Wilde Matilde Bar in Berlin

It's something special, you have to see it, coffee ☕️ and cake 🎂 delicious

We were there for breakfast on a Sunday. The store was full and there were clearly not enough staff. Long waiting times, service overwhelmed, orders came in installments and sometimes not as ordered. The setup was funny. Was disappointing for us that day. Such situations are not nice for the waitresses when they have to absorb the guests' bad mood due to poor planning.

It was the first time there and it was a really nice evening, something different! Service really super nice! And you could even dance afterwards! Really great, you have to do it!!👍👍👍

The restaurant was crowded. We were there with colleagues for the Christmas party. There weren't enough seats. We sat in different rooms. Actually there was supposed to be food at 6 p.m. A few starters arrived at 7:45 p.m. At around 10:30 p.m. the last colleague had his meal. We waited forever for drinks. If you asked the service, the drinks arrived all of a sudden. Shortly afterwards the drinks from the first order arrived.

Rocked down location. Are totally disappointed. When you call/ask a question you get a rude answer.....the website didn't work properly.....The menu didn't have any prices!!! The pink part of the location is dirty and unkempt, cobwebs, upholstery and tables are dirty. Thanks to very nice service we were allowed to implement ourselves. Otherwise we would have left.

Good food, although too salty like in Berlin. It's always like that in East Germany, so I understand that. Wiener Schnitzel was quite good, but in Tyrol it's called Tiroler Schnitzel. Tyrolean schnitzel is with mushrooms. Wiener Schnitzel is with lemon zest. Restaurant looks very nice and I would like to come again. Menu has no information about prices, so that's incomprehensible, that needs to change.

A visit to the Wilde Matilde Bar is an experience. The location is a feast for the eyes and really very individually furnished. There are a lot of seats available, but you should definitely make a reservation. The food was okay, the cocktails were a bit overpriced and there wasn't enough in them, and the service was Berlin-style warm. The highlight is the variety show, where there is fitness, dancing and trapeze gymnastics. I felt well entertained there. For me personally, the polonaise through the rooms was over. If you like rustic entertainment, this is definitely the right place for you.

After a walk around the capital of Germany, we decided to have something sweet to eat. How much sausage can you eat at Christmas fairs? We came across this place. We go inside full of empty tables and a guy comes running and says we can't sit here because there's a reservation. Out of 60 tables, maybe 15 were occupied. He showed us where to sit. We ordered cakes, ice cream and coffee. After a long waiting period, the cake arrived but delivered to the table next to us. Only those customers realized that it was not their order. The waitress came and served us this cake. Later the ice cream came and no coffee at all. After the meal, she asked if we had received everything and we said there was no coffee. She's an idol waitress. Overall poor service. These cakes are 7 out of 10.

The show was awesome, Avy our waitress was very hot and totally helpful, nice, funny, just awesome. Drinks were super quick and always excellent :) the only thing that wasn't so great is the food :/

Good atmosphere but horrendous service. We showed up at 5 pm on a Saturday when the place was relatively empty (3-4 small parties of people including us) and were not asked for our orders until 40 minutes in. We ordered cocktails, which came 30 minutes later. There was no use flagging down the waiting staff because they would ignore us. Over the course of three hours we were only able to order two twice. Other tables would be tended to more frequently for some reason. We were six people who sat quietly and waited patiently until we ran out of patience.

First you get assigned a waitress. Dear Kim took excellent care of us 🥰 We didn't eat anything but the 4 hour show, with breaks, was really good and worth the 15 euros. We drank about 4 cocktails per person. Unfortunately we had to postpone our table for a day, which wasn't a problem at all. We really like to come back 😍

It was our first time here and the ambience was simply amazing. Our waitress Avy was super nice and we never had to wait long for our order. The food was very dry and a little expensive, but it was enough to fill you up for the show and the evening. Gladly again, great dancer, great evening, just great.

We were there with friends for an event, more precisely, currywurst, fries, cocktail and program. We had a great time, we liked the show and the atmosphere was great, also supported by the guests on site. Another positive thing to mention is that after I complained about the bill (I only noticed the next day that another table had accidentally added it to our bill), the money was paid back without any problems.

Something very special. We were just looking for a glass of wine on Friday evening and stumbled in here by chance. At first we didn't think it was that great because the hits were playing incredibly loudly and the guests (all of them very excited over 50s) were also bawling along, but the decoration was at least attractive. But then the show started and we were thrilled. Live music, dancing, acrobatics and burlesque were offered. The waitresses were also very friendly and funny and the prices were very reasonable for the show on offer. I can't say anything about the food.

