Pizzeria La Sammaritana in Krefeld

I'd give it 0, but that's not possible. Ordered online, where it said delivery time was 30-50 minutes. After an hour and a half, I finally managed to get through to someone. When I asked why it was taking so long and that I didn't think it was right to wait so long, he told me to order somewhere else, goodbye. Outrageous!!

The food tasted really good. We ordered yesterday evening and were told it would take 45 minutes. That turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes. After an hour, we called to ask if there might be a problem finding the house, which they said wasn't, and that the driver was on his way. (So far, so good.) Another 30 minutes later, still no one had arrived. I then went out onto the balcony and saw the driver pull up. He got out and was on the phone. I watched him for about 5 minutes leaning against his car, talking with the food in his hand. When I called the pizzeria to ask if this was normal, they said they would take care of it immediately and get back to me right away. That hasn't happened yet. The food was barely lukewarm at best.

No matter when we ordered food, it was always delivered quickly. There's something for everyone, whether it's pizza, pasta, or salad. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Regards Mike Stiegen

Ordered for the first time today. The lady on the phone seemed a bit annoyed, but that's okay when things are stressful. I said it would take 40 minutes, but the gentleman was there in 20 minutes, and he was very, very friendly! That was the only positive thing about the order! The pizza... well, I'm not thrilled; it was quite soggy, only the crust was slightly crispy. The pizza rolls tasted very good, and the butter was more like margarine than butter. Price: A pizza with tuna, salami, and mushrooms, plus a pizza roll with herb margarine, all for a mere €16.00! I find that quite steep. I wouldn't order there again; what I got for €16.00 was disappointing. I gave the delivery guy a €1 tip, as is only right.

La Sammaritana has been my absolute favorite pizzeria in Krefeld for years! 🍕 A family-run business with a lot of heart, where you can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love. The pizza and pasta dishes are always fresh and incredibly delicious. The delivery service is also reliable – even when it's busy, this is communicated openly and friendly. The pizzeria itself is comfortably furnished, and the owner's relaxed manner always creates a good atmosphere. I can't understand some of the negative reviews. Satisfying hungry customers isn't easy, and many forget how hard people work in the restaurant industry, often 6-7 days a week. They deserve more understanding for that. Be less bitter and show more love. ☺️ For me, La Sammaritana remains, without a doubt, the best pizzeria in Krefeld ❤️

I don't recommend this to anyone. I ordered pizza twice today. They sent turkey pizza instead of chicken pizza. We spoke on the phone three times. They hung up. I drove there myself and didn't feel they were there and wanted to kick me out. Then I said, call the police, and they gave me my money back. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I've been going there for 10 years. Respect!!!

As someone who has tried pizza in dozens of places around the world, I can say with confidence: your pizza deserves the highest marks. We only took it to go, but even at home it was like it was baked in the oven - aromatic, with a crispy crust and perfectly baked dough. Your dough is exactly as it should be: tender and slightly airy inside, with a golden, crispy crust on the outside. The filling is generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the sauces are balanced to the smallest detail. And a special confession - to your pizza with artichokes: this is my absolute gastronomic love! Tender artichokes combined with the other ingredients create a harmony of flavors that is impossible to tear yourself away from.

Today was the first time and most likely the last. There are pizzerias that put more effort into it. We had macceroni bolognese once and three different baguettes. The pasta was slightly burnt, but I can overlook that. But I can't leave the taste and viscosity of the sauce uncommented. The pasta was too salty and the sauce was so watered down that they could (probably) make a lot of money with ready-made sauce. The same goes for the minced meat which had been briefly mixed into the sauce. The baguettes are no better. The baguette dough was very tasteless, overloaded and therefore had a very mushy consistency. The delivery time was the same as it usually is for all of them.

The pizzas are really very good👍 well topped, taste excellent and really big. Price/performance is definitely right here. There is still heart here and you can notice the fresh ingredients. Excellent! The shop is beautiful and the quality has been excellent for over 27 years! Like home, vacation and enjoyment all in one. I really enjoy being here. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating! Very warmly! (How to call into the forest,...) I like being here, it's like a vacation and family for me. Permanent component.

Ordered at 5:48 p.m. Answer. Yes, it takes up to an hour. 6:55 p.m. called her and asked nicely. Come directly to you now. 7:10 p.m. still no one there. 20:18 You finally received the order. The driver can't help it. But you should be more honest when asking. The most brilliant thing about it. We have continued to order there over the last few years. No complaints whatsoever. Yesterday we wanted to order again and we were told that due to the negative review we had canceled the order. We didn't say anything about the quality. Only about a delivery time of 2 hours. Too bad.

Leider nicht ganz schön. Wir haben im Anschluss der Bestellung einen komischen Anruf erhalten, weil wir auf einer Adresse wohnen mit der schon mal eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben worden ist. Dann sagte man, man storniert unsere Bestellung und hat aufgelegt. Nicht schön.

