The pizza itself is fine. Typical pizza delivery. But I'm giving it 5 stars for the service. There was a mistake with my order, though I'm not suggesting it was intentional. The employee's response to my complaint was outstanding. No beating around the bush. He apologized immediately, prepared a new pizza, delivered it again due to the preparation time, and even offered compensation. Things can always go wrong, but with this level of service, it was more than forgiven.

Unfortunately, the pizza was really mediocre. Even worse were the two men working there. We're two underage girls, and we felt like we were being watched and quite uncomfortable the entire time we were waiting for our pizza. It felt like we were being stared at and singled out by these much older men. Additionally, when we ordered the vegan pizza, they commented that we "just seemed nice." Such a comment is neither funny nor necessary. Furthermore, €19.99 for an average-sized, mediocre pizza is really expensive, and it should also be noted that you would have paid 20% more for delivery. Bottom line: overpriced, tasteless, and disgusting employees.

Our order yesterday was anything but a great experience. The delivery time stated in the order confirmation of 71 minutes, which is already extreme in itself, was not met. The order only arrived after an hour and 45 minutes. It was also impossible to obtain any information over the phone, as only a recorded message stating that the store only opens at 6:00 PM. For an order value of almost three figures, I expected much higher quality. The tomato sauce on the pizza was completely sticky, the salad resembled a ready-made salad from the supermarket, and I've had much better tasting food from other suppliers. The free drink, which is included with orders over €60, was also not included. All in all, this was my first and last order.

I always used to order from there, but unfortunately, I'll never do that again after yesterday. I ordered a Krombacher Pils, but received a Krombacher Spezi. Same brand, but wrong contents, my friends. The crispy chicken was supposed to have red onions, but they were nowhere to be found, yet I still paid for them. The hot dog pizza was folded up like a calzone and only had what felt like six slices of wiener on it. Sorry, but that's absolutely not standard.

Delicious pizza! I had the vegan option. My family had the kids' menu and the sweeties. Everything was absolutely delicious! I'd definitely order again.

After more than 90 minutes we still don't have our order despite a call that it's almost ready.

Wasn't our thing now. The taste and the price-performance ratio don't match. We will look elsewhere in the future.

One star is too many! Inedible pizza and far too expensive for food to throw away, really catastrophic and disgusting (smell and taste)

Gluten free pizza contamination free and super tasty. Huge selection for celiacs and top hygiene when processing the hot pizza, which is then safely packaged. Price and ambience completely as expected and appropriate/clean. Very nice employees who are completely informed and pay great attention to contamination-free work! We'll definitely be back!

I have been a customer here for 10 years and still have to give it one star. I have never experienced such poor customer service. For example, if you ask why the minimum order value is higher than stated on the flyer, you will only get the answer that it says “subject to change”. But it's not there. And the flyer is only valid for 2-3 months anyway, couldn't you plan it better? This year I found a new loyalty points promotion in my customer account in the online shop. But I didn't get any points. When I asked, the only answer I got was that it shouldn't be displayed yet and there's nothing you can do about it. No apology or anything. This is their own website!? And then you can't hide it if it doesn't apply yet? Since I am often referred to headquarters when I have problems and they don't want to offer customer service, they have now blocked my phone number without notifying me. Not even upon request according to Art. 15 GDPR, although they are legally obliged to do so. Furthermore, I am no longer receiving deliveries and they won't even give me a reason. First it was because of my criticism, then because of some impressions the drivers had of me. After 10 years you suddenly can't look at me anymore? With this attitude, this company is a disgrace for medium-sized businesses in Germany. And the prices are also way too high. Even if the food is delicious, there are plenty of other restaurants with delicious food that also strive to provide good customer service.

Ordered food for just under 50 EUR, realistic value compared to the competition 30 EUR. -Pizza was dry - Lasagna 11.90 EUR = 3 layers collapsed together in an aluminum mold. Portion size really laughable - Gouda hearts okay but no cranberries to choose from - Burger was very small and simple, not good in taste Delivery time 75 minutes, driver was nice for that 1 star.

Unfortunately, the special request for pineapple could not be taken into account for a 50€ burger, as it was not ordered but only in the additional text. A quick call to the regular customer would have ensured their willingness to pay additional money. It used to be significantly better. Customer loyalty is different!

We bought pizza at 9pm on Monday night and the onions were burnt and the taste of the whole pizza was burnt onions. I immediately threw the pizza in the trash. You have a well-known name. Unfortunately, you have workers with no experience. With these inexperienced workers, I won't come back because we got such bad diarrhea from this pizza

Update The day after my review I got a call from the store. They apologized and said they could figure out why the lasagne was underdone and so dry. I found that very positive that the feedback was read and taken seriously. I also got the offer to give word of pizza another chance. I did that and ordered pasta to pick up today and I have to say, I am very satisfied today. It was very tasty, was refined with ruccola and cheese when picked up and the quantity was absolutely sufficient. The young man on site was extremely friendly. I therefore change my rating from 2 to 4 stars and thank you. Disappointing. This was our first time ordering from World of Pizza. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly. Because the delivery would have taken 2 hours, we decided to pick up the food. It should be ready in 15 minutes, so you can't complain. We ordered Pizza Honululu and lasagne with Bolognese. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing, especially the lasagne. Some of the dough sheets were still raw on the inside, it was absolutely bland in taste, dry and the quantity was an absolute joke in relation to the steep price. The pizza was somewhat moist on the inside but otherwise dry with little sauce and unseasoned. Very unfortunate. This was our first and last order from World of Pizza!