I got a 4-course gin menu for my birthday, great idea and for each course there is a gin that you can choose yourself from the drinks menu. That was it for the positive experience. The service was great, but completely overwhelmed! I'm from the field myself, but what's going on there is beyond words! 3 bar people behind the counter and we still had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks! Unfortunately the food wasn't that great, unfortunately lukewarm and I would have liked to have seen what I was eating beforehand! The crowning glory, however, is that we waited an hour for the main course and only got it when we asked, and we skipped dessert. No menu cards, and the real deal is just cheap paper servings, you're serious! Every curry stall has better napkins. We didn't watch the show until the end, but I'm not that kind of person either. We won't be coming back, but the place will be full without us as there are enough company parties and tourists in the city!

Crazy atmosphere, service very friendly. The cocktail was served in a childish plastic cup with a fisherman's technique feel. In my opinion, the presentation was therefore not successful. Questionable for hygiene reasons.

The experience here is unique! The show, the atmosphere, the guests and especially the waitresses are awesome! If you're lucky enough and Isa is responsible for you, the evening will be the best thing you've experienced in a long time. Isa is always there and you won't miss anything. We were at Wilden Mathilde at coffee time. Well attended, even large groups. Despite little staff, hardly any waiting time. Charlottii with double ii😁 was outstanding. Despite the place being full and initially alone in service, everything was mastered with flying colors. Hats off👍

Booked a candle light dinner for €200, then had to cancel and the cancellation confirmation came promptly, but there was no indication that my money would then be gone or that I would have to rebook in order to even begin to get something for my money. Many emails later still no response or refund. Really bad customer service and no solution or information about the regulations over the telephone. Book a place but never pay in advance!!!

With Isa as your waitress you will immediately feel at home! Gladly again !

The wild Matilde is a beautiful place of lightness. The ambience in pink and light blue gives the feel of a fairground. The carousel decorations and the trapezes mounted on the ceiling are evidence of events in which acrobats swing through the restaurant. There are huge pieces of cake and coffee/cocoa specialties. A good menu completes the offer. It's better to order a piece of cake for two.

Kim is actually worth 10 stars. Super nice, super fast, super competent. Class.

Ja es scheint zu sein das auf Reservierungen vor langer Zeit keine Rücksicht genommen wird. Wir wurden Ausgeladen grund Personalmangel das ich nicht lache der Laden war voll musten wir erfahren. Wurden ins Lischen Müller verfrachtet enge Plätze sehr hohe Preise schlechte Quallität. Von der Unterhaltung ganz zu schweigen eine langweilige Katastrophe. Auf keinen Fall weiter zu Emfhelen. die Rahnsdorfer

We went to the review for the first time last night and were totally thrilled. The food and the show were excellent...but the attraction was our waitress Fabienne...Berliner with heart ❤️ and snout.

Seemed like a tourist scam to me. I ordered a "cappuccino" (menu: €3.90) and was charged €7.80 (!!) for a "large cappuccino", which is not on the menu. My complaint was answered: After all, you drank the “big” cappuccino! "Drink first and then don't want to pay!" Even cheekier: the waitress had mistakenly booked a (again, of course, "large") cappuccino for my partner instead of the latte macchiato she had ordered (€5.50) and, although the error was discovered and a normal latte macchiato was actually served, she still remained silent Secretly also charged a “large cappuccino” for €7.80 for this one. The invoice amount was simply called out to me verbally. If I hadn't noticed that the order of magnitude was somehow wrong, I would have paid more than five euros too much. In addition, the piece of cake ordered by our friends at the same table was first forgotten and then the wrong one was brought. Not amused.

Crazy Berlin. Great shows. Good long drinks. A little too much flashing light could be problematic for sensitive people.

Very, very idiosyncratic restaurant, for me in a manga style. The food is not so crazy but classic with acceptable prices. The menu comes in the book, the numerous cocktails are colorful. The service from “Charlotii” was top and very eloquent 😇 All in all, you should visit it!

Lovingly furnished shop with fast staff and a large selection of food and drinks. All in all, happy again.

Something went wrong with our reservation. Nevertheless, the team made a great effort so that we were still able to get a table even though everything was fully booked. The food is limited to burgers, fried finger food, etc. All of high quality, but personally not my thing. The program is very approachable and amusing. The same applies to the service and artist team. 20s, CanCan, all-time hits and much more encourage you to laugh, dance and be amazed. We laughed and danced a lot. You get a fantastic evening in the wild Matilde!

angry waitress, very unpleasant and rude. cocktails are not worth even 1€, we ordered alcoholic ones, but there was not a drop of alcohol in them... I do not recommend

We had reserved for the evening, which is recommended. Admission for the evening with the program opens at 6 p.m., but it doesn't start until around 7:30 p.m. It's always impressive to me how everything works, especially in service, with such a full house and such hustle and bustle. Many thanks to Lia for your outstanding performance ❤️. The program was - contrary to what was expected - little/not at all burlesque, but still great. We would like to recommend that the cobwebs be removed and the curtains washed, then there will be 5 stars for the ambience... a successful evening

