Heute am Dienstagmittag (29.10 2024) waren in der Brotsalatbowl mit wenigen Hähnchenteilen überwiegend altbackene harte Brezenteile als "Brot"unter die Hähnchenteile mit Grünsalat vermischt. Das fühlte sich an wie Touristenverarsche!

Eigentlich steht in dem Titel schon Alles. Das Essen war wirklich mangelhaft. Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Location des Biergarten - nur für ein Getränk - ist nett.

Delicious food, crispy fried fish, not greasy, large plates, desserts are very delicious. The atmosphere outside is chill. In the evening it's windy. If it's cold, you can move inside.

Food: just a pizza, service: non-existent: you sometimes have to queue for 20 minutes, poor organization. It could be done differently. But for me perhaps the most beautiful beer garden in the center of Berlin... apparently also a meeting place for students from the nearby university after work. Space is tight... the interior is also great with 1960s architecture and interiors at their best (the photo is intended to show the summer atmosphere at a small ice cream stand... the real bar is much larger!)

Want to order a cold chocolate milk with ice cubes in the heat. No problem according to the waiter. What came? Hot chocolate. Quite a nice location.

Location wunderschön, toll vorbereitet und sehr netter Service. Trotz vieler grösserer Gruppen nicht zu laut. Das Esses war sehr lecker und preislich voll angemessen. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit, sehr gerne wieder. Einziges Manko war, dass wir lange auf Hauptspeisen warten mussten und Service etwas öfter hätte vorbeikommen können ob alles OK ist. Danke!

Die Weltwirtschaft ist wegen ihrer Lage direkt an der Spree und der Terrasse vor allem für laue Sommerabende bestens geeignet. Das Essen ist lecker und der Service ist gut.

Absolutely recommended when it comes to pizzas. The Diavola is topped with the Calabrian salami Nduja. An absolute highlight of the Berlin pizza landscape!! Totally unexpected piece of gold. We'll be back ❤️

Everything has been redone, looks much nicer and somehow more comfortable than before, the food isn't bad, but the service is unfriendly and ignorant. I felt like a nuisance. I had the impression that I had to apologize for presuming to want something to eat and drink, just as later when paying. Well, maybe they'll get the hang of it, because the food isn't exactly cheap, but the food is pretty good.

I was here with a very large group and the reservation and cooperation with the advance food order was flawless. But then we had to organize everything on site and tell the waiter which food should be served. That was a bit surprising for me as a guest. Somehow everything worked out and the great location right on the Spree made all of our guests overlook the disorganization. The beer garden is self-service. I can recommend it for a relaxed get-together with friends and as a stop while sightseeing. Unbeatable location.

Incredibly unmotivated staff today (September 4th, 3:30 p.m.) at the little café, especially the young man with blonde hair. You arrive and say hello, he doesn't even say hello back and looks at you blankly. Then you ask what apple spritzer there is, and he doesn't feel like helping and just points unmotivatedly at bottles in the back of the shop, which you as a customer can hardly recognize from a distance. Otherwise absolutely unmotivated, unfriendly and annoyed towards customers. Location is of course great, but the staff downgrades the place greatly - wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Wir waren hier in einer größeren Gruppe zu einem Abendessen. Das Wetter war sehr gut, insofern saßen wir draußen. Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Dazu gab es ein sehr gutes Essen: viele hatten Pizza gewählt, ich habe mich für die Dorade entschieden. Jeder war sehr zufrieden mit den Speisen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Were there 08/24. The restaurant is located directly on the Spree. The staff is very nice. The antipasti plate was very tasty. The furniture doesn't invite you to linger any longer as it isn't really comfortable, but the view of the Spree excuses that.

Very, very tasty food at reasonable prices. The dressing was very tasty, the goat cheese was fried just right and the walnuts were caramelized. Additionally, the beetroot gnocchis were to die for. The wine was tasty, the service was friendly and quick and the ambience was great with a view of the water. I'll definitely come back!

