I usually stay in the slightly cheaper rooms. These aren't quite as big as the regular rooms. You can also tell these rooms are showing their age. The rooms are clean, though. There are holes in the bedsheets, and the plastic of the toilet seat is more beige than white. The breakfast is good, but for €15, the selection is a bit limited. Parking is available next door for €12.

Very modern hotel. We had a standard double room, which was very large. The bathroom, which was integrated into the room, was made of glass. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was standard. The downside is that it's located right on what is probably the busiest intersection in Lübeck, in an industrial area (Bauhaus, Lidl, McDonald's, etc.) just outside of Lübeck. However, our fear of hearing street noise in the room was not confirmed.

The hotel is very nice. The location of the hotel.com is ideal. It's close to the bus stop and the train station. The room was very clean. We felt very comfortable. We would stay at the hotel again anytime. Highlight: The panoramic view.

In hotels, cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was clean... the rooms and bedding were super clean. Breakfast was fabulous, the room was perfect, the staff was very friendly, and the price was OK. Everything was 10 out of 10.

Everything was great. The breakfast is particularly outstanding. There's good parking, and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the amount of space around the bed. It's quite difficult for people with walking difficulties. Perhaps this should be pointed out.

The hotel is located at a busy intersection. Parking at the hotel was adequate. It was about a 20-minute walk to the old town, which was fine, as hotels in the city were about €50 to €100 more expensive. Breakfast in the panoramic bar on the 8th floor was okay. Recommended for a short trip.

I wouldn't recommend it if you want to reach the center of Lübeck; it's a couple of kilometers on foot, or you can take the bus, which costs over €3. The hotel is clean and tidy. The only flaw is the bathroom, which is a transparent cube in the room, offering very little privacy. Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, and a clean room.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything you need. However, the breakfast left something to be desired for a 4-star hotel. The best part was the natural yogurt. The view over Lübeck is very beautiful.

The furniture is dated, the faux leather furniture; I had to send several reminders for the invoice, which was supposed to be sent by email. Located in an industrial area, no public parking, and expensive hotel parking.

Unfortunately, the stay had some significant weaknesses. The design of the bathroom facilities in the room was completely inadequate – the partitions between the toilet and shower were almost transparent or made of frosted glass, making it impossible to have any privacy. That's unacceptable in a hotel room. In the evening, we wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant and were looking forward to an upscale menu – instead, it consisted almost exclusively of fast food like currywurst and schnitzel, which was disappointing for a four-star hotel, so we ultimately didn't eat there. On the positive side, the friendly service was worth mentioning – all the staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the breakfast couldn't keep up: For a four-star hotel, the selection was disappointing. The salads only included cucumber and tomato, and the rolls seemed like cheap pre-baked goods – overall, nothing special. Another disappointment: The hotel has eight floors but only one elevator. The wait times were correspondingly long, which was very inconvenient. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a convincing four-star experience. We won't be coming back again.

Very good hotel. The only downside is that it is about a 30 minute walk from the city center but there is easy parking by the canal. Very good breakfast and food at the restaurant. Good parking right next to the hotel.

The hotel itself is 4 stars. The staff at the reception are nice and friendly. But it stops when you get to the restaurant which is not even worth 1 star. A shame because we left a day earlier and probably won't use the hotel again.

I wouldn't compare it to the Four Seasons in Hamburg, even though the name suggests it, but for the price it's definitely okay, and we were even able to park our truck there really well!

Breakfast was super delicious and first-class. There was something for everyone; you didn't know what to eat first. Upon request, they even offered fried or scrambled eggs instead of boiled eggs. Amazing 👏🏼 The breakfast staff were very friendly and did a great job. The same goes for the friendly room service. The lovely lady who cleaned our room was always very nice and always kept the rooms spotless. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. The rooms and the hotel are of a very high standard. The hotel is not far from the city center (within walking distance). All in all, 6 out of 5 stars. It was simply wonderful to stay with you. 💙

Our room was functional, very clean, had comfortable beds, and a good shower. The breakfast was plentiful and good, and the cappuccino from the fully automatic coffee machine was also quite good. The breakfast room is on the 8th floor with a great view. You can even sit outside. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Last but not least... Directly across from the hotel was a large hardware store with a huge parking lot (!), meaning free parking was no problem.

