Xing's Asia Restaurant in Waldshut-Tiengen

We often go there to eat with the kids. I can highly recommend it for the price

We made reservations for 10 people the day before. The owner didn't understand it properly and reserved a table for 2 people for us. When we arrived he accused us of lying to him. He said he wasn't stupid and had been doing this for several years. In his opinion, it was our mistake. He couldn't admit that he made a small mistake. It wouldn't have been so bad, but instead he played us for fools. He was very unfriendly and had no decency to tell us this normally. We have come here several times for different occasions. You could say that we are regular customers. After this experience, this was our last visit. We are very disappointed to have been treated like this.

We made a reservation by phone, the employee didn't understand us and when we arrived we were treated very disrespectfully. In the end we couldn't eat there and were sent away. I don't recommend it and will definitely never go there again.

We went there for the lunch time buffet and super impressed with the choice and quality of food. Unfortunately I have not taken any photos. My tummy usually feels too full, a bit like bloated, and thirsty after eating at Chinese restaurants. This was not the case at Xing and everything tasted well and I felt good.

Food and service are good in the restaurant. The food at the buffet is ok if it has exactly what you want. This depends heavily on the time and the number of guests. At 11:30 a.m. not all the food is usually available.

We ate at the “all you can eat” buffet and were satisfied. I think the taste is even better, as I have also tried other buffets in Germany. The meat on the grill wasn't completely cooked through and the fried food was a bit too oily. But everything else was good. It had a large selection of soups, salads, sushi, meats, fried fish, meat or vegetables. There were also desserts with lots of fruits, cakes, ice cream and much more. It's great value for money compared to Switzerland.

We were 4 adults and 1 toddler (1 year old) around 5:30 p.m. It was awesome! Service people were super friendly, they were also nice with the child. In addition to the buffet, which had a huge selection and was delicious, there was also a Mongolian grill, which was absolutely great. One of the best we tried in Waldshut!

My personal favorite among all Asian restaurants. Buffet food is preferred by guests here. Large selection of salads, sushi, main courses and desserts. The staff are very friendly and also speak very good German. The only drawback is that the prices are too high for children and young people. Edit: Went there again for dinner yesterday. And who do I see there? Our Chan. We often thought of him because we hardly see him anymore. We are all the more pleased that he found a job with you and that you gave him the chance. Now I'm even more excited about the store 🫶

The food that was given out for blanching is undercooked. I also found the sauce to be too watery and tasteless. At the buffet you can't rely on the selection; tried and tested items are suddenly no longer offered. This restaurant doesn't believe in customer satisfaction! I've eaten here a few times but didn't feel welcome this time and won't be eating here again in the near future.

We are on the Xing almost every week. Since we like to ride around on our motorcycles in the Black Forest, the Xing in Waldshut-Tiengen is simply a good option. It has parking, a rich buffet and everything is delicious. They also have a menu, whatever your heart desires. The team is hard-working, very polite and everyone is welcome, whether elegantly dressed or in motorbike gear. Can only recommend it 👍👍

Very tasty good food. Fast service. The only drawback I had was that there were only two sauces (sweet and sour and garlic), and you would have had to order another one, for example peanut sauce, despite the buffet. But I would go there again

We came with a dog and as soon as we were at the table, the waitress brought a dog bowl. The food is very tasty and you can have as much as you like. In general there was nothing to complain about.

We haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. All dishes, especially the sushi salmon, are super fresh. The giant prawns from the Teppanyaki grill with the garlic sauce are absolutely fantastic. The service is good and the prices are fair. The 5* is more than deserved! We'd love to come back!