The beer garden has a pleasant atmosphere and is right on the water, but the view is not quite as special as I had imagined. Unfortunately, the chairs are a bit uncomfortable, which makes staying there for longer periods less comfortable. I found it interesting that there are two different service areas: self-service is the order of the day, while you are served under the umbrellas. However, we were a little disappointed that we couldn't order pizza shortly after 9 p.m., even though we would have liked to eat something. Overall, I had imagined the beer garden, which is so often praised, to be a little different. There are certainly positive aspects, but there is still room for improvement.

Painfully slow service with an air of arrogance about the staff that just adds to the experience and i have been waiting here for over an hour after ordering and my food is still nowhere in sight. I believe part of it is down to the fact that i’m British and i feel discriminated against.

First of all, the positive: the food tastes excellent. However, if you as a single person just want to enjoy the evening with a pizza and a few drinks, you will obviously be deliberately ignored, probably in the hope that you will eventually leave in annoyance and thus free up the table for a potentially more wealthy group. A very unpleasant experience that I do not intend to repeat. The ambience is average, but for people who like to be by the water (like me) it's nice enough for a nice evening. (As long as you don't spoil it)

Very relaxed combination of restaurant and beer garden, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, usually alternating weekly menu with good quality. But last time we had Pizza Buffalo drowned in a weak tomato sauce, Wiener Schnitzel for €29 with potato salad from the pack. Sorry, that doesn't work at all! Total disappointment and no longer recommended for eating, what a shame!

There is a self-service report and a separate on-site service report. First we decide on service. After a good quarter of an hour, we unfortunately still didn't have a memory card, so we, like other guests, moved to the self-service area. We had to queue there for a while. The prices are okay and you sit comfortably with a view of the water. Both beer and cake were delicious. I can't rate the service because it doesn't exist. A pity.

We were there for the European Championship final and it was ok for the crowd.

Centrally located, but there are nicer beer gardens in Berlin. A plus is the table tennis table. This is my second time here, unfortunately the service is just as bad as the last time. Our waiter could hardly open his mouth and probably doesn't know thank you or please. The prices are simply too high for such a service. Food selection is very limited but tasty. All in all, not recommended, there are better places in Berlin with friendlier staff.

Chaotic conditions. Waited over 75 minutes for 3 pizzas. You do get a device that is supposed to vibrate when the order is ready, but in the end the food was only prepared upon request. Through the small pickup window you could see that the kitchen was visibly overwhelmed and chaotic. I can't recommend it at all, especially considering the prices for the pizza (€14 for a pizza salami)

Ich bin begeistert, immer wieder, war schon öfter in der Weltwirtschaft, Essen war immer sehr gut, Atmosphäre ist super, tolle Musik und das unübertreffliche Ambiente der ehemaligen Kongress-Halle, perfekt. Schade allerdings, dass es wohl kein Frühstück mehr gibt, das war auch immer sehr schön.

Nice restaurant behind the Chancellery directly on the Spree. Lots of space on the patio or in the restaurant. There is also a pizza and beer stand for short visitors.

Really sad organization. Small pizza margarita, 45+ min wait. Aperol is sold directly, at the checkout, but! To “pick him up” there is a separate queue (15+ min). We don't come here anymore.

This underrated location is located near the Federal Chancellery. The route from the main train station there appears further on Google Maps than it actually feels. There is a large outdoor area with a beer garden feel, in which the gastronomic principle of self-service is applied. The rooms inside invite you to linger and have a certain charm from times gone by. Both the food and drinks are of solid quality and are affordable, which is something you wouldn't expect in this location. Unfortunately the service leaves something to be desired. Only by making eye contact with the employees will the table be asked for further orders. This is much better. In general, I think you could get a lot more out of this location. Everything seems a bit old, but as mentioned, it also has a certain charm. Particularly noteworthy is the table tennis table in the interior. Trowels and balls are ready and invite you for a short match. All in all, a centrally located location that you can definitely visit with a larger group.

Wiener Schnitzel aus der fritte! Kartoffelsalat aus dem Eimer! Der Kellner hatte sich verplappert. Das ganze für schmale 29€. Das Essen ging natürlich wieder zurück. Unser Kellner war freundlich und bemüht, was kein Vorwurf ist aber irgend jemand musste ja den Hut auf haben…haben wir vermisst. Die Getränke waren gut, und die Location an sich schön.

