Wilma Wunder in Karlsruhe

Wir waren mit unserer Firma das letzte Jahr auch schon bei euch und der Flo hatte uns damals schon sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Er hat ein sehr großes Fachwissen was die verschiedenen Weinarten sind. Und jetzt waren wir heute wieder bei euch und der Flo hat sich sehr gefreut uns wieder zu sehen und konnte sich an uns erinnern. Die Bedienung und das Essen war super gut.

Super lecker, Wohlfühlatmosphäre, wir kommen wieder

Hallo, wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort. Schöner, gemütlicher Innenhof. Tolles Interieur. Details: Der „Reiche Ritter“, also 4 Scheiben gebackener Toast mit Nutella und ein paar Blaubeeren 🫐 für 10,90€ finde ich „too much“. Daher ein Stern Abzug. _ PS: Danke für die schnelle Rückmeldung.

Alles sehr schön eingerichtet! Der Innenhof ist wirklich toll, besonders an heißen Tagen ein super Spot zum Verweilen. Die Bedienung war gut und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles ok, freundliches Personal und da kann man zur Not hingehen. Aber im Prinzip ist einfach nur System Gastronomie mit 0,8,15 Charakter, überteuerte Preise, v.a. bei Getränken, Möchtegern Hipster Style.. Ich würde dem jedes authentische Restaurant vorziehen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und qualitativ wirklich gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kellnerin – sie war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat sich toll um die Gäste gekümmert. Auch das Ambiente im Lokal hat uns sehr gefallen: modern, gemütlich und insgesamt eine schöne Atmosphäre. Durch die Größe des Restaurants kann es allerdings zeitweise etwas lauter werden. Insgesamt aber definitiv ein Besuch wert.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und leckeres, ideenreiches Essen mit sehr zuvorkommenden Service! Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es viele Variationen für ein vegan/ vegetarisches Gericht gibt mit regionalen, frischen Produkten.

Wir haben hier gefrühstückt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Die Speisekarte ist kreativ.

Ich war schon einige Male in KA im Wilma Wunder, zum Frühstücken, Mittagessen... Ambiente ist wirklich schön und gemütlich. Für meinen Geburtstag hatte ich einen Tisch reserviert. Die Bedienung hatte uns anfangs gut versorgt, allerdings kam sie dann leider nicht mehr regelmäßig vorbei. Offensichtlich fand er einen anderen Tisch sympathischer. Leider mussten wir dann mehrfach an die Theke gehen zum Nachbestellen. Die Bedienung wollte dann nochmal zur Bestellungsaufnahme für einen unserer Nachzügler kommen. War leider auch nicht so schnell der Fall. Beim Teller abräumen fiel der Bedienung ein Messer runter, was an sich ja nicht schlimm ist... Allerdings flog das Messer direkt in die Richtung meiner Freundin, die das Messer noch mit der Speisekarte fangen konnte. Wäre alles nicht so schlimm.. Wenn die Bedienung sich entschuldigt oder irgendetwas gesagt hätte. Stattdessen ist er ohne Kommentar weggelaufen. Meiner Meinung nach kam die absolute Krönung allerdings erst beim Bezahlen.. Meine Freundin, die das Messer gefangen hatte, wollte 8,90€ Bar zahlen und streckte einen 10€ Schein der Bedienung entgegen.. Und was macht er? Sagt ganz dreist "Das stimmt so oder?" Da war das letzte Fünkchen Sympathie verglüht...

Die Portionen sind klein, aber lecker. Service war sehr freundlich!

Empfehlenswert ist das frische und leckere Beilagenbrot beim Frühstück 'Kräftig und Deftig". Was jedoch den Gesamteindruck etwas schmälerte war die Gesamtwartezeit auf das Frühstück von ca. 90 Minuten / bei sechs Personen.

Leckeres Essen, super Service, schönes Ambiente...gerne wieder!

