Hier war die Auswahl der Speisen sehr umfangreich. Alles was wir gegessen haben war gut zubereitet und lecker 😋 Der servicekraft Emilia gebührt ein Sonderlob für ihre Aufmerksamkeit!

Delicious Asian food in a special atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Nicely decorated restaurant. Despite the size, the volume was kept within limits. The food was delicious (I was there with my children and that's saying something 😉) and the service was really good. I would especially like to highlight our waitress Anastasia. Super friendly, competent and attentive. And with her cheerful nature and her laughter, she really infected us. Thanks for that. We'll definitely be back 😊

For the price I expected more for the food. The Tepanyaki Grill (Mongolian buffet or whatever you want to call it) is ok. The wok dishes, salads and desserts are like any other Chinese buffet. I somehow missed pork. The staff absolutely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a canteen. The drinks are expensive. Since the restaurant is very far away, you have to find a driver who doesn't drink alcohol.

Despite there being little going on, the food was always fresh and tasty.

For people who are very hungry, it is worth a visit because it is quite expensive. We paid almost 75 euros for a two-person buffet and two bottles of water, which is pretty steep! The buffet is quite nice, served in small bowls that are constantly refilled. Visually very nice, with a few small exceptions, what you would expect from Asian restaurants. Food not really warm but quite tasty. The dish that we had freshly prepared was burned by both of us and therefore not edible. The dessert buffet looks like a children's candy shop, which I didn't like and except for the fruit, everything was out of the box. The restaurant is modernly furnished, but due to its size it feels uncomfortable like a hall and has quite a lot of background noise, so it's not a place where you can have a comfortable meal. The ambience is more reminiscent of an American restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but seems a little artificial. Conclusion: If you are very hungry and want to eat something quickly, you are in good hands here.

Large restaurant with a lot of choice at the buffet and even special requests are fulfilled. The staff was nice and quick with refills. Due to the size of the room, it is difficult to have a quiet conversation when the tables are full. Otherwise the price is justified because there is plenty of food.

Just had an extremely nice experience at Xiao Krefeld. Delicious buffet and perhaps the most attentive waitress ever! We'll be back.

Bought a lunch menu for 4 euros via to god to go. The first time you have to buy a transport container for 2.50 euros. The food was good and very hearty and the portion was big enough.

We gave this restaurant three chances but each time it was worse than the last!!! The quality of the food is terrible... no air conditioning... the problem is that the buffet times are not clear!!! !!

On the one hand, the staff: super professional, super friendly and quick to work. The ambience is also really nice, in warm weather it could just need a few blinds/curtains or something else... The food: far too little choice, far too Germanized, even if it tastes good... Well, taste isn't everything. Not justified for the price. I couldn't really eat much for the money. A lot of it also had coconut, I'm just allergic and since some people used 2 ladles for a sauce, it was sometimes too risky for me to use some...

A very large, all you can eat, Chinese style restaurant. Nice atmosphere, lots of seating outside with parasols. The food was really delicious without exception, plenty of choice. Chocolate fountain, ice cream, types of meat to put together, deer, kangaroo, South American beef, chicken, fish... I could write pages. Try it out, it's worth it. And there is a sliding scale for children. Super! The staff are helpful and friendly. We were very lucky to be served by Emmi. An extremely friendly and very accommodating young lady. Service that is rarely experienced these days. So we'll definitely be back.

We've been there twice now. The food is ok, but nothing special in my opinion. The ambience is beautifully modern, but unfortunately you feel like you're in a train station hall. There are too few room dividers and too many spaces in my opinion. Food was nicely presented but otherwise nothing special for me. If you ever go out for Asian food somewhere else, you won't discover much that's new there. I also find it difficult that if you stay up until 10 p.m. you can't order anything after 9:15 p.m. and have to pay at 9:30 p.m. and are basically swept out.

Mega friendly staff. I think it's great that they charge a "fine" for wasting food (200g I think it said). The store looks tidy, clear but, despite its size, gives a cozy impression. The food was good, but at early lunchtime the buffet is reduced, but there is enough choice, so there is something for everyone. Desserts, as usual in such restaurants, are purchased small cakes and fresh water.

I was at XIAO for the first time today and am absolutely thrilled with both the variety of food and the taste! The service is very friendly, there was free choice of seating (upon reservation), even outside in the shade. The price of the lunch buffet was great and I would happily come back again. Thank you!

Really really good! Top buffet, super nice and quick staff. Parking/reservation everything went smoothly. A brand new and fresh store. Buffet + a large cola approx. 34€. It's annoying that there are so many FLIES in the restaurant!!!!

