The quantity was very less not even enough for 1 person. Compared to other Indian restaurants, these guys are definitely not true to price vs quantity.

We used to go to eat here and all fine, good service, but one time we only wanted to take a drink and they were really rude and zero polite, the waiter came directly to us and said no more than 40 minutes. Although we didn't want to be over an hour, I think there are ways to communicate that other than being so rude. Exactly at minute 40 came the waitress with the bill. So I find this hole situation zero elegant, rather greedy. Never again!

It's really nice to sit here.... Everything seems stylish and comfortable, which I like because it's modern and not the usual Indian frills.... The service was very fast, very friendly and always attentive. The weak point for the 4 of us was actually the food itself. It was okay (even for the price, which is very fair for Munich), but unfortunately nothing more. It all tasted somehow good, but that was it, the sauces were a bit watery, the meat was a bit dry and so on. Everything is not tragic, but also far from “good”. You sit very nicely and comfortably, not cramped, not loud, which is worth something.

Very good Indian cuisine. In other restaurants I often find the taste lacking, but here it was really good but pleasantly seasoned. We were delighted with the taste. The vegetarian dishes are absolutely recommended. The service is friendly and the food came quickly.

Food was good, but they totally blew it when charging us 1,50€ for a glass of TAP WATER. It was 4 of us and each of us ordered a drink & food plus a glass of water. A total disgrace! Their reply was: They also have to pay to have access to tap water 🤣

The restaurant is modern and comfortably furnished. In my opinion the food is excellent. Wishes/hints e.g. B. Level of spiciness were always taken into account. The selection of drinks is large. I also order there regularly. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Very good food, you can smell the Indian spices right at the entrance, that was also the reason why we went in, although we were a bit confused because the menu box outside said Hofbräuhaus. But we didn't regret it, it was an extraordinary taste experience!

Finally writing this review after many, many visits. Monsoon is our favourite Indian restaurant in Munich (and elsewhere). Everything is super delicious and the staff is super friendly. Many vegetarian options. I always take the Chana Masala and it never disappoints.

This Indian restaurant was a total delight! The Tandoori mixed grill was absolutely mouthwatering. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was great too, with a cozy and inviting vibe. I’m definitely going back soon!

The sauces from the papadum were ready to go. Sauces, tandoori and duck came just 5 minutes after ordering. Both dishes that take significantly longer to cook fresh. So it was probably just warmed up food. Quite ok but it looks like everything wasn't freshly cooked. Service but attentive.

We discovered this Indian via Lieferando and are thrilled. We have ordered there several times since then and have always been completely satisfied. Really perfectly seasoned food. We even ate in the restaurant because of the delicious delivery food and this visit was also great. Service and ambience are really great. All in all a recommendation. So far we have not found a better Indian in Munich.

I waited almost 2 hours for my food (delivery) - unfortunately it arrived completely watered down and not particularly tasty.

Food is delicious but not necessarily cheap either. The operation and service were catastrophic. My food was taken from the table without me being asked if I wanted to eat more, even though I wanted to eat more. In addition, the female waiter responded very unfriendly to customer requests. Not recommended.

Food (Vegetarian) is really worst in Taste. If you’re going for Indian food, it’s gonna worst decision. It would be better to have at home. Staff behaviour is also disappointing, especially I observed with Indian customers. Till the time you’re in the restaurant, they expect that you should proportionately order something. Considering the price, food is not a penny worth.

The order was 2 shrimp biryani, 1 butter chicken, 1 cola, 1 tea Biryani I usually eat shrimp, so I can't rate it, but the biryani is 10/10, not dry. Butter chicken 10/10 - Delicious The account is 68.30 euros If they bring the amputee with white bread that I didn't eat, ask them if you can replace it with naan bread or not. The experience is delicious and will be repeated

For me the best Indian restaurant in Munich. Everything just fits! Professional service, tasteful decor and delicious food.

The service was fast and that's a real plus. The food quality was underwhelming given the price. A portion of paneer tikka for €10 had 4 paneers in all. They also seemed to be very stingy with giving rice. I wouldn't have a problem with the above normally but would also not give it 4+ stars. The taste was just fine with a little too much turmeric which somehow is sold as the trademark of Indian cuisine in Germany. All in all, the prices could be lower or the food quality better or both

+ Location, restaurant, service +++ excellently seasoned food The "Monsoon" is easy to reach by public transport and is located in a quieter side street. The simple furnishings with the great mural and the reserved, friendly service create a relaxed and pleasant ambience. The food itself is absolutely outstanding! My lamb korma was tender and buttery, perhaps a little tomato-heavy, but mild and yet sufficiently and well-balanced seasoning. My friend's lentil dal, on the other hand, was slightly spicy and pleasantly creamy, but above all expressive and particularly well seasoned. The naan bread was soft and juicy, the rice was al dente and aromatic, everything was really convincing in its own way. Since we were there at lunchtime, we even had a tomato soup as a starter and an intense mango cream as a dessert, and the drinks were also delicious. Simply excellent, especially with the reduced lunch prices! We would love to come back.

staff behaviour was very rude . and the quality of food is also very less . we were three ppl and we ordered gobi Manchurian and two other curry and 3 naan (plus rice complementary in Germany) . we hardly got two two pieces of gobhi from gobhi Manchurian , unfortunately we forgot to take photo of that otherwise i could have posted here . and taste wise also its not good ,I would not recommend it . but kadhai paneer was okay in taste . other two was full of souce taste . i don't know weather bill was reasonable or not but its around 50 € for 3 without any drink😂 one of my friend just gave feedback on face that your quantity is very less ,may you can increase a bit in very polite way . and service lady was like : Is it ?? our quality is less ?? (in surprised way) and saying then you go to some other place which was very rude..

We stayed in Munich for 3 days. All the days we did our dinner there. The foods are really tasty and good. Portions are enough and prices are very reasonable. They also served food in a very short time. I highly recommend it if you would like to taste some authentic indian foods. Give it a try.

Tasty but not 5 star spectacular. It is very popular: many visitors. You were helped quickly and the food came quickly.

Unfortunately I cannot report on the service and ambience in the restaurant. I order directly from the homepage for home delivery. Here the restaurant scores with an impressively large delivery radius. And the dishes are really delicious! My absolute favorite meal here is the Chicken Tikka Masala.
