Large selection of dishes. Sometimes very loud. The service was very friendly and made every effort to serve everyone promptly.

One of the best Chinese/Asian buffet in the area. The food variety is good and fresh (for an all you can eat buffet) and the dishes are refilled very often. This is not those buffets where they avoid refilling the good dishes. Scallops and duck dishes get refilled as soon as they are empty. Price per person is around 23 euros. However, drinks are not included and expect 3-6 euros more for soft drinks or water

The food was good. The meat (lamb and beef) was fresh and tender. There was a wide selection of fish and seafood. The service was OK. The restaurant is very large and spacious, with a lovely ambiance.

Four of us went on a Saturday evening. The buffet was extensive, constantly refilled with fresh food. The food selection was very balanced. Desserts were plentiful. Prices were very similar to other Chinese buffet restaurants, but the taste was significantly better. Plenty of parking was available, and the restrooms were clean. Service was very attentive and extremely polite. We'll be back! One star deducted for the ambiance because the raised middle area doesn't have clearly visible steps. For people with visual impairments, the black steps without a visual separation at the edge are difficult to navigate.

A super great restaurant 😃👍 with food that, no matter what you eat, is simply delicious😋😋😋 We've been there three times now, and the food has always been consistently good. We've always been there for the buffet experience, with such a huge selection, from fish, meat, vegetables, schnitzel, sauces, dips, and even something you can grill during the show cooking. A huge selection, all the way to dessert, with something for everyone. If you don't leave here feeling full, happy, and perfectly round... The waiters and waitresses are always super friendly, accommodating, and very polite. An all-around perfect evening. We'd be happy to go back anytime 👍

Wang-Su has been in Lübeck for a long time and, in my opinion, is the best compared to other similar restaurants in Lübeck. The ambiance is lovely. Elephant statues at the entrance, an aquarium inside, and the decor. It simply has flair and a personal touch. The buffet is well-planned. Everyone is catered for, so both young and old will find something to their liking. Drink prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants. We were there for the happy hour buffet. The value for money for adults is absolutely excellent. The food was delicious. Refills were always fresh and hot. The buffet and dishes were clean. I missed bananas at the chocolate fountain. The food was cleared quickly, and the drinks arrived quickly too. The staff are friendly and attentive. There's currently a promotion where, when you pay, you get 10% of the total value in the form of a voucher for your next visit (redeemable Monday to Thursday). We'd love to come back!

We love eating here. The staff is always super friendly; we've never experienced anything else. The food is good, and the buffet is constantly replenished. Never had any problems with stomach upsets or anything like that. Highly recommended.

But of all the restaurants, this one was really good. The price wasn't exactly obvious, but even at lunchtime, you could have had something fried. The meal must have cost around €20 at lunchtime. Totally fine compared to other similar restaurants. They were nice and brought the fried food to your table. It tasted good, and I didn't have a stomach ache afterward 😉

Junk buffet food cold and no choice

We ate here this evening with our two children. Everything was delicious, and there was a huge selection! The kids loved the fish, the playground, and the robot cat that brought the grilled food. The service was very friendly and attentive.

A very tasty snack bar right inside Lübeck Central Station. For starters, I had the spring roll box with fried noodles, followed by red curry with roast chicken. Both were very tasty, all fresh ingredients, and they even arrived piping hot in my hotel room. If I'm in a hurry again, I would definitely get my food here again.

We went there yesterday with a group for dinner. Everything was "good," as usual, but unfortunately, we were greeted at the table by a cockroach. Of course, we reported it immediately, and the matter was taken seriously. Based on the reaction, it seemed like it wasn't the first incident. We were assured that a pest control expert would be consulted the following day, and I hope that this has indeed happened.

After prior arrangement by phone, we and 10 residents of a facility for people with disabilities attended the weekday evening buffet. Since the residents tend to eat smaller portions, the team at "Wang-Su" was generous with their prices. It was a wonderful experience for our residents to choose from the wide selection of dishes at the buffet. From dishes to baked meats, fish, various side dishes, etc. And don't forget dessert: a large selection of ice cream flavors (soft serve, scoops), as well as chocolate fountains, cakes, and plenty of fruit or traditional baked fruit. The quality was fresh and was always quickly replenished. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly, open, and humorous way our residents were treated – they felt seen and asked questions. Our residents would love to visit this restaurant again and again, and with such a accommodating and great team at "Wang-Su" we will definitely do so! Many thanks, also on behalf of our residents!