Such a beautiful new oasis of well-being. We were really looking forward to the visit! Unfortunately and really unfortunately, EVERY Asian buffet restaurant tastes better than the Xiao Asia fusion cuisine as you described. Have a strong stomach but 2 hours later the woman also had diarrhea. As usual, we go to restaurants that aren't that nice but where the food tastes good. No recommendation :/

We went there in the afternoon and hoped to have a delicious meal. The buffet was emptied of lunch. It was not refilled for guests who came to eat after 4 p.m. We had to ask for this. But not everything was there. The buffet was full of flies...the fresh preparation area was being cleaned while the guests were getting their food, so dust could also fall on the buffet. Unfortunately, we didn't think it was nice to meet such a buffalo and spend so much money. Won't come anymore! SERVICE WAS NICE!

Let's start with the positive: The design is really nice, modern and absolutely contemporary. The service is very friendly and very hardworking, there is nothing to complain about. But let's be honest, the quality of the food is actually nothing special and, in our opinion, is similar to any other all-you-can-eat temple. If you like a lot for little money, this is the place for you, but sorry, I prefer quality to quantity.

We had dinner there on Saturday and it was really great!!! The nice service lady Julia was very attentive and super nice :). Thank you very much again. The selection and quality of the food was really good! We would love to come back :))))))

Very hot environment full of green flies I couldn't eat after seeing these green flies in my food so I went to get sushi and saw a lot of flies on the steak and the sushi takes over 30 minutes to pay and there weren't many people I spent more than 100 euros no It's worth zooming in on the photo and you'll see or go and see

We ate here today with six people…….we were very disappointed because the reviews are in the upper range. Maybe bad ones are deleted? The food is below average. The dishes were over-seasoned, the sauces tasted like bad ready-made sauces, e.g. The sauce tasted sweet and sour like a thinly sweet tomato sauce. There were only two flavors of ice cream, the others were scraped empty and were not refilled. When asked, they said there was no more because there was no delivery. We missed cleanliness, there were puddles of water on the fresh plates, our bench was full of stains and the artificial flowers could also be cleaned of dust. The only positive thing to note was our service. Sorry, but since the price is on the high side, we expect more. We will not recommend any further.

Really not recommended. Ambience like any other Asian buffet. The food didn't taste good and wasn't anything special. It took forever until we were served and then only after we asked. The prices are completely excessive. Just because our little daughter (under 2 years old) didn't sit in the high chair, but instead sat next to us on the bench for reasons of space, she was considered a child up to 6 years old. We have never experienced anything like this anywhere. We won't be eating there again as there are clearly better alternatives in the surrounding area.

Very impressive location. Hugely large with as extensive a buffet as you can imagine. There really is nothing left to be desired here. Whether from the starters, salads, sushi, etc. Ready-made dishes or meat and vegetables with appropriate spices and sauces can be prepared fresh. Also large selection of desserts. However, it was very warm and the drinks sometimes took a little too long - you have to order them yourself using your cell phone! Is not practical for everyone. Otherwise, go and try it out, it's worth it! The prices for the buffet are variable and depend on the time. So

Overall very, very good. The kitchen is top notch. The downside is that in warm weather it’s really hot and stuffy inside. And not all the staff are friendly, which is quite surprising. And of course, arriving at the restaurant is also a minus: through an industrial zone, with potholes. But the restaurant's parking lot is large and convenient. In general, there is still work to be done.

The service here is always very nice and friendly. Last evening it was Andre and Jolina. However, there apparently is a new branch manager who reprimands employees in front of the guests, which is very unpleasant for everyone involved. Since then, smoking is only allowed outside at two tables. It's a shame that a new manager is immediately perceived negatively as a guest.

Food - wide variety of Asian cuisine mostly Chinese for hot dishes, seafood and meat for live cooking, Japanese for appetisers and German for desserts. Service - we had Emi serving us during our visit and her service was top notch right from the moment we sat down until we left. She explained the concept properly and constantly checked on our satisfaction. Ambience - the place is well organized with plenty of seating and great lighting. Although they might need to consider getting those fans for the flies as they were plenty of them during our visit. I personally get a bit disgusted with flies touching my food. Just not so hygienic in my opinion.

Yesterday I was out with my girlfriend in Krefeld and on the way home I thought to myself, let's go eat at Xiao's. The shop from Oberhausen is well known and we thought we'd go in, from the outside it looked smaller than expected. After a very short wait, we were seated inside and the principle was explained to us in a nice and friendly manner, as well as the flat rate for leftover food that is paid if you fill your plate with more than you can eat. Afterwards we were able to order drinks directly and go to the buffet while we waited. The selection wasn't that small for 2 p.m. and there was something for everyone, including vegetarian options. There was abundance and freshness and all the employees took care to offer the guest a good experience, which was successful. The team there took care of everything despite having fewer employees, five of them visible.

