Wiki Bowl in Frankfurt am Main

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed and is being rented out due to family reasons. We were there today and got the information from the new owners. A new sushi shop is opening. It's a shame 🥹

Small but nice (better to reserve in advance): homemade pasta at its best from a passionate and committed chef. Following Tamara's recommendation (many thanks for the attentive support!) to try the latest creation, linguine with zucchini pesto (not yet on the menu), turned out to be spot on. The other dishes were also very tasty, the carbonara for example. original with pancetta. Plus a glass of Custoza and finally the dessert plate, which was expanded to include a second tiramisu - we were actually full, but dessert is still possible 😉. Many thanks also to Andrea, who shared his passion for his small restaurant with us: we felt very welcome and enjoyed the food come la mamma!

Very unfriendly staff, noodles were undercooked and the food was tasteless. In terms of the overall experience, it felt like checking in at a McDonalds. It's a shame because the first visit was great.

Unfortunately, participation in the B My voucher booklet with only two types of pasta to choose from (tomato/pesto), although it is not mentioned anywhere in the voucher and the voucher is unlimited. Then please do not take part in the voucher program. Therefore, food cannot be rated.

Everything was amazing from the bread and olive oil with vinaigrette drizzle to the house salad to the carbonara with handmade pasta. Highly recommended for anyone who’s in the area

Unfortunately the food was too salty. The second portion tasted ok. Unfortunately the bill was also high. The wine was charged more than what was shown on the menu. No correction was made. Overall not a great experience, rather average and overpriced. Better go somewhere else.

Today I was at bocconcini for the second time. The last time (May 22nd) the carbonara was great! The guanciale cut into thin strips and fried until nice and crispy, the pasta to the point with a creamy Pecornio sauce, some fresh pepper... just the way it should be! Today's visit was a disaster. The pasta was dry, the pasta water definitely didn't see any of the sauce. So let me know that there was no pasta water. What did I get? A new portion that was just as dry! Luckily I ordered water with my meal, so I was able to add some water to the noodles. The guanciale was almost raw and cut into cubes so large that it was just tough and barely edible. Every other piece ended up back on the plate. Conclusion: What a disappointment! In just a few weeks, the restaurant went from a recommendation to a place I'll never set foot in again!

dear people I worked there in the kitchen for four days, I'm a cook and I've seen a lot if you know what I mean, On the first day, a Monday, I opened the refrigerator and found mold and other messes. I'm not writing this to get one over on the operator, but to protect the guests. I called the veterinary office and because I was at it I immediately reported an Italian in the north end, Napolimania, where it was even worse. You shouldn't eat at Bocconcino, the risk of catching something is very high

The fresh pasta bolognese and the carbonara were the worst pasta we have ever eaten. Also the bread served seemed to be 1-2 days old. Drinks were fine.

I have no idea what happened to my order today, but the portion was almost half the size of the last order, tomatoes were missing from the pasta and instead there were raw red and white onions (al salmone). Otherwise, even this absolute budget version of what I ordered was still very tasty. One order was a 5*, today's was a 2*. I think the 4* is fair :D

Quite a nice neighborhood restaurant. They are making the noodles by themselves! It was a bit salty for me and could have had more flavor - decoration and atmosphere could have been a bit nicer. Overall nice and recommended for a try if you're closeby

My husband and I were for the first time visiting the Bocconcini restaurant, since it's in our neighbourhood and it looks very sympatic! What a lovely surprise it was! First we were offered some very fresh pieces of bread and high quality olive oil from Sicily. So the start could not be better! We ordered one "Cacio e Pepe" and one "Carbonara". The pasta was handmade, so fresh and cooked with perfection! The service was also fantastic. The restaurant members are very polite and welcoming to feedback. To finish the dinner we were offered amaro shots from Calabria. Delicious and fresh way to finish an excellent dinner! Such a lovely place, combined with great work and quality can only succeed! Also the price is SUPER fair. We can just reccomend a visit!!!! Can't wait to be back to try the other dishes. We wish the restaurant much success!!! GRAZIE MILLE!

Beware of rip-offs! The pasta was really tasty, but unfortunately the bitter awakening didn't come until afterwards. We wanted to share an appetizer with several people. When asked, the waitress said that this was possible. When we paid, we were asked to pay four times as much instead of the price for an appetizer, because appetizers at bocconcini are charged per person. This is not even mentioned on the map. When asked why four times the price was charged, the waitress only replied that she was “just an employee”. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers! Annoyed, we paid. Unfortunately bocconcini won't see us again.

