Another trip to the beer paradise called Woinemer Hausbrauerei! The Hefeweizen was so full of bananas, I briefly thought I had ended up in a gang of monkeys. The pale ale? An eye-catcher! But be careful with the light one - it was sweeter than my grandma's after the third piece of Black Forest cherry. The spare ribs were tasty, but unfortunately a bit dry. Maybe they should soak them in a beer bath next time? 😉 Conclusion: If you don't get thirsty here, you're either a water sommelier or already embalmed. Cheers, you beer noses!

-As always, food is a matter of taste... overall ok. -Service friendly, but sometimes some of the staff seem "moody" or "slightly overwhelmed"...but you can talk to each other (smile + make fun), then you're good to go. -Atmosphere special, but I like it very much - brilliant and the seasonal beers (especially “Johanni”)

Yesterday we went to the brewery for dinner. It had been some time since my last visit, but I was in good spirits with good memories of the delicious food there. First of all, I was shocked. I ordered a Kochkäs Schnitzel with fried potatoes and cranberries. The schnitzel itself had no seasoning whatsoever. It tasted practically completely neutral. Neither salt nor pepper. There is neither on the tables either. The cooking cheese was of extremely poor quality. A completely neutral tasting addition to the schnitzel. The fried potatoes had most likely been prepared much earlier and were only sent warmed up. That was clearly noticeable. This can also work better in busy times. The prices are for what is on offer, salted! 18.90 euros for the schnitzel, 4.20 euros for 0.33 cola (heavy). There is now an ordering system via an app. You give your order to the kitchen via smartphone. Very impersonal. There are still service employees, but they really try hard. As compensation for my unsuccessful meal, I was compensated with a mousse au chocolat. It was quite tasty, but it didn't change my disappointment. You should get back to the love for your guests and the quality of the food instead of investing in cleaning robots and an ordering system via app. Unfortunately, not a recommendation at all. The soul of the house has been lost here.

Thanks to the non-stop kitchen, we had a business lunch with a larger group in the beer garden/courtyard in the afternoon at 30°C and were served very well. The drinks came super quickly and the dishes were on the table promptly. In terms of quality, everything was TOP and left nothing to be desired.

Nachdem meine Familie und ich in den letzten 6 Monaten schon zwei Mal unzufrieden nachhause gegangen sind, war das heute der dritte und letzte Versuch, in diesem sehr schönen Ambiente Freude beim Essen zu empfinden. Hat nicht geklappt. Das „Knusperschnitzel“ von der Pute war genauso fettig und matschig wie die Pommes. Der Dipp dazu vermutlich aus der Pulle. Weitere Aufzählungen der letzten Besuche: trockener und zäher Schweinebraten, Haxe auch trocken, Schnitzel vermutlich „küchenfertig“ aus der Schachtel in die Friteuse, Käsespätzle säuerlich und ansonsten fade, Gulasch auch sehr bissfest und lauwarm… Also kurz und knapp: Kantinen-Niveau mit einem unanständigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dafür dass offensichtlich alles vorbereitet und mit Fertigprodukten „gepimpt“ wurde, damit es schnell auf den Tisch kommt. Das Bier hat ein bisschen entschädigt, aber ein viertes Mal wird es nicht geben. Schade, die Gaststätte hat so viel Potential, aber die Liebe zum Produkt fehlt komplett.

I like this place a lot! The beer selection and food are excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. I always enjoy coming here and can recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy good beer and good food in a great atmosphere.

Very decent portions of all dishes.

In an elegantly rustic setting utterly nice service personnel serve you local delicacies along with their own brand of fresh beer. If you haven't been to a brewery-restaurant (quite common in Germany), this is a good place to start! The slight down-rating of the food is only due to the buns of the burgers being a bit too springy and not feeling as crisp as they could be - first visit, so may be a fluke :) The rest of the 10+ group was very satisfied with their food, so will visit again to find out what else they have to offer or even redeem themselves on the not-absolutely-perfect burger bun ;)

Good, dear brewing material. I was there to celebrate my journeyman's certificate and brought a lot of steam with me, which was quenched. There's everything from light to dark to maibock to everything, beer before four! The burger was tough, a bit hard, but the rest was okay. Unfortunately only mayo and pressed tomatoes were added to the socks (henry, bien sur). Sorry for the picture, a bit close.

