Aus meiner Sicht eines der besten italienischen Restaurants nördlich der Alpen! Wir waren mittlerweile zwei Mal im Vulcani Del Sud und sind jedes Mal absolut begeistert gewesen. Schon beim Betreten merkt man sofort die italienische Herzlichkeit und echte Gastfreundschaft. Wir wurden sowohl zur Begrüßung als auch zur Verabschiedung per Handschlag empfangen – eine Aufmerksamkeit, die heute selten geworden ist und den Besuch besonders persönlich macht. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam, italienisch herzlich und authentisch. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie bei Freunden zu Gast. Genau diese leidenschaftliche Gastfreundschaft macht den Unterschied. Und das Essen? - Einfach hervorragend. Man schmeckt die Qualität und die Liebe zum Detail in jedem Gericht. Besonders die Vorspeisenplatte „Antipasto Della Casa“ ist ein absoluter Traum – einfach wow. Köstlich! (Delizioso!) Allein dafür kommen wir gerne wieder. Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit tollen Flair!

Derzeit einer der top3 Italiener in Erlangen (sucht Euch die anderen beiden aus (-; ). Gehobene Preise für gehobenen kulinarischen Anspruch. Gute Weinkarte. Die normale Pizza/Pasta Kundschaft wird aber auch nicht vergessen.

Das Essen ist sehr, sehr lecker. Service ist super zuvorkommend. Beim eigentlichen Service auch nicht aufdringlich. Ambiente nur 3 Sterne, da sehr laut. durch die Abläufe des Personals (Hektik) entsteht etwas Unruhe. Man wird während des Besuchs mehrmals auf eine Google Bewertung angesprochen.

Mit Abstand das beste italienische Restaurant weit und breit!! Das Essen ist mit Liebe und Ehrgeiz zum Detail perfekt zubereitet. Es gibt immer wieder eine neue, wechselnde Saison Karte. Und die Gerichte sind geschmacklich, sowie angerichtet ein Traum! Die liebenswerte und familiäre Atmosphäre im Restaurant machen den Aufenthalt jedes Mal noch schöner. Egal was an Essen gesucht wird, hier wird jeder fündig. Ich würde am liebsten jeden Tag hier essen. 🤗

Wir waren heute hier italienisch essen und sind wirklich begeistert! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und gemütlich, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam – man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Sehr geschäftiges, eigentümliches Lokal mit nettem Personal. Die Pizza kam unerwartet schnell und hatte den fluffigsten, geschmackvollsten Teig, den ich seit langem gegessen habe. Da reicht es auch einfach die Margarita der Kinder zu essen.

Ein Abend der in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir waren mit der Familie zum Abendessen dort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen . Sehr freundlicher und überaus sympatischer und kompetenter Service. Gelebte Gastfreundschaft.wie man es nicht mehr soft findet.Eine wirklich ausgewogene Speisekarte - und auf den Empfehlungen von Gianni - kann man zu 100 % vertrauen. Sowohl beim Wein - als auch bei den Speisen. Wir hatten dreierleigebackene Algenbällchen und ausgezeichnete Bruschette und eine wunderbare Parmigiane die melanzane-Interpretation vom Küchenchef - ich war mehr als begeistert_zur Vorspeise. Natürlich wurde auch Pizza und Lasagne bestellt - aber auch pasta mit Garnelen aner auch Wolfsbarsch und Kalbsleber vom Chef empfohlen. HERRLICH. Unsere Damen haben sich dann noch eien Dessertvariation zusammenstellen lassen-was soll ich sagen . Ein krönender Abschluss! For me, Vulcani del Sud in Erlangen is a guarantee. I go there all the time, and it's the only restaurant where I truly enjoy eating. The food is genuine, authentic, just like in Sicily, just like in Naples. Southern flavors done right. Gianni is excellent, super friendly, and makes you feel at home from the first moment. And Giuseppe, the chef, is exceptional: his dishes are spectacular, beautiful to look at, and even better to eat. For me, it's home. I recommend it without a second thought.

For those looking for a legit Italian food around Erlangen, this is the place to go!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as we were in the area. We're still absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is very inviting and truly cozy. The service is incredibly friendly, and the pizzas were unbeatable. Even though it's still the colder months, the outdoor seating area was incredibly appealing. We live quite a distance away, but we'll definitely be back!

My wife and I dined at this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and it was a truly perfect evening. The welcome was incredibly warm and professional, making us feel instantly at ease and comfortable. Both the appetizer and the main course were absolutely delicious – truly unique and prepared with meticulous attention to detail. On our way home from our ski holiday, we stopped here for a bite to eat. Even though it was busy, they were incredibly helpful: if we could hurry up a bit, they'd have a spot for us. That worked out perfectly for us! The food was truly amazing. As three brothers, we had three different dishes, and every single one was delicious. Highly recommended!

The best Italian restaurant in Erlangen, top-notch pizza 👍

We spontaneously decided to eat at Vulcano in Eltersdorf today. Despite being a large group and having many other guests, we were able to get a table for three after a quick phone call, which was incredibly kind. So, to sum it up: I don't know why it took us so long to find this place. The service was super friendly and great with kids, the drinks were a really good mix, and the food was amazing. From steak tartare and bruschetta to lasagna and pasta, all the way to Nutella pizza. Absolutely fantastic, and we'll definitely be back.

We get pizza here really often and are always thrilled with it. The pizza is ready super fast, always fresh, and simply delicious. You can immediately tell that they put their heart and soul into it. And honestly, with all the delivery services, you end up paying the same amount – and taste-wise, none of them even come close to this pizza. It's actually worth driving there yourself! What I also really appreciate is that if you have to wait a bit, they immediately ask if you'd like something to drink. It's such a small gesture, but it makes the moment so much more pleasant. You feel welcome, even if you're just popping in for a quick pickup. For us, it's definitely the best place to go when we want really good pizza.

We also came to this place from the south. The atmosphere was very nice, characteristically Italian and welcoming. We ate mainly pizza, and the child had spaghetti with tomato sauce. They immediately served us fried pizza. Everything was delicious, with plenty of toppings! The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were satisfied, and if we ever find ourselves in Erlangen again, we'll definitely come back!

Pizzeria and restaurant run by Italians. I recently went there with my family on a weekday evening. The food quality and atmosphere are superb. Neapolitan pizza is incredibly soft in the center, crispy with large, airy crusts. Fresh ingredients; flavorful tomato pasta. The atmosphere is elegant, dimly lit, intimate, and welcoming, perfect for families. The service is friendly and welcoming.

We were a group of eight traveling through and enjoyed our dinner there. We booked a table in advance by phone, and the reservation process was seamless. The food arrived very quickly and tasted delicious. We ordered half the menu items, and the food was consistently of good quality. The only slight drawback was the lasagna (which was very tasty), which wasn't a particularly large portion. Dogs are allowed, the decor is very stylish, and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Well, I have to say, it's amazing to be able to enjoy the best classic flavors so far from home. All the dishes are delicious. We've been there several times, most recently for a company dinner. On this occasion, they surprised us with an impressive array of appetizers, each one better than the last. Unfortunately, I was so busy trying everything that I didn't get any decent photos of the dishes. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and a special mention goes to Gianni, who was truly attentive and always there at the right time. It's a real pleasure to visit the Southern Volcanoes.
