Host very nice and helpful, room simple and ok, wifi hardly available and no longer up-to-date

Literally the worst hotel I've ever been in my whole life. I booked for a few nights thinking that the extremely small room and the common bathroom wouldn't have been such a problem, but after one night I ran away. As soon as I got there I had the room from 3pm, I arrived at 2:30pm, but nobody was there until like 4pm. I was then told there was a telephone number written outside with a red pencil on a piece of paper. I'm not from Germany so either way if I saw it I wouldn't have thought it was a telephone number, I'm not used to that kind of numbers, could have been a password or something for me. About the room... no hot water in the sink inside the room. Unacceptable. Also heating was switched off around something like midnight, but outside was -5ºC... really cold inside the room of course. About the bathroom... I will just post pictures so you can make your own evaluations. There are other hotels that offer a good service in Waldshut and Tiengen. Don't make this hotel scam you.

A short distance from Zurich airport, on the borders of Switzerland and Germany. The rooms are rather worse, but good for sleeping. Good parking possibilities.

Very noisy, located on a main road.

The location isn't particularly good, but it's right in the middle of the main street. The flooring is the only nice thing. The rooms are very simple; I swapped a single room with a shared toilet for one with a private toilet. This was done quickly on site, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant was under renovation. The TV in the room didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. Dusting would have been helpful, as would painting the walls.

Unfortunately the floor and the shower water were the best part. The furnishings are old and broken. The TV is small and doesn't work, the WiFi was also very bad in the room. Once and never again. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and it is located directly on a busy street. It had a lot of potential! Too bad

A very good place to stay. Convenient location right next to the border crossing. Purely. All registration formalities were very efficient. Nice service. I recommend

Very simple hotel, rooms simply furnished but clean. This was certainly a first-class address with high-quality floors and formerly painted walls. Unfortunately it's a bit old-fashioned now. No breakfast and little service but at least we could store our bikes, which was really great because of the rain that night. The location is great right at the border crossing with Switzerland, although of course it's not exactly idyllic. Our room faced the courtyard and we didn't hear anything from the big street in front of the hotel.

The price-performance ratio is right and the food is delicious.

Well, the hotel's best years are behind it. we slept here 3 guests. . Not even a glass of water in the room. But the host is willing

The overnight stay was cheap, but also without breakfast. The welcome and handling deserves 5 stars. The rooms are very simple and the bathroom is no longer up to date.

Paní na recepci moc milá. Pokoje nic moc, je vidět že už toho hodně pamatují. Topení nefunkční. Snídaně na tomto hotelu neexistuje. Parkoviště velké.

Average hotel near customs between Switzerland and Germany.

Tiny rooms, with zero soundproofing. Dirty and moldy shower, broken shower head, calcified faucet. Loud highway right next to you. The room I stayed in was very warm. Riverside view. There's a restaurant on the first floor. Smell of the restaurant's kitchen in your room as you fall asleep. Restaurant's restrooms are in the hotel's hallway, restaurant's patrons can be loud.

günstige, freundliche Übernachtungen, chin. Restaurant, Außenanlagen, auch Langzeitwohnen = 480€ im Monat, am Rheinradweg, direkt an Schweizer Grenze

Checkin problemlos und schnell. Zimmer war im ausgezeichneten Zustand. Sehr nettes Personal und vorallem ein guter Preis.

Zu nächtlicher Stunde flitzen vierbeinige Wesen mit langen Schwänzen über den Hof und kümmern sich um Speisereste, leicht angebrannter Reis, hab andernorts schon üppiger für 104 Euro gegessen. (4 Personen), Sushi okay,... und, nicht jeder Mensch der dir die Zähne zeigt, lächelt dich auch wirklich an. Gastronomie ist sicherlich ein harter Job... Als Gast allerdings fühle ich mich erst wohl, wenn ich tatsächlich spüre gern gesehen zu sein und das eben konnte ich nicht.

Die"günstigen" Zimmer sind nicht der Knaller. Internet zu langsam, bricht immer wieder zusammen. Sauberkeit und Service lassen zu wünschen übrig...

Ist momentan ein japanisches Restaurant im Fährhaus. Bestellen ab dem iPad. Essen war sehr gut nur muss man aufpassen was man bestellt, denn der Ablauf war nicht ganz gut. Dann kann passieren das man das selbe Essen 2x bestellt. Wir waren kurz nach der Neueröffnung dort, somit besteht die Hoffnung das die Abläufe nun klarer sind 😊

Fukuya war sehr lecker! Die Qualität und die Preise sind super! Das Sushi ist sehr frisch und zu empfehlen:)

Sushi war oky, warme Speisen gut. Probleme gibts im Serive Wartezeiten von 45-60min pro Runde, sehr schade