Very nice atmosphere, so that there is no claustrophobia in the interior, with very good service and reasonable prices with good quality. A restaurant that I can recommend with a clear conscience.

The brewery has improved enormously since my last visit. Before it was a complete disaster. Now the food is really, really good and the service is almost perfect. Very friendly service and you don't have to wait long until you can order or pay for something. The waiting time until the food arrived was also very short. The outdoor area was beautifully laid out so that you would like to stay longer.

The restaurant is nicely decorated. There is a parking lot and plenty of seating. Inside you are served at your seat, outside there is self-service or ordering via app. I personally found the latter quite practical, especially in larger groups, as you can pay in advance.

Service was very nice and quick, we didn't wait long for drinks or food. Food was also good, there was a large selection and the price was fair.

We were there with 16 people for a family reunion. Everyone was very happy and said we had chosen it very well. Thank you very much!

Quaint restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food is quite okay. Cream of asparagus soup doesn't deserve its name. It didn't taste like asparagus at all. We will go there again and try to see if the kitchen can cook properly.

On our detour to Weinheim we stopped at the brewery or sat down outside. Service took a while, but was friendly. Apparently there was a larger company inside. The kitchen had a bit more zest and the food came out quickly. I forgot to take a photo of my master brewer’s plate. Was plentiful and tasty.

As always, super fast service, friendly staff and, most importantly, delicious beer.

Wir waren hier spontan zum Mittagessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten einen Bierbraten und einen Burger. Beides war sehr lecker und schnell am Tisch. Hier findet man ein sehr gemütliches und uriges Ambiente vor. Wer möchte kann auch Einblicke in das Bierbrauen bekommen. Man sitzt mehr oder weniger direkt an/neben der Brauerei die mit Glasscheiben zum Gasthaus getrennt ist. Somit hat man keine laute Geräuschkulisse. Alles in allem ein gutes und empfehlenswertes Lokal.

Excellent service from the young man. Great quality of the food. A rustic ambience goes well with this. It was a fitting end to a successful stroll through Weinheim's old town.

We were very excited! We arrived there on Saturday unannounced with 5 adults and 2 children. The welcome was warm! It was very crowded, but we still had our drinks very quickly! And the beer goes very well 👍 whether light or dark :) The reordering also went very quickly. The side salad was rich and fresh. For the starter we ordered the olives with the aioli. We could have fooled ourselves with the aioli. The children had the chicken crispy strips with spaetzle and sauce. The breading was very seasoned and the fillet strips were super juicy. Gravy and spaetzle were also very tasty! Three of us had the mixed grill plate with grilled vegetables (Braukutscher plate). The pork fillet was a bit dry, but the turkey and beef were very well fried. Two had the beer roast with red cabbage (a bit too much clove... complaining at a high level) meat very tender and dumplings delicious. The sauce here was also super delicious! The ambience is cozy despite the size, which doesn't seem that much due to the different rooms. What is very noteworthy was the service and the treatment of children here. There is a games box and everyone is nice and accommodating. The little ones were even given ice cream for dessert plus little gummy bears. We'll definitely be back!

The food wasn't good. We had beer goulash and mushroom ragout. It was all bland, unseasoned and wobbly with all the thickening agents. The service was very nice. We sent the food back. It's a shame that the chef didn't pick up the complaint personally.

As always, a very tasty meal and friendly service. The beer was also excellent. The food came quickly and was warm. Particularly worth mentioning and recommending are the home-brewed beers. We always take a large bottle of beer with us.

