Wir waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen

Nach unserem gestrigen Besuch der Revue im Friedrichstadtpalast hatten wir uns einen Tisch in der Tapasbar reserviert. Wir waren gleich von dem Ambiente überzeugt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und charmant vom Serviceoersonal zu unserem Tisch geführt. Und was wir dann erlebten, war einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Super guter aufmerksamer, freundlicher, beratender und humorvoller Service. Auch einen riesigen Dank an die Küche, die ausgewählten Speisen waren köstlich. Ich bedanke mich im Namen meiner Begleiterinnen. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Es war gut, zu reservieren! Das Essen war hervorragend, beim Cocktail habe ich gedacht, er wäre alkoholfrei.. Schade

Wir haben diesen Restaurant in einer Pause zwischen zwei Theatervorstellungen in der Nähe besucht. Da wir auch in diesem Melia Hotel übernachtet haben , erhielten wir 10 Prozenten Rabatt auf die Rechnung. Wir haben uns im Voraus für eine gemischte Tapasplatte für zwei Personen entschieden. Zuerst kalte Tapas dann auch die warme als Empfehlung vom Koch und eine Erklärung über die Tapas. Es war alles zufriedenstellend: freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen, gemütliches Ambiente -vielen Dank dafür!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Abend in der Tapas Bar! Reservierung war einfach, da es ein Buchungsportal gibt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein . Es gab Zeit für Spässchen und Nachfragen zu den Gerichten. Das Essen kann ich (auch meine Begleitung) nur loben. Wir hatten die Tapas-Platte für zwei Personen und den gebackenen Ziegenkäse mit der Apfel-Marmelade! Sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Auch die Aioli war würzig und lecker. Die Toiletten sind im Hotel und sehr sauber. Es war ein wunderbarer spanischer Abend mit Urlaubsatmosphäre. Die Preise finde ich gerechtfertigt. Bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Nach dem Essen dort bekamen meine Freundin und ich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung, von der ich mich zwei Tage lang erholen musste. Als ich es ihnen sagte, meinten sie nur „Okay“ und legten auf. Wir vermuten beide, dass wir uns die Vergiftung durch die frittierten Paprikaschoten zugezogen haben.

Gute Tapas Bar mit sehr gutem Service, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben das Restaurant für ein Essen vor dem Theaterbesuch genutzt und das hat wunderbar geklappt. Schönes Ambiente mit Blick auf die Friedrichstraße und super Service.

Das essen war ganz gut. Der service auch es ging alles schnell und die mitarbeiter waren nett. Es ist eine angenehme ambiente. Und abends gut besucht

Als wir ankamen, waren auf dem Nachbartisch gerade leckere Tapas angekommen. Die nette Dame, die das genommen bemerkte meine gierigen Blicke und schwärmte von der wunderbaren Aioli. Später konnte ich dies bestätigen und bat die sympathische Lady ein Foto von mir und meiner Schwester zu machen. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit leckeren Tapas und guter Gesellschaft!

Tolles Restaurant. Jedoch wurden besondere Hinweise nicht umgesetzt. Es sollte zum Geburtstag dekoriert sein. Das war nicht der Fall. Außerdem konnten wir beobachten, wie die Sangria gemischt wurde. Zu großen Teilen mit Eis, Wasser Und Saft/Limo und mit sehr wenig Wein. Als spanisches Tapas-Restaurant habe ich mir dort eine bessere Mischung gewünscht und nicht die spanische Touri-Abzocke.

Das ist der aller beste Tapas Laden in dem ich war. Die Tapas sind wie eine Geschmacksexplosion im Mund. 😍

Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre und die Cocktails sind hervorragend. Ich habe meine Calamari und den kleinen Teller mit mediterranem Gemüse sehr genossen. Ein schöner Ort, um sich mit Freunden zu einem ruhigen Gespräch zu treffen. Freundliches Personal. Schöne Einrichtung.

