Fishery Oberle in Erlangen

Wirklich tolles Restaurant mit Parkplatz, Fischerei Betrieb und eigener Brauerei. Ich hatte das Zander Filet mit der Aiolicreme und der Grüntee Limetten Soße und es war hervorragend. Ich hatte zudem keine einzige Gräte (meine Mutter hatte da etwas weniger Glück mit vereinzelten Gräten, aber das ist nun mal so bei Fisch) Mein Vater hatte das Karpfen Filet und obwohl er zu Beginn skeptisch war, weil er schon die ein oder andere schlechte Erfahrung mit Karpfen hatte, war auch er begeistert vom Essen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und schnell, sowohl beim Bestellen als auch beim Bezahlen. Der Hof sieht sehr schön aus, ich komme gerne jederzeit wieder. Reservierung ist auch Online möglich, sofern es nicht am selben Tag ist. Wenn es am selben Tag sein soll dann kann man dort auch Anrufen. Es lief alles völlig Reibungslos.

Gleich vorweg: Mega gutes Restaurant! Sehr gutes Essen, man merkt das hier frisch zubereitet wird. Hähnchen sehr zart, Salat erfrischend. Auch die Cremesuppe war geschmacklich ein Hit, schön cremig mit guter Würze. Die kleine, interessante Nachspeise vom Espresso mit Schlagsahne war passend zu Rest. Bedienung war freundlich, gesprächig und mit guten Empfehlungen was man probieren sollte. Wirkten sehr authentisch und sympathisch, man fühlt sich direkt wohl! Ambiente klassisch, urig gehalten. Man fühlt sich einfach heimisch dort. Eine klare Empfehlung hier essen zu gehen!

Wir waren das erste mal im Gasthaus und waren komplett begeistert. Toller Service, sehr angenehmes Ambiente, das Essen schön angerichtet und extrem lecker! Das Bier, genau unser Fall. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden wieder kommen.

Super lecker & sehr freundliches Personal

Für Fisch Liebhaber erste Wahl. Richtig leckeres Essen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis Leistung top.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in dem Fischlokal. Schon bei der Ankunft gab es einen sehr netten Empfang durch den Chef. Wir durften im Hof parken, da mein Mann gehbehindert ist. Wir fühlten uns gleich Willkommen. Das Essen und der Service waren vorzüglich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Neben dem Essen ist auch das Weißbier, das hier wie andere Sorten, gebraut wird ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Habe heute die Fischerei durch Freunde kennenlernen dürfen , die hier ein Hochzeitsessen abgehalten haben. Um es kurz zu machen: Die Fischerei ist ein wirkliches Juwel in jede Richtung. Danke das ich hier sein konnte.

Waren Ostern zum Fischessen dort und waren mehr als zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service top.

Sensationell in jedee Hinsicht. Wir kommen immer wieder extra aus Baden Württemberg weil es hier so toll schmeckt.

Hier kann man sehr gut heimischen Fisch essen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön, die Bedienung freundlich. Meistens ist viel los und am Wochenende eine Reservierung empfehlenswert.

Licht und Schatten. Etwas hektische und laute Gaststuben. Der Saal im 1. Stock wirkt eher für Feiern geeignet und ist ungemütlich und laut. Der Service ist schnell, aber weder geschult, noch freundlich. Es wirkt teilweise wie eine schnelle Massenabfertigung. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig, nicht besonders gut, aber okay. Dafür jedoch viel zu hochpreisig und lieblos angerichtet. Erinnert ein bisschen an die 90er Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts. Die bretonische Fischsuppe ist geschmacklich gut, aber nahezu ohne Fischeinlage, eher eine Gemüsesuppe. Die Schweinemedaillons sind viel zu lange gebraten und trocken. Auch der Lammbraten war sehr trocken und viel zu lange im Ofen. Der Karpfen ist dagegen sehr gut gebraten und geschmacklich gut. Der Beilagensalat ist mit Dosenkomponenten. Auch die Fischfilets sind völlig übergart. Leider schafft der Service es nicht bei nur 4 Personen die Essen annähernd zeitgleich zu servieren. Das letzte Essen kam 10 Minuten nach dem ersten Essen. Alles in allem eher enttäuscht und den Preis (170€ für 4 Personen mit je einem alkoholfreien Getränk) nicht wert. Schöner Biergarten für den Sommer und ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Super Karpfenfilet mit Kartoffelsalat und Endivensalat. Leckeres selbst gebrautes Hofbräu und spitzen Nachtisch Apfelküchle mit Eierlikörparfait.

