We found the reception a bit cold. Rooms very nice and large. Bar on the 8th floor "above the roofs of Lübeck" is very nice. Public parking deck right next to the hotel for a daily fee of 15 euros.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and very nice staff. The view at breakfast was a dream. Problems with the hair dryer were resolved immediately. The mattress situation was not ideal as the mattresses moved significantly apart and a large gap appeared in the middle overnight. That was a bit uncomfortable but bearable for two nights. We found parking fees too high!

Actually the room should have received five stars. Since the bathroom, especially the toilet, is only separated from the room by a glass pane and sliding glass door, e.g I take off one star. The quiet place should also remain quiet.

Your job as a broker is to guarantee transparent and fair processes, not to make personal attacks. Your behavior shows your quality.

The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and child-friendly. The only note: The rooms are not completely soundproof, so you can occasionally hear noises from other guests (unfortunately our neighbors were very loud when closing the door and moving furniture). The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. We are very satisfied!

Very nice rooms, located a little from the center, but with a quick trot it can be done in approx. 20 minutes and is not a problem for most people (2km. to the centre. But don't spend the 20 euros on the breakfast - it is very boring and not worth the money at all - 10 euros might have been appropriate. But for 20 euros you can find better breakfasts elsewhere.

We stayed at the Hotel Vier Saisons in Lübeck for the first time and we really liked it. We'd love to come back. The room was large and clean, the service was great, the breakfast was delicious and in a relaxed atmosphere and there was also a parking space.

The room was clean, pleasantly furnished, tasteful and practical. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is central. Located at an intersection and therefore not very quiet, which wasn't a problem in this case as it was too cold for an open window. But you can open the window, which I think is very good.

Very nice reception, we were taken care of straight away when we needed an extra bed, it was there in a few minutes. Everything was very clean and cozy and modernly furnished.

We booked at Viva, but had to check in at IV Seasons. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Absolute recommendation!

Nice rooms, the hotel and the surrounding area not so much! Right on a busy intersection in the middle of the commercial area! The breakfast on the 8th floor has a nice view of Lübeck, but the offering was only mediocre!

Modern hotel, very good location, friendly staff

Basically a pretty good hotel, but you should stay away from the rolls at breakfast. They taste old and dry. The hotel would do itself a favor by buying fresh bread rolls from a local bakery.

Nice experience, but the room really smelled like sewage, so we had to open the window to be able to air out when we were there. We also saw bearded vultures (just FYI)

The Hotel IV Seasons does not correspond to a 4 star category. I have never experienced a hotel without a refrigerator in the room (even with 3 stars). Breakfast would be a disappointment at the regular price of 20 EUR/person. Luckily we had a good deal with breakfast included. That's why I rate the price-performance ratio as very good. The staff friendliness is split 50/50. Overall, I'm unfortunately not impressed with the hotel.

Highly recommended, we felt very comfortable. Very pleasant, courteous staff. The rooms were super nice and very clean and the breakfast had a large selection and there was something for everyone. The view was amazing...beautiful. Thank you very much for everything.

OK room. Located in a boring area, but it is not that far to the center. If you are fit, a 30-40 minute walk. From that perspective, the price is on the high end. Not 4 star in my opinion: AWFUL beds and a stench of fried food, which means that we will not come again and cannot recommend the hotel.

A clean and "good-smelling" hotel.

The location itself is not a feast for the eyes, the hotel is located at an intersection within walking distance of a shopping park and a home improvement store. There is an Asian restaurant downstairs in the house. However, the view from the breakfast room with a small smoking terrace is second to none. Our room on the 4th floor was of an acceptable size and the bathroom is modern and clean. The breakfast offering is sufficient and tasty. It takes about 20 minutes to get into town. If you are good on foot and want to explore Lübeck without having to look for a parking space, this house is a good choice.

Suited our needs perfectly. We are passing through and wanted a hotel with parking. Nice staff and nice room. After a good night's sleep and a perfectly ok breakfast, we continue our journey.