Meine Schwester und ich wohnen im Hotel und haben dort einen Zwischenstopp für Wein und Tapas eingelegt. Ich bin so froh, dass wir das gemacht haben! Das Ambiente ist einfach wunderschön! Die Angestellten waren super freundlich und gut gelaunt, und das Essen war wirklich köstlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Alles ausgesprochen lecker, Portionsgrössen sehr gut, eignen sich hervorragend um sich gemeinsam durch zu probieren. Service freundlich und schnell

The food is not good. The portions are a joke. The drinks were served in glasses that smell like dirty cloth. But the worst part was the staff! We were ignored and disrespected. 1 star is too much for this place

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne her. Leider haben viele Tapas Läden geschlossen oder haben stark nachgelassen. Hier gibt es noch super gute Tapas, die uns immer an unsere frühe Tapasbar in Barcelona erinnern. Es ist super lecker und auch der Service ist super nett. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Essen war im Vergleich zu vergangenen Besuchen nicht gut, eher mäßig, der würzige Ziegenkäse war ein schwacher manchego. Wir werden es uns zweimal überlegen wieder zukommen., Leider !

Okay, the location is great and the ambiance is really nice, both inside and out on the terrace. However, I can't bring myself to give the food more than two stars. I had calamari, and until now, I've only ever tasted it deep-fried. Then it's golden brown, crispy, and flavorful. At the Meliá Tapas Bar on this Friday in July 2025, it arrived pale and wrapped in a soft batter. Of course, I can't see into the kitchen, but I'd say it went straight from the frozen bag from the supermarket into the steam oven. Since our friends' prawns and my wife's goat cheese weren't exactly culinary revelations, we'll keep an eye out for nearby alternatives when we get a little peckish.

We were only customers in this (hotel) restaurant. Food was average, but far from good spanish tapas. But the service totally ignored us. I ask if they are open and there is 3 of us for a dinner. Waitress show table, disappear for 10min and bring 3 espresso that we didnt order. We though that maybe this was greetings from the restaurant but it was not, charged 10.50€ at bill. We had to wait 20min for menus, it took maybe 5min to decide dish, then after 20min wait again i got server tob take order. Food came faster luckily. Only thing we got fast was the bill. I asked for separate.. well, you guess right, only one total bill for the group. Location is only good thing in this place.

The drinks were very good, but that's unfortunately the only positive thing... The vegan food selection is unfortunately very limited, and the portions were a small appetizer. The restaurant staff were also extremely unfriendly, while the staff at the reception and breakfast buffet were very accommodating and met all our needs... I will never eat at the tapas restaurant again!

Beautifully presented dishes. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Too bad the outdoor terrace is on a busy road. But of course you can also sit inside in the atmospherically decorated restaurant.

"Large" tapas platter, and there are exactly two prawns on it?? The rest is also rather sparse. The quality, ambiance, etc., are all fine, but unfortunately, the price/performance ratio isn't good. The San Miguel was great, but unfortunately, it can't make up for the price/performance problem.

Good selection, fast service, unfortunately the aioli was a bit weak.

A beautiful restaurant in a prime location, with friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, the waitress couldn't provide any helpful information regarding sauces and flavors, giving the impression that the staff wasn't familiar with their own products. A "taste" would have been helpful, of course, but unfortunately, they lacked the "experience"... Despite the exorbitant prices (soft drinks—a 0.2l or 0.25l Coke cost €4.70), we had a pleasant culinary evening!

Nice staff and nice location, the tapas were a disaster. Completely over-fattened - and over-priced. Terrible.

Highly recommended! We tried the tappas tasting and got a very good selection of cold and warm tappas. Everything tasted very good, our service was quick and friendly. I can also highly recommend the non-alcoholic cocktails. There is something special about eating there. We will definitely come back.

If you are completely ignored by the staff in a half-full store for 30 minutes after ordering a drink, that's not okay. It worked at the next table after 5 minutes... It shouldn't happen. Too bad.

Wir wurden trotz unserer normalen Alltagskleidung sehr zuvorkommend und hervorragend bedient. Das Essen war ein Traum. Alles selber gemacht und es erstklassig geschmeckt. Natürlich nichts für den kleinen Geldbeutel, aber trotzdem ist das Essen sein Geld wert. Ein großes Lob geht an den Koch und speziell an den Kellner.

Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of eating here. Therefore we can't comment on this, but the service was extremely rude when we asked for a table for two. It's understandable that you might not be able to get a table on a Saturday evening so centrally in Berlin. However, this could also be communicated in a more friendly way. Because of this rude rejection, we will definitely not consider going to this restaurant again. 1 star 🌟 for customer friendliness!