Tolle Location mit hervorragendem Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Hatten diverse Gerichte, welche alle perfekt zubereitet waren. Sehr kurze Wartezeiten. Fast schon zu kurz. Der bretonische Fischtopf war sehr lecker. Ausreichend Baguette dabei als Vorspeise. Pfefferkarpfen auch super lecker. Erstklassige Qualität. Macht weiter so! Beim Dessert bissl Kreativität wäre noch schön.

Der Gasthof der Fischerei Oberle ist nicht nur für Fischesser, sondern auch für Fleischfreunde ein echter Geheimtipp, das Lokal liegt absolut idyllisch. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ist ausnahmslos lecker. Ein Gasthaus für die ganze Familie. Wir kommen sicher wieder, denn es gibt noch viele Speisen, die zu probieren sind.

Gehen immer wieder gern hin. Denn man ist dort gern und gut......

Top Lokal, wenn man die richtige Servicekraft erwischt. Zu empfehlen: Karpfenfilet und Rehbraten.

Wir waren im Restaurant Oberle und sind absolut begeistert. Hier passt einfach alles – vom Service über das Essen bis hin zur Location. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam: Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Auf Wünsche und Sonderwünsche wird geduldig und freundlich eingegangen, und auch Familien mit Kindern sind hier mehr als herzlich willkommen. Genau so stellt man sich Gastfreundschaft vor. Das Essen ist auf Top-Niveau. Besonders der Fisch ist herausragend: super frisch, perfekt zubereitet und mit einer beeindruckenden Auswahl an verschiedenen Fischgerichten. Qualität, Geschmack und Präsentation sind einfach erstklassig – hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Restaurant, bei dem man merkt, dass mit Herz, Können und Anspruch gearbeitet wird. So sollte Gastronomie sein. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Der Karpfen war geschmacklich höchstens Mittelmaß, das Schnitzel sah nach Convenience aus (war eher dick, also nicht geklopft), die Wellenpommes dazu sowieso und leider konnte auch der Sauerbraten nicht halten, was er optisch versprach. Der Kartoffel-Endiviensalat war, wie auch der Karpfen, eher klein (bestellt haben wir den mittleren für 19€). Wir hatten vorneweg 3x den bretonischen Fischtopf mit Baguette für 8,50€: 1x OK, 1x auf dem Unterteller verteilt und 1x einer Person am Tisch auf die Schulter gekleckert. Der Kellner lachte unbeholfen, nuschelte eine Entschuldigung und das war's dann. Das geht gar nicht! Wir wollten mal was neues ausprobieren, fürs nächste Mal haben wir aber wieder in unserem erprobten Karpfen Restaurant bestellt, wo vor allem der Karpfen deutlich besser schmeckt.

Seit jähren Gast zum Karpfenessen. Immer lecker Karpfen oder Knusperle vom Karpfen. Service - Personal sehr freundlich. Das selber gebraute Biere ein Genuss.

One of the best carp restaurants in the area :) The carp are farmed on-site and prepared superbly. The fish is always tender and juicy, and the breading stays crispy until the very end, even if you take your time.

It's always a wonderful place to go. Excellent service, short wait times for the food, and perfect quality. Carp prepared in various ways from their own fish farm, and delicious home-brewed beer.

The Fischerei Oberle in Erlangen is a charming venue with a natural flair and idyllic setting – ideal for celebrations in a cozy atmosphere. The event room offers ample space and impresses with its friendly ambiance. The elegant chair covers gave the space a particularly festive and stylish feel, lending the celebration a sophisticated yet warm touch.

A lovely evening at the Oberle fishery. I arrived early enough to see the ponds surrounding the business while it was still daylight; it's fantastic to get fish directly from the farm! For starters, I had the carp paste and creamed carp roe with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and Kalamata olives, served with bread. Very tasty! Then I had the grass carp with salad and potato salad. Both salad and fish were excellent. I also had a Peterla and a Hofbräu from the in-house brewery, both beers made according to good Franconian brewing tradition. I brought a 2-liter bottle of Hofbräu, which is a good idea and a nice souvenir. The service was a bit hectic at first, but then it was fine. I was alone, which isn't really recommended; the table was quite "in the corner" between the wall and the restroom entrance. But the atmosphere was nice; it was crowded and cozy. Overall, highly recommended, but definitely better to come with at least two people. They even have a small shop where you can buy smoked fish, etc., which is open all day on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, this establishment is absolutely worth a trip and a visit.

Delicious food and generous portions await guests at this incredibly friendly restaurant. The interior exudes a welcoming atmosphere, and the service is always attentive and friendly. The carp (farmed on-site) is among the best in the entire area. And the other dishes are equally impressive. It's a bit out of the way, but definitely worth a visit.