Very nice and rustic location with delicious beer specialties. Schnitzel with beer sauce and cheese spaetzle was delicious. The knuckle was also extremely tasty and a lot. The beer roast was great, but also plentiful. Only the parking lot is very small. Steering artists will definitely find the ultimate challenge here. Update March 2024 Schnitzel with cooked cheese and fried potatoes is great and the brewery burger was also great. The fries that came with it were so delicious that they stole them straight away!!! 👍😋 In addition to the numerous and delicious beers, Brauhauslimo is also recommended. This time I parked nearby because the parking space was already full. 😝 When we visit Weinheim from Coburg, we always have a scheduled appointment at the Woinemer brewery!

We reserved a table for 15 people in the next room well in advance, which was important to us. But we were given a long table in the dining room, which we quickly left after eating because we could hardly understand the person we were talking to. Very unpleasant for those of us in charge of society! Staff was very friendly, food was good, but we won't be coming back. Very unfortunate!!!

Food was very tasty, service was not good. The staff didn't feel like it. The worst thing, however, is that dogs are allowed to come with you but not water, so you have to go outside the door. We used to like going there, the last three visits weren't that great so today was probably the last time we were there.

Rounded up, I find 16 euros for a tarte flambée to be more than inappropriate and actually a disgrace when the roast with red cabbage and dumplings only costs 2 euros more. You could perhaps reconsider the menu or the prices. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't great either. It's a shame because the atmosphere is really great.

Update March 2024 Unfortunately, there is a clear deterioration across the board. Our reservation, which we made via the online portal, including the confirmation and reminder email, was forgotten and we were then assigned a table in the far corner of the restaurant. In addition, the order for dessert was forgotten twice by two different service staff. In addition, the quality of the food was not right for the estimated price, combined with a long waiting time. All in all the knuckle was tasty and to the point but in the Cordon Bleu you could look for the cheese. Staff should be trained or work more on paying attention or writing down orders. August 2023 The Woinemer Brauhaus is located in the heart of Weinheim. Went there with a larger group and found the modern but also rustic inn. Sat in the beer garden in very, very warm temperatures, unfortunately without any draft. As suggestions, ceiling fans would help. A reservation is advantageous as this is a popular restaurant. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive during our visit. We really had to make ourselves noticed. The drinks and beers came quickly. The time interval between courses was also fine. The salad either small brewery salad or mini Greek are recommended. Also the large salad bowl with turkey strips and fruit. Flammkuchen are freshly topped and the Alsatian (bacon and onions) and the sheep's cheese (including pepperoni, onions, peppers, rocket) taste very good. The main courses of burgers, turkey schnitzel and the brewmaster's plate were all good in terms of taste. The burgers are freshly made. The turkey schnitzel was crispy as advertised. The grilled meat on the Braumeister plate was juicy. We were a little disappointed with the dessert, although the ice cream with chocolate sauce and mousse au chocolate tasted okay and was nothing out of the ordinary, but it didn't correspond to what was advertised on the menu. The price-performance ratio is normal, with some drinks and main courses just about acceptable. All in all, solid performance.

We always go there for our anniversary, which has become a tradition for 7 years now. The ambience, food and service is great, there's nothing wrong with it. We will be happy to continue the tradition and will be happy to come back again and again.

Several rooms, each different, cozy interior, fast and friendly service. I recommend trying the tasting set of 4 beers incl. current specials. The appetizer board was good. The hamburger was a bit drier, but tasty, a decent bun, I recommend the garlic mayonnaise with the fries. A colleague had a steak, tender, beautifully pink and tasty. A colleague praised her apple pie. Overall it was a pleasant evening. The toilets are modern, clean. Several parking spaces are available for parking.

