Great location, very tasty food, large selection also for vegetarians, friendly staff, especially Alfred! We'll be back!☺️

During our stay in Cologne we made reservations at the Wilma Wunder several times. We had a great experience every time we visited. The atmosphere on site is simply great. The staff always friendly and accommodating. There is a large selection of breakfast and lunch options. The food never disappointed us. Clear recommendation!

We went there for the first time and were very happy with the food. The service was excellent and we felt very comfortable. Even though the restaurant is very large, we felt like we were in good hands. Even the basement was comfortably furnished.

Very nice location and friendly service staff. Unfortunately it doesn't help if I wait 20 minutes for the order and then finally place my order myself at the counter. The cappuccino tasted good, the Schlupfnudeln was a disgrace: unseasoned, lukewarm and in a starter bowl, the meatballs had more mince, the tarte flambée was dry and hardly seasoned. Finished products from a cheap discount store taste better than what I received. The staff's reaction to my comment about the extremely poor quality of the food was also very disappointing.

Great shop with very tasty food. Come by for a cocktail at some point, it looks very inviting.

We ordered drinks and a skillet cookie. The drinks (2x Kölsch, a cocktail and a cola) arrived quite quickly and so did the biscuit. After that, we weren't served by our waiter for about 40 minutes (after our two Kölsch had been cleared away). We then called a waitress who ran past to see if we could order something else, she had to pass it on to her colleague. Another 10 minutes later we called another waitress because nothing was happening. She also said she has to pass it on, but she has already asked what we want. A few minutes later she came and said there were currently “technical problems” and it was taking a while. When we waited another 10 minutes we called them again and said we would like to pay. Suddenly the lost waiter who initially served us came with the bill. Of course there was no tip at €29.10 for this “service”. The super “friendly” waiter was visibly annoyed by this and neither wished us a nice evening (two other waiters on the way out, the criticism really only applies to this one employee) nor did he give us a receipt. Can you recommend this restaurant? Sure, it's nicely decorated and the other employees were really friendly, but this one waiter was an absolute disaster.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The German cuisine was delicious and well-prepared, with authentic flavors in every dish. While the portions were a bit small, the quality of the food made up for it. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. Overall, a lovely spot for tasty German food.

Great place with a nice extensive menu. Wilma’s Fitness Noodles are gluten free and fabulous! We had great service from Alfred who explained everything to us in English. Loved our dinner and German beers.

Were there for the first time. Four of us. A little loud, but you can still understand each other. The waitresses were very friendly, the service was very quick, this applies to food and drinks! The prices are not unreasonable, rather expensive. But to be fair, you have to say that the food you get is super tasty and good value! We had 3 different dishes and they were all great! I can't describe the cocktails afterwards as top tasting. Price performance didn't suit us either. Together we paid €230 for 4 people. (main course, drinks, cocktails)

The atmosphere is very cozy, even though it is huge. Thanks to the seating concept, there are always little “nooks” where it is quiet and comfortable. Really very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The brunch buffet is mega! A great selection where everyone should find something. From classic breakfasts to warm dishes such as potato gratin or various salads. The service is very friendly and quick. I would love to come back.

We ate here with a large group of 25 people, the service person Alfred served us very well and we got our drinks and food quickly. Reordering was super quick and we were often asked whether we were satisfied or would like something else. The food was very tasty! Some found the portions a bit small, but most were very satisfied. The manager seemed a bit annoyed by us as a large group, that was the only negative thing we noticed. Unfortunately it seemed a bit unprofessional. He rolled his eyes when we tried to pay separately, even though Alfred had everything under control and collected quickly! The restaurant is definitely recommended! Beautiful location with a great selection of vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Everyone will definitely find what they are looking for here.

We ate there today and were completely satisfied. Alfred in particular was a very friendly and attentive service employee who was passionate about his job! You rarely come across something like that!

We were there for brunch. Overall, the food was varied and tasty, but I felt totally nauseous in the evening and seemed like I had an upset stomach. I can't say exactly what caused it, but I associate it with Wilma Wunder because I didn't eat anything else. There was also a long hair in the fruit salad. The service wasn't particularly great - although the waitresses were super nice to interact with, they weren't very attentive overall and only came to the table when explicitly asked. In itself, Wilma Wunder is a beautiful location and has a nice, modern atmosphere. However, it seemed a bit dingy and worn. The floor around the table where we were seated was full of food scraps and crumbs. You could get to the toilet by simply following a milk trail down to the kitchen and there was also a high frequency of users in the women's toilet itself. The three of us paid well over 100 euros, but I would have liked a little more attention and order.

