Ich habe hier dreimal spät abends gegessen und es ist definitiv eines der besten indischen Restaurants der Stadt! Die Portionen sind immer sehr großzügig und der Preis ist gut 🧡

Mit Gruß aus der Küche sehr leckeres Essen mit angemessenen Preisen. Empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter. Ein kleiner Nachtisch auf Kosten des Hauses haben das Essen wunderbar abgerundet.

Wir bestellten Chicken Tikka und Daal Makhni. Beides war total geschmacklos. Das Hähnchen war nicht frisch. Ich hatte mir die ganzen Bewertungen angesehen und dachte, es wäre ein nettes Restaurant, aber nachdem ich selbst dort war, bin ich mir sicher, dass die ganzen guten Bewertungen gefälscht sind.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Ambiente. Die Bedienung war super angenehm und die Zeit zwischen den Gängen war genau richtig. Ein toller Ort um einen schönen Abend und ein vorzügliches Essen zu genießen. Wir haben uns ein wenig durch die Karte probiert und es hat alles super geschmeckt.

Wir sind nach dem Lesen der Bewertungen zum Mittagessen hierher gekommen. Aber es ist den Bewertungen nicht würdig. Service und Atmosphäre sind okay, aber nicht besonders gut. Zum Essen: Wir haben mehrere Hühnchengerichte bestellt, und jedes Mal bekamen wir die gleiche Hühnchensorte mit unterschiedlichen Gewürzen – nichts, was der Name vermuten ließ. In jedem Gericht war viel zu viel Farbstoff. Es gibt ein Foto von einem leeren Teller und einem Papiertaschentuch, um zu zeigen, wie viel Farbe verwendet wurde. Brot und Naan sind gut, aber Reis- und Currygerichte nicht. Und das Mango-Lassi soll hausgemacht sein, war es aber nicht. Zum Schluss gab es noch eine Art Dessert, das vielleicht das einzig Gute an dem Mittagessen war, aber auch das war nicht besonders gut. Ich rate dringend davon ab, Essen mit versteckten Farbstoffen zu bestellen!

Das Essen ist nordindisch zubereitet. Es ist farbenfroh, aber geschmacksarm. Für Südinder nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service ist hervorragend und die Atmosphäre angenehm.

Das Essen war ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis. Ich hatte butterzartes Hähnchen mit Butter-Naan, und meine Geschmacksknospen waren im siebten Himmel. Vielleicht das beste indische Essen, das ich je gegessen habe.

Das Essen war mal super dort aber seit einiger Zeit leider nicht mehr. Vor allem das Hähnchenfleisch ist teilweise nicht durch und mit Flachsen versehen, das finde ich eklig.

Wir haben während des Lockdowns oft dort bestellt, waren seitdem schon mehrmals dort und waren immer begeistert! Unser letzter Besuch war jedoch sehr enttäuschend – die Portionen waren viel kleiner (kaum Inhalt, hauptsächlich Soße) und der Geschmack fade. Sogar die Farben wirkten etwas unnatürlich und viel künstlicher. Wirklich schade, denn wir liebten diesen Laden und hatten uns sehr auf den Besuch gefreut. Leider waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht.

Lecker, gemütlich und ein freundlicher Service!

Ein absoluter Witz! Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Butter Chicken gegessen. So unfassbar trocken, geschmacklos und billig. Die Gesamtbewertung spiegelt nicht Ansatzweise die Leistung des Restaurants wider. Eine Frechheit!

Ich liebe diesen Laden, der Service ist super schnell und effizient. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität, wie in manch anderen indischen Restaurants im Stadtzentrum.

Ich habe mir ein Paneer Masala bestellt und einmal Naan Brot. Das Paneer war zwar recht günstig, aber hat leider nicht geschmeckt, weil es extrem süß war. Von der leichten Schärfe und der Würze war überhaupt nichts zu schmecken. Musste dann zu Hause extrem nachwürzen und hab mich echt zwingen müssen, es zu essen… sehr schade. Naan war okay.

Absolut fantastisch! Für sein Geld bekommt man sehr viel. Die Gerichte waren üppig und lecker. Wir sind definitiv satt geworden. Zusätzlich haben wir kostenlosen Joghurt und Nan bekommen. Weiterhin kostenlos waren mehrere seperate Soßes, Paperdam, ein kleines Mangoschnaps und -dessert. Ich hoffe das bleibt so und wird nicht irgendwann so schlecht wie in anderen indischen Restaurants werden!

Dieser Ort ist fantastisch für ein authentisches indisches Essen! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Ein absolutes Muss, wenn Sie in der Gegend sind und ein nettes Restaurant mit hervorragendem indischem Essen suchen.

Die Portionen waren großzügig. Der Geschmack war in Ordnung und der Service gut.

Die Dal ist leider sehr dünn, ich weiß nicht, wo man da Linsen merken soll. Das Butter Chicken war einfach nur Hähnchen in viel zu süßer Tomatensoße...

Top für Mittagessen! Hab mich kaum hingesetzt war das Essen schon da. Lammfleisch war sehr zart. Sauce lecker. Wenn ich’s eilig gehabt hätte wäre ich 5-10 min später schon fertig gewesen!

Ein wunderbarer Ort. Unglaublich leckeres indisches Essen, sehr höfliche Bedienung und eine schnelle Servierung der Bestellungen. Außerdem wird vor dem Essen eine kleine Vorspeise und zum Schluss ein kleiner Nachtisch serviert. Ich kann dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

Highly recommended. We ate there yesterday. The food was simply superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would definitely eat there again. Unfortunately, it's a bit too far for us to drive.

