Amber Indisches Restaurant in München

Ein absolut gelungener Abend in Bogenhausen. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ambiente ist einladend und die Stimmung sehr entspannt. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Besonders die würzigen Speisen haben uns überzeugt, und auch das Naan-Brot im Korb war perfekt zubereitet. Ein schönes Detail sind die frischen Rosen auf dem Tisch, die dem Ganzen eine persönliche Note verleihen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich habe mittags dort gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und achtsam, das Essen dagegen eine Katastrophe. Bestellt habe ich Dal Makhani. Erhalten habe ich ein geschmacklos Linsengericht das mit dem traditionellen Dal Makhani überhaupt nichts zu tun hat, indische Gewürze konnte ich nicht schmecken, insgesamt wurden billigste Zutaten verwendet, auch für den Salat. Mit dem was der Inhaber auf seiner Webseite verspricht, hat das rein gar nichts zu tun. Wirkt weder authentisch noch ehrlich.

Ein wunderbares Erlebnis im Restaurant Amber! Wir waren kürzlich dort und genossen ein fantastisches Essen in einem warmen, eleganten Ambiente. Die Speisen waren frisch, geschmackvoll und perfekt zubereitet, und der Service war durchweg exzellent und aufmerksam. Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass Herr Ashish extra 40 Minuten fuhr, um uns zu treffen und sich ein paar Minuten mit uns zu unterhalten. Das machte den Abend zu einem ganz persönlichen und unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend in diesem Restaurant in Bogenhausen. Das Essen war durchweg köstlich und die Präsentation der Speisen in den authentischen Metallschüsseln hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Alles wirkte sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Ein echtes Highlight war die frische Blume in der schmalen Vase auf unserem Tisch, die für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Abend in der Ostpreußenstraße! Wir haben das Essen hier in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles schmeckte frisch und war sehr aromatisch zubereitet. Besonders die Präsentation auf dem Tisch hat uns überzeugt. Die zwei echten Rosen in der kleinen Vase waren ein schönes Detail, das den Aufenthalt direkt persönlicher machte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Seit einigen Wochen besuche ich das Restaurant Amber. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Das Restaurant hat auch einen schönen Aussenbereich. Hier kann man sehr gut Essen und entspannen. Das Service Team ist stets freundlich. Die Hauptspeisen sind sehr lecker. Schauen Sie doch selbst mal Vorbei und genießen Sie die Schöne Atmosphäre.

Das Essen war nur mittelmäßig, es dauerte sehr lange, bis die Gerichte ankamen.

Auf meiner letzten Reise nach München hatte ich plötzlich Lust auf scharfes Essen und war dort – und ich muss sagen, es hat meine Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Das Essen ist definitiv authentisch und sehr lecker, aber der Service war herausragend. Es gab Pani Puri gratis dazu, das zwar nicht ganz so schmeckte wie in Indien, aber dem Geschmack sehr nahe kam. Ein Restaurant, das man unbedingt mehrmals besuchen sollte.

Super leckeres Essen mit viel Auswahl, riesigen Portionen und einem top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und noch dazu einem super zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Service! Im Sommer besonders zu empfehlen: das Mango-Tiramisu! Definitiv einen und noch viele weitere Besuche wert!

Köstliche Pani Puri und Chicken Tikka Masala! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich durfte heute in den Genuss von dem indischen Streetfood PANI PURI kommen. Und ich kann es sehr empfehlen! Richtig lecker. Sehr frisch und interessant im Geschmack. Hab ich so noch nicht gehabt und freu mich aufs nächste Mal.

Seitdem es die neue Speisekarte gibt es das Menü erweitert worden. Wir hatten eine sehr saftige Lammkeule am Knochen mit Pilau Reis. Absolut lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen…. Was soll ich schreiben... es ist einfach spitze.... es schmeckt sehr gut. Der Service ist top. Die Jungs sind super. Location ist sauber und entspannt. Willst du was spezielles, dann bekommst du es auch. ich schreibe deswegen, weil ich seit 5 Jahren hier min 2x die Woche esse....

Wir sind immer begeistert von den fein gewürzten Gerichten, der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und humorvoll. Die Einrichtung ist modern indisch, ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Man kann auch vorbestellen und dann einfach für zuhause abholen- einfach perfekt!

Gutes indisches Restaurant. Ich hatte es mir schärfer vorgestellt, da es als mittelscharf angegeben war, aber überhaupt nicht scharf. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Restaurant war schön und gemütlich. Gute Bierauswahl. Ungefähr 35 Euro pro Person.

Hier war ich schon öfter und es war jedesmal sehr lecker. Das Personal ist wirklich super aufmerksam und total lieb, das Essen kommt schnell und man kann auch total schön auf einer kleinen Terrasse draußen sitzen :) außerdem bekommt man nach jedem Besuch eine kleine Schokolade!!!