Excellent beef-based sauerbraten and a cute place. Varied menu and prices in line with the city average. The staff could smile slightly more and be less impatient.

So I don't know where the good reviews come from... the location looks pretty nice and the service was nice too. But the food that is served is just ridiculous!! 4 very small rolls, which look as if the remaining edges of the tarte flambée had been removed, cost almost 9 euros. How can a restaurant even dare to serve something like that?? Terrible

Because of glutenintollence I always look in advance for places to eat. Unfortunately it's never that clear but most of the times a menu will help me just enough. This is the first time the menu and allergen carts of a place made me so frustrated and very confused, so I had to give a restaurant a bad review before I even went there. I want to know if there are gluten free options for me, I don't want to deceifer something way harder than a codex.

The food was not bad, the place seemed nice. Until we found a mouse walking between the tables. We notify the waiter and he tells us that it is normal, that since they have the door open he has entered. Is a rodent normal walking around a restaurant? It denotes a genuine lack of concern for the health of the place and the clients. We ask for the bill and this same waiter takes 30 minutes on the clock to bring it. We complained on several occasions to the other waitress, who even told him on more than one occasion that we were waiting for him. He was busy talking to two people at another table, whom he seemed to know. I hope that the owner of the place does not pay this waiter to spend his day chatting with his acquaintances. After that half hour of waiting, he comes with the bill and the dataphone, having the little shame to say “the tip is not included, please mark it on the dataphone.” Sorry? Why would we leave you a tip, when we are dining in a place where it is normal for there to be mice and we have also waited half an hour for you to feel like charging us? They should have invited us after so much trouble. I will never return.

We went on the free brunch day. The food is good, there is a lot of variety and very delicious food. They charge you €24.90 and you can freely eat what they offer and they only give you a glass of juice or proseco. We ordered coffee, which we paid for separately, and I asked for tap water, which they told me they couldn't give me and they brought me two glasses of ahua water (not packaged) and they charged me €3.50 for each glass. I asked him if I could repeat the glass of juice as well and he brought me one without telling me that they would charge me €3. It seems to me that this information should be given to the customer since normally the glass of tap water in restaurants is offered for free.

We were here for brunch and the food quality was not good especially given the price (service good though). No one of 5 people was happy. Half of the plates were covered by green salad leaves. Eggs were cold (and not properly poached). Dry bread. Eggs Benedikt was missing hollandaise Sauce.

Unfortunately, not all guests were provided with food. Of course I understand the fact that many guests and Telekom employees were present, but that could have been coordinated differently. Unfortunately we moved to another location because we were hungry.

A mega location! Also great for closed groups!! Everything is very lovingly furnished, even if it is starting to get a bit old. Unfortunately, the drain in the toilet smells strongly, so the scent could be refilled 😉 The food is delicious, the coffee tastes really good. At breakfast I missed being able to put my own together... Nevertheless, everything was great and of good quality, so full marks

Beautiful location, exceptional breakfast selection, even I was able to follow a keto diet... however, €7.90 for a carafe of table (tap) water isn't really understandable... it's a shame, so I deducted a star.

We just wanted to eat something before the cinema and decided on Wilma Wunder because of NeoTaste. Service was courteous, there were vegan options and generally the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the atmosphere inside is a bit loud, so we sat outside.

I recently visited Wilma Wunder and was very pleased with my visit. I was particularly impressed by the warm pan-fried dessert – simply heavenly! The combination of warm, sweet flavors was perfect. The seating outside was also impressive, ideal for a relaxing afternoon. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere.

The food was okay, but there are only two stars because of the extremely unfriendly service. We were here on Saturday and sat on the left side as you come from the street.

We were here in the restaurant today with a group of around 15 people. I really liked the atmosphere, the service was very friendly, quick and attentive. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food. I had the pasta with salmon and spinach, garnished with arugula. The food was pepper-heavy, the rocket was very dominant, so there was hardly any taste of the salmon. Furthermore, tarte flambée was eaten, which was also not convincing. The Wiener Schnitzel and the salad were probably good, and the ham spaetzle was also unconvincing, as there was hardly any ham to be seen. The wine is also significantly too expensive at over €8. All in all, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right; there are much better options in Cologne.