The brewery is always worth a visit, great food and always nice staff

I am biased when it comes to this place. It's been over 10 years since I've lived in Weinheim Germany. Over the course of 3 years I went often. Whenever I get back to visit my friends I make sure to stop by. This is about German as it gets and the quality and ambience are top notch. My two favorites items here are the Schweinshaxe (roasted pig knuckle) and Hefeweizen (wheat beer). Sehr lecker (delicious)! I only gave four stars for service because that's from a US perspective and I assume US viewers are reading this. Let's be real, it's rather normal for German standards, it is a different country after all. Not bad...just different. If memory serves, English menus are available. I've traveled all over Germany and this is my favorite brew house. Why? Honestly it's amazing IMHO and when you pair the experience, taste, and atmosphere with the ambience of the town of Weinheim Its a complete package.

Schöner uriger Brauereigasthof. Ich war viele Jahre nicht mehr dort, macht einen neu renovierten Eindruck. Es gibt mehrere Gasträume und einen überdachten Innenhof. Speisekarte sehr umfangreich, neben klassischer Brauhausgastronomie auch Hamburger usw. Freundliches Personal. Wir waren als Wandergruppe mit 8 Personen dort, Getränke kamen sehr schnell, auch das Essen nahezu gleichzeitig. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert, Preise sind fair. Unbedingt reservieren! Es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze.

Excellent delicious beers! The schnitzels (cooked cheese schnitzel and schnitzel with cheese spaetzle) were also absolutely top! 👍🏻

Participated in the brewery tour. First we went from the brewhouse to the storage cellar. At each station there was interesting information and tips about beer and the art of brewing. Afterwards, around 6 different beers were tasted. The snack served with it was a bit too untypical of beer for me personally (goat cheese foam on currants) but others enjoyed it. All in all, it worked out.

Überteuert und schlechte Qualität, die Pommes waren kalt und hart. Die Schnitzel in Öl gebadet. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr hingehen, wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Great home brewery in attractive premises! We like to come there for a beer, but the kitchen has disappointed us several times. The prices are relatively high, which in our opinion unfortunately does not reflect the dishes.

It's a shame Woinem brewery...... We went to the Woinem brewery for the first time this afternoon. The presentation and the ambience were very nice. We also really enjoyed the 3 different beers. Then it was time to order the food. Starter: Onion rings (they were delicious) Main course: Brauhaus Burger The top bun was so hard and chewy that I couldn't eat it! Unfortunately the patty was far too dry. pork filets The medallions were far too dry. Furthermore, there was far too little sauce. Beer goulash We imagined something different. The goulash wasn't fried and the sauce was more like a root vegetable soup! There was no taste of the beer here at all. My wife and mother's plates were basically returned full! Of course we mentioned it to the service staff and they apologized. But nothing more. Unfortunately it wasn't worth €83. It's really a shame because we were really looking forward to it.

Haben von Frankfurt einen Ausflug in meine alte , sehr schöne Heimat gemacht. Wir sind in Frankfurt leidgeprüfte Besucher der Gastronomie für "normale" Menschen...:-( Wir sind von der Hausbrauerei begeistert. Das Online- Bezahl- und Bestellsystem ist einfach und unkompliziert. Der Wein und das Bier sind top, wir hatten Tagliatelle, Schweinebraten und den griechischen Salat. Alles bestens und preiswert, gerade und auch im Vergleich mit Frankfurter Verhältnissen. Der Service flott und freundlich. Ein grosses Lob! Das Wetter soll schön bleiben, wir machen uns in den nächsten Tagen nochmal auf den Weg nach Weinheim...:-)

Hatten mehr erwartet . Es war okay .. Aber 1 std. Anfahrt lohnt sich für uns defintiv nicht ! Mein Cordon Blue ist im Fett versunken . Wohl auch ein wenig mit der Reservierung überfordert . Popcorn gibt es wohl auch nur für besondere Gäste ?! Wir hatten erst eins bekommen , nach dem ich mal nett nach gefragt habe .

