A perfect indian food restaurant. The food was delicious. The staff overhead our conversation about having sliced onions with the meal. They didn't even ask us but directly served us sliced onions. 😊

Great, friendly service. The menu was clearly labeled with allergens. Naturally, it was great for me, as I have a gluten intolerance. The food was incredibly delicious. We had three dishes, all of which were excellent. Very good value for money. Definitely recommend it!

We dined at Monsoon while we were in Munich for a few days and enjoyed our experience! Great flavors and quality of the food. The lamb was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and full of rich, aromatic spices. Would definitely recommend for anyone in town looking to get some good Indian food!

Ordered through just eat 1. Our ‘meal’ was delivered to reception at our hotel and no correspondence was afforded despite my number being given. I went to reception and found our food. It was cold. Very cold. 2. The quality of the meal for exceptionally poor Cold, bland an lacking in flavour. Vegan slurry. 3. Frozen Naan which had never seen a tandoor oven. Tough and un-chewable. 4. Popadoms; disgraceful. Straight out of a packet and given 20 seconds in a microwave. Burnt, flat and with little taste. €3 each. Disgusting!! 5. Rice; plain cold pilau. Bland not even seasoned with salt. Not good enough. €32 of utter ****

Kumar and company are the far best team ever. They were all awesome and the food was a hit! Totally recommend this joint!

An excellent and wonderful restaurant. We came based on the praise of the comments and honestly, it deserves a visit. We ordered biryani and tikka masala, which were delicious. The portions were generous and reasonable, and the place is really nice and quiet.

Three of us went there yesterday for lunch. The staff was very friendly. The food arrived quickly. It was also very tasty and plentiful. We also had soup for lunch. And a small portion of mango cream for dessert. So, we can recommend it.

Not authentic - they use parsley instead of coriander. Great service but steer clear if you want real Indian food!

The quantity was very less not even enough for 1 person. Compared to other Indian restaurants, these guys are definitely not true to price vs quantity.

We used to go to eat here and all fine, good service, but one time we only wanted to take a drink and they were really rude and zero polite, the waiter came directly to us and said no more than 40 minutes. Although we didn't want to be over an hour, I think there are ways to communicate that other than being so rude. Exactly at minute 40 came the waitress with the bill. So I find this hole situation zero elegant, rather greedy. Never again!

It's really nice to sit here.... Everything seems stylish and comfortable, which I like because it's modern and not the usual Indian frills.... The service was very fast, very friendly and always attentive. The weak point for the 4 of us was actually the food itself. It was okay (even for the price, which is very fair for Munich), but unfortunately nothing more. It all tasted somehow good, but that was it, the sauces were a bit watery, the meat was a bit dry and so on. Everything is not tragic, but also far from “good”. You sit very nicely and comfortably, not cramped, not loud, which is worth something.

Very good Indian cuisine. In other restaurants I often find the taste lacking, but here it was really good but pleasantly seasoned. We were delighted with the taste. The vegetarian dishes are absolutely recommended. The service is friendly and the food came quickly.

Food was good, but they totally blew it when charging us 1,50€ for a glass of TAP WATER. It was 4 of us and each of us ordered a drink & food plus a glass of water. A total disgrace! Their reply was: They also have to pay to have access to tap water 🤣

The restaurant is modern and comfortably furnished. In my opinion the food is excellent. Wishes/hints e.g. B. Level of spiciness were always taken into account. The selection of drinks is large. I also order there regularly. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Very good food, you can smell the Indian spices right at the entrance, that was also the reason why we went in, although we were a bit confused because the menu box outside said Hofbräuhaus. But we didn't regret it, it was an extraordinary taste experience!

Finally writing this review after many, many visits. Monsoon is our favourite Indian restaurant in Munich (and elsewhere). Everything is super delicious and the staff is super friendly. Many vegetarian options. I always take the Chana Masala and it never disappoints.

The sauces from the papadum were ready to go. Sauces, tandoori and duck came just 5 minutes after ordering. Both dishes that take significantly longer to cook fresh. So it was probably just warmed up food. Quite ok but it looks like everything wasn't freshly cooked. Service but attentive.

We discovered this Indian via Lieferando and are thrilled. We have ordered there several times since then and have always been completely satisfied. Really perfectly seasoned food. We even ate in the restaurant because of the delicious delivery food and this visit was also great. Service and ambience are really great. All in all a recommendation. So far we have not found a better Indian in Munich.

I waited almost 2 hours for my food (delivery) - unfortunately it arrived completely watered down and not particularly tasty.

Food is delicious but not necessarily cheap either. The operation and service were catastrophic. My food was taken from the table without me being asked if I wanted to eat more, even though I wanted to eat more. In addition, the female waiter responded very unfriendly to customer requests. Food (Vegetarian) is really worst in Taste. If you’re going for Indian food, it’s gonna worst decision. It would be better to have at home. Staff behaviour is also disappointing, especially I observed with Indian customers. Till the time you’re in the restaurant, they expect that you should proportionately order something. Considering the price, food is not a penny worth.

The order was 2 shrimp biryani, 1 butter chicken, 1 cola, 1 tea Biryani I usually eat shrimp, so I can't rate it, but the biryani is 10/10, not dry. Butter chicken 10/10 - Delicious The account is 68.30 euros If they bring the amputee with white bread that I didn't eat, ask them if you can replace it with naan bread or not. The experience is delicious and will be repeated

The service was fast and that's a real plus. The food quality was underwhelming given the price. A portion of paneer tikka for €10 had 4 paneers in all. They also seemed to be very stingy with giving rice. I wouldn't have a problem with the above normally but would also not give it 4+ stars. The taste was just fine with a little too much turmeric which somehow is sold as the trademark of Indian cuisine in Germany. All in all, the prices could be lower or the food quality better or both
