I would like to thank you again very much for your efforts and the great service at Calypso! We really enjoyed it, all of our wishes were fulfilled and we had a great evening! – simply perfect. The service was great! We particularly appreciated that we could also eat a la carte as a larger group!

Unfortunately, the service in this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The employees seem unfriendly and the interaction with customers is not very respectful and not very service-oriented. I ordered three lahmacun for three people and asked for ayran. The owner informed me that Ayran was not available. I explained that it wasn't a problem and that I would buy ayran from the neighbors as I didn't want any other drink. Every customer should be free to consume the drink of their choice, especially if the one they want is not on offer. After I brought Ayran from outside, I was told that I wasn't allowed to drink it in the restaurant. I felt that was inappropriate as it wasn't my fault that Ayran wasn't available there. Finally, I was also forbidden to eat my food in the restaurant - a decision that I could neither understand nor accept. Additionally, the owner claimed that the neighbors didn't sell Ayran, which wasn't true as I bought it right there. I have never experienced such bad manners among people or in other cultures. After preparing and serving the food, I am told that it is forbidden to drink Ayran with the food just because I bought it from outside. 😂😂!! Do you think you are in Turkey? This is Germany. There are laws here that prohibit you from interfering in such matters. In summary, I would like the employees to learn to act more friendly and customer-oriented. Zero respect. Zero rating. Zero decency.