My pepper pizza tasted like vinegar had been poured on it. It's a shame because the base works well. Rand was 10/10 but the peppers ruined the pizza badly.

The food there has now become REALLY EXPENSIVE. Just €6.50 for just one margarita pizza? For this price range, the pizza SHOULD NOT have burnt spots. We had 2 pizzas, margarita pizza and small tuna pizza + capricciosa salad for almost 25€. The pizza dough was a little salty, but otherwise good. I'm not thrilled with the pizzeria. Info: The entrance area is not inviting, it is often dirty or littered. There are less than 10 seats in the pizzeria + 2 outside seats. Accessibility: There is a bus stop diagonally opposite. Unfortunately there are hardly any parking spaces nearby. The pizzeria is somewhat handicapped accessible. I'm looking for a good and cheap pizzeria again.

Incredibly delicious pizza, salads, pasta and the baked vegetables are also perfect. In my opinion the best pizzeria in Krefeld. The service is also great. Delivered absolutely hot every time and friendly staff. Even an order that was accidentally wrong (but only because the online menu didn't match the other menu, and it was just about the cheese in the salad, mind you) was accepted without any problem and a new salad was delivered immediately. I can only recommend everyone to choose this pizzeria if you want to eat a delicious Italian dish! Thanks! I am and will remain a regular customer ☺️

Delicious food, but delivery time is far too long!

Ordered from Lieferando, received wrong pizzas. The boss seems to be too embarrassed to straighten things out and brushes you off in a nasty way over the phone. The pizzas also arrived lukewarm. Never again!

Our pizzeria “around the corner”. We've been ordering or picking up here for 18 years when we don't feel like cooking or making pizza ourselves. Even after the price increase, still absolutely worth the money. We even often order one more pizza than we need so that we have a snack in the house the next day. Special requests are fulfilled without any problem: So far we have never had a case where the request was forgotten. In all these years we haven't had a single case of a pizza being burnt. We can't specifically recommend any particular pizza because we've tried almost every variation over the years and been satisfied. Our children love the filled pizza rolls.

Der Pizzabäcker war überhaupt nicht nett und zeigte sein Gesicht dass er sehr krank war, eine Erkältung oder Corona oder ähnliches. Ich wollte deswegen gerade weglaufen, aber mein Kind hatte Hunger

Meine Stammpizzaria seit Jahren. Die Pizzaria La Sammaritana verfügt über eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen, egal ob Pizza, Salate oder Nudeln. Ab 16 Uhr wird geliefert und die Lieferung erfolgt ca. 30-45 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Ab einem Bestellwert von 20€ gibt es ein Gratis Softdrink dazu. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung, für eine kleine Pizza Salami bezahlt man beispielsweise 4€. Wenn man die Pizzaria persönlich besuchen möchte kann man sich entweder draußen auf die kleine Terrasse oder in den kleinen Innenbereich setzen. Der einzige Haken ist das auf der Pizza ab und zu mal etwas zu viel Käse ist, obwohl man keinen zusätzlichen Käse bestellt hat. Trotzdem kann ich mit gutem Gewissen sagen das man bei der Pizzaria La Sammaritana gut und gerne mal etwas bestellen kann.

Definitiv die beste Pizzeria, die ich je betreten habe. Hier schmeckt wirklich alles! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir kommen sehr gerne dorthin. Parkplätze sind leider schwierig zu bekommen, aber die Suche lohnt sich definitiv. Es ist barrierefrei, aber eng im Innenraum. Gästetoiletten sind saubere vorhanden. Ein nettes Gespräch rundet das ganze ab. Von mir gibt es 5 🌟

Ambiente kann ich nix zu sagen, wir lassen liefern! 1€ Liefergebühr. Aber OK!

auch wenn die pizza sehr lecker ist muss ich ehrlich sagen das 90 min und länger wartezeit ein absolutes "no go" ist... wenn ich essen bestelle habe ich hunger und mache das so zeitig das termine danach noch passen, also 1 std eingerechnet... aber nach 100 min noch keine lieferung... spricht NICHT grade für sich...

Schön am Sonntag Abend Pizza essen ist angesagt. Die Lieferung war in einer Stunde da und Pizzagröße sind sehr gut. Auch der Preis kann sich sehen lassen. Die Pizzen waren mit viel Käse bestreut, doch der analog Käse hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Bitte nimmt echten Käse und keinen analog Käse. Generell war die Pizza fad. Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Pizza war echt super lecker. Personal super nett. Getränke mit 0.2L sehr klein. Preislich gut :)

Wir sind zufällig in dieser Pizzeria gelandet. Die Pizzeria ist wie sonst üblich recht klein, aber auch sehr schön dekoriert mit etwa einer Hand von Tischen. Wir wurden schnell bedient. Die Pizza war recht groß jedoch geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich.