Insgesamt mehr Schein als Sein mit suboptimalen Service: * Lachs-Tartar war nur mit geräuchertem Lachs und nicht wie zu erwarten mit rohem frischen Lachs. (Kein Hinweis zu Räucherlachs in der Speisekarte.) * Nach der Vorspeise mussten wir sehr lange auf den Hauptgang warten, da vergessen wurde, dem Kollegen Bescheid zu geben, dass nach der Vorspeise noch die Hauptgänge folgen, wodurch die Küche nicht informiert wurde. * Ungefragt wurde bei den Getränken die größere Größe serviert. * Nicht Kinderwagen-freundlich: Wir wurden im Außenbereich zweimal umgesetzt. Einmal kann man verstehen, aber ein zweites Mal, nachdem man den zugewiesenen Platz mit Kinderwagen eingenommen hat, ist es leider nicht.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend im Wilma Wunder. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und gleichzeitig lebendig – perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden. Besonders begeistert haben uns die Flammkuchenschnecken, die nicht nur originell, sondern auch richtig lecker waren. Auch die Salate waren frisch, abwechslungsreich und schön angerichtet, dazu ein guter Wein – insgesamt einfach stimmig. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Lara: selten erlebt man eine so aufmerksame, freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Sie hatte immer den Überblick, war herzlich, schnell und dabei nie aufdringlich. Genau solche Menschen machen den Unterschied und sorgen dafür, dass man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Sehr schöne Location, sehr gutes Essen. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Einziger kleiner Punktabzug: wenn es innen im Gastraum voll ist, dann ist es ziemlich laut.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr nettes Personal. Waren am Muttertag hier, das Lokal war sehr gut besucht, das Essen kam trotzdem sehr zügig und der Service war hervorragend! Sehr freundliches Personal!

Tolles Ambiente. Servicepersonal super nett,und sehr aufmerksam. Gute Auswahl an Speisen und Trinken.

Unfreudliche Kellner. Normal reden ist leider nicht möglich. Ich wurde in meinem Leben noch nie so erniedrigt und bloßgestellt. Reden war nicht möglich. Leider wurden die Tatsachen total verdreht im Anschluss. Das Essen ist zwar nicht besonderes, dennoch habe ich dem ganzen mehrmals eine Chance gegeben. Nach der Aktion,...NIE WIEDER.

Einfach eine schöne location mit leckerem Essen, was nicht 08/15 ist. Schön das fast alles regional ist und es noch Milchalternativen gibt.

Ein wirklich großartiges Restaurant!! Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Die Inneneinrichtung ist wunderschön – bunt, lebendig und einladend. Die Speisekarte macht richtig Lust auf mehr und lädt zum Entdecken ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das fantastische Personal: unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis!!

A somewhat hidden restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The parking garage is very close, so no stress. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is refreshingly concise, and the food is delicious! Karlsruhe's main shopping street is just a few meters away; a stroll afterward is well worth it!

Beautiful courtyard, great ambiance, and a super friendly team. Valentin's sparkling wine bar is highly recommended, where you can mix your favorite spritzes :) The tarte flambée and schnitzel are also delicious!

The breakfast prices are as outrageous as the staff. You won't find anything under €14 here – and that's without a hot drink. Despite this, the place is always packed. Wilma Wunder is hyped, and the younger generation in particular is totally on board. Similar to Starbucks, it's all about being seen and showing off that you can afford it. I'd give it a solid 5 for value for money, but the success seems to justify the concept – albeit unjustifiably.

First off: The mango-ginger soup, currently on the daily menu, is a real taste sensation! The sweetness of the mango combined with the roasted ginger is truly invigorating! Our research group always enjoys going to Wilma Wunder and the food is excellent. Students also find something to their liking, such as the fries or tarte flambée. I highly recommend it.

The food was okay. Something was wrong with it, but since we were there with our child, we kept it. They offered to make it again. It was very busy, so everything took a bit longer. We asked about the toy box/art supplies that were supposed to be available. They weren't there, though; that was probably incorrect information some friends had given me.

Cool place, the menu is not very convenient. The food is ordinary. The potatoes were dry. The drinks were brought quickly. I can't fully evaluate the menu, because I didn't taste anything. A big plus is that there is a terrace

A truly lovely restaurant with a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. What we particularly appreciate: Breakfast selection: Super varied! There are many creative alternatives to the standard breakfast – something different and really delicious. Portions: The portions are generously sized; you definitely leave satisfied. Delicious food! 😋 I had the fitness noodles (konka noodles) and the pancake. Simply divine. Very friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. It was a tiny bit noisy, but that's really nitpicking. 😊 Excellent central location. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is located in a small alley accessed through the gate on the square (the restaurant sign is clearly visible). It is spacious and well-lit, thanks in part to the large window on the side. The interior is charming and modern. Extremely clean and well-kept. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the staff who directs you to your table. The tables are comfortable. The staff is friendly, always available, and quite efficient in processing orders and payments. The menu is very varied, with dishes and drinks not easily found in traditional cafes: perfect for those seeking isolation and new things to try and try. A wide variety of breakfasts and a wide selection of drinks. If you're staying in the city, it's definitely a place to have a nice breakfast or a bite to eat and drink, while spending some pleasant time alone or with friends.