To be avoided, there is nothing Spanish about it, now let's say that when we tried a tasting platter for 2 we felt less than a taste of Spain!! The only positive note was the wine, good but above average priced, we chose it to have a light dinner with two tapas and a glass of wine, but the tasting was a catastrophe!!

There is often a lot going on here. But once you have a place, it's pleasantly comfortable. Spanish ambient music along with the warm lighting creates a relaxed atmosphere. The service is quick and friendly, the tapas are good and spicy. The desserts in particular are top class.

Despite a cozy restaurant and decent service, the tapas are not very tasty, not bad, but not qualitative and not very plentiful given the price, which is too excessive for the service.

Wir sind nach einem Theaterbesuch an Heiligabend als Familie dort eingekehrt, mit Reservierung. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, die Atmosphäre war entspannt, obwohl fast alle Tisch besetzt waren. Die Auswahl an Tapas ist reichlich und alle schmecken lecker. Fazit: Wir haben uns ganz bewusst für ein Tapaslokal entschieden und genau das bekommen. Gern wieder! Swetlana P.

Way too expensive for the amount you get. Food otherwise fine.

Die Reservierung des Restaurants war unkompliziert. Ein Tisch am Fenster, gemütlich und angenehm. Das Essen ist frisch zu bereitet und köstlich! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Tapas kamen mit einem riesigen zeitlichen Abstand - bei Nachfrage sagte die Kellnerin (Azubi), dass die Tapas hier immer einzeln nacheinander kommen. So einQuatsch! Das ist nicht der Sinn bei Tapas. Man isst doch nicht nur Käse, dann nur salat, dann nur oliven… Das „Rinderfilet“ war voller Fett & Sehnen und lauwarm. Dafür über 16€! Die patatas bravas waren gar nichts kross. 1 Gericht wirde vergessen, 1 falsches Getränk wurde gebracht. Die Kellner waren alle super unfähig - entweder frech oder haben kein Deutsch verstanden. Englisch ging auch nicht. Nie wieder! Sehr schade. Vor 6 Jahren war es noch top!

Food was very basic. Nothing stood out to me as far as flavor. The squid rings were not seasoned. They were just dipped in batter and fried. We ordered an abundance of food and nothing but a basic salad I order pleased the pallet. I’ll insert pictures below. Service was not bad however I speak fluent English and my boyfriend is fluent in Spanish. Our server was Asian and the language barrier was apparent. For a Spanish restaurant, I was highly confused by the lack of communication between the server and the customer. Other than that I would not recommend this place to eat versus all the delicious restaurants surrounding the area.

We were very surprised at how friendly a restaurant can be. And no, it wasn't empty, it was really full, and yet we didn't have to wait long for repeat orders or for our food or drinks. It was super delicious, it was Not very cheap, a bit more upscale, but every cent was worth it. Keep it up, you're really great. A big compliment to your employees, we would be happy if you passed this on to the service staff. ❤️🥰

Wir sind enttäuscht von dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren jahrelang bei Ihnen zu Gast. Leider haben sich die Preise schnell nach oben entwickelt. Das wäre zu verschmerzen, wenn es dabei geblieben wäre, wie in früheren Zeiten die Portionen dimensioniert gewesen sind. Leider sind die Portionen (besonders Käse + die Tortillia) aber inzwischen so klein, dass ein erwachsener Mensch davon nicht satt wird. Der Service war ok.

Wines and tapas were good. Service was friendly.

It was a very pleasant stay. You just can't ask for a spoon because you'll get the question: "Why?" The communication between the waitress and the guest is clumsy. We were able to laugh afterwards, but you don't expect that in such an atmosphere. Otherwise a very nice tapas bar and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect… and then the best service ever… without Thomas, the sweetest waiter, it would have only been delicious. So it was extremely enchanting…

We went to a Latin evening with live music from the Peter Befort Trio in the Tapas Bar. The atmosphere was simply fantastic and the music was of a high standard. The staff is very attentive, in a great mood and we followed their recommendations with a mixed tapas platter for two people. The fried squid rings, bacon-wrapped dates (my favorite), peppers, potato wedges with alioli and of course Serrano ham and Manchego cheese were very tasty. A fantastic evening with Spanish-Brazilian flair. Absolutely recommended. Always my pleasure!

The tapas were indescribably delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was right. We really liked it and would highly recommend it.