Wir hatten zum Abholen bestellt. Das Ambiente war sehr schön weihnachtlich. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Wartezeit war auch sehr kurz. Leider war das Essen (vor allem die Bratkartoffeln), nach 100m Fußweg, zuhause nur noch lauwarm. Wir hatten beide den Eindruck, dass die Bratkartoffeln schon etwas länger fertig waren und noch eine Weile auf das Schnitzel warten mussten. Zusätzlich waren sie total ölig. Das Schnitzel war lecker, und die Portion ordentlich groß. Der Kochkäse war leider schon mit den Preiselbeeren gemischt. Da hätte ich mir seperate Behälter gewünscht.

Wir hatten "Mädels"-Weihnachtsfeier und es war alles super. Jedes Essen ausgezeichnet und die Portionen sind sehr groß. Die Bedienung lustig und schnell und gemütlich ist es sowieso.

Mein Essen kam nachdem ich reklamiert hatte und meine Freunde fertig waren . Ich hatte Wildschwein Burger der ohne Geschmack und sehr sehr trocken war bei der Nachfrage wurde das gekonnt ignoriert Sehr schade!

Mussten lang auf ne Bedienung warten

Reservierung hat schon bei der Ankunft nicht geklappt, dann haben wir mit ach und krach einen Tisch für 3 bekommen, den wir direkt danach auseinandergezogen bekommen sollten. 3 Personen an einem 1x1m Hochtisch zum Essen fand ich schon eng, da wurden die anderen weitergeleitet und wir hatten wieder Platz. Dadurch hatte auch ein Dekowunsch zum Hochzeitstag kein Gehör gefunden. Bier war gut, so wie ich die Brauerei kenne. Beim Essen kam dann leider die Enttäuschung. Gulasch und und Gemüse zusammen in einer Soße vermengt in einer tiefen Schale nebendran die Knödel. Ich war enttäuscht. Der Geschmack war OK. Ich hatte halt, wie schon bei anderen Brauerei Gaststätten, eine andere Erwartung. Auch das Essen meiner Frau war mäßig. Pommes kann man nicht empfehlen, sie waren wie zweimal frittiert. Schade, der Tagesausklang zum Hochzeitstag war nicht wirklich gelungen. Wir waren unzufrieden. Hoffentlich hatte die Küche heute nur keinen guten Tag. Auf den Nachtisch haben wir verzichtet. Wir hatten uns eigentlich sehr auf das Brauhaus gefreut.

Tolles Weihnachtsessen für unsere Sportgruppe mit 15 Personen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren vor kurzem dort für eine Mitarbeiterfeier. Das Essen hat 90% der Belegschaft nicht geschmeckt. Wir hatten für eine mittelgroße Gruppe 4-5 Kellner/Kellnerinnen und es war ein großes Durcheinander. Das erste essen wurde alleine serviert und dann 30min nichts weiteres. Sehr unorganisiert. Ich war vor ca 1.5 Jahren mal privat hier und war sehr zufrieden, deswegen die Idee als Mitarbeiterfeier… ich kann es für größere Gruppen nicht empfehlen. Die Atmosphäre ist ganz ok.

Online Reservierung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, aber einige Bier Sorten waren nicht verfügbar, sowie das Essen. Geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Würde es keinem empfehlen

Wir sind sehr gerne hier. Es ist urig und gemütlich und das Essen und die Biere sind auch sehr lecker.

Passed by Weinheim - which BTW is a highly recommended visit during the day - and stopped in the local brewery. All beers seemed to be made there on the spot. I had the Pils, the Helles (some sort of Lager) and the dark beer (like a darg kager, not strong beer). All of them were very well crafted with a balanced taste and even the normally bitter Pils was super tasty. Great service and nice atmosphere. Place was completely full after 7pm on Friday. Bit there is always room if you Wand to try just some.beers. they also have a take away option. I'll definitely come back.

Einfach immer wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit, die wir hier bei gutem Bier und tollem Essen verbringen können. Reservierung verlief super einfach. Nachteil sind die etwas wenigen Parkplätze und das in Summe seltsame Parksystem in Weinheim.