Wilma Wunder is always our go-to coffee or lunch spot when we're shopping in Speyer 😄👌 Everything we've eaten there so far has been very good. The service is also super friendly and attentive... The homemade lemonades were delicious too. Unfortunately, the salad in the picture is only available seasonally 😢 but it's soooooo good 😃👍🤩 Dogs are immediately given water. A little photo dump highlight is always the trip to the restroom 😃....

I always go to Wilma Wunder when I'm in Karlsruhe. The food is delicious and the selection is extensive, especially for vegetarians and vegans. They also have a wide variety of drinks and homemade lemonades.

We had reserved a table for six people at Wilma Wunder in Karlsruhe today to celebrate my birthday in a pleasant atmosphere – unfortunately, the evening fell far short of our expectations. Despite our reservation, we had to wait over an hour for our food. It was particularly disappointing that the appetizers were served at the same time as the main courses, which disrupted the flow of the meal. Furthermore, some dishes arrived incomplete and, unfortunately, cold. However, what we found most regrettable was the service. Our polite inquiries were met with, in our opinion, an unfriendly and unprofessional response; at times, this even led to arguments, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Especially since it was a special occasion, we would have appreciated better organization, more attentive service, and greater respect for the guests. Overall, the visit left a negative impression, and we cannot recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

Unfortunately, we had a table near a birthday party, so we couldn't have a conversation to get to know each other as planned and had to flee immediately after eating.

I had the vegan schnitzel. It was on special offer and only cost €9.90. The portion was generous and everything was delicious. The service was super friendly and the atmosphere was cozy.

On Sunday, when the restaurant was packed and very busy, we received fast and incredibly friendly service. The food was excellent, and the cappuccino was simply divine! We will definitely be back.

We were there on an early Saturday evening. The restaurant was already quite busy. The ambiance is really very appealing and the service quite friendly. However, things went wrong with our order of appetizer and main course. Unfortunately, the server wasn't able to admit this or communicate it honestly. Only when we brought it up did she admit she'd forgotten, and we then waited almost an hour for our main course – unacceptable. Therefore, 3 stars for service. The food was beautifully presented, with attention to detail, and delicious. We'll definitely come back again...

The food was awful. The scrambled eggs weren't real eggs, but powdered egg. It said they came from free-range chickens, but they weren't homemade. The "homemade" sauce wasn't homemade at all, just bottled Sriracha. The avocado was old and completely brown. The cutlery arrived dirty. The hollandaise sauce was a ready-made Knorr brand; you could taste and see it everywhere. The tomatoes had been refrigerated and had lost all their flavor. The salad was completely undressed and tasteless. For all that, the food was ridiculously overpriced. It's just not worth it. My sister even had her birthday, and no one even offered a congratulations or anything. The waiter was also unfriendly. He didn't even ask if everything was alright. Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option.

The service was incredibly friendly, but the quality of the food was completely disproportionate to the price. The tarte flambée was dry and made with pre-made dough, the truffle fries were also rather disappointing, the juice spritzer was far too thin, and the draft beer was one euro more expensive than usual in Karlsruhe.

Simply TOP! Great food selection, great location (despite the large space, not too loud), beautiful decor. Prices absolutely reasonable. A big thank you to our server Hannah. Last Friday, I visited a friend in Karlsruhe, and we chose Wilma Wunder, as I'm already familiar with it from Cologne. Positive points: - Extremely pleasant atmosphere; you feel completely comfortable thanks to the bright, open space at the front of the restaurant. - The drinks and food were delicious. - Very friendly staff. Negative points: - After our visit, we both smelled strongly of a deep fryer, and our jackets were ruined. - While the staff was very friendly, at one point a female waitress was very loudly berated by a male waiter, which was unpleasant to witness as a guest. Nevertheless, we would return in the summer or once the smell issue has been resolved.