We were there with the family and were very satisfied. Of course, an all-you-can-eat buffet is always a compromise, but there was enough at all stations and the quality was also okay. I found the desserts remarkable; they were very well-stocked, with chocolate fountains, ice cream scoops, even soft serve ice cream, fruit, and much more.

We visited Wang-Su for the first time today. We didn't have a reservation. It looked typically Asian. The two elephant sculptures in the entrance area were a real eye-catcher. Inside, however, we were completely thrilled. Visually, Wang-Su is truly impressive. We hadn't seen anything like it anywhere else. A huge aquarium filled with beautiful fish. Plenty of tables, so we practically had free choice of seating. In the center of Wang-Su is a huge platform, also with plenty of tables. A real eye-catcher was the small river with goldfish and artificial fog surrounding this platform. The staff was friendly, not too intrusive, attentive, and not too unfriendly. We were greeted quickly and were able to start eating buffet food right away. I can't say anything negative about the food on offer. There was so much choice, we really loved it! When it comes to sushi, I can say we've had much better, but the rest was flawless in our eyes! A really cool feature is the robot-shaped "waiter"! You have the option of having fresh meat and fish grilled immediately at a grill station. You can watch the chef prepare your food or go back to your seat. Depending on your table location, the grilled food will be brought to you by a server or the robot! Absolutely brilliant. There are plenty of restrooms available, and there's even a small outdoor play area for the little ones. All in all, we were completely satisfied and would love to come back!

I thought I had found my favorite Asian restaurant last year...and then my friend said she knew a better one...well, what can I say, she didn't promise too much. In addition to the really delicious Mongolian grill, with selected, very fresh ingredients, there is of course also an extensive buffet. Since I love fish, I absolutely can't miss out here. The dessert is also great and always changing. The service staff are friendly and attentive. I look forward to the next visit.

Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed with the buffet at this restaurant. Some of the food was only lukewarm, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. Especially for a buffet, I would have expected the food to be kept warm throughout. Additionally, there were no preheated plates, so the food cooled even faster. The drinks were also disappointing—especially the carbonated ones seemed stale and lacked fizz. Overall, the experience was rather mixed. With a few improvements in service and the temperature of the food, the visit could be much more pleasant.

If I were to go there again, I would concentrate on the desserts; they were very tasty. The Chinese food was pretty standard, not that anyone would find it particularly good because of its fame. However, the meat preparation was definitely weak. It was consistently half-raw and therefore not tasty. The grill, where you can bring your own pieces of meat to be grilled, is a good idea, but unfortunately the selection is not as large as one would expect from a Mongolian restaurant or as one would expect from earlier times. And as already mentioned, it was half-raw and therefore not a tasty treat. The Robi who brings the meat, on the other hand, is a good idea. In conclusion: a good all-you-can-eat buffet, but nothing special, neither for Lübeck nor in general.

We've been here before, and everything was great! Today was a setback... The food had probably been in the warming containers for days, the sushi was dry, the fresh fish stank, and the staff didn't do anything more than stir the broth they called food every 10 minutes. Definitely stay away! One more time, the health department will be here, and the place will be closed! It's a real shame, but unfortunately, you can't offer that to anyone!

The food tasted like it had been yesterday, and no new food was added to the buffet; the old food was simply stirred up. The atmosphere is pure shoddy. The health department would have a heart attack in this place. Very bad and disappointed with the place.

A lot of fried, ready-made stuff. My children like it very much. If you want exceptional specialties, you've come to the wrong place. There are few vegetarian dishes on the buffet, but you could put something together yourself. Large parking lot, that's always great.