The rooms were modern and clean. The open-plan bathroom and large shower looked great, but they're not for everyone. With the main road right outside, sleeping was only possible with the window closed.

Yes, we really liked the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The bus connection to the city center was good. The breakfast was good and the view of the city was fantastic.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff was consistently very friendly, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. The only downside was that the room was a bit small for two people. Additionally, there were occasional shortages in restocking the breakfast buffet. However, the staff made every effort to respond promptly. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for its value for money. There's a good bus connection right outside the door, so you don't have to drive into town.

A fantastic four-star hotel. We received a very friendly welcome. Our hotel room was on the 7th floor, and the view of the city was absolutely beautiful. The room was adequately equipped. We can't complain. The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive, of truly high quality, and delicious. We loved the scrambled eggs. A wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

It's okay. You can book it. We spent two nights at the hotel. The room was spacious. Toilet, sink, and shower in the room. Literally IN the room, though! A "glass box" with partially frosted glass was installed in the room. The toilet was partially enclosed by a sliding glass door. Not so practical for any noise or smells... Unfortunately, the rolls at breakfast weren't that great! But otherwise, there was a wide selection. Two stars less for service because I only received a decaffeinated latte after insisting. Apparently, the machine can't froth the milk and add decaffeinated coffee. Unfortunately, neither can the staff!!!

My wife and I ate at the Panorama Bar this evening. The food was delicious and served quickly after ordering. The evening was very enjoyable, thanks in no small part to the two younger waitresses. We'd love to come back!

Centrally located, but not in a great location. Breakfast was okay, room was good. No sports or wellness options. No new towels, no new toilet paper. I don't expect the room to be cleaned after two nights, even though we requested it. But we found chasing after towels and toilet paper to be annoying. The reception staff seemed very insecure and unfortunately incompetent.

Bad experience with the dinner we had at the hotel in connection with the included meal. The poor waiters were totally overworked. They did what they could, but the experience was very bad. The hotel is centrally located, has good parking, and is well-equipped. The restaurant offers a great view of Lübeck and the surrounding area. The seventh floor is a bit noisy due to the restaurant above. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and always well-replete. The bread is very tasty, but we didn't like the pre-baked rolls.

The hotel was perfectly fine. We stayed one night and had breakfast in the Panorama Bar the next morning. The breakfast was great! Unfortunately, we don't understand why hotels are increasingly installing open-plan bathrooms. This lacks privacy in the restroom, as only a small sliding door blocks the view with frosted glass. Since this door doesn't close completely, you can hear the other person using the restroom. Furthermore, the shower doesn't have a door at all, which creates a draft. Recently, we had a problem with the air conditioning. We turned it off because it was too cold. However, we couldn't turn off the fan in the open-plan bathroom, and it was loud all night long. The hotel is located in an industrial area. However, we didn't notice the heavy traffic on the seventh floor. It's about a 20-minute walk to Lübeck's Old Town. There's also free parking nearby if you want to avoid the cost of using the hotel's own parking garage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Lübeck and highly recommend the hotel. We found the best price on the hotel's website and would recommend booking there.

Very nice hotel, with a fantastic rooftop terrace and a great dining room/bar. The Holstentor gate is a 20-minute walk away. The breakfast we booked was excellent. The hotel was right on a busy street. However, the windows were adequately soundproof.

Positives include friendly staff, a good breakfast, and cleanliness. However, the location isn't so attractive (20-25 minutes from the city center), and the room lacks a bit of charm. Overall, though, it's very good value for money.

The service is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good, the room was fine, but the glass bathroom bothered us. It might be suitable for a couple, but for us (a mother and teenagers), we would have preferred more privacy in this area. The view was also disappointing. Our reservation indicated a city view, but we were given a room with a direct view of the hotel's parking lot (even though we only take the train). Overall, it was acceptable, since you're out and about during the day anyway, but in my opinion, it doesn't qualify for "four stars."

Great room design (glass walls, work area) but not always practical – the floor of the entire bathroom becomes slippery when showering, and the sliding toilet door is difficult to open. Rooftop bar with great ambiance and service – the view is a bit monotonous. Due to the suburban location, a car is helpful – parking fee is a bit excessive (we hardly paid more at Berlin Central Station!). Otherwise – reasonable value for money.