A very nice place but the organization didn't work. It's self-service and a buzzer actually lets you know when the pizza is ready. Unfortunately the buzzer didn't work, so after an hour we asked politely and then queued in front of the kitchen and after another half hour we finally got something to eat. Numerous other customers also had the same experience. I also got a normal wheat beer instead of my non-alcoholic version, which I didn't like either. So nice location, but unfortunately the service is inadequate for the price!

We reserved a table for 15 people 9 days before a European Championship Germany game. There was no indication that there was a minimum consumption of 40 euros per person. I was called 3 hours before the reservation began and was told about the minimum consumption. Since I can't spontaneously decide for 15 people whether that's ok, I said I'd call them back. 10 minutes later the table was simply canceled by the restaurant. 5 hours before kick-off we start looking for a place for 15 people. Thanks for nothing 👌🏼 Providing information like this when making the reservation or simply calling a few days earlier would have been helpful.

Sat in the beer garden and drank coffee. When the dishes were returned it was claimed that one of the chips was not from there and the deposit had not been paid out. Don't you know your own dishes? Why do you need chips anyway? Pure rip off!!!!

It shocked me that the restaurant does not offer an overview of allergens, which is mandatory, and extremely important for some - not for fun, but for health reasons. They didn’t even put the little letters next to the dish. As a person with coeliac, I am saddened that I have encountered such an approach, which does not take into account the significant health risks related to my disease. No place when you are in need of gluten free food!

A warm shandy for 5 euros simply doesn't taste good anywhere in the world. The view isn't particularly exciting either. There are much nicer corners in Berlin.

Great architecture from the 1950s with an open hall in the Bauhaus style. Restaurant with a beautiful view of the Spree. You don't have to wait in line, you get friendly service.

Our ideas and wishes were 100% implemented by a friendly and professional team. The service team was great, the pizzas were delicious, the DJs and music were great and the dance floor was perfect for a long night of dancing…

In Berlin-Mitte, near the Spree, The global economy was tempting, but the service left a lot to be desired, oh dear. 😕 On Sunday at 6:30 p.m., 21 degrees and the sun was nice but still mild, 🌞 I found the opposite of service, because what happened was just "wild". 🌪️ Self-service, yes, that sounded practical, but the employee when ordering (a light beer, a pizza) seemed absent, not enthusiastic. 😐 Everyone was out of draft beer, the young temporary workers were confused, 🍺🚫 None of 5 people knew how to find a new barrel and put it on the tap in just 10 minutes. 🤷‍♂️ A pizza was requested, there was a 40 minute wait, 🍕⏳ Then the issue said: “The order is unknown to us”. 🙄 The order was lost, the dough was already gone, no responsibility taken, a single service desert like the sand on Malle beach. 🏖️

Die Reservierung war sehr einfach und bequem!! Das geräumige Lokal hat was und vor allem einen schönen Außenbereich! Die Auswahl der Essenangebote ist nicht so umfangreich, aber ausreichend! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

On Sunday I asked the guy behind the bar to change my phone and he said he doesn't have a charger, but it was obvious that he was lying so I asked my boyfriend to ask him again and than he suddenly had a charger and was able to charge my phone...... than I left a review (I deleted it) stating what happened and he came back apologising and also trying to tell me that the charger he used to charge my phone is mine (it wasn't), that I had given it to him with my phone (I didn't), and that I should take it with me. Now I actually feel super sorry for the guy because he apparently works for a boss that reads Google reviews and tells off their stuff if there is a bad one.....

I'm such a mean, cheeky little badger: even though I didn't even want to drink a beer, I just muddled 8 fresh pilsettes into the warehouse. People always think different. Rules are there to be broken what the hell m8.

Actually, you can't do much wrong here given the location and architecture. But they still manage to make you feel annoyed every time. You stand in line for hours for self service. On a sunny holiday, there are only the two of them at the place. Everything was organized really stupidly! I actually thought they would learn as they went along. But it's been like this for years, they can't make it because guests seem to be unimportant. So you have to live with it, willy-nilly. A pity!