Ob zum Essen im Restaurant oder zum Mitnehmen, wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu Amber.

Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist groß und authentisch, besonders die Currys haben uns sehr überzeugt. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant angenehm und gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Restaurant sehr empfehlen!

Das indische Restaurant Amber ist einfach fantastisch! Schon beim Betreten wird man von der gemütlichen, einladenden Atmosphäre begrüßt. Das Ambiente ist perfekt für einen entspannten Abend, und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist einfach ein Traum! Die Gerichte sind, voll von Aromen und perfekt gewürzt. Die Portionen sind großzügig und man merkt, dass hier nur frische Zutaten verwendet werden. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher und kann Amber jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach authentischer, leckerer indischer Küche ist. Ein tolles Restaurant.

Bestimmt schon 20 x dort gewesen. Mittags preiswertes Menü, am Abend immer gut gefüllt und Reservierung empfohlen. Preis- Leistung top, tolle Auswahl und Mega lecker.

Habe zum Abholen bestellt. Zubereitung innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Preislich super. War extrem lecker, ganz klare Empfehlung!

I visited Amber Indian Restaurant and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was incredibly delicious – fresh, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. The service was very friendly and attentive, and I immediately felt at home. The place is also beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean. As a little extra, they even gave me a free mango cream at the end – super delicious and a wonderful gesture! Overall, everything was great – I can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately, we weren't that satisfied with the food. This could, of course, be because we're not used to Indian food and the flavor didn't suit us. However, I had shrimp in a coconut curry sauce, which I found more like porridge with coconut flakes. My companion had a spicy sauce with cooked duck. Perhaps our expectations were too high, and he was dreaming of crispy duck breast slices. The mango lassi was truly delicious... The wait for the pre-prepared dishes was definitely too long.

We enjoy Indian food every now and then. We've been to Amber for the second time in a short time and can only say positive things. Very fair value for money and attentive service. I would describe the food quality as very good. A visit is highly recommended. Warning: I love very spicy food and ordered extra spicy... and that's exactly what I got 😉 But you should actually be able to tolerate it ☝🏼

If you can only say good things about a restaurant, it's this one. The atmosphere is simply fantastic, the waiters and especially the restaurant manager are simply fantastic. Your every wish is catered to. And then there's the exquisite food, which is also beautifully presented. Simply fantastic all around. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The food is excellent; I like my favorite dish, Murg Nilgiri, the most compared to other restaurants here. They serve warm plates and cloth napkins. The staff is friendly.

The lunch menu at Amber is super delicious and ideal for a midday meal. The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and served quickly. The portions are just right, and the prices are really fair! You just feel at home here.

Amber has a beautiful, inspiring decor, and warm atmosphere. The food (Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken) were absolutely fantastic!! We've been going to Amber for years. For me, it's the best, and the service is exceptionally friendly. The chicken tikka is excellent.

A great restaurant, the staff is extremely courteous, friendly and attentive. The dishes were simply fantastic, I haven't experienced anything like this in Germany for a long time. The restaurant was very busy. The mango lassi was a bit too sweet. The mango flavor of the mango sauce was very subtle. My companion's dish didn't suit her taste either. The service was good.

We had a take-away. The food was good (nothing amazing, though) and we found a little dessert on the house. When I made the order I specifically asked if the Butter Chicken was spicy, because it was for a child. The employee said that it was a little, but they can do it not spicy at all. Well, that didn't happen. The Butter Chicken was spicier than my dish (Chicken Palak), so my kid could only eat rice, bread and the dessert. Oh, and by the way, too much rice on the side, it was more rice than the main dish.

I was in this restaurant for the first time today and I am very impressed with how great everything was, the food is super delicious, the staff is very friendly and professional. We ate there for the first time yesterday at 7 p.m., it was well attended but not too loud. I think that's good. We sat, not in the winter garden extension, because I don't know if it was as pleasantly quiet as where we were The noise was loud, but it looked beautiful there, like the rest of the restaurant. And we tried many Indian places but none were like this one in terms of food. Super friendly people, great food. Well seasoned, not too spicy and not too bland, that's exactly right for my taste. I don't eat anything spicy. And there is also a perfect allergy card. That's why I went vegan for the first time. And it tasted good - no, the spices made it excellent. And the portions were also very good and very sufficient, we even took some with us. So if you want to spend a great evening and go on a culinary cultural journey you should do it in this restaurant. Yesterday evening we had one of our most beautiful evenings for the two of us.

Among the starters, samosa and chicken pakora were very nice. Buttered nan was also very nice and warm. The lamb biryani and chicken tikka masala were very good, but they were heavy for me because there was too much coriander in them. As a Turk, we ordered sour lassi because I thought it would be similar to ayean, but it was too spicy. The mango creme they served at the end of the meal was very delicious, it goes very well with the spicy dishes you have eaten. Also, the service is very fast and the waiters are friendly.