In a wonderful ambience you have a large selection of all culinary delicacies. The waitresses are very attentive and always on hand. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We can only recommend the buffet. Our next visit is for sure! A big compliment to the managing director, Mr. Xing, his wife and the staff :)

Visited in April 2024 The restaurant is located on a street and is easy to find, although it doesn't offer too many parking options. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has an elongated garden seating area, which, together with the hall, provides enough space for many guests. The interior decoration is really beautiful. The service is very fast and responsive to customer requests. As soon as we were seated, a waiter approached us to take our drink orders. Additionally, there is a cube on each table that can be used to call the waiter or request the bill. Very well thought out and even better executed. We visited on a weekend day for the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet. The cost per person was €30 excluding drinks. The selection of dishes was large enough. While there are other Asian restaurants that offer more variety, we were very satisfied with the quantity of dishes available. They were also replenished very quickly, so there was never a situation where a dish couldn't be eaten because it was depleted. The quality of the food was also very good, so it was not surprising that the dishes tasted really fresh. Overall, it was a great experience that we will definitely repeat. The restaurant is definitely worth recommending. Everyone can get full here at a moderate price and leave the restaurant satisfied.

We have eaten here several times. Every time it was excellent. Many different dishes are on offer. As well as the opportunity to put together your own creation from various raw things. The plate then goes to the wok cook and a few minutes later it is served to the table or you watch and take it back yourself. A nice dessert buffet with fresh fruits, cakes and ice cream is also offered. And everything as much as you want. The service is friendly and attentive. The boss is also a lovely person! All in all a great restaurant and recommended at any time! We're looking forward to next time. For larger groups it is advisable to make a reservation!!!

Das Buffet und die Bedienung einwandfrei. Speziell zu erwähnen die gute Organisation beim Grill, wo man seinen Teller markieren kann mit der gewünschten Sauce oder/und Gewürz. Auch wird einem der Teller dann auch serviert, so dass man nicht ständig schauen muss, ob das Gericht fertig ist. Auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Möglichkeit, à la Carte zu bestellen finde ich zusätzlich ein guter Service. Alles in Allem ein guter Besuch und jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Y'know, I actually live 20km from Tiengen, and have been out for meals twice here. The first was at El Milagro, a stunning, beautiful Mexican restaurant, with the blandest fajitas I've had in my life, and service where I could not get a second beer, and I ended up having a "dry" main course. And tonight, I went along to Xing's Asia, a beautiful restaurant stunning buffet, but I had a similar problem. I ordered their Thai Red Chicken Curry and a large beer. They took my order, and then a small (4.50 Euro) beer arrived. I asked for a second beer with my meal and it didn't ever arrive. To be fair, this was a Saturday night (I had reserved a table), the staff *were* fairly busy, but after taking my order, a couple arrived next to me, ordered and got their drinks straightaway. I'm starting to think I'm cursed. As for the Thai Red Curry, thankfully, it was incredibly bland and not spicy at all, so I could survive without having a drink to go with it. Just aswell, really... Nice looking buffet selection, even on a Saturday night, but I came away very disappointed...

Surprisingly good food for a cheap price, as much as you can eat, but the service isn't quite as good. The wrong drinks were brought and it is very difficult to address problematic things, such as when a sake is brought but it is only half full and you want to complain about it.

Almost €30 per person for a buffet is quite steep, they are probably only interested in Swiss customers...

The food from the evening buffet tastes delicious, the price is €29.90 per person without drinks. Particularly worthy of mention is the grill chef, where you can have your own favorite plate prepared from fresh ingredients.😋

I used to go there to enjoy the all-you can eat (open evening buffet) which is included the sushi , fried , salad , tryaki grill and sweets . For drinks you have to pay for sure . They have best service, food is so fresh. Grill also but very oily .

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit hervorragenden Speisen Und tollen Service. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut und wir kommen wieder. Wir können vor allem den Grill wärmstens empfehlen denn das ist absolut frisch und wirklich lecker.

Wir waren das erste mal heute da und sind total zufrieden mit allem gewesen. Man wird sofort bedient und es kümmert sich stets jemand um Ordnung und Wohlbefinden. Das Essen ist gut die Sachen vom Grill sind perfekt 👌 Nur beim Sushi die inside out rollen waren etwas trocken. Lob an den lieben Service.

Service gut, Ambiente gut, leider war das Essen vom Buffet nicht mehr so heiß, wie wahrscheinlich bei alla Card. Und spektakulär war es auch nicht, eher so OK.