In terms of taste, the whole thing is rather average, even compared to other restaurants of this type. The selection of sauces is large, but there is not enough on offer for people who don't like spicy food. There wasn't much sauce here and the dishes were mostly spicier. Okay for me, but not so much for my companions. Unfortunately the atmosphere is not nice at all. There, too, always the comparison to other restaurants of this type. We found the chairs far too low for the table height. The seat cushions that were later provided by the staff only provided minimal relief. The noise in the restaurant was simply unpleasant. It starts with the music in the background, which is not only annoying because of the bass constantly thumping in the background, but also simply inappropriate. Nobody needs bass to eat. Since we were sitting near the kitchen, we heard the clatter of plates. We could barely talk. We are not so convinced that we will come back again in the near future and will probably try other restaurants first.

A great restaurant! From the outside it looks like a barn but once you enter the doors it looks like a palace, they have a fountain with smoke on the water with fish swimming in it. For food you can choose between a menu or the buffet (choose the buffet). In the buffet there where so many options to choose from ranging from sushi to wan tans and there is an even bigger selection for dessert. They also have raw meat that you can give to a chef that cooks it on a grill table right in front of you! The staff where great, our waiter even cracked a few jokes! (they even had a robot that served some of the people) The atmosphere was great as I already said, looked like a palace with some Chinese songs playing in the background. The buffet is all you can eat and I sure accomplished that mission. 5/5 but some of the food tasted a little old, but that is to be expected with a restaurant of this caliber. Edna was quite unfriendly and scolded me for not giving a tip. The service was, well, the food too and the "highlight" of the evening were the toilets, which looked like the Hamburg HBF.

Last weekend I went to the dinner buffet at Lübeck's Wang Su with my grandma. The buffet was very rich and varied. The sushi selection in particular left nothing to be desired for me. From avocado to salmon to egg custard, freshly prepared and very tasty! Including various sauces. They have also offered more selection of desserts since our last visit. And there was already everything your heart could desire! - in our eyes. The cherries on cream and the “pudding dessert” particularly tasted very good. I also really liked the nut cake and the running chocolate fountain! Even though the restaurant was very busy, the friendly service staff always had a smile on their faces and served us our drinks within a few minutes! They were very friendly to us. Our visit was absolutely great and a great experience! We'll be back soon!!! 💛

Haven't been there for a long time. Food significantly worse, service also poor and unfriendly. Plates are cleared away even though you are still eating. We had a voucher that we redeemed. After a short time, a student came to our table and demanded the money back from the voucher because it had apparently expired. To eat: Significantly worse than when we visited last year. The flesh is usually gristly and has a disgusting consistency. Dishes didn't seem fresh either, like they had been warmed up from the day before. There is only a small number of sushi available for lunch. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars... it was the last time for us in this store

Was for the lunch buffet. Unfortunately the duck wasn't that good. The meat is quite firm and chewy. All other dishes were really ok. Staff very friendly and attentive. For 17.90 I expected more. Maybe my expectations are too high. I'll probably give it another chance and come back. I think everyone should try it for themselves, for example the beef with onions tasted really good, as did the sweet and sour pork, and the baked shrimp. Except the duck, not even the one that was added.

So far we have come here about twice a year at irregular intervals, sometimes with family celebrations. The result was not always perfect, but satisfactory. Our last visit at Christmas was so unprofessional and catastrophic that we had to deduct 4 from the 5 stars we had already given. As soon as we had the food on the table, the preparations for a party began next door, about 15 minutes. Ambiance is already 0. Then the food wasn't even lukewarm, sometimes even icy cold. When spoken to twice about this, the head was nodded politely and smiled. HELLO! - that's outrageous. The shrimp were also dry and the rice was mushy. The assigned space was also drafty, even because of the crowds of people rushing past. My eyes were really burning. Only the dessert wasn't bad - to justify the one star. Finally, the Jägermeister ordered took a long time, to be precise, until after the bill. So we will treat ourselves to something better soon for 35 euros per nose! @ Reply to the owner: Dear owner, Your co-worker was present during most of the disaster. She brought the drinks and we got our food while the renovation work was going on at the tables next to us. From there we brought them over and complained about the temperature of the food.
