Wurstbraterei Teufelsküche in Überlingen

I've known Teufelsküche since childhood, and it's a must-visit for the weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Back in the day, they'd serve delicious potato dumplings, gyros, or rice pan...all great dishes...but with the bratwurst, it still remains undisputed. Simply delicious.

The Red One! Best sausage on Lake Constance! First of all, to the people who leave negative reviews because they can't find the address or the stand isn't there. You're not having any joy in your life anymore, are you? This is a market stall!!! It's there on Wednesdays and Saturdays! In January, the family takes time off, and in case of illness, the stall can't be there. So, I think it's absolutely pathetic to rate it negatively just because the stall isn't there! Now for the Teufelsküche stall. The sausages are all very good. "The Red One," however, is one of the best I've ever eaten. They also offer it in a "spicy" version and as a currywurst – also super delicious. The sausage roll (another important point) is crispy and very tasty. Finally, a sausage stand that recognizes this! I've eaten at many sausage stands in the Lake Constance region, but Teufelsküche is by far the best. Dear Teufelsküche, please keep up the good work!

So we went to the given address, and there's nothing there. A residential area, but no snack bar. The owner should give us the correct address!

I came here as a child to eat Schupfnudeln (scrambler dumplings)... Super delicious! I definitely have to stop by again...

On a trip along Lake Constance, I accidentally came across this 🌭 sausage roastery in Überlingen today. There isn't a huge selection, but what's on offer here is really tasty. The prices are also more than fair. Plus a friendly and courteous staff. The stand was represented at the associated market today on Saturday. Anyone who likes a really good bratwurst is in good hands here. Bon appetit.
