We were there for the first time today and will definitely be back. The food was incredibly delicious! The "Swabian Feast" is especially recommended 😊 The service staff was super friendly, and because of a short wait at the beginning, we even received a complimentary espresso and ice cream! :)

It was amazing. The food, especially the meat, is so flavorful. We try to come once a month for dinner. And the staff is always very kind and friendly. I had the rancher pan today, and the beef was cooked to perfection. It was tender and had a nice sear on the outside. The chef definitely knows what he's doing. And everyone was great.

We were given a good seat at the edge of the outdoor area, as requested, because of our dog. There were four of us and we were served quickly. Unfortunately, one-third of my wife's roast beef with onions was inedible because it was riddled with tendons. It can happen. Unfortunately, the brownie with a liquid center wasn't liquid for either of us, but rather solid. It can happen. We complained to the server when we asked about it. Unfortunately, there was no response in the form of espressos or anything similar. Too bad, it shouldn't happen.

I was registered with a group of 34 people. The food was discussed in advance. The logistics on that day were not professional.

I've been to this restaurant several times myself and can't understand the criticism expressed here at all. The food has been consistently excellent for years, and the service is friendly and attentive. The goulash, in particular, is a classic dish and is appreciated by many guests. To me, this review sounds more like a personal issue than a realistic experience. It's a shame that such a false impression is being conveyed – because anyone who knows the restaurant knows that quality and hospitality are paramount here.

We picked up the daily special from Too Good to Go, but the lady at the counter wasn't exactly friendly. The daily special, goulash, was more like a can of cat food. More than half of the food was thrown away because it really didn't taste good. Now all three of us have stomach aches and diarrhea. We are very disappointed.

We found this place by chance, but what a jewel. Very good food, relaxing atmosphere with a very nice view. Prices were fair and service very friendly. There is even a playground for the little ones. The kids menue was also very good. We also loved the Riesling which was available. A great wine to enjoy at a summers day. I definitely recommend a visit. We've been here many times for dinner and can only confirm how delicious the food is. 👍 We had made a reservation for an event with about 50 people. Everything was perfectly set up by the time we arrived. And as usual, everyone was super nice. Even the dog was allowed in. And he even got a treat 🤗🐶 We highly recommend going there and trying it for yourself. ✌️

We registered with 20 people. I've never experienced a reminder of our appointment before. Otherwise, the service was exceptionally friendly and very nice. Not only the service but also the food was superb. Flavorful, tender, juicy meat. The interior design and decor have also been carefully designed to create a welcoming atmosphere. The quiet location on the outskirts of town in an allotment garden complex, with a garden restaurant, is ideal for short or longer hikes (walks) and for refreshments afterwards. I would definitely recommend it.

The service was excellent; we were served promptly, and the drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, we had to wait a bit for the food. I also ordered my roast beef with onions, rare, or medium rare. It arrived at the table cooked through and almost dry. The onions had only been in the pan for a short time and were also relatively thinly chopped. They weren't cooked through and simply weren't what you'd expect from fried onions. In summer, the experience was good, but unfortunately, the food deteriorated considerably.

Unfortunately, the cheese and cream spaetzle are on the menu for both the vegetarian and the "regular" dishes – one with bacon, one without. Since the waitress hadn't asked, the first order was unfortunately with bacon, but it was immediately swapped, and the correct portion arrived super quickly and was delicious. The chef is welcome to be a bit bolder with the seasoning :) The only downside was that the side salad included a potato salad made with beef broth. It wasn't salad for me, but the portion of spaetzle was so large that I didn't really miss the greens beforehand. Overall, a perfect evening, thank you :)

Five stars for the Swabian feast in Wackersbronn! Last week I visited Wackersbronn and, oh là là, my taste buds are still doing somersaults with joy! As soon as I entered, I was embraced by an ambience so cozy that even my couch at home was jealous. The service? Charming like a French romance film, but without the subtitles - every wish was fulfilled with a wink. And the food… Guys, it wasn't a menu, it was a love letter to my stomach! The star of the evening: the Swabian feast. Holy crap, that's not a dish, that's a Swabian masterpiece! The schnitzel was so golden brown and crispy that it deserves a place of honor in the Swabian Schnitzel Hall of Fame. The cheese spaetzle? so creamy and cheesy that I'm considering adding them to my will. The Maultaschen were tender, juicy and so hearty that I briefly considered making them my new focus of life. Everything combined in a sauce that was so delicious that I had a hard time not licking the plate (Swabian honor, you understand). Price wise? Absolutely fair for this culinary dance of joy. I'll be back - probably tomorrow! 😄

We recently visited the Wackersbronn restaurant in Reutlingen and were thrilled! The Swabian dishes, especially the Maultaschen and the Schwabenpfännle, were excellent. Our children had a lot of fun in the small playground outside while we were able to enjoy the meal in peace. The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

The food is very, very tasty! It's also great that vegetarian dishes are taken care of, these are often missing in Swabian restaurants (or you only get the long-running "Kässpätzle"). The portion sizes vary, schnitzel with fries and salad was very filling, the Swabian feast could have been a little more 😀 unfortunately we sat for a long time with empty glasses, here the service could have been a little smarter :) that was on a different day with different service but for example no problem at all. All in all really great. We can also highly recommend Wackersbronn for collection.

Wir sind um 13.30 Uhr gekommen und haben die Info bekommen, dass die Küche bis 14 Uhr offen hat. Wir haben um 13.50 Uhr essen bestellt. Eine Person konnte erst um 14 Uhr kommen und wollte dann gleich das Essen bestellen. Es kam die Antwort, dass das nicht mehr möglich ist und sie nichts mehr zu essen bekommt (als einzige aus der Gruppe!) Essen war ganz ok. Zu Schnitzel mit Spätzle kam keine Sauce, war etwas trocken.

But in the last year I have had to return food that was completely over-salted several times (I also salt it very well at home). I haven't been there for almost a year now, but a friend told me it was fine again. All right, 9.6. At evening. Breaded chicken schnitzel with fries, dark sauce and salad. What can I say? The breadcrumbs were wet! Really wet. Sauce was very thin and had no taste. My companion confirmed this. Of course I passed it on to the service. Not eaten. I went home hungry and disappointed again. It's a shame because the first few years were really great. Or just me having bad luck there because the other reviews are good

The food and service at lunchtime are top. Ambiance typical Schrebergarten simple and rustic. For me, everything works for a reliably great meal for lunch.
