Good food. I ordered the "Bieber" burger, and it was delicious. The only downside was the bacon—it was unfortunately soft instead of crispy. Otherwise: friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere.

The schnitzel was good, but the pasta isn't worth recommending. For €15, you'd expect a bit more than a mashed-up powdered sauce with not-so-fresh mushrooms. The chocolate mousse was also very small for almost €10.

We ate there for the first time last Saturday with a colleague, and we were thrilled. Excellent service, super friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing: My husband had the Feuerhaxe (a roast pork knuckle), I had the meatloaf, and my colleague and her husband had schnitzel. A huge portion and truly excellent German cuisine. I shared the recommended strawberry tiramisu with my husband... the recommendation was also great. We'd definitely come back!

The ambiance is perhaps a bit old-fashioned, but it has a lot of charm – that's exactly what I really liked. The music wasn't quite to my taste, but that's really complaining at a high level. I'd especially like to highlight the homemade lemonades: The ginger version was nicely spicy and refreshing, and the pomegranate one was also very good – a bit more tart, but with an intense flavor. The small side salad was fresh and not too big – just the right size for an appetizer. My schnitzel was cooked perfectly, and the hand cheese used to top it had a very special, almost extraordinary flavor – top notch! The burger was also cooked to perfection and very tasty. The fries were crispy and perfectly prepared. The restrooms were absolutely fine. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and especially understanding towards children – which I greatly appreciate. The price was also more than fair: I've rarely had such good food and drinks at such a reasonable price. Overall, I can say: I'd happily recommend this restaurant – and I'd be happy to return myself. By the way: I deliberately omitted to mention that I'm from Offenbacher Geschichten so that I could give a completely neutral review. I also wasn't influenced by some of the negative Google reviews – and I don't think the restaurant lives up to them at all. The service was friendly, the food was okay... Unfortunately the seating in the garden wasn't well maintained and you could have wiped it... I don't have to, I don't have to go back again... The food wasn't good enough...

Very bad service: you order for several people and get separate tables. When asked, it was said that it would not be possible otherwise, even though the restaurant was empty. We then put the tables together ourselves and the waitress wasn't interested at all. The best part comes at the end of the payment: you are not made aware from the start that there is no EC payment, and some of us still had to run to the bank. So something like that doesn't work at all. Maybe the schnitzel tastes good, but the service was 0.

We were there today, unfortunately very disappointed. The veal liver was very sour, apparently marinated incorrectly. We left everything on our plates.

Ate there several times, unfortunately I wasn't really satisfied. Hand cheese with music was hand cheese with raw onions and drizzled with oil - I know it pickled so that it soaks nicely. The bread was missing with the hand cheese and the salad was quite sour. The Homemade Green Sauce surprisingly had the taste and consistency of a retail product that I was familiar with. When it came to homemade lemonades, I experienced everything from sour to sweet, even though I ordered the same thing several times. Apparently the difference between lime and lemon is not known when it comes to lemonades. I didn't get a reference to lemon, even though lime was on the menu. The ambience is okay and the service is mostly friendly. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the hall that still exists, as it is probably closed due to dilapidation. The wind garden is designed quite nicely.

But as far as I saw, there were only 1-2 waitresses... simply not enough on a Friday. Ordered here three times and today was definitely the last time. How can a restaurant be so incompetent and deliver the wrong food every time? And something is always missing??? Don't you read what customers order beforehand? So they should no longer offer delivery service.

The food was delicious. However, the service is poor. Our table was completely ignored. To the question: have you forgotten us? Came the harsh answer: I'm alone here! Even if you are alone, you should serve the guests in the order in which they arrive, which unfortunately didn't happen. When reinforcements finally came and served us, there was absolutely no sign of friendliness. Too bad...very bad! The boss at least apologized for his staff as he left.