I ordered from King Masala for the first time, and what a terrible decision was it.. * Butter chicken tasted nothing like butter, too sweet (and I mean like dessert sweet), weirdly red colored and just bland * Naan was ridiculously small for 5,00€ I had to stop and laugh at the portion 😅 * Daal soup was okay * Chicken pakoras were VERY dry, which made me suspect how fresh the chicken used for them is 🙄 Overall, taught me a lesson to not order food too late and stick to my usuals. Won’t repeat again..

Overall, not really recommended. There are better restaurants in the area, and you can find better Indian food elsewhere in Munich for only slightly more. We went there for lunch as a couple. The waiter tried to push our orders in a strange way, without giving us a chance to look at the menu. Some of the food was quite good (chicken tikka, naan), but some of it was really bad ('butter' chicken in tomato sauce with no discernible butter flavor). At least a mountain of rice, soup, and dessert were included in the price of the lunch special for two people (35 EUR including tip). The ambiance is okay; the AI-generated pictures on the wall provided some amusement.

Amazing ambience and service with excellent food quality. Tried the Veg thali for 2, served with pappad and four chutney’s, the thali size was amazing and the naan bread and portions were huge, more than enough for 2 people. Must try!

I wanted to grab something to eat after yoga and spontaneously went to this Indian restaurant without doing any research. The service was really fast, but it felt like the food was on the table after just three minutes, which felt odd. Beyond that, the food was mediocre at best and nothing special. The sauce was pretty tasteless, and the vegetable balls were just solid balls. Even though the prices are good, I would only come back here in a pinch, as every cent is too much for boring Indian food. Unfortunately!

Due to bad weather, we went to this restaurant without any recommendation or research. The interior looks like a pub with over-the-top, pseudo-Indian decor. The friendly staff was quick to serve, but they weren't too busy that evening. Within a short time, the (watery) lentil soup, three kinds of oven-baked chicken (undermarinated) with naan, and fruit spritzers were served, although they had already lost their sparkle and tasted stale. In summary: all edible dishes, presented at the table with a neat appearance and filling enough to eat simply due to their portion sizes, but with little to do with the delicate flavors of the country's multifaceted cuisine.

Despite pre-ordering and a phone call, the delivery was an hour late, and there wasn't even an apology. That's unacceptable.

Wrong order was delivered to me. Restaurant made a mistake of packing different curry when I had ordered M13 chicken Madras. I can understand it's a human error and things like this happen. But the restaurant was not at all supportive to find a solution to problem.

The chicken korma was good, but be careful with the spice: the lamb jalfrezi is incredibly spicy, and there's no warning at Wolt, even though it's listed with other dishes, so be careful. It was inedible for our German palates because it was far too spicy.

I ordered Chicken karahi but taste was not that good to be honest

BRAVI, IT'S REAL INDIAN CUISINE Suffice it to say that during the week my wife and I were in Munich, we dined at this Indian restaurant twice. We were drawn to the positive reviews, which we can definitely confirm. The young waiters immediately put us at ease, allowing us to choose the table we liked best. The dishes we tried were all excellent and plentiful. Also worthy of mention is the bread, both the regular one and the garlic one, which for us Westerners is a sort of flatbread. The rice dishes we ordered on both occasions were excellent: the first night with king prawns and the second with lamb. In fact, as in all Indian restaurants, rice always accompanies the various dishes, with plenty of options for seasoning. Truly typical flavors, generous portions, and the excellent mango liqueur recommended by the waiter to finish off the dinner on both occasions is noteworthy. There is nothing else to say, just look at the photos which in my opinion speak for themselves.

We had dinner here and were very disappointed to find that our bill included items we never ordered because it was mixed with another table’s. Although the amount was refunded after pointing it out, food was good but such mistakes are unacceptable and leave a bad impression.

One of the best places to have indian food items with desi taste. Staffs are very gentle and takes care of customer taste. Eagerly asking for feedback and improving accordingly. Nice family & Kids friendly desi food place.

A wonderful experience. We were there on August 15th and returned on the 19th during our seven-day stay in Munich. The waiters were very courteous and eager to help. We tried several dishes: shrimp soup, lamb, duck, and other meat dishes. Everything was delicious and plentiful, accompanied by rice and various sauces. Definitely worth a try.

Ali was really super nice, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was just what we wanted. Go there with your eyes closed!

I was here with three other people. The food was great and, above all, reasonably priced, as was the drink selection. Although the service was a bit chaotic, I definitely want to come back!

I went to King Masala for the first time today and it definitely won't be my last. I can honestly recommend it and, of course, I can give you my reasons why. First off, the friendly owner and staff are the first thing to mention for their kindness. For our first course, we ordered the mixed starter. Of course, everything was delicious, but the samosa pieces were incredibly tasty. My first recommendation: You absolutely must order the samosas. The Chicken Tikka Masala, Jalfrezi, and for those who like lamb, the Lamb Masala, are all highly recommended. The dishes also came with a generous portion of rice, which I really liked. To finish, we had mango cream and mango lassi. Both are homemade. But here, you absolutely have to order the mango lassi. We sat outside, but the restaurant's interior is also very pleasant. I especially didn't know they had a separate room, which is great for small parties or birthdays. I will continue to be a regular customer. I can highly recommend it in terms of taste, friendliness, and prices.

I've been to the King Masala Restaurant in Munich several times now and have been very satisfied every time. The service is excellent and very friendly. There's a wide selection of vegetarian dishes made with fresh vegetables, and we've never left the restaurant without receiving a welcome greeting from the chef. It's also very suitable for larger groups.

Great vegan options and courteous service. Kitchen is open late and they have nice outdoor seating. The owner is very nice.