We were at Wilma with a group of nine people on a Saturday evening and were unfortunately quite disappointed. First of all the positive... The service was friendly, but unfortunately that was it. However..... The salad was so manageably small that in my opinion it couldn't be declared a main course. If you don't order something else, you'll definitely go home hungry and the price will add up. The salad came without sauce, for everyone! We then had to reorder these. Then there were probably problems in the kitchen and the fries we ordered came and didn't come. Only when we were finished with everything did the fries arrive. At least the waitress came to meet us and waived it off our bill (another plus point for the waitress). We also sat down inside at an advanced hour and no one came to ask what we would like to drink. At some point we left because we absolutely didn't feel like it anymore. Unfortunately not recommended!

There were 7 of us in total who all ordered food and were very dissatisfied. An extra €4 was charged for 8 cubes of vegan feta, the vegan chicken looked very unappetizing and we didn't understand what they were thinking with the slimy fitness noodles. Very unfortunate. Far too much money left for what it ended up being. We were persuaded to take part in a competition. In exchange for our data, we were offered shots (egg liqueur or woodruff liqueur) at a table that had 1 alcoholic drink. When we said that we didn't want alcohol, our details were kept but there was nothing "on the house" as promised at the beginning. Overall, we had 1 very nice waitress who couldn't do anything for the shop in which she worked.

Brunch was delicious and extensive. Unfortunately, some things like butter, cream cheese, etc. were not refrigerated, but the pancakes were cold, very nice atmosphere. The male staff was attentive and helpful.

We came here a couple of friends to have few cocktails as it was weekend, it was pretty full. The staff are really friendly and attentive, welcomed us at arrival. But the waiters were asking every single table for the orders they carried out, there should be a system that when one waiter takes the order and the another will carry it out, shouldn’t be so lost looking for the guest ordering it. I mean, on the ticket it should be noted which table has the order! And also the Pina Colada cocktail was not good at the, tasted more of alcohol and the cream, no pineapple, no coconut taste in it. The waiter kindly changed it, but the second one was also not so satisfying! My partner ordered the Beschwipster Eistee, it was real good. And also we had shots of Schwesterherz, it was so amazing! Beautiful color and sourly taste! Just fantastic!

We sat outside with friends. The food isn't exactly cheap, the small salad is really incredibly tiny and is served in a glass🤣🤣🤣🤣. But it was tasty and the service was very nice.

The food options seems light and more of like brunch and quick eats. But don't be fooled, I left the restaurant feeling satiated. For non locals, you can request for the menu in English.

In the middle of Friesenplatz, city traffic has to be expected, of course 🤷 this includes both the loud thugs on their Harley's and the posers in the Lambo's, where people like to accelerate, just for fun 🙄 Otherwise, you can spend a nice afternoon at WWK going out to eat with your work colleagues. Food and service is perfectly fine 👍 It's better to take public transport and save €16 for the parking garage. Parking on public streets is rather difficult.

At the beginning the service wasn't that attentive, luckily we sat in a different "station" and the waitress was a dream. The food came 5 minutes after ordering...vomiting all night... Otherwise good.

Great location, in summer you sit either on the terrace or on the edge of the terrace, very stylish and really great. The food is good, we had the schnitzel, which was unfortunately fried a bit too greasy. The service was very friendly and good.

My husband and I spontaneously came here this morning because we wanted to have some breakfast before an appointment in town. We were greeted at the door by a friendly service employee who explained to us that there was a brunch buffet and that we could have a table despite not having a reservation. The buffet was extremely rich: There was, among other things, a great selection of a wide variety of bread and rolls, delicious pastries, lots of toppings, delicious scrambled eggs, bacon and great pancakes. Everything was extremely tasty and there was never anything missing when we wanted to have it. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable breakfast experience!

Really enjoyed myself other than the one service man who told me we aren't welcome back and to leave, really made me feel unwelcome. I understand I'm an Englishman in a German country but it felt really xenophobic and upset me, ruined the experience completely.

Drinks were good, however the old raisin man told us to not come back. He made the atmosphere in unbearable. Amongst other tables, he made sure that no one could have fun or enjoy their time at the bar.

Prices are expensive (I would not be able to come here as often as I would like!).