Hotel in a convenient location with good transport connections, the view from the room window was unpleasant, otherwise a nice, spacious room, bathroom with a walk-in shower, there was a (small) brown stain in front of the toilet when we arrived and after cleaning on the second day the paneling was still there The hairdryer fell off every time it was used and the wiring was exposed, I would have liked the rolls from the bakery, the baked ones were hard as always, the breakfast buffet was OK, I missed bitter orange jam, the evening menu is clear and just like in any other city , regional dishes were underrepresented, the staff was mostly friendly, but without any commitment to friendly criticism

Large parking lot available, also for trucks. Reception manned 24 hours a day. Only the ventilation blew warm air all night long, even though the temperature was turned all the way down...

We were only there for food. But the service was very nice.

We booked a double room, which was modern and clean. However, it smelled very unpleasant and this couldn't be changed by airing it out. We addressed this problem and were given a new room straight away. The lady at the reception was very friendly. Everything was good in the new room. We already knew when booking that the shower wasn't in a separate room, which was fine. What we have to note negatively, however, is that the toilet is only separated by a frosted glass door, which unfortunately could not be closed completely. The hotel is easy to reach and offers direct bus connections to the city center. Optionally you can also walk, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the Holstentor.

Rooms are nice and big. Glass bathroom, unfortunately there is hardly any space for utensils. A small fridge in the room would be nice. Breakfast room and bar on the 8th floor, great.

Wonderful 5 days! A big compliment and thank you to the entire hotel team. We were completely happy and were always welcomed in a friendly and helpful manner. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant were very good. A small, charming table was set up for my husband's birthday. Thank you! The hotel surroundings could be nicer, but the old town is within walking distance! Small suggestion: Maybe you could change the room scent in the hallway after two days? Was there as part of the crime dinner. Very good organization, very attentive, friendly staff. The menu on offer was also very tasty. Port was also just right. Drinks prices were moderate. I will definitely visit again as a “normal” guest. Recommendation

Great room, friendly and helpful reception but the service in the hotel restaurant is a disaster. We were staying at the hotel with a relatively large group and had booked ourselves for dinner in the restaurant. Despite the telephone arrangement an hour before arrival, the restaurant was only able to serve our pre-registered dishes 1.5 hours after arrival. Drinks were only served once at the beginning. We waited in vain for another drink request. After the long waiting time, some of the food arrived at the guest unfinished and frozen. After complaining about the food, it took more than 30 minutes until the new food was served. In addition, guests were charged different prices for the same drinks. We believe that in a 4 star hotel the service should be just as good as the hotel itself and unfortunately that is not the case in this one. Of course, we are aware that mistakes can happen and that sometimes a bad day in service can happen. Nevertheless, we tried to address the hotel's criticism openly, we wanted the hotel to be more accommodating with a bill of over €3,000 and for this reason we didn't intend to leave a bad review. But after we only received an apology email from the hotel stating that “there were some points that were out of our control,” we decided to write this honest review.

Nordic cool... was the first and lasting impression. The hotel is on a *well-used* main road, just outside of Lübeck, which is an advantage because you can reach everything you want to explore without a car but with the many bus lines. You can sleep at night on the 5th floor with the window closed. The restaurant on the 8th floor has a beautiful view. The restaurant itself is too cold and impersonal for me. It will be for breakfast and from 3pm? used for dining. The breakfast didn't convince me 0815. Lübeck is always worth a trip, there is a lot to discover. And like everywhere there are hotels... lots of them.

We spent Christmas here and were very happy with everything. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, all the dishes on offer were tasty and attractively presented. We also really enjoyed the 3-course menu for the evening. We had planned to go to a concert one evening and it was no problem at all to eat later in the evening. The entire staff was very accommodating, friendly and concerned about our well-being. The service was handled on all three evenings by two wonderful trainees who ran like weasels. Thanks especially to both of them! There was a family sitting at our next table who had something to complain about in everything, and the two of them even handled that with confidence. We would be happy to recommend you.
