Wurstbraterei Teufelsküche in Überlingen

I've known the Devil's Kitchen since I was a child and it's a must for the weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There used to be delicious Schupfnudeln, gyros and rice pans ...all great dishes...But with the bratwurst it still remains undisputed in terms of being simply delicious

The Red! Best sausage on Lake Constance! First of all, to the people who give negative reviews here because they can't find the address or the stand isn't there at the moment. You don't have any joy in life anymore, do you? This is a market stall!!! It's there on Wednesdays and Saturdays! In January the family takes time off and if they are sick it sometimes happens that the stand cannot be there. So rate it negatively, just because the stand isn't there at the moment I find it absolutely pathetic! Now to the status of the devil's kitchen. The sausages are all very good. However, “The Red” is one of the best I have ever eaten. These are also available in the “spicy” version and as currywurst - also super tasty. The roll with the sausage (also an important point) is crispy and very tasty. Finally a sausage shop that has recognized this! I've eaten at many sausage stands in the Lake Constance region, but Teufelsküche is by far number 1. Dear devil's kitchen. Please keep it up!

So we were at the address given, there was nothing there. A residential area but not a snack bar. Owner should provide correct address!

On a trip along Lake Constance, I accidentally came across this 🌭 sausage roastery in Überlingen today. There isn't a huge selection, but what's on offer here is really tasty. The prices are also more than fair. Plus a friendly and courteous staff. The stand was represented at the associated market today on Saturday. Anyone who likes a really good bratwurst is in good hands here. Bon appetit.