The cappuccino, hot chocolate, and cake were delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. However, on January 1st around 3:00 PM, it was packed, and we had to wait a while before we could order and then eat what we had ordered. When we reordered around 4:00 PM, everything went much faster.

The drinks arrived relatively quickly, but we had to wait quite a while for the food (almost 45 minutes). The coffee was already cold before the food arrived. However, it was very tasty and beautifully presented.

The restaurant smelled of old fryer oil. We left immediately.

Based on the pictures, we thought this place might be cozy. Unfortunately, we were disappointed: it was loud, but we were willing to overlook that. It took 45 minutes and a request to get the bread we had ordered as a €10 appetizer to arrive. It was supposed to be a quick snack. The Beef Stroganoff from the winter menu was priced at €25. We estimate there weren't even 100 grams of meat or sauce on the plate. The tarte flambée was pre-made, just like the fries. The smashed croissant tasted okay, but the execution was also convenience-oriented and disappointing. The side dish was misunderstood, first completely forgotten, and then charged in full. All in all, extremely sobering and disappointing. You're paying for the pretty setting.

This was our first time here. It was quite crowded and consequently very loud. Our order was taken quickly, and the drinks arrived promptly. However, we waited 45 minutes for our appetizer (bread with cold dip), and it only arrived after we inquired about it. The main courses arrived approximately 60 minutes after we ordered them. My dish (Beef Stroganoff) had so little meat in the sauce that it wasn't worth the price. My husband ordered fries as a side dish with his Smashed Croissant Burger, but they never arrived. When we asked about them, a portion was brought, but it wasn't charged as a side dish; instead, it was treated as a full meal. We weren't given a bill, only the final amount. Because of the discrepancy with the side dish, they only offered an explanation and didn't provide a separate bill. The food tasted okay, though not outstanding, but considering the whole experience, we can't recommend it and won't be returning.

Our visit was anything but wonderful. We ordered the tarte flambée from the lunch menu twice. The "diced beets" were completely missing, the "caramelized sweet potatoes" weren't caramelized, and the "spiced sour cream" was barely seasoned, if at all. When we pointed this out to the server, we received an espresso as compensation—for two incomplete main courses. A price reduction would have been far more appropriate.

Wir waren schon öfter hier. Das Essen ist immer super lecker und es gibt Gerichte, die man nicht in jedem Restaurant bekommt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I was here for lunch with a friend. We ordered the "Good Morning Toast." When it arrived and I took my first bite, I noticed that the sauce was spicy. I asked the server if the toast could be replaced or served without sauce. However, I was told that wasn't possible. I then checked the menu again, but it didn't indicate that the sauce was spicy. The comment that the food would have to be thrown away was completely unacceptable—especially since we still had to pay for the meal, or rather, we only received a 20% discount plus a hot drink. We weren't offered any alternative dishes. This was my second visit here. The first time, we were there for dinner, and there was a hair in my pasta under the tomato sauce. It couldn't have been from me. The plate was replaced then, which was fine with me. However, I have no understanding for the second visit, and especially not for the staff's reaction. I was told that I should ask if I had an allergy, for example. However, if the menu had mentioned that the sauce was spicy, it would have been my fault—but that wasn't the case.

Terrible service; I had to endure being insulted by a self-proclaimed manager. Promoting high values ​​on the website and talking about respect, but insulting guests as "cunts" certainly doesn't speak well of a qualified manager; on the contrary, it damages the company's image. Hopefully, further action will be taken against the short, dark-haired colleague who worked on Thursday evening, December 18th. This young man has no place in the service industry or in dealing with people.

We attended a company party at Wilma Wunder with a very large group. Everything went perfectly! Communication beforehand was incredibly easy, accommodating, and quick. We ordered à la carte, which wasn't a problem despite the size of our group. All the dishes arrived promptly, almost simultaneously, and tasted fantastic. The service was top-notch! Many thanks to the wonderful colleague who served us all last night! The ambiance, the location, and especially the outdoor area (even in winter when it's raining! Large umbrellas, standing tables, and patio heaters) are fantastic. All in all, a full 5 stars, thank you so much for having us as your guests!

The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and with a truly impressive selection. The drinks menu was also excellent, perfectly complementing the culinary offerings. The young waiter was exceptionally friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a restaurant I can wholeheartedly recommend. Highly recommended.