A very nice restaurant with its own beer brewery. My baked grass carp was delicious, and the service was attentive. The visit will be memorable and won't be the last....

I was able to eat my first carp fillet at the end of August (the carp season doesn't start until September 1st!). It came with a great salad and a non-alcoholic wheat beer from the brewery; delicious!

Here, they know how to prepare carp. The food is also not too outstanding, whether it's the fish soup or the mushy peas.

Carp season opens today! Great restaurant with spacious seating inside and outside, and beer benches outside. Despite the fair, we didn't have to wait long for our fish, which come in three sizes! The service staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. We'll be back soon.

A good selection of tasty and original fish dishes, including grass carp and Breton fish soup. Carp is farmed on site. A pleasant outdoor atmosphere right next to the on-site fish pond. Friendly and prompt service. Plus, good beer from the on-site brewery—what more could you need?

This is one of our favorite locals. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the food is truly delicious. We even occasionally get the home-brewed beer from the beer dispenser. So, for those who like fish, the Fischerei Oberle is highly recommended.

without a doubt THE BEST fish restaurant in the Universe. Centuries old family owned restaurant, you get a chance sometimes to talk to a humble yet very uplifting owner, who basically helps the waiters with a smile. Homemade beer, crispy and delicious carp. We went there several times also during Christmas and the interior was decorated very very uplifting and festive. The fish comes fresh straight out of the water from nearby (think of 50m away) ponds where it lives. The beer on the other hand is on another level. homemade and fresh it taste amazing, even for someone with sensitive gut, this beer is like elixir. I wont just recommend it, if you are nearby and miss this place, you are missing big. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great food, friendly service, parking in front of the house

This is a great inn, although the place is slightly hidden when you're there because you're not alone. When I was there it was very busy, and of course all the dishes were fresh and well prepared. I would have the carp blue, unbeatably tasty and inexpensive for the quality.

Homemade beer is excellent. The carp is a dream. The waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. Prices adjusted according to quality.

Pepper carp is a must here! I still ask for some Ingreisch with it. Indescribably good! Super well seasoned and the price, performance and service are right. I can only repeat myself... Really great!

Fastenbock tapping today, great beer on tap, excellent creation by master brewer David. As has been the case many times before, the atmosphere in the courtyard was very cozy and everything was well organized. The beer goulash and Franconian bratwurst served with it were a poem. Thanks to the Oberle couple and the attentive staff for their hospitality 😊

Very nice inn - beautifully renovated rooms - very good food, numerous fish from our own farm, very local food sources. My trout was excellent. Reception if you want to eat good, down-to-earth fish.

Delicious fish dishes and good beer

February 1, 2025 Goulash: Dry, tough, stringy meat with no taste. Certainly not after goulash. The whole thing was carelessly smacked onto a mountain of spaetzle, which was languishing in a brownish, watery, bland soup. Salad: Aweng wos especially in my spoon neibadschd. Two Bläddla Chiccorie on it. Faddish. And literally served ice cold! Service: After about 10 minutes, I put down the cutlery, disappointed. (I tried it with the 20 to 8, because I assumed in a store in this price range - just under 20€ - we still know that), and that would have been fine. (87th birthday celebration). My plate is the last to be cleared, followed by the question of whether it was tasty, which I answered as above. Apparently surprised, almost offended and without an adequate answer, the head waitress left. No greeting from the kitchen, not a word of regret. I also ordered a coffee which wasn't charged for. Anyway...

A cool beer and the small Breton fish pot will pleasantly shorten the waiting time for the baked carp. The carp was extremely tasty. Everything was perfect thanks to the unobtrusively friendly service.

As a Franconian beer lover, I became aware of this restaurant because beer is also brewed here. The first baked carp of the season, along with the accompanying potato salad, was excellent. The homemade hefeweizen was also very good. The waitresses were very friendly. The price level is in the upper middle class. Visit again in July 2023. Forelle Müllerin Art was excellent. The summer beers taste good too. Definitely worth a visit. 09/27/2024: The baked carp were excellent again and the "new" bock beer also convinced me.

Excellent food, in a cozy atmosphere!

On the 3rd Sunday of Advent, the restaurant is full, there is a constant change of visitors at the large tables, reminiscent of church fairs. Good food, waiting time just reasonable due to the operation described. Unfortunately, the food comes on plates that have not been preheated, so the dish gets cold very quickly. Tastes better warm!

First time offender, it was on our bucket list. We went to dinner with three other couples. Even making the reservation by phone was very pleasant. Everything was perfect, lots of parking, the furnishings and ambience, the service and especially the food!
