Very good food and also a lot of it. I like it Inside it was a little bit to hot.

It was our first time at Turmeric and everything was just right. From the welcome, advice on the level of spiciness, and the food was accordingly spicy and very tasty. The friendly, attentive staff is particularly noteworthy. All in all, a very successful evening in Turmeric. We will come back.

Everything was very Sweet 👌 Sweet food, Sweet portions, Sweet prices & Sweet liquor at the end. A point of improvement would be more speedy at getting the bill

One in advance. These reviews reflect my feelings and my taste. Be sure to form your own opinion, because tastes vary enormously, especially when it comes to Indian food. 😉 Unfortunately for me the turmeric was a mistake. As soon as we were greeted we were told that without a reservation the table would only be available for 1 hour. Well, I thought to myself, it'll have to do and maybe it's fully booked, but the fact that every guest who came to the restaurant without a reservation was told one by one left me disappointed. Why do you have to spoil the evening for a guest with a statement like that!?! Well, it is what it is. Then the food can definitely convince you. Unfortunately not either. The “Maharaja Tandoori Chicken” couldn’t be more tasteless. It was missing all spices and although it was covered with some kind of sauce, it didn't taste like anything. This could be followed by the naan bread that is served with the dishes. Only the tandoori sauce, which is also served with it, did its best. Conclusion: Even for spontaneous visits, reserve a table, take cash with you (payment in advance is not accepted!) and hope for a dish in which you haven't forgotten the spices.

I come here every time I visit Reutlingen. Nice and fast service, I like the food and the gin and tonics. If there are several of you, order the Garlic Bread with the three sauces. One is very spicy, the others are fresh or sweet.

Delicious food and great presentation! My friend and I had samosas as starters, Maharaja Chicken and Paneer Kadhai with Garlic Naan. The food was very tasty, especially the garlic naan. The staff was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

We were in the restaurant with a large group of 30 people and we were all absolutely impressed. Here Indian cuisine is not only prepared authentically, but also explained with passion. Every bite was a delight and the entire experience felt like a culinary journey. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and we had a really comfortable evening. A place I can only recommend to anyone who values ​​good food and a special experience!

Very nice restaurant. There is a large P+R parking lot nearby, so you can always find a parking space there. The restaurant has a very nice ambience, bright colors and beautiful lighting. You sit very comfortably. The portions are very large and tasty. Very delicately seasoned without it being too much for you. The only point of criticism, but at a very high level: the Indian Green salad is not that great. From the description it sounds like it's a mixed bag. In reality you get thick cucumbers and tomato slices with 1cm thick onion slices without much dressing and the chillies are so hot that you can't taste anything for 10 minutes. Please write in the menu that the salad is very spicy. But as I said, this was the only point of criticism. The staff is super friendly and constantly checks to see if you need anything else. We'll definitely be back, but then without salad.

The lunch menu is reminiscent of a full price evening meal for €10. Service and price-performance ratio are therefore very good... and it tastes good!

One star less... It was busy and that's why the wrong dishes were served first. The error was corrected as quickly as possible. But the food was delicious and recommended.

Well, I was really looking forward to Indian food, unfortunately it was subpar. The Indian chicken soup was tasteless, containing a few small chicken fibers in a thick rice starch soup with a gelatinous consistency. The following chicken korma contained 4 pieces of chicken breast in a simple curry sauce with cream and the taste of rancid butter. It was just terrible.

The interior of the restaurant is awesome, well maintained and clean. It's a nice dinner place. We have ordered Garlic Nan, Rice with Dal Makhani and Mixed Veg Pakora for take away. The Dal Makhani was extremely salty and we couldn't eat it properly. 🤮🤢 The Garlic Nan was very flavourful and soft. We like it. 😍 The Mixed Veg Pakora was super tasty and the dips provided were also nice.😃 The overall experience was bad because our main dish was Dal Makhani. 😔 This place is recommended because extra salt in Dal Makhani can be a mistake on that particular day alone.🙂

Great Indian restaurant that is very centrally located. The local is decorated in a classic Indian style, the service is quick and good, but it can be even better because there are small language barriers. But the most important thing is that the food comes together quickly and is very tasty. Everything is ok in terms of price.

This is the best Indian Restaurant in Reutlingen. Love their Special Tikka Masala Curries, which they serve with Basmati Rice. Even the Mango Lassi is delicious. The service was also great. Would recommend it for anyone who wants to eat tasty Indian Food.

The food was sooo good... We were passing by reutlingen and found this restaurant... We took parcel as it wasn't dinner time... Mutton was cooked to absolute perfection... Just great.. really made me want to try other stuff...

The guy with t shirt simply booked 100 euro without even asking. The original bill was 83,59 euro. It is not like we won't tip if we eat that much. He simply scammed us. I already have seen the same review from other guy. I would like to draw the attention of the restaurant owner that he is going to loose a lot of his customers because of the guy.

