After a steep climb, we were rewarded with a fantastic view. Unfortunately, the Enzianstube offered a very limited food selection. The tomato dumplings were completely dry, and there was almost only bread available – a real shame.

A great place to stop for a bite to eat. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food, but it looks delicious. The drinks are delicious and super refreshing after the climb. Since we were sitting outside, we had to order inside, pay right away, and take it out ourselves, but I didn't mind. Friendly staff, fair prices, and the view is beautiful 👍🏼

We were here today. Since I have celiac disease, I have to follow a strict gluten-free diet. I was able to clarify with the manager what I was allowed to eat: Swiss sausage salad, mixed greens, pea soup, pumpkin soup, and plum dumplings. (The baked potato should be okay too, I forgot to ask.) I had the large salad plate, and it tasted very good. The pretzel that usually goes on the salad was omitted. 👌🏼

Beautiful location with a view "upstairs." You have to wait a bit, then the friendly service arrives. Our sausage salad was missing bread, but it came right away upon request. The portions could be a bit larger in general, and at this price. The taste was good.

The food and drinks were delicious. There was even musical entertainment that day. However, at just under €16, we would have expected two whole dumplings for the dumpling duo, not just two halves...

After our hike, we took a short break at the Enzianstube, which was the right decision. Friendly staff and a delicious snack with drinks. Thank you very much!

A lovely café, prices are absolutely reasonable. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. You'll need to bring cash, though.

Nice place to stop for a break, right at the middle station of the Alpspitzbahn.

We unexpectedly arrived at the hut due to a rain shower. It is furnished in a typically Alpine style, but with a modern feel. The service was absolutely impeccable. Although the weather meant that a lot of people crowded into the hut very quickly, they were very accommodating and found a place for everyone. Of course, with a certain touch of the typical Allgäu directness, which is also part of the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied.

First up high with the Alpspitzbahn, and then a leisurely hike down into the valley. Stopped and stopped at the Enzianstube. I chose the Berglerwurz - very tasty! The service is attentive and the view from the terrace is indescribable! Gladly again.

Nice hut, the food is also quite good, although the portions are quite small. Service can be improved - after 3 p.m. you feel a bit "annoying". The fact that card payments are still not accepted here in 2023 is kind of a joke. Update 2025: Still no card payment. It's starting to get really ridiculous.

Unfortunately it was closed when we were there, but you could still enjoy cold drinks from the fridge on the terrace. Thank you for this offer even during your summer break. 🍻👍🏻

Great hut at the cable car in Nesselwang, the food was very tasty and was prepared quickly. In addition to a terrace, you can also sit inside. The hut has a changing table so that the hut can easily be visited with babies/toddlers.

You had to wait a bit long for the order and for the food. But the view was really great and the taste was also a dream. The dumplings are really perfect and the salad is also very well prepared. In comparison to the Alm up at the mountain station, it's a DREAM. It's better to go to the Enzianstube than all the way up!

A great place. Very homely furnished hut with great, attentive service staff. We were on the Alspitzbahn on Saturday and took a break at the middle station and stopped at the Enzianstube. It was very full but the nice service staff said “hey, just sit down where there is room” and I thought that was great. They were in a good mood and moved quite quickly even though the room was very full. The food and the hot chocolate with cream were delicious. Thank you for the great hospitality, a clear recommendation.

Keine Empfehlung! Sehr lange auf ein Paar Wienerle und eine Portion Nudeln mit Bolognese Sauce gewartet. Nach 20 min Nachfrage bei der Bedienung: ja ja , kommt gleich. Weitere 10min später: kommentarlos weggelächelt. Wenig später wurde das bestellte ( von anderer Bedienung) wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt. Ich habe dann bemerkt, dass das jetzt aber ziemlich lange gedauert hat. Darauf pampige Antwort: das ist normal und wenn es mir nicht passt solle ich halt woanders hingehen. Danke für den guten Tipp! So werden wir es in Zukunft machen.

Kaspressknödel = crispy toast bread with cheese in a good broth. Too bad!

Very cozy, very friendly wait staff. The kitchen staff helped clear things up, but when something was asked they said "I'm not responsible for that" and it wasn't forwarded. Too few service staff when it's full. Employees “run themselves to pieces under the conditions”. The food was very tasty and definitely recommended.

Sehr schöne Hütte. Das essen war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Top Preis Verhältnis.

Wir waren als Familie dort und die Karte gibt überhaupt keine Kindergerichte her. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Brot mit Käse wurde uns nur die große Käseplatte angeboten für Erwachsene. Willkommen im kinderunfreundlichem Deutschland.

Nette Hütte, tolle Aussichtsterrasse mit Blick auf Nesselwang. Liegt direkt an der Mittelstation der Alpspitzbahn. Mein Tip: Entlang des Wasserfallweges zur Enzianstube wandern. So hat man sich das absolut empfehlenswerte, leckere Knödel-Duo auch verdient.