Ich war schon 2x in der Wilden Matilde (Brunch und im Sommer nachmittags essen - beides 2-3 Jahre her). Jetzt erneut mit Freunden an einem Samstag Abend (ohne Show). Die Kellnerin, an sich freundlich, hat ein richtiges Verkaufsgespräch aufgeführt, wirkte sehr auswendig gelernt. Es wurde sogar direkt erwähnt, dass es an einem Samstag Abend mal zu Problemen bei den Bestellungen kommen kann. Und genau so war es auch. Getränke wurden teils vergessen, Essen mit extra Wünschen wurden ignoriert und falsch serviert, es wurde gesagt, dass man gewisse Dinge nicht extra bezahlen muss (z.B. Pommes statt Kartoffeln) und es wurde am Ende doch berechnet. Das Fleisch beim Schnitzel war teils nicht richtig durch und die Pommes sehr versalzen. Doch sehr enttäuschend dieses Mal. Schade!

Unterirdischer Service und kaltes Essen. Von der Show, die extra kostet, haben wir nicht viel gesehen, da im Hinterraum platziert. Auf meine Feedbackmail gab es leider von Seiten der Mathilde keine Reaktion.

We waited on the terrace for 40 minutes and were not served even after getting up, going in and speaking to the waiter twice. There were a lot of people sitting outside being served. There were cards and blankets on the tables and umbrellas were put up to protect against the rain. Furthermore, when we asked twice, we were told that someone would be coming soon… But that didn't happen. We then left.

2.5 ⭐️ With the reservation for two people, we were seated with other people in the back of the place to save up space. With that, we could only see the performance through the TV. Each performance is 5 minutes tops, but the breaks are at least 30 minutes. We did like the acrobatics performance, though. If only we could see it properly 🥲 The singing men sound like it’s a karaoke night in a cheap pub, but at least it’s entertaining. The food and drinks are alright, don’t expect much from it. Our waitress - Sophie - was amazing, that’s for sure. Extremely friendly and communicative.

Waited 45 minutes for the food order, no apology, nothing. Glasses were dirty and the coffee tasted like water. Totally tourist trap.

We visited the location on a Saturday evening with a reservation. Centrally located and not to be overlooked. We were led into the Kaiser's Hall, a room in the far corner. You had the opportunity to watch the variety show on a monitor or, as the waitress told us and the other 30 people in the room: "Just put it in the door frame." The selection of cocktails was impressive, mostly €11.90 and tasted good. . Unfortunately the drinks menu was very worn and dirty. The food was lukewarm and oversalted. The service/staff was friendly and solution-oriented, but with the number of guests they also reached their capacity. It's a shame that it was a disappointment for us that evening. We went before the show started, so we can't rate it.

The food was average. If we hadn't had a voucher, I would have been disappointed 😞. For 20 euros per person and then the small coffee (not bigger than an espresso) was disappointing. Over time, I think you can no longer rest on the ambience. The upholstery is very worn and outdated.

We just wanted to have a coffee and eat a piece of cake. Were initially impressed by the ambience. Until the first mouse jumped through the catering area. Statement from the staff, these are my pets... sorry, mice in the restaurant are not possible!!!

If you want to have a wonderful Friday evening or Saturday evening with your friends, then you have to go there. The ambience and mood is great. The team is super nice and always makes sure everyone is happy. You can then get to know new people. The food is enough per portion for a whole evening. (Huge portions) There is something for everyone. And the shows are great. I can only recommend it to everyone. And thank you very much to the whole tram for a great evening with you.

We were really attracted by the decorations and decided to enter and grab a drink. We were told to sit only on pink chairs. But they were other people sitting in the other rooms. That wasn't even a problem with us. The problem came when the waitress started having a heated arguments with the customers next to our table. She was yelling at them as if they were kids. The think was they order a drink that is supposed to be served with cream and she didn't want to whip the cream for them. When she came to our table she was serving us while talking to the people on the other table. I found it a bit off. I understand that maybe she was under pressure, but i don't think talking to the people on the next table is ok while serving another. We had our drinks but we decided to leave as fast as we can as we were not standing the environment anymore. Terrible service.

So if I could I would give even more stars. We went to the show on Saturday evening... I can only recommend it to everyone, it was awesome...it was varied...extraordinary...just great... People were addressed directly...people were also included...the moderator simply came to the table during the breaks to have a chat...each of the waiter girls was super nice, super friendly and funny... Your entire team offered us a mega evening for that it would definitely have to be 11 out of 10....if you want to experience something out of the ordinary at the weekend, you are absolutely in the best hands there!!!!

There is only a small monitor in the back room. Visibility to the front was very poor. Too many breaks. Drinks were expensive but the cocktail mixes were okay. Still not recommended. Expected something better for a variety show.

We sat here for ONE HOUR yesterday waiting for our cocktails!!!!! A waitress never showed up outside to ask. We then left thirsty. Wasted time