Been here again for a long time. We were looking forward to delicious food, but were disappointed and disabused. When it came to the schnitzel, we were unusually served a molded schnitzel, the fries weren't in the deep fryer long enough and were served half raw. When mixing the ready-made sauce that was served with the meatloaf, a spoonful of too much powder probably got into the water. The sauce had an over-spiced taste. This was probably supposed to mask the taste of old rancid fat, in which the fried potatoes got their dark color. In my opinion, the meatloaf wasn't minced meat, but rather some kind of meat mixture that tasted a bit "flabby". The whole meal was served by a cold and unwelcoming waitress (see also other Google reviews) and listless-looking waitress. We will stay away from this location in the future

Unfortunately the restaurant cannot be reached by phone! The email from the legal notice is not assigned and the suppliers' invoices are not paid either. Unfortunately, Mr. C. is a dubious businessman. I would advise against visiting such a restaurant.

It was another wonderful evening with good food and drinks. The Wiener Hof seems to have changed owners a few times recently. The current one is really good! The restrooms are clean, and there's no dirt on the tables. The service is impeccable. It's a shame there were so few guests. I wish the whole team the best of luck and success!

If you enjoy the thrill of not knowing when your food will be delivered even though you ordered it two hours ago. If you love being lied to and told the delivery person is already on the way, when in reality the restaurant hasn't even started preparing it yet. If you like being brushed off on the phone when you ask for an update or an explanation. And if you ultimately enjoy a one-hour-delayed, cold schnitzel, soggy fries, and a variety of plastic boxes (including one that only holds two slices of bread) - then you've come to the right place!

Unfortunately another bad delivery experience. Not only too late, but also blatantly lied about the delivery time.

Unfortunately, this was a disastrous experience. 1. The dining room was cold (heating off?) 2. The food was rather tasteless and carelessly shoved into chef's dishes (without a sharp knife) 3. The card reader was apparently broken, which perhaps should have been reported upon arrival 4. The owner was out more than there 5. The service was completely unmotivated (only 5 tables occupied) 6. And there were people wandering around in the kitchen who, in my opinion, didn't belong there. We gave the place a third chance and were disappointed again. That was it.

The food is truly delicious. No complaints. The service was completely overwhelmed due to understaffing, whether intentional or not. One person couldn't manage the bar and service at all. At the time we were there, there were about 50 guests. We could have easily ordered two rounds of drinks if the waiter had just stopped by. The manager should focus on one thing and just provide support.

Normally I never give bad reviews. But I'm really upset. We often order via Lieferando and have often eaten there. The food itself is really delicious! However, the waiting times are really abysmal (around 2 hours on average) and something is always either missing or delivered incorrectly... Always with the justification that there is a lot going on. We have never received exactly what we ordered. Since it is so delicious, we tried it over and over again. But after another entire meal was forgotten today, it was our last order today. When there is always so much going on, you still have to hire staff. If you eat on site, you will have a lot of disagreements that will be discussed very loudly. You have to give a company a little time to get going, but after more than a year that should actually be the case... It's a shame, because the store actually has great potential.

I ordered there for the last time. First the wrong schnitzel arrived, then a new one was brought but the delivery person simply put it on the mailbox and drove away. Really impossible. I have never experienced such poor service. Although the restaurant was only sparsely attended, we had to wait almost an hour for our food on Sunday lunchtime. And then unfortunately it wasn't even particularly good, the best thing was the coleslaw.

Pretty good since it reopened. The food is really tasty and the menu is clear and there is actually something for everyone. It would be nice if something had been changed in the interior. I'm not talking about new tables and chairs. You really have a beautiful yard here and lots of space, which would look much more inviting with a little attention to detail.

I ordered something through Lieferando. I remembered Wiener Hof as good. But the food that was delivered today just wasn't good. Fries, absolutely tasteless. Very unfortunate. Especially for the price. Aioli was ok. 5 small pieces of bread. At least warm.