Absolute heart recommendation. We were here for the first time today. I have rarely experienced such charming and warm hosts and service. The noodles are homemade and simply delicious. Andrea and his team understand the extremely rare art of “being a host”. This place offers so much more than the handmade and perfect pasta with the excellent and fruity sauces. Here it is important that as a guest you feel completely looked after, both culinary and spiritually. The service is incredibly attentive, but at the same time unobtrusively relaxed and courteous. There is fantastic Sardinian Ichnusa beer, but also red and white wine and rosé. Homemade sugar paste is served with Italian espresso. Unfortunately, after the good portion of carbonara, no more tiramisu fit in! :) We felt extremely comfortable there after about 2 hours, so we canceled our table at another restaurant with friends from outside and preferred to reserve a table there.

An absolute gem among the Italian restaurants in Frankfurt! We recently placed a takeaway order and were absolutely delighted with the quality and taste of the dishes. The portions were generous and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The carbonara was undoubtedly the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying in Frankfurt so far. But the Cacio e Pepe and the Gnocchini Funghi were also a real culinary delight. There was also the Insalata con Verdure, which was a refreshing addition to the pasta dishes. The desserts were heavenly - the tiramisu pistacchio and the cheesecake were simply incredibly delicious! The service was also excellent - friendly, quick and courteous. I was warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable. Overall, our experience at bocconcini was simply fantastic, and we will definitely order there again. An absolute must for all pasta lovers and gourmets in Frankfurt!

Discovered this restaurant by chance, thinking of finding the old poké place, it was a pleasant surprise to find this pleasant Italian place. We were at bocconcini for the first time today and definitely not the last time! The food was incredibly tasty, prices were great and super fair! It was really authentically Italian and we felt incredibly comfortable. The pasta was extremely good and pretty much better than any other hyped restaurant in Frankfurt!!! The waitress looked after us incredibly well and was always there! Then big compliments to the owner, it felt like we were guests in his home. He was an incredibly good host, entertaining and we had a great chat with him. He personally looked after each and every guest and made sure that everything was great! We are pleased to have come across this insider tip and to come back soon. You are the best! Please continue!

Yesterday we had dinner with 12 people. The pasta was amazing and homemade!!! Price/performance 👍 Boss, cook and service were very nice. You think there is nothing good to eat on Mainzer Landstrasse (near the main train station) and you are often put off by the surroundings, but you can eat really delicious food here and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended for pasta fans. Since the location is very small, you should call in advance and make a reservation if you are coming with several people. Keep it up 👍 See you soon

When you enter the restaurant you are greeted in a very friendly manner and you immediately feel at home here. During a nice conversation with the owner, the homemade pasta and gnocchi are served, with a great sauce and delicious vegetables. Afterwards we had a super delicious homemade pistachio toramisu. You definitely have to take this!

This great little restaurant is very centrally located. Fresh pasta and salads every day, a culinary delight. It is very cozy and lovingly designed and the staff welcomes and serves the guests warmly and lovingly. There was even a welcome champagne. The food couldn't be better in terms of taste. Wir gehen sehr gern Bowl essen und dachten wir testen dieses kleine Restaurant. Es war nicht viel los. Die Bowl hat mir persönlich geschmeckt. Wenn man reinkommt geht eine Klingel. Diese geht auch wenn man vorn am Eingang sitzt also ständig. Es sind sehr viele Fliegen da, die beim Essen stören. Tische waren leider nicht sauber. Die Ambiente ist ok,wäre schön wenn etwas Musik laufen würde. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden aber Kaffee bekommen ist nicht möglich.

Ich bin mittlerweile mindestens 1x die Woche hier zum Essen und ich bin immer wieder zufrieden. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen.

Super leckere und frische Bowl. Ich habe die große für 15 Euro genommen und bin davon satt geworden. Ich finde es toll, dass man so viele Zutaten wählen darf. Drinnen war mir die Musik einen Tick zu laut/anstrengend und draußen sind man halt direkt an der Straße. Wer aber leckeres Essen möchte, ist hier total richtig.

Beste Bowl in FFM. Der Laden verdient mehr Aufmerksamkeit 👍🏻🍽️ Cleanes essen.

Super preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und toll, dass die Bowls alle gleich kosten (egal, ob man sich eine selbst zusammen stell oder nicht). 12€ für eine normale Portion und die macht schon ordentlich satt. Kartenzahlung möglich. Bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da gewesen :)

In dieser schwierigen Zeit ist es sicher ein unternehmerisches Risiko ein Restaurant neu zu öffnen. Beim Wiki-bowl habe ich jedoch n ein gutes Gefühl, denn die Qualität stimmt. Man wählt die einzelnen Komponenten auf einem Block aus und bekommt kurz darauf eine leckere und üppige Bowl serviert. Die Hauslimo ist auch inklusive. Auf jeden Fall eine abwechslungsreiche und gesunde Alternative an der Mainzer.