Pizza ist gut aber der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind eine Katastrophe

Absolute Mondpreise - als würde man beim Gourmet-Italiener bestellen! Für 16 Euro bekommt man eine Mini-Pizza mit den billigsten Dosen-Zutaten. Und jetzt kommt mir nicht mit Qualität, wenn ihr Fertigprodukte von Aro (Metro Billigmarke) benutzt. Angestellte müssen wahrscheinlich auch für Mindestlohn ackern. Nachtrag auf den Kommentar: Eure 26cm Pizza ist winzig - daher "Mini-Pizza" - und kostet zwischen 11,90 Euro (für eine Margherita wohlgemerkt!) und 16,90 Euro. Eine Margherita in normaler Größe kostet stolze 16,90 Euro.

Immer freundlich und schneller Service. Darum immer wieder gern. Hervorragend wie immer. Deshalb 5 Sterne. Bitte weiter so. Auch bei Problemen schnelle Abhilfe.

Bis jetzt immer gerne bestellt, aber heute wurde ich von dem neuen Mindestbestellwert aus den Socken gehauen. Meine Frau ist Glutenunverträglich, darum war das immer eine super Sache zum bestellen, aber 55€ ist auch für 2 Leute echt viel. Solange sich das nicht ändert werden wir hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Ich war bisher zufrieden, aber ich werde nicht mehr bestellen, aufgrund der Erhöhung des Mindestbestellwert ist es für eine Person einfach zu viel.

Essen hat gut und frisch geschmeckt, super freundliches Personal. Gern wieder. :)

Diese Pizzeria hat mir sehr gut gefallen. schneller Service, leckere Pizza, dünner Teig, verschiedene Beläge und vernünftige Preise. Ich empfehle, hier Pizza zu bestellen oder sie mit Freunden in der Pizzeria selbst zu essen

Hab unzählige zwei Pizzen 🍕 🍕 geholt.

Essen abends auf einem Feiertag bestellt und nur 40 Min bis die Pizzen da waren. Das ist Super!!! Wir bestellen gerne wieder!

Lieferdienst wo man auch vor Ort essen kann, Pizza und Pizzabrötchen waren gut. Leider gab es kein Geschirr

Leckere Pizza und auch als glutenfreie Varianten erhältlich. Wer glutenfrei essen muss ist hier gut aufgehoben, da das Personal Ahnung hat und weiß wovon man spricht!! Definitiv ein Halt wert.

Die Pizza wurde pünktlich und heiß geliefert und war wie immer sehr lecker.Gerne wieder. Sehr freundlicher Pizzafahrer.

Wir haben den Mittagsdeal genutzt und so drei Gerichte für 27€ bekommen. Die Pizzen waren wie immer sehr lecker und kamen in der angegeben Zeit. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und die Nudeln werden definitiv auch nochmal bestellt.

Pizza 🍕 haben geschmeckt vorallendingen sind wir dankbar glutenfreie pizza zu bekommen.Einen Punkt Abzug da einfach die Lieferzeit mit 28 min auf über 1 std sich verzögert hat.

Die Pizza ist für einen Lieferdienst gut aber zu hohen Preisen. Für das Geld können das andere besser.

Wir lassen öfter mal von dieser Pizzaria nach Hause liefern. sie ist zwar etwas teurer als der übliche Pizzabringdienst in der Stadt, aber dafür liefert sie halt auch nach "außerhalb", sprich in die Dörfer der Umgebung von Potsdam. Die Pizzen sind, ungelogen, die besten die ich kenne. Der telefonische Bestelldienst ist immer sehr angenehm, die Lieferung dauert selten länger als 30 Minuten.

Pizza war für eine vom Lieferservice normal aber in der gewohnten Qualität. Die chicken Wings waren auch top wie immer. Man bekommt für sein Geld 💰 zwar nichts geschenkt aber der Rest passt. Lieferung dauerte ca. 30 min. Im Durchschnitt.

Wir hatten 7 Pizzas bestellt als gerade amerikanische Wochen waren. Sehr interessante und schmackhafte Kreationen gab es. Geliefert wurde genau in dem zeitlich angegebenen Rahmen und die Pizzas waren alle heiß.

Ein Pizza-abend mit der Familie zu Hause Es geht nix über eine selbst gemachte Pizza ,aber als gute Alternative ist dieses Restaurant wirklich gut und schnell.