We waited less than 5 minutes for a drink and the food was on our table after 20 minutes. My utmost respect. I usually always give good reviews. The store is highly recommended. But today everything went out of control. Paying €30.00 for 3 pancakes with Nutella and waiting 2.5 hours to get this result is really bad. After asking why it was taking so long, the answer was, there is too much to do, Thursday... at 9:45 p.m....

I've known this place for 20 years. Since the owner changed, the beer garden has become really nice, new toilets, everything is actually really nice, great female service. But unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the food even though there were hardly any guests. Unfortunately the food was nothing special. It's a shame, the place had real potential with good management. Anyway, good luck to the new owners!

The food is absolutely delicious, great portions and most restaurants can take a leaf out of this side salad. High praise for the new chief of the new kitchen. Great fried fish, it was very tasty and the fries were nice and crispy. Then there was the Bieberer Schnitzel, which was also grenade...the service is quick and very service-oriented. Overall, really successful! Keep it up, now I really smell like garlic, but I can only recommend the aioli as an entrée. And the nice thing is…despite seeing the “new” Blacky again… So thank you and we will come back as always.

New owner.....daily menu with changing dishes and open daily. The summer garden has become very beautiful and the food is really delicious...I'm looking forward to the next visit...my recommendation is half chicken or rum steak.

Unfortunately, we didn't get any concrete information as to why this is the case. We then left and are now eating somewhere else. A pity.

Unfortunately, the wrong food was delivered to me, after a phone call and a curt response from the chef, I did get 'cheese spaetzle' delivered, but unfortunately they were for the bin! You could tell it was just before closing time and the cook was clearly not in the mood anymore. Well, it's a shame because the food was good the time before, but apparently you don't need any new customers. These were by far the worst cheese spaetzle I have ever eaten!

It was still hot when the food was on our kitchen table. Ordered meatloaf. tasty and plentiful. That was a good choice. We can only recommend it.

Today the six of us ate at the Wiener Hof. The service was a complete disaster. It was totally underground. We've never experienced anything so bad. We waited a full 40 minutes until 2 of 6 dishes came. Then another 30 minutes until the next 2 plates came and another 20 minutes until the last plates came. Usually people eat together as a group and not separately. Then there was a large bucket of leftover food on the counter next to us that also smelled. That was extremely disgusting. That made my stomach turn. In between, the waitress always loudly pushed the leftover food into the bucket with the cutlery. Bah. It was hardly possible to entertain. The two stakes were simply English and not even medium as is normal if you don't say anything about it. When asked whether spinach could be served with salmon, the flippant answer was that it goes with fish fingers. The worst thing was that the waitress didn't even think it was necessary to apologize or offer anything on the house as a gesture of goodwill. It was really a very bad experience. We spent €145 on a few things, but you can at least expect to be treated decently. And it goes without saying that in a restaurant you should provide good service and be friendly to your guests. A few tables after us were also served beforehand. In between there was apparently a lady there who was part of the staff or something else and she completely ignored the incident. We didn't seem to be that important as guests, even though I spent almost €500 there for my birthday in November. At that time there were completely different competent and friendly waitresses there. It's a shame if it all went away so quickly.