Wir fahren ab und zu nach Waldshut - Tiengen zum Einkaufen und sind regelmäßig an diesem Restaurant vorbei gefahren. Über Google wurden wir Aufmerksam auf das Xing Restaurant . Kurz entschlossen wagten wir uns zum Besuch und waren vollkommen verblüfft als wir mit Mühe & Not einen der letzten Tische ergattern konnten. Das so vollbesetzte Lokal spricht natürlich für sich. Tatsächlich war die Auswahl am Buffet reichlich. Auch konnte man sich einen Teller mit den gewünschten Zutaten zusammenstellen und dies zum Anbraten dem Koch überlassen. Einfach den Teller mit den Tischnummerklammer beschriften, wobei die verschiedenen Farben der Klammern eine andere Zubereitungsart bedeuten. Das fertige Gericht wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht . Geschmacklich waren die Speisen einwandfrei und auch das Eis zum Dessert war gut. Zu dritt hatten wir für dieses Erlebnis etwas über 100 Euro bezahlt. Es war einfach ein Super Abend♡♡♡

Essen top, leider wurden wir in den Raum hinten platziert welcher kein Fenster und keine Lüftung hat. Das Raumklima war unerträglich heiß und feucht. Als mehr Leute den Raum füllten würde es noch schlimmer. Wir kommen wieder aber nicht wenn wir dort sitzen sollen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jedem Fall zum weiterempfehlen!

Öffnungszeiten bis 22.30uhr? Aber Buffet um 21.35 Uhr leer räumen und dann kommen und sagen wollt ihr noch was? Unsere Antwort war ja vom Dessert! Ja dann beeilt euch wir machen leer. Meine Meinung dazu ist Kunde ist König!!

Ein sehe schönes Restaurant, wir sind immer mit allem zufrieden, Personal nett, freundlich, professionell. Das Essen ist immer frisch, die Echtzeitzubeteitung könnte etwas besser sein, manchmal sind die Zutaten recht angebraten am Grill und Fischprodukte verlieren an Saftigkeit. Wir gehen regelmässig in das gleiche Restaurant und derbst immer voll, es ist also besser zu reservieren. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, es gibt eine Künstlerische handgeschlitzte Holzverkleodung für die Wände, das schaut einfach elegant aus, ich könnte es unendlich anschauen. Empfehle es gerne weiter. Am besten vorher den ganzen Tag nichts essen 😁

Bestes Buffet essen hier in Tiengen komme wieder

Mein persönliches Lieblingsrestaurant mit dem besten chinesischen Essen weit und breit. Ich kann das Lokal wirklich jedem empfehlen.

Wir hatten das All you can Eat zu Mittag. Für ein faires Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis bekamen wir leckere asiatische Fingerfood, Currys, Nudeln und sogar frische Meeresfrüchte und Fleisch die man sich vor Ort grillieren lassen konnte. Wir bestellten uns Garnelen und Tintenfisch ohne Sauce (Nur Salz & Pfeffer) welche leider versalzen waren. Service war sehr freundlich.

Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Stammgäste in diesem Restaurant und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Qualität der Speisen, die man scumeckt, freundlicher Service, Sauberkeit im gemütlichen asiatischen Ambiente. Wir essen gerne vom reichhaltigen Buffet oder lassen uns am Grill etwas selbst zusammengestelltes braten. Wir gehen oft als Familie im Xings essen oder treffen Freunde, die bei jedem Besuch begeistert waren. ( auch Stammgäste geworden sind :-) Hier werden Gäste gut bewirtet, so wie es sein sollte um einen entspannten Abend zu verbringen. Immer wieder gerne. Sehr empfehlenswert, bitte fleissig dort essen gehen, damit es Xings noch lange gibt. Solche Restaurant mit guter Qualität sollten belohnt und gefördert werden!!!

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Ware frisch und auf Zusatzstoffe wird weitestgehend verzichtet. Es werden relativ viele Personen pro Tag durchgeschleust aber die Qualität ist gleichbleibend gut.