The taste of the food was on par with that of well-known discount grocery chains in Spain, the drinks lasted over 15 minutes and stood around for 3 minutes before they were served, with just 3 tables and 5 people at the bar. A nicely decorated store, after all Unfortunately, the service is particularly friendly and the food is rather catastrophic.

Waited nearly 10 minutes for server who was busy chatting with another server at the bar. Ordered a drink (Negroni) and she said they did not have it. I showed her the menu - she said she knew how to make it. No, she did not!!! Ordered bread and olives to start - bread nice and it came with 4 olives. Servers spoke very very little English.

Here you can end your visit to Berlin with a cool drink before you head home with the DB.

Essen sehr lecker, aber wie meistens bei Tappas zu teuer. Beim Rotwein schon fast unverschämt eine Flasche im EK von 4,95€ für 33,-€ zu verkaufen!

Fantastic place, fastinating ambiance, excellent service.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend mit super live Musik. Die Tapasauswahl ist sehr gut und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Das musikalische Trio hatte ein sehr hohes Niveau und hat uns begeistert.

The beautiful place. The service was good (being a Spanish food place they should manage the language). Very bad food. The raw tortilla potato. The calamari is very salty.

Since we don't eat seafood, we ordered individual tapas. In terms of taste, the Albondigas were very boring (5 mini meatballs for about 11 euros). You can't go wrong with bacon-wrapped dates (3 dates for about 8 euros) and a small pan of vegetables (for 9 euros) We also shared a kind of sandwich toast for just under 15 euros. The service was overloaded and annoyed and the store wasn't even half full. There was also shouting at each other in the kitchen. We paid just under 60 euros and weren't even remotely full. I would have expected more for this location.

Da wir keine Meeresfrüchte essen, haben wir uns einzelne Tapas bestellt. Geschmacklich waren die Albondigas sehr langweilig (5 Mini-Fleischbällchen für ca. 11 Euro). Bei Datteln im Speckmantel kann man geschmacklich nicht viel falsch machen (3 Datteln für ca. 8 Euro) und ein kleinen Pfännchen Gemüse (für 9 Euro) Dazu haben wir uns eine Art Sandwich-Toast für knapp 15 Euro geteilt. Der Service war überlastet und genervt und der Laden war noch kicht mal halb voll. Es wurde sich auch in der Küche angebrüllt. Wir haben knapp 60 Euro bezahlt und waren nicht ansatzweise satt. Für diese Lage hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Food was amazing, we had 5-6 tapas, and even our kid - lvl 3, ate it. Shrimps, pulled chicken, really amazing fresh and hot! Were planning to come back tomorrow!

He tomado un vino blanco ( normal) y un par de tapas :una de pan “ tumaca” y otra con tomate, mango y aguacate. No he podido terminarme ninguna de ellas. Nada que ver con el concepto español de tapas. El personal amable y ambiente cocktelería.

Ich habe endlich einen ruhigeren Tag erwischt. Bei zwei früheren Versuchen, hier zu essen, war kein Durchkommen. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Wichtigste - das Essen - war hervorragend. Die Auswahl an Bier ist begrenzt, aber die drei offenen Weine, die wir probiert haben, waren gut.

Not a great tapas place. Food was just ok. Service was close to non-existent.

We found this great Spanish tapas restaurant while wandering around our neighborhood in Berlin. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Definitely worth eating there. Make it a must go place for you. 

We visited the tapas place in the evening of today. We approached a young waitress who was in front of the screen at the entrace of the bar. We asked her about the place to sit but she rolled her eyes and using an angry and rude tone of voice she said: "Can you wait?" after a moment with the same attitude she asked "What do you want?" We responded that we just wanted to find a place to sit for two. She replied: "Choose wherever you want" (even ruder and angrier). Having such a disrespectful treatment, we just decided to go back to our room and have some wine from the minibar. When working in the field of hospitality, you must be aware of the importance of being respectful, professional and attentive.

Always worth a visit. As usual, excellent quality, cozy location, service friendly and fast.

This bar is like a small island in the middle of the (also gastronomic) surroundings. The tapas are fresh and excellent, the service, with exceptions, personal and friendly. A mystery (experienced twice): Why is the ratatouille in the pan undoubtedly made with lard? The beef fillet next to the vegetables that don't taste like vegetables... Incomprehensible.

A cool bar, ideal for ending an evening. A really friendly and considerate service team... we'll definitely be back :)