Wir haben heute zu sechst im Wiener Hof gegessen. Der Service war die reinste Katastrophe. Es war total unterirdisch. So was schlechtes haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben geschlagene 40 Minuten gewartet bis 2 von 6 Gerichten kamen. Dann nochmal 30 Minuten bis die nächsten 2 Teller kamen und nochmal 20 Minuten bis die letzten Teller kamen. Normalerweise isst man als Gruppe zusammen und nicht getrennt. Dann hat neben uns auf der Theke ein großer Eimer mit Essensresten gestanden der auch gestunken hat. Das war extrem eklig. Da hat sich mir schon der Magen umgedreht. Die Bedienung hat dazwischen immer laut mit dem Besteck die Essensreste in den Eimer geschoben. Bäh. Unterhalten war kaum möglich. Die zwei stakes waren einfach English und nicht mal Medium wie es normal ist, wenn man nichts dazu sagt. Als man fragte, ob man Spinat haben könnte zum Lachs war die flapsige Antwort das gehöre zu Fischstäbchen. Das allerschlimmste war, dass die Bedienung es nicht mal für nötig gehalten hat sich zu entschuldigen oder aus Kulanz irgendwas aufs Haus anzubieten. Es war wirklich eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir haben für die paar Sachen 145€ ausgegeben dafür darf man wenigstens erwarten anständig behandelt zu werden. Und es ist ja auch selbstverständlich in einem Restaurant guten Service zu leisten und freundlich zu den Gästen zu sein. Es wurden auch ein paar Tische nach uns vorher bedient. Dazwischen war auch anscheinend eine Dame dort die dazugehört hat zur Belegschaft oder sogar anderes und sie hat den Vorfall komplett ignoriert. Wir schienen als Gäste wohl nicht so wichtig zu sein, obwohl ich im November dort für meinen Geburtstag knapp 500€ ausgegeben habe. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren komplett andere kompetente und freundliche Bedienungen da. Sehr schade wenn das alles so schnell nachgelassen hat.

We all ate schnitzel. There was nothing to complain about with the food. Portions were good, the side salad was fresh. The young lady in service did a great job. Very friendly and personable. Ambiance is just a matter of taste. Restaurant is a bit old, but looks clean. The only thing that struck me as extremely negative was screaming from the kitchen. There was probably a fight in the kitchen that evening... In my opinion, the guests shouldn't notice that. The problems can certainly be clarified in a different tone or after work. But we will definitely come back.

"Endlich ein Restaurant, das mir Schnitzel nach Hause liefert!", dachte ich mir, als der Wiener Hof in meiner App auftauchte. Das alleine ist schon ein Grund, das Restaurant zu bewerten. Aber die ganze Geschichte wird noch viel besser. Erst einmal sollte ich festhalten, dass die Schnitzel und auch der Handkäs super sind und ich meine Bestellung nicht bereut habe. Auch waren die Pommes für gelieferte Pommes (wer öfter bestellt, kennt das Problem) noch verhältnismäßig knackig. Schnell ging es auch. Alles in allem ein super Erlebnis. Die Krone hat dem Ganzen dann die Reaktion des Chefs aufgesetzt, als bei unserer ersten Bestellung leider etwas fehlte. Er hat sich hier direkt um die Angelegenheit gekümmert, konnte sich nach ca. 2 Wochen noch an mich erinnern und hat den kleinen Schnitzer bei meiner nächsten Bestellung mehr als wieder gut gemacht. DAS ist Kundenservice. Daher sind hier von meiner Seite 5 Sterne angesagt. Vielen Dank für so viel Kundensservice, ich werde öfter Schnitzel bei Euch bestellen!

Wahren mit 5 Personen schon das zweite im Wiener Hof. Heute Gans mit Beilagen einfach lecker. Einmal Steak waren alle so wie man sie bestellte. Das Service Personal sowie der Chef sind zuvorkommend. Man kann das Restaurant wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Ajoli mit leckerem Brot, Steaks mit Pommes und Salat. Bedienung war sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Eine schönes Lokal. Gutes Essen und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ab und zu bestellen wir auch Essen To Go. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass uns der traditionelle Wiener Hof noch lange erhalten bleibt.

Schön wie immer, drinnen u. auch draußen im Biergarten. Seit dem neuen Koch u. auch neuem Chef ist das Essen sehr, sehr lecker geworden🍀 Sehr hundefreundlich, immer Leute mit Hunden da. Großer runder Ecktisch drinnen wird gerne reserviert für uns…4 Leute mit 4 Hunden. Auch Wasser für die Hunde wird sofort gebracht, auch mal Leckerli🙏💞 Alles sehr positiv…auch die Leber mit Bratkartoffeln, Zwiebeln u. dazugehörigem leckeren Beilagensalat❣️
