, also in dem Fall nicht lecker.

Nix besonderes... Massenabfertigung und das Buffet zum selber zusammenstellen war das Fleisch gefroren, nix frisch. Dazu waren die so langsam, verteilten Teller die nicht zur Tischnummer passten und stellten fest das die meisten Gäste schon weg waren....

Mongolisches Essen... im Grunde wie im Chinarestaurant. Sehr großräumig, Familien mit Kindern, riesiges Buffet. Der Kellner ging davon aus, dass wir das Buffet wollten und brachte erst auf Nachfrage 1 Karte für uns Beide. Moderate Preise. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Die Bedienung eher lässig bis unaufmerksam. Dennoch kann ich das Restaurant mit seinen Parkplätzen am Haus für Jene empfehlen, die gut, viel und günstig in etwas kitschigem Ambiente Essen gehen wollen.

Essen immer gut und frisch. Es wird ständig nachgefüllt. Eine Riesenauswahl die im Umkreis seinesgleichen sucht. Frisches Sushi, Diverse Salate, DimSum, Suppen, Warme Gerichte, Grill Buffet, Eis, Kuchen Desserts, Früchte, Schokobrunnen.. Allerdings ist es gleichzeitig oft sehr voll und dann unfassbar laut. Vielleicht könnte man über ein Lärmdämmungskonzept nachdenken, denn zu Spitzenzeiten am Wochenende versteht man kaum sein eigenes Wort.

Eigentlich der beste All u can eat Laden, den es hier in der Umgebung gibt. Nur sind die Bedinungen sehr seltsam und alles ist sehr laut.

Pese a varias visitas a Heilbronn, este sitio estaba aún en la lista de "restaurantes pendientes". Hice bien en meterlo en la lista; pero mucho he hecho yendo a cenar una noche 👲🏻. El buffet libre tiene una calidad muy alta tanto en los platos ya cocinados como en los alimentos crudos. Entre los platos cocinados puedes encontrar el clásico pollo agridulce, pato empanado y crujiente, arroz tres delicias y rollitos de primavera. ¡Te recomiendo encarecidamente que pruebes los caseros (Hausegemacht)!. Entre los alimentos crudos, me llamó la atención que hubiera carne de cebra 🦓, canguro 🦘, salmón 🐟´y gambas peladas 🍤. Todo acompañado de verdura cortada y con una apariencia muy fresca. El proceso de pedir el wok es diferente a lo que estoy acostumbrado; ya que no es necesario quedarte esperando a que cocinen el plato sino que son los cocineros/camareros los que te lo llevan a la mesa. El Buffet presenta dos precios diferentes. Como siempre, más baratos a medio día entre semana; y un poco más caro por la noche. En nuestro caso, el menú de cena tuvo un coste de 19,90 € por persona. Acompañamos lo sólido con agua. El coste de la botella de agua SIN gas (ya sabéis que Alemania hay que especificar esto a la hora de pedírsela al camarero) fue de 6,10 €. En resumidas cuenta, el restaurante no es más que un buffet libre con mucha variedad y muy buena calidad y apariencia. Doy por hecho que voy a volver en una de las visitas que, seguramente, tengo pendientes aún por realizar a Heilbronn.
