An insider tip in the Allgäu region. Ideal for families with children. The indoor playground is great, as is the adjacent playground with a skate park and sports fields. The food was delicious. We went there for dinner. The decor is quaint and rustically cozy, the service was friendly and quick. The portions were plentiful, and the food (cheese spaetzle and cevapcici) was decent.

We visited twice with a large group. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was very good. The children's area is ideal for children. You don't see them the whole time. You can also sit on the large terrace, depending on the weather. We highly recommend the Wildbach Alm. We would be happy to come back if we're vacationing in the area.

We've eaten at the Wildbachalm three times in the last two weeks. A lot has changed compared to previous visits. The food was excellent, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it was a bit too chilly for the lovely outdoor area. Our grandchildren especially love the fantastic playhouse. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

And the best part: Our dogs were given water straight away, without us having to ask. We'll definitely be back when we vacation here again. 👌

Outdoors is particularly suitable for families with children, as there is a small playground on site in the restaurant, even an arcade, for small and large children. We spent two weeks at the local holiday village. During that time, we ate at the "Wildbach" four times. That really says it all. The food was always delicious. The service was great. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing all around! If you're looking for a great place to eat at a reasonable price, I recommend this restaurant! Even a "long" drive is worth it! 😁 The portion sizes are generous and the food is excellently prepared. We (2 adults, 2 children) had an Alpine schnitzel, cheese spaetzle (... or cheese spaetzle 😉), and a Balkan platter for two and already know that we'll be eating there again on this vacation. The rustic yet quite modern ambience with its Allgäu charm is just right, and the remarkably friendly staff is even more worth mentioning. 👍👍👍👍

We stopped here for a break after a long bike ride and received a very friendly welcome, refreshing drinks, and delicious food! The food was tasty and plentiful, freshly prepared (we could hear the schnitzel being pounded from the kitchen 😉). We were able to park our bikes within sight and sit outside in the shade. The service was friendly and unobtrusive. The restrooms were perfectly fine. And last but not least, we were able to use a 2-for-1 voucher from Mobile Vouchers. For us, it was an all-round enjoyable break and a highly recommended inn!

For dinner, we ordered the Balkan platter for everyone and didn't regret it. A huge plate of meat and fries were plentiful and delicious. The service was very attentive, and we felt so comfortable that we were the last guests to leave. We'd love to come back – the price-performance ratio is absolutely spot on! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality.

Delicious food in a cozy and quaint restaurant in the holiday village. The staff is VERY friendly and everyone is in a good mood. Special praise goes to Tsvetan, who specially made/organized a new burger for our daughter! The portions are generous – great value for money!

You could also give it 3.5 stars. I'll give it the following reason: The food was plentiful and good [the roast pork and red cabbage could have been a bit hotter]. The schnitzel was amazing. Unfortunately, we wanted goulash, which was on the menu, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Furthermore, they didn't have all the drinks listed. The ambiance is rustic. It was nice, and we were full. But unfortunately, there wasn't enough for more. That's not to say you can't eat there.

Looking at the display outside, you wouldn't guess that the food is so delicious and plentiful. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We enjoy ordering and eating there regularly. Highly recommended.

This is our third time eating here, and each time our expectations have been exceeded. Very family-friendly, with a children's play area. Direct access to the indoor dining area. The ambiance is fitting for this region. It's not noisy, and it's easy to have a conversation. If you have questions, they'll try to help. They also keep an eye on things in the store. Wi-Fi is also available for guests. No long wait times.

Pleasantly surprised! We ventured into the Wildbach Alm for the first time today, even though we vacationed right here last year. Our concerns, however, based on some of the truly negative reviews, were rather unfounded. We might have had somewhat different expectations given the name "Wildbach Alm," but after a glance at the menu, it was clear this wasn't a Bavarian restaurant. The dishes (grilled plate/spaghetti Bolognese) were impeccable and exactly what I'd expect from a Balkan restaurant 👌🏼 Next time, we'll definitely try the large Balkan platter. It looked impressive at the neighboring table 😲 The friendliness of the hosts is absolutely worth mentioning. You're in good hands here with children. We have teenagers, but a few days ago we had an exceptionally positive encounter with a restaurant employee in the adjacent playhouse. During our visit to the restaurant today, the friendliness was top-notch from the very beginning (even without our teenagers). For families, this place is definitely a unique place. The playhouse for kids is unique. We'll be back... With or without the kids🤪

I ate here today. I was asked straight away what I wanted to eat and drink. I thought the food was very expensive at first, but when the food arrived, after about 15 minutes, I saw how large the portions were. You'll definitely be full. There are also children's plates for children. The service is very good. I was treated kindly and the staff were very nice. Definitely worth a visit. Super family-friendly atmosphere. An incredibly huge children's paradise. The prices are completely reasonable. The children's meals are almost like adult portions, but at a lower price. Between 5 and 8 euros. The adult meals are huge. There were nine of us, so there was no problem with seating. It was lunchtime, and no reservations were necessary. The staff were super friendly.

Good food and a great playground for the kids

The currywurst was of average quality, and only lukewarm. Mayonnaise costs extra! The Maultauschen (sausages) were very dry, and the fried onions were raw! The potato salad was very tasty, but the mixed salad we ordered with it was less so. Luckily, we ate in the dining room, because despite small children, there's a lot of smoking on the terrace; even employees go there for a quick cigarette.

The XL schnitzels are big enough for everyone, the gravy was delicious. The other schnitzels are a bit small, but the quality is perfect. The beer is very good. The Kaiserschmarren was excellent. The restaurant itself is a bit old, but the food was very good and inexpensive and the staff was also extremely friendly (thanks again from the children for the sample portions of the slush ice cream :)). Especially great for families with children as there are lots of opportunities to play without disturbing the adults in any way.

We sat there on the terrace, the alpine pasture has a lot of potential but unfortunately it is very untidy and untidy. The food is rather below average, and these days it's simply not possible to charge extra money for ketchup and mayo, you only know that from McDonald's and the like. There's a lot on offer for children, which is great 👍🏾