The hotel is located between hardware stores and industrial wastelands at a busy intersection with good public transport connections, about 2 km from the center. We had booked two double rooms - single rooms - functionally it works. Facilities were good, very clean. Breakfast on the 8th floor with a great view and plenty, friendly staff always refilled and quickly took used dishes from the tables. The hotel is great for a short city trip with the windows closed (road traffic).

We visited the hotel for brunch. The offering was very diverse, the service was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We would be happy to come back. Parking spaces are easy to access behind the building and are easy to use for a low price.

Great location, we really enjoyed this hotel. Well soundproofed, we slept well even though there was a crossroads downstairs. Our spacious and clean room met our expectations. We ate well at the Rooftop restaurant which offered us a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding area.

The hotel is supposed to be four-star. In my opinion, a four-star hotel by German standards has more to offer than the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. The cleaning staff was very nice. However, the cleaning needs to be improved for a four-star hotel. The lamps by the beds were dusty. Water stains in the bathroom hadn't been wiped up. Furthermore, and this was very annoying, we were given a new, opened bottle of mineral water in our room. This can happen, but not at a four-star hotel. Parking is charged at €15 per day via a parking operator. Be careful, you might have trouble with the parking meter. But that's not the hotel's fault! The breakfast was fine and delicious. The location is good for excursions. Opening the window is only possible for short bursts of ventilation, as otherwise the noise from the intersection and the bus stop is disturbing. The reception staff is very friendly. We booked a deluxe double room. I asked if the bed was a double bed with a one-piece mattress. They confirmed it was. However, there were two single mattresses with a topper on top, so there were always gaps. There was a kettle, but no minibar. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a shower. In summary, I would say it's a good three-star hotel. But not a four-star hotel. The location is great for activities. Fehmarn, Timmendorfer Strand, Lübeck, everything is within easy reach.

Central location, the city center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Even though it's right on a main road, it's quite quiet. As soon as you open the windows, you naturally notice the traffic. However, you can do without it thanks to the air conditioning. The view from the roof terrace is also very nice, you can look out over the city.

A clean hotel with a big room and a place for a car in the parking garage. Breakfast great and a wonderful view of the city from the Panorama restaurant, on the top floor of the hotel. The location is a little outside the city center, about 1.5 km. But still within walking distance. It was a positive experience.

Parking lot for large vehicles is difficult to access, rooms seem nice at first glance but light tubes stick out and are partly broken, mattresses are partly worn out, mold in the shower, remote control is better not to be touched, guests are received very differently, 7th floor is not recommended if you want peace and quiet, as the restaurant/bar is directly above and you can hear a lot, breakfast has a nice selection and friendly staff

Hello. The hotel is clean and quiet. The only downside was the restaurant's waiter's announcement that my wife and I couldn't cut the Caesar salad we wanted as an appetizer in half. We would have only needed two small plates. The salad portions are big and elsewhere the matter is taken care of.

Solid accommodation for short trips. The location is unfavorable in that super loud traffic disturbs the night's sleep and we would like a 4seasons to be more central. The breakfast is good, something nice for everyone. We particularly liked the Panorama Bar, delicious food at fair prices and a great ambience. We forgot our baby's night light, this was quickly sent to us by post - thank you. Rooms are simple and modern, room service is very attentive. We found the staff at the reception really great!

The hotel is basically not bad. The service is friendly, as I expect in a hotel of this class. The rooms are a bit cramped, but well-equipped and clean. The beds are of the cheapest hotel standard. However, I was woken up by the running noise of the shower from the next room and the gurgling of the drain in my room. That just doesn't work! The food was good and the bar on the 8th floor is also recommended because of the view.

We were in Lübeck for a weekend and had booked the wellness offer with dinner at the hotel. When we arrived we were told that this was only possible on the first day because the restaurant was closed on Sunday. I suspect due to lack of utilization. You also had to specify a meal time (6 or 8 p.m.). I found it all quite inflexible for a relaxing weekend. I would also have liked the closing times of the restaurant to be communicated in advance, as you plan your stay accordingly.