Very atmospheric ambience and friendly service. The only thing that doesn't fit is the dreary bus/train station, but the owners aren't responsible for that. Recommendation: Turmeric Thalli and Chicken Korma for lunch. We will definitely be repeat offenders.

We were here for the second time today and will definitely come here more times. The food is incredibly delicious. The Mango Vegetable Kofta and the Korma Vegetable Kofta are particularly good, but the Garlic Naan was also great. Service is very accommodating. We found details like the adhesive tape on the table a bit inappropriate.

Paneer Nilgiri was a disappointment in terms of taste, as German spinach dishes have more spice. Green and bland, lacking any flavor. Even after complaints and improvements from the kitchen. The order was also spicy and the waiter accepted it, it wasn't even salty. The (presumably) boss told me in conversation that this dish is not spicy (?!). Please train the waiters. The chili naan bread had zero (0) chili flakes on it as described in the menu, just onions. To make matters worse, our table next door was sprayed so roughly with window cleaner by a waiter during our meal that the only thing left was the taste of soap because all the spray mist was directed towards us!

A very nice Indian restaurant in Reutlingen. Easily accessible since it's very close to the Hbf station and Bus station. When you are in the mood for some Indian food after a while, they serve some authentic variety in here. Of course, I can't vouch if it caters to every Indian taste palate, especially South Indian cuisine, but for a quintessential international Indian dish, this place is all good. And if you want, do ask to make it extra-spicy, the way we like. 🍽️🦚🌶️🔥😋🥵

Es sieht aus wie Tomatenpüree. Wenn etwas auf dem Tisch übrig bleibt, wird es nicht eingepackt. Sie geben dem Kunden einfach die Kartons und gehen. Wir sollten es selbst packen. Ich werde Ihnen nicht empfehlen, an diesen Ort zu gehen. Gehen Sie besser ins Swagat Restaurant, das viel besser ist als dieses Kurkuma.

I have rarely been so poorly treated at a restaurant. Upon arriving, I was told it would take a minute until a table for one would be available - no problem. Then the older couple who arrived after me were seated first (at a table that would seat 4). In my mind, they must be working on turning a smaller table, right? Nope they just wanted my presence eating alone at their restaurant to be less visible and made me wait 15 extra minutes to give me a 4person table in the back room. Incredibly rude. While ordering, the waiters were absolutely chaotic. I don’t think I spoke to the same waiter twice; there was no system for their service, just everyone was running around chaotically until you flag someone down. The food was decent; I must admit. But, I was disappointed by the spice level of the main dish. I ordered the Jalfrezi extra spicy (it’s the only menu item to have earned the label very spicy) and it came out weirdly sweet and not spicy. But again, the service was incredibly rude. I hadn’t even set down the fork from my final bite when a waiter grabbed my plate from me. It’s a cool place, but don’t expect customer service if you’re dining alone. Your money isn’t worth it to them…

Ansprechendes Ambiente, angenehme, nicht aufdringliche Hintergrundmusik. Das Restaurant macht einen sauberen, gepflegten Eindruck, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. In der Küche wird anscheinend gezaubert, frische Zutaten, perfekt getroffene Garpunkte, ob beim Fleisch, Fisch oder Gemüse, dazu noch liebevoll angerichtet. Geschmacklich war es eine Offenbarung, ein absoluter Genuss. Ein Besuch ist definitiv sein Geld wert. 👍

Euer Butter Chicken ist sooooo unglaublich lecker…da könnte ich mich wirklich reinlegen! In Verbindung mit dem Garlic Naan einfach unschlagbar. Bei keinem anderen indischen Restaurant essen wir so gern wie bei euch! Und auch euer Mango Lassi ist geschmacklich sooo gut. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber und ebenso das Personal. So during my stay of more than a month, I was a regular visitor there for food and I tasted many food items from the menu including veg and non veg. So oft wie hier war ich noch in keinem anderen Restaurant. Die Gerichte sind immer sehr besonders und lecker. Die Freunde immer wieder erwähnen wie gute Abende verbracht haben. Einfach lohnt sich. Die Preise bewegen sich in einem guten Rahmen.

Very tasty food. Too crowded because is too good

Waren bereits zweimal da. Jedes Mal spontan, ohne Reservierung, und haben dennoch sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Das vegetarische Essen ist köstlich, die Portionen wirklich ausreichend groß. Wir haben jedes Mal einen Rest mitgenommen, der noch für ein (kleines) Mittagessen für eine Person am nächsten Tag gereicht hat. Insgesamt könnte das Essen etwas schneller serviert werden, aber wenn es länger dauert, damit es so schmeckt, wie es schmeckt, ist das auch in Ordnung. Geheimtipp: Das Garlic-Naan-Brot ist das beste, was ich jemals in einem indischen Restaurant gegessen habe!!!