We were at XIAO Krefeld for the first time. The atmosphere is very modern and appealing. Despite many guests, there was no “noise level” or a mixture of voices in the ears. The food is attractively presented and is super tasty. Plenty of selection from all areas. We had Antonella as a waitress for our table. Very friendly, in a good mood, attentive. The drinks always came quickly considering the number of guests. We will definitely come back. And not least because of the great service. The catering industry needs people like that.

Quality was very poor (about 1.5 years ago). However, I'm reviewing again because the honest review was deleted by Google because the owner apparently thinks it was slander. Sorry - but if the family has a stomach ache after the visit - then that was a fact.

The staff is friendly and courteous. Quality of meat, vegetables and salad very good. Unfortunately, all sauces and dishes were relatively sweet, even dishes that were described as spicy. Drink prices are quite expensive. Price per person: €20-30 I don't understand why the prices vary even though it's the same chain.

It's unbearable when the temperature is over 30 degrees, but as a restaurant you don't even set up fans, even though you can see people waving their menus to get a bit of wind. Food good, longer waiting times until the plates are picked up. All in all, recommended for temperatures below 25 degrees.

In short, fun to see and do, not worth sitting in the car for more than 30 minutes, there are better things to do in Krefeld and Düsseldorf.

We were there yesterday for the lunch buffet, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service staff are nice. Unfortunately, the food was below average... Some of it wasn't warm, it was hardly refilled even though the woks were empty. Unfortunately, the chicken reminded me of ready-made food and was also very salty. It's a shame, but we can't recommend Xiao.

Schönes Lokal, super Essen und großes Lob an das Personal ( findet man heutzutage selten). Kann ich zu 100 Prozent empfehlen....auch wenn man eine etwas weitere Anfahrt hat, es lohnt sich.

Great team, received fantastic service from Lisa. Very attentive and quick. Food was warm, brought to the table quickly and delicious. Even shortly before closing, the buffet still had a full selection. Again and again.

The establishment is located on the outskirts of the city. There is free parking. I really liked the design. Cozy, not so many people on weekdays. The food is delicious. Drinks are not included. The bill includes a service charge of 8% (which was surprising). The downside is the flies that were flying around the food in the hall... this was very disappointing...

Great service and great restaurant. The main courses taste very good, but the sauces taste a bit questionable and cheap. The drinks are very expensive considering that you drink an iced tea from the supermarket (2 liters - €0.99) for €5.50. The fresh dishes that you can mix together yourself and have freshly cooked are very great. So the option is very good. Otherwise there is something for everyone, vegan vegetarian everything you want. For €28.90 per person that's good.

I was there for the first time a week ago thanks to a voucher from my colleague and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. The buffet and drinks menu offer a lot of choice. It tasted really delicious. The staff was very friendly and especially Ms. Antonella Rykers. I would come back again at any time.

Great place, delicious food and a very large selection

A very varied buffet designed to suit every taste. The live cooking with the xiao sauces is great and always done perfectly. The service is very friendly and forthcoming. We felt well looked after by Ms. Rykers. You can argue about the price-performance ratio, but we find it appropriate for this top quality and large selection! We will be back :)

Typical, large all you can eat temple. However, there is a large selection of complete dishes, all of which are great and authentic. Particularly noteworthy is the staff - top class! We always like to come back when we want to roll home again :) The sushi is also supposed to be great, but I personally can't judge that. I think the small punishment for foodwasting is absolutely great! Guys, better go several times! ;)

Quite a solid number and probably one of the best Asian buffets there is. The selection is very diverse and there is something for every level of spiciness. We really enjoy going there, even though it's not cheap and you're always tempted to eat a lot. So in the end you always burst - but that also speaks for good products.

The buffet restaurant offers delicious food, fast and friendly service from Karol and a modern ambience. It's a bit noisy at times, but overall a great experience.

It's a shame that all small artisanal kitchens are sold by the chain restaurants because the quality in all areas is often much better and at a cheaper price. A pity.

The food is fantastic. Large selection and outstanding quality. However, I don't understand the logic behind the price calculation of the children's buffet. My 2 year old daughter won't eat more than a handful of the food offered. And she can only eat for free if she sits in a high chair. But she prefers to sit on your lap. Statement from the service person: if she sits on your lap, she has to pay. If she sits in the high chair (against her will), she eats for free. I have no problem paying for my child - for God's sake. But where is the logic in that?? A 2-year-old child on my lap has to pay. If I put a 3-year-old child in the high chair, he eats for free??
